I just had Caddell Electric (I first found them through The Good Contractor's List) out for a 2nd job and the Lance was AWESOME!  They are always clean, courteous and get the job done the right way!  Highly recommend!

I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

I love this company. They are open 24/7 and very reliable and dependable. If something goes wrong they come as soon as they can to fix the problem. Such a Great Company!!!

Sorry, have to be the discriminator in this one..  Called Julio on Wednesday and he was willing to set appointment for Friday, September 02.  Informed him that Friday midday would be fine, and thus set appointment.  Now, he did text me at 0700 and asked if he could ome earlier, (so, at least he earned one star for that ).  I stated that I was at work , and would not be home until 11am. He then stated that that would be OK.
Waited at home from 11 am until 2 pm...
2 pm, I texted him  and told him not to bother coming.  
He did respond..with GOT it,Thanks!

However, he did not text at 11 to state whether he was running late.. or to at least give the courtesy of stating that he would not be able to make it.  

Oh well, at least now I know who NOT to deal with.
It also makes me wonder about all the positive reviews...

Great experience, the owner Diel personally came out to help me with an insurance claim when my regular a/c company won't bother. Everyone at the company I worked with was very professional and prices were very reasonable, especially compared to my existing company I use.  Needless to say, I will be using Big Bear going forward.  Diel even told me that they were working on covering extended hours so they could better serve their clients.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make each customer feel like priority.Doug has steered us in the right direction and always found a solution to my problems, from advising on exterior lighting to cost effective solutions on a remodel. We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. Found this company in an online search for electricians near me.  When I called they are in Houston, but said they have techs in Dallas area.  I had a simple outdoor outlet where the GFCI kept popping.
The tech arrived, very professional.  When he started showing me info on his ipad about the company.  I knew I was not going to like what was coming next.  He showed me that he had to do a complete diagnostic on that outlet and what it hooks up to for the lovely price of 350.00 JUST to diagnose!!!  I paid 1/2 that to have the outlet installed!  Needless to say I told him to leave!

I was driving home on I 20 E today and I was in the slow lane. A McBride employee came flying up behind me. S/he tailgated me even though I was going between 70-75 mph, flashed their brights at me, &, when s/he decided to go around me, they weaved in & out of traffic at dangerous speeds & never once used their blinkers. I would expect that they would train their employees to follow all the rules of the road, and sadly, I was wrong.

Terrible service...unprofessional technicians worked slow and could not even complete a simple ceiling fan installation. Then billed $300. Never hire this company.

Was satisfied with my service he did what he said he was going to do he contact on card and tell my service was restored after he did his repairs he stayed on them to make sure the service was restored I didn't have to do anything . I was very satisfied

Ok installation but not ideal for residential.  First off, very nice guy.  They replaced our service panel and all wiring.  They did an OK job.  Similar to plumbers they have no respect for any part of the house other than their little area.  You definitely have to follow them to fix what they disturb (insulation, floor boards, wall cuts, etc.  Just know you need to clean up after them.   And I still have a few outlets that are loose and never got corrected (was told he'd send someone out - never happened after i made final payment (I should have know better so i take responsibility for not holding final payment).  But the worst part was we failed inspection.  He insisted I needed an energy audit.  So he sent me the link, i called for this audit, paid $150 and had the audit submitted to the city.  City was confused and when I finally bypassed Adis and went directly to the inspector it turned out that they needed to change 1 breaker to a gfci.   They actually did (apparently after failing the inspection)  but instead of them bothering to call for re-inspection he told me to get a $150 energy audit that was not required.  Again, he's very nice and maybe his company is more suited for a business environment and not residential.  Residential service providers should be able to deal with the permit and completion and not throw it back on the homeowner to deal with inspectors and submit final documentation.

We truly truly appreciate Legacy Electric. Long story short. Texas A/C &Heat came out and basically didn't complete the job. The left wires disconnect and everything. They told us we needed an electrician. So, they contact our home warranty company to let them know. Legacy Electric was contracted to come out. Logan (the lead Technician) with Legacy Electric came out and teseted our electricity and checked our braker box. He said everything was working great. Lucky for us he is a licensed HVAC tech also. He went and checked our unit. Reconnected the wires there and to our thermostat and put the panel back on, waited a total of 5 MINUTES!!! and our unit was working. He is a very very nice person. We even talked about our dogs. Very professional work. We feel very luck to have had Logan with Legacy Electric come out. SHOUT OUT TO LOGAN!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH. I tried contacting these folks multiple times. A somewhat curt and rude woman named Conny said she'd take our info down and have the owner call us. Two days passed so I left another message with her. She seemed disorganized and sure enough a week later I did not hear back.

I would not waste time trying to hire these folks. It doesn't sound like they are client oriented or responsive from my experience.

Sean and Christian were awesome!!! We had them come to our job and fix some lights and install some doorbells. They were honest, clean and respectful I highly recommend them to anybody that want great quality work for a good price. We will definitely call them when we need their help. This is the best company for HVAC that I've done business with in the metroplex, and I've worked with at least 3 others since I moved here 17 years ago.  They are honest, knowledgeable, lightning-fast responsive and have very competitive pricing.  I've had both my indoor units replaced with them many years ago and they just installed a new full downstairs unit yesterday.

Vickie Barnett was my Comfort Advisor.  I can't say enough good things about her.  Last year I called for a quote during a rainstorm and she came out same day, during the storm.  Amazing!! She is so thorough in explaining the technical details and the pros and cons of any given facet of the HVAC system.  She provides recommendations that are easily understood.  I trusted her right away and felt at ease that she was not going to try to sell me but rather guide me in the right direction based on my specific situation (square footage, temperature preferences, filter/cleaning preferences, etc.)   I waited 6 months or so before getting the new system.  I had a Freon leak and wanted to get the last bit of use out of the old machine, but finally got the new one installed yesterday with Vickie to guide me every step of the way. When I need the upstairs unit replaced eventually, I'll be calling Vickie for help.  It's fantastic having an automatic go to person and company for something so important in Dallas as air conditioning.

One other thing I love about A#1 Air is that it is a 24/7 business, and they handle their business that way.  There are some HVAC and Plumbing companies that pretty much work it as a 9 to 5.  That's not going to work for me when I have a water leak or my HVAC is inoperable during an outside temp of 100 degrees.  What a relief knowing I can count on them whenever I need them.  That's another reason why I've grown to be a loyal customer.
