Great experience with Raines Electric in getting a manual control switch installed for a portable generator. My contact person was Brian.  We communicated via text, as it was easier for me to send him pictures to get an estimate for the job. He was quick to reply, provided very reasonable rates, and the technician arrived on time. Michael and James were on time and installed the manual control switch. I had some questions about the install and sent a picture to Brian. He wasn't particularly happy with the install, and he arranged for Randy to make the necessary corrections to the the positioning of the manual control switch to make it safer. I'm very happy with Brian's response and with the company. Raines was referred to me from one of my neighbors, and I in turn, recommended them to another neighbor. We needed a new box and wiring. After a branch knocked out our power. We called a previous Electrician with lots of commercials on TV gave us a $4,000 quote. We really needed just to get the power back on. Zubras was a lot more informative on what we needed. Didn't try to sell us a new home and did what we needed for $1,200 big difference. We bought a spec home and Lanehart was our builder's electrician.  There was some programming that had to be changed with our ceiling fans and they made it easy and convenient.  They answer the phone with professionalism and the actual electricians are always on time or early and very professional.  They are coming back out to install another ceiling fan and I have the upmost confidence they will be great.   So far, it has been a pleasure working with them.

Copper Creek Electric has been my to go company for the last couple of years. Their response time is usually within an hour. And they have always been honest and upfront with any of my repairs. Ben has always been very helpful and always letting me know if I'm up to code with things in my house. He replaced a outdated circuit board and had it done in a few hours.  Today Candace and Ben came out and replace some lights and fans that were taken out when my house was struck by lightning. They are both so friendly and easy to talk to and very professional. Ben even did some work that I didn't know that was needed in my attic. He is always looking after his customers. And to me that states professionalism of the highest degree.  You definitely will not be unhappy with any of their services they provide.

If you live in the Arlington area and need help same or next day help, call Hightower. Deno came when my breakers went out. It was just a simple reset but he took the time to teach this first time homeowner (me) how the breaker works, why it tripped, and what to do the next time it happened. Plus he didnt even charge me the full first hour. Deno was very responsive, respected my home, and was straight up honest.

A few days later my AC went out. I called at 2pm and the call taker said, I can have someone out first thing in the morning or this afternoon. Which do you prefer? I chose same day and Justin came to the rescue. He found the problem, recommended I did a leak search. To hold me over, he topped off my unit with refrigerant even though it was leaking. He came back 2 days later for the search. He found the leak and invited me up to see. He took the time to inform me about what went wrong, the most likely reason it happened, how to fix the problem, and here is the kicker recommended the upgrade needed to prevent it from happening again.  Justin kept me in the loop every step of the way. He was honest, respected me and my house, and I can tell he truly cares that I am comfortable in my home.

Mr. Hightower, your company has earned my business because of Deno and Justin. Those two are keepers sir. Dont lose them!

I called Mr. Electric on Tuesday afternoon to set up an appointment to get a quote to install a Tesla Wall Charger. I spoke with the girl and explained to her that I was available after 4pm and she said no problem, we'll set you up for tomorrow and you'll get a call from us to confirm when we're on the way. As you can see by the attached photo, I got a confirmation text right after that asking me to confirm my appointment for today, which I did right away.

Fast forward to today, and about 6pm and a no call no show from Mr Electric, I call the company to speak with Hailey (not sure on the spelling) and ask why no one called or showed up. She said she showed that my appointment was for TOMORROW between 12 and 5. When I told her that I had never heard of that information, she put me on hold and comes back to explain she just listened to her co-worker call me this morning and go straight to voice mail and leave a message. I told her I didn't get a phone call or voice mail from her and hadn't spoken with anyone about that appointment day or time. She becomes confrontational and instead of just attempting to solve the problem, tells me that she can go and send me the recording to prove that they called and left a voice mail. I explained regardless of what was left, I don't have a voice mail period. I said it would not serve my interest at all to say I didn't get a voice mail when I did. As she continues to argue with me, I just told her that instead, I'd go leave a review about my experience with her and find another provider.

As an aside, when I got off the phone, it seems my phone did send the voice mail to the spam folder and when listening to the voice mail left at 7:14am (so much for business hours), they call to inform me that they don't normally schedule appointments after 4pm and they can't guarantee they would have anyone available at that time, even though my first phone call emphatically made clear that I wouldn't be available until 4 and she scheduled it anyways. She then goes on to say that and by the way we do have a small dispatch fee of $49.95 to get a technician out. You're telling me that you have staff that takes a call, gets my information, goes through the entire process of booking an appointment that they KNOW they can't keep, and don't even mention that they charge you $50 to come provide you with a quote? What a laughable breakdown and ridiculous way to earn someone's business. And to top it all off, to have Hailey manning your phones who has no sense of let's just fix this problem but instead would rather be right. Judging by the other Yelp reviews, it looks like I dodged a bullet, but you'd be well served to steer clear of this company. For all the fancy text message appointment confirmations and things they use, it's clear they don't know up from down and now I know I was gonna get hit with a surprise charge just to show up and give me a price for the work I wanted. This way of doing business doesn't cut it in Texas guys.

Danny the Electrician  was great.  Did fast work came out the Day I called HOWEVER when I got the bill they charged me 65% higher than the same Fan was at Lowes.  When I called to inquire, Jose told me I should have bought the fan from Lowes.  REALLY!!.  As long as you have your own product and supplies than I would recommend them.

Two stars so the algorithms won't kick this out of the system- yes I'm about a week late on a bill. A disconnect notice would have been nice. Cirro has all my contact info, so snail mail, email, or phone are all options.
I'm sure the reconnect fees are a revenue source, but so is customer retention.
