I had a colleague refer TALT plumbing to me and was told they are affordable and very personable. They were right!
I had an excellent experience with TALT plumbing. From start to finish there was exceptional communication throughout the entire process of fixing my toilet and shower.
From the get go the owner and one of the employees explained everything to me and they also explained it in terms I could understand which I really appreciated.
I had a clogged toilet and it was also flooding my shower because of it. They came out, assessed the problem, involved me where I needed to be, and completed the problem without any hiccups.
If you are looking for affordability, courtesy, and efficiency I definitely encourage you to use them.

They repaired our leaking bathtub faucet and repaired all our outside water faucets. Very friendly and professional folks. Will call them back if needed.

Not in time( they gave 11 to 1PM ) came at 2:10PM-
They left for another customer place, and again came in 30 min, they did not come with right tools and left for tools, and the guy is inexperienced!

Totally they neglected the customer attention!

Miguel is great, he arrived on time and did the work properly. His rates are quite reasonable too.

Five stars is not enough to give this company! Having lived in an older home for almost 10yrs does not come without problems. When the time arrives that we need a plumber I don't hesitate to call Micah or Jennifer(his wife.) I know he will come as soon as possible and be fair in his pricing. On one occasion he didn't even charge for the service call because whatever was clogging the pipe had already cleared and the snake was not needed. Go ahead and save his number you will not regret ;)

Tim Long Plumbing installed my appliances in my new home.  Instead of using a supplied water supply line from the manufacturer, they decided to create a makeshift line with many adapters (which the factory unit did not have).  One of the adapters failed, causing a slow leak which destroyed my cabinets and appliances.

The manufacturer has verified this was caused by the shoddy installation of a non-recommended supply line.  Tim Long has been contacted, and ask to make this right,and no cure was offered.

Unless you want lies and to be overcharged, don't waste your time. Home warranty dispatched these guys to fix an issue with my A/C drain plumbing. Eric showed up and proceeded to tell me that my entire drain was completely wrong and that it needed to be redone and that the home warranty wouldn't cover it. He then quoted me $275 + parts. I promptly told him to get out. And the way he scrambled out of here at 100 mph told me that he simply didn't want to do the work.

I called two other plumbers and both quoted me $125 to do the same work. Obviously Hard Times was just trying to take advantage of me and using the home warranty as an excuse not to do the work. I wouldn't hire these guys for anything unless I wanted BS and to be overcharged.

Great service! I called on a Friday morning with no hot water. I was asked to send a picture of the brand and model so they could bring parts if needed. They arrived within 2 hours of my call. My 9 year old water heater was still under warranty so I paid just for labor to have a new thermostat installed. 2 other companies told me they couldn't come until Monday/Tuesday and never asked about what unit I had. Great friendly fast service!

After the thaw after the hard freeze, Feb., 2023, we noticed saturated ground outside our house. The first plumber sent a man who spoke almost no English, refused to answer questions, and charged me $80. I called Bill Blankenship. He came out almost immediately with a helper. They decided that there was 2 - 3 leaks under the slab. We decided that the saturated ground froze, expanded, and pinched the pipe under the slab. I could have them tunnel to the leak(s), or have the house re-plumbed with plastic but at a higher cost. I decided to have it re-plumbed. The USAA adjuster agreed with the price, the workers were courteous and competent, and repairs were made to all of the holes made in the sheetrock. Also, he replaced 2 toilets and checked on his help every few hours and inspected their work. He was courteous and gave me advice about the work being done. It was a large project, and I was only out the deductible on my policy.

If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. Called mid-morning and was told I'm scheduled for a 1-3 PM appointment. Technician never called and no one showed up. Called office and was told he was on the way. They never bothered to call and no plumber ever showed up. My advice is DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! Very unprofessional!
