Kris is amazing. Good communication for scheduling. Good communication through the process. Decent price too. I've had him out to the house several times. And I'll call him back when we get ready to fix the next thing on the list.

In the midst of the tremendous stress brought on by the snow storm of 2021 this company went out of their way to be responsive, professional & timely.  In addition the owner went out of his way on social media to provide guidance for homeowners with helpful tips to address the issues being faced by the storm.

Called My Local Plumber to fix a laundry room clog. They came and snaked the line, said it was fixed. Three hours later I used the washer with the same stoppage problem. When I spoke to them they said they'd return and do a camera and high power rinse of the line for $800-$900. They would not address the fact that they didn't fix anything the day before, just wanted more money and price gouging. Definitely be careful with this company!

Cooper D Plumbing did a fantastic job on replacing a water heater for me.  They were fast, courteous and very resonsably priced. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

They've helped my mom on two occasions and myself multiple times and they always come through. Plumbing leak, drainage on two properties for her and for me they've built a gate, repainted my bathroom, serviced my interior A/C on a hot summer day, changed out my thermostat to a new Nest and moved my outside A/C unit around the side of the house out of my earshot and view. I'll keep using them for all my projects.

Scheduled with us 2 times to fix our plumbing. Backed out at the last minute both times. This was over a weeks period.

I'm a tight wad who does a lot of research on repair men if I can't handle a repair myself.  I've used them a total of 3 times now and they have gone out of their way to get the job done quickly and economically.    The first time I used them they were the best price of 4 plumbers.  Roto router quoted 80% more.

Had a hot water heater that wouldn't stay lit (gas). C&W Plumbing backed out of their scheduled appointment with only 4 hours' notice, so I called Absolute.

Brian came that afternoon. Great attitude and professionalism. He tried 2 ways to repair based on the manufacturer's directions, removed the repair that wasn't needed, and only charged me for the repair that worked. I'll call Absolute first next time!

TopTech was nothing but professional, courteous, and effective at scheduling, communication and complex troubleshooting. Absolute professionals- they had to do a complex installation for me, and they were able to resolve the challenges associated with various code requirements, ordering the CORRECT components the first time (love them for that) etc. They delivered, and made me happy. I am rating them 4 out of 5, simply because their costs are fairly high (they quoted me an exorbitant $ to only swap out a ceiling fan at a 15' height indoors, which I declined outside of the original job they were at my home for).

I chose them anyhow because of their quality of service, warranty, and the expert electrician staff. Would use again despite the higher cost- but be sure to understand the work you're doing clearly so you can work with them effectively from a cost perspective. Know what you can do yourself safely, and what you realize is best to pay a licensed/insured professional to accomplish- which will save you that heartache in the long run in case of a bad DIY job!

Awesome service ! Got my upstairs shower back working in 24 hours. I was pressed for time and needed this done asap before my vacation. My shower is fixed and also was recommended to fix some other things around my home to avoid any further issues. I will be working this company again to get these issues fixed next week. Great job, they were a bit booked up so I had to wait awhile but they did a great job.  They troubleshooted a major power fault that was constantly tripping the front of our house.  They removed a bad external light and they consulted and added additional power plugs in the garage to help us power our Christmas lights this year because the front of our home's power has never been able to handle the load of Christmas lights before- until now!  We have a ton now, looks awesome!

I had several different home plumbing issues and it was amazing to hear him explain the in's and out's of repairing each one. It was like hearing a surgeon who has seen everything explain the possible treatments and outcomes. They worked at a good pace. I believe he is honest and we will call them again.

I woke up to a flooded front yard and water going down the street. Immediately contacted the City Water Department to find out it was in my end. I looked online to find a local, reputable company that specializes in plumbing. DAZ Plumbing had great reviews so I called them up. Technician that arrived was knowledgeable and communicated throughout the whole process. It wasn't until the end of the job, that he started and finished on site, did I realize that my technician was the owner himself!!! That says a lot about his character to still get out in the trenches and work, when his staff has a backlog of work. Thank you Mr. Dee for your hard work and great pricing. I called friends who couldn't recommend a plumber or company, but now I will know who to contact or where to direct future issues.

I had this plumber redo my sewer line from the toilet thru the front yard to the street, install a mud sink, a disposal, and fix a couple of leaks. On every task he did, I had to recall him at least once to return a fix a leak or other plumbing problem he caused. Lonnie left my front yard a huge mess--never removing the clay pipe pieces and other trash he or his workers dug up, and he left the washing-machine drain hose OUT of the drain so that when I ran the wash, water ran all over my laundry room and caused my hardwood floor to buckle. I found a 2-foot hole, full of water, around the cleanout on the side of my house after he was supposedly done with all work; and I could go on. He didn't show up at all on a couple of appointments and on some days he didn't arrive to work on the plumbing until evening time. It took several weeks to get what he was supposed to do actually done (though the yard is still a mess and my laundry room floor is jacked up), and I would NEVER use him again.
