Caddell Electric Electrician
I found Caddell Electric through The Good Contractor's List. My need was not an emergency; therefore, being scheduled a week out was not a problem. I was called 30 minutes prior to the electricians' arrival. Lance and Elijah showed up on time, evaluated my need and provided a quote for the work. Additionally, they suggested another electrical issue that was a safety issue. They provided a quote for that work without pressuring me for the sale. I found them courteous and very knowledgeable. I will use them again if needed.

Excell Electric Electrician
I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

Arrow Electric Service Electrician
When a severe thunderstorm with high winds resulted in falling tree limbs tearing the electric meter from our home late on a Thursday, I left an after-hours message for Arrow Electric. By 9 am on Friday, Henry and Alex had already begun work; 4 pm the damage was completely repaired and even some additional wiring issue with our older home was corrected.  This was all done at a reasonable price and in a very professional manner.
But Arrow's excellent service did not end there. They went to bat for us with the city regarding the timing of inspection. When Oncor required our electrician to be present when their power lines were reconnected due to the presence of 3 phase lines, Arrow returned (twice).  When our 3 phase air conditioner had problems upon restart of the power, they helped troubleshoot that issue.
All in all, we highly recommend Arrow Electric.

Echeverria Bros Electric Electrician
On 6 June 2015 we had an electrical issue with our home where about half the power in the home was working and the other half was not. I checked the breaker box and the GFIC outlets thinking like most of the time that was the culprit, but that was not the case yesterday. As we always tend to do my wife and I started looking for highly rated electricians on Yelp and found Echeverria Bros Electric, I gave the number provided a call and Julio picked up right away. He asked what the issue was and where I was located, when I told him he said he was working close by and that he would swing by to take a look.

Low and behold fifteen minutes later I get a knock on the door and Julio is there. He comes in, I show him the problem, he immediately went to the breaker box, and through the use of his multimeter determined we were having an issue with the transformer. He gave me the number to the local electrical provider, I offered to pay him for stopping by and troubleshooting but he wouldn't accept it. The only thing he asked was for a bottle of water and a review on Yelp, so to keep my end of the bargain I told him I would gladly do that for him and his company.

Hopefully we keep the electrical issues to a minimum in my household but I can say with 100% certainty if we do need an electrician in the future Julio Echeverria will be the first guy I call. In addition to his promptness he had a great attitude as during the fifteen minutes or so he was in my home we were laughing and he seemed like he was a really good guy. I personally appreciate the fact he's a good natured guy and even though he did not actually perform any service yesterday per say he troubleshot the issue quickly and provided the solution to the problem. It was a quick interaction but definitely long enough for him to represent his company well and to put his business at the top of the list of local electricians for me.

Mr. Electric of Lewisville Electrician
We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. Thank you Bryan for such a great job.

Double R Electric Electrician
I had an electrical issue pop up this week and followed a friend's advice to call Double R. It's refreshing to see a company with very friendly employees who take the time to diagnose an issue and clearly have a lot of knowledge about their trade. The two individuals on my service call were very proud of their work and did a great job (for a very reasonable price). I know who I am calling from now on for any job!

Mister Sparky Electrical Electrician
Found this company in an online search for electricians near me.  When I called they are in Houston, but said they have techs in Dallas area.  I had a simple outdoor outlet where the GFCI kept popping.
The tech arrived, very professional.  When he started showing me info on his ipad about the company.  I knew I was not going to like what was coming next.  He showed me that he had to do a complete diagnostic on that outlet and what it hooks up to for the lovely price of 350.00 JUST to diagnose!!!  I paid 1/2 that to have the outlet installed!  Needless to say I told him to leave!

McBride Electric Electrician
I engaged McBride to install two ceiling fans at my house. The installer, Justin, did an excellent job on both and I'm very pleased with Justin and the work he did for me. For my next electrical project I will be calling McBride.

Adis Electric Electrician
Adis installed a 200 amp main panel, a 100 amp subpanel, and a variety of 120V and 220V circuits. The job was first rate and the prices were reasonable for the work performed. He didn't go over the quoted price even though he and his apprentice worked till 20:00 on the first day. The garage and laundry room were left clean at the end of the job.

Legacy Electric Electrician
We truly truly appreciate Legacy Electric. Long story short. Texas A/C &Heat came out and basically didn't complete the job. The left wires disconnect and everything. They told us we needed an electrician. So, they contact our home warranty company to let them know. Legacy Electric was contracted to come out. Logan (the lead Technician) with Legacy Electric came out and teseted our electricity and checked our braker box. He said everything was working great. Lucky for us he is a licensed HVAC tech also. He went and checked our unit. Reconnected the wires there and to our thermostat and put the panel back on, waited a total of 5 MINUTES!!! and our unit was working. He is a very very nice person. We even talked about our dogs. Very professional work. We feel very luck to have had Logan with Legacy Electric come out. SHOUT OUT TO LOGAN!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH. Lake Highlands Electrical Electrician
Do not use this company. They sent a subcontractor and installed an outdoor outlet that is not weatherproof and left a hole uncovered in the installation-(not child safe).

I mistakenly thought I hired Lake Highlands Electric, owned by Kenny Whitehead at Lake Highland Electric on Dilido but called Lake Highland Electrical by Jeffrey R.

Lake Highland Electric is NOT the same as Lake Highland Electrical.

No-showed my appointment with no call.

A #1 Air Electrician
Had such great hopes.....

04-22-19: (Left 1 star review) Had A#1 Air install a new Rheem Heap Pump system in my home March 2018. Everything was professional top to bottom. However that is when everything goes wrong. At the 1-year mark they schedule a 1-year check-up with me. The young guy Andrew comes out. He arrives, is in the attic for 6 minutes, then goes to the outside unit for 23 seconds (all on security camera), then goes and sits in the van for 15 minutes and comes to let me know everything is great and takes my payment. I call after he left and told them this was not a full tune-up, they agree and schedule a new, no cost, date with me. On that date they call to tell me with so many emergencies they need to reschedule me. Today, Brian comes out and performs a new tune-up. He spends the amount of time I would think for a new unit check. Though I have never seen anyone perform an annual where they do not wash the coils outside. He comes back telling me there is a refrigerant line leak that will cost me $1,100. I asked how that was not a warranty item and he states the line was existing and they did not replace it when the new unit was installed. I asked to see where the leak was and he shows me (with the leak detector tool) that it is leaking where the line is soldered into the new unit in the attic. Not to me, that is they solder work to connect the line, but he argues it is not covered and would be $1,100. This will be the end of my relationship with this company. That is definitely their work and they don't stand behind their work.

Update 04-23-19: (Updating from 1 star to 3 stars) A#1 did come back out today. They agree with me that where the refrigerant leak is occurring is part of their lifetime workmanship on the installation of the unit and repaired it at no charge. The system was low on coolant and that was rectified as well. I appreciate A#1 standing behind their work, but still have questions on why the technician yesterday wanted to argue it was an $1,100 repair and not covered under workmanship. Because of the effort I have had to put into this only increasing to 3 stars.
