I've had them come out twice to my place, once due to an electrical issue from my builder and again to help troubleshoot some smart switch installation. Both time they were helpful and explained everything that was going on the whole time, especially regarding what I did wrong with the smart switch. They also were extremely flexible with scheduling and provided great customer service. Will definitely be coming back to them the next time I break something!

Had this company out to fix an electrical problem we were having and to install a 30 amp service. The electrician seemed to be professional and competent however the problem did not get fixed. We called the office and was told they would get back with us. After 3 calls we still haven't heard back from the office. Now the number is no longer in service.

The owner of this company came out personally to take care of the problems we had with one of his former employees. I am impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He is here right now. He is very familiar with this floor plan and the builder and the way it is wired.  I knew we had problems and he knows what's going on and how to fix it. I am adding on to my house soon and would love for him to do the electrical contracting. I would gladly recommend him and his company to anyone. We hired this group to come to our house to consult on a number of electrical issues. This included wall switches getting hot, poorly lit areas and a pool pump.

Rudy and his team were friendly, informative and helpful. They did not try to up/over sell us.

Their recommendations were to replace incandescent can lights with LEDs, add a whole home surge protector and call an appliance repair company for one item instead of them trying to service a wine refrigerator. They also fixed our pool pump.

Overall, a good experience and in my view not overly priced. I'd recommend this company without reservation.

We had 5 recessed lights, a tv wall outlet, and bar lighting.  Very prompt, and professional service from the estimate all the way to the install.  Cleaned up as they continued through the jobs. Technicians were very knowledgeable of what they were doing.  Very happy with the work they did, would definitely use them again.  Very reasonable rates too!!!

A very good friend recommended that I call Preferred Electrical Services to have work done on my inspection report before selling my home. I spoke to the owner Mr. Joe Messina regarding what I needed to have done and he listened to me and was very knowledgable.

After reviewing my inspection report he gave me a quote over the phone for completing the items that needed attention. Not only was he on time but he also was courteous and completed the job for a fraction of the cost that other companies quoted me.

They price hourly and it is very expensive. If the job ends at 11:00, writing the bill takes 15 minutes and after 11:15 the calculation switches to 11:30. It is the company policy.
Be careful about taking note about the time when they start.

Affordable Services Houston has been a joy to work with. The skills that the crew we had work on our house were unmatched. The vision that they had in reviving a house that had been in serious need of updating came out beautifully!! The staff was very personable and I would recommend them for all of your remodeling and renovation needs! I was asking my friend if she knew of a good, trusted electrician. Her sister lives next door to a man (Jeremy) I used to work with and she told me he works for Mister Sparky!! How cool is that!!! I called and explained how I know him and asked that he and his supervisor work on my electrical problem. The guys where on time in their really cool truck that I was really proud to have in front of my house. They were professional, curtious, clean, friendly and they fixed my problem that did not require extensive work or price. I felt great that my friend Jeremy works for this company because knowing him, he is intelligent, a good person and would not work for just anyone. So with that said, it was good enough for me. The price was below what I expected and I was able to apply the $25 off coupon for my first visit that I printed out from the email confirmation I received...that was a FANTASTIC surpise! Only being in this area 2 1/2 years I did not know of anyone to call. What can I say, Jason has done a magnificent job, fast and affordable. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We had been having Air Conditioning issues which turned out to be a burned up breaker. I immediately called TES (it was Friday evening) and Jason came out to assess the situation. We came up with a plan to get the AC running safely. Over the weekend Jason wrote up a quote to upgrade the breaker panel. He came out this morning with everything he needed to complete the job with little down time. Once the power was restored by the power company Jason stayed and labeled each switch for us. Keep doing what you do and treating all clients as well as I have been treated. Thank You

I've had Dailey out to work on my house again, this time installing ethernet cables between rooms.  Their work was professional and clean.  The faceplates/drops are well positioned on the walls, and the cabling runs through the attic in such a way that it isn't likely to get accidentally damaged.  Their pricing feels a bit high, but I haven't been shopping around because I know they do good work.

They replaced our breezeway lighting and light on front porch. They recommended an alternative that gave the look we wanted at a much more affordable price.  Would definitely use them again for any electrical need. Very professional and prompt.

This company is honest, reliable, on time, and fixed my problem. I had been told by another company that my generator was not fixable. They said the parts I needed were impossible to get, I needed a new one. I couldn't buy a new one at this time. After two power outages in my subdivision I decided to call for a second opinion. Mr. Electric came out took a look and said a fuse was out cleaned the carburetor out and it started. Mr. Electric also completely checked my system to make sure everything is working properly. The other company was trying to take advantage of me. I am so thankful to know that there is still honest people in this world.

In 2010, we had Wired Electrical Services install a  17kw Generac Generator to provide us with power in the event of a lengthy power loss.  I was extremely happy with the service they provided.  They were very straight forward with information about the generator and the price quote and made sure that the generator would meet our requirements.  They provided not only an installation date and time but also a diagram of precisely where the generator would be installed. The installation was fast and efficient.    In all of the years since the installation, they have continued to provide dependable service.  I purchased  the extended warranty  for 10 years (Parts and Labor) and continue to purchase the yearly maintenance plan.  I remain a satisfied customer.
