Called about 3 items, full house surge, new thermostats and GFI check.  All was fine and I emailed info and asked for help with choosing best items. Never heard back! Called and left message and again, never heard back.

I found Caddell Electric through The Good Contractor's List. My need was not an emergency; therefore, being scheduled a week out was not a problem. I was called 30 minutes prior to the electricians' arrival. Lance and Elijah showed up on time, evaluated my need and provided a quote for the work. Additionally, they suggested another electrical issue that was a safety issue. They provided a quote for that work without pressuring me for the sale. I found them courteous and very knowledgeable. I will use them again if needed.

I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

I love this company. They are open 24/7 and very reliable and dependable. If something goes wrong they come as soon as they can to fix the problem. Such a Great Company!!!

I chose Arrow Electric initially because of the positive reviews, and reading them I do not doubt that others have had good experiences. Unfortunately, mine was different. I have a rental home that had already experienced a no-show by the electrician for a small repair, which I explained when booking the appointment with Arrow. We set up the appointment date and time range, which I then confirmed with the tenant and closed the loop with Arrow on. When I followed up with the tenant, Arrow had no-showed and has still not responded to the voicemail that I left to iron it out. I do not typically post negatively as I realize these things can happen, but the lack of communication about not being able to make the appointment amplified the already difficult situation that I had communicated.

We asked Julio to come out and check some ballasts in our fluorescent lights in our building.  We also needed two wired doorbells and an Exit sign repaired.  Julio sent two guys out the next day who promptly began trying to sell us $50 (each) fluorescent light bulbs.  (Hello, I can buy a box of 30 for $60.)  When we weren't interested in buying the $50 bulbs they told us we had 8 ballasts out.  They were quoting us price gauging prices.  I called Julio to find out what was going on.  He renegotiated the price and then his guys left to collect the parts they would need. We never saw them again!  And, Julio has yet to return any of my calls.  Oh, and the two guys that did come out spoke only Spanish, or so we were told.  They made me communicate with them through one of our people who speaks Spanish.  We ended up going over the lights Echeverria Bros Electric told us needed new ballasts, and with new, fresh lightbulbs everything works fine.  So, the techs lied!  Not cool.  We definitely did not get anywhere near professional, reliable service.

Called this morning to get thermostats installed and to troubleshoot why there was no power to the head unit down stairs. Called a handy man who came and looked at the unit and wanted to charge me $600 (400 to troubleshoot and 200 to install). Couldn't justify paying that much and handy man got upset so he left. Called big bear and they were very courteous on the phone and sent Brian within the hour. Brian looked at the unit and it was a $0.50 cent fuse that had blown out. He replaced it and installed my units for less than 1/3 the price the handy man was charging. Very please with the quick work Brian did. He was very informational and helpful. Giving this 5 stars and also keeping big bears phone number for any future issues. Happy customer

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. Needed one plug installed in the garage. Flexible scheduling worked with my schedule. Electrician arrived on time and was very profession looking. Took time to put on and take off shoe covers when entering the house. Price was higher than I thought for scope of work, but this is my first time using an electrician so I have nothing to base the price on. If I was familiar with market price and they were comparatively proved, I'd give 5 stars.

I engaged McBride to install two ceiling fans at my house. The installer, Justin, did an excellent job on both and I'm very pleased with Justin and the work he did for me. For my next electrical project I will be calling McBride.

called for two outlets out at my house waited a week for them to come and while I was at work my wife at home the tech came out spend 5 hours looking for the problem, I called my wife and asked her if they found anything after 5 hrs. was told no but the tech is having a lot of problems and not doing too well. I called the company and advised them to remove the tech from my house and I will seek other company for repairs. on my days off I NOT A PRO AT ELECTRIAL went down and bought wire and breaker and rewired the whole circuit under two hours and repaired it,,, I called the owner and he sent me a bill for $379.00 dollars he thought that was fair . well im going to pay the bill and hope  this will help others when electrical repairs are needed who to call. ?  thanks Richardson electric for all you tried to do

If I could give no stars I would. We contacted Mr. Carter to hire him for one of our properties. We texted him and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He actually got upset because we asked basic questions. He had the audacity to say, too many questions and. I can't take you seriously. I was baffled by the lack of professionalism. He even tried to charge us more because we are in California. We've hired several contractors to look at our property in Dallas and never have I heard of a charge for being in a different state. I can't take an electrician who can't answer basic questions like, how much do you charge? seriously. It was a horrible interaction and he definitely will not get our business nor does he deserve yours.

****Update**** Then he texted me the next morning being very childish. Just more evidence of how unprofessional he is.

The electrician that came to fix a ceiling dan light was not only knowledgable, accommodating, and timely, he was quite pleasant. A totally stress-free transaction!

This is absolutely the worst electrician company out there. The tech by the name of Hunter came to my house and did absolutely nothing to fix my outlet and then tried to charge me for 5 hours and some random materials. I then called the office and spoke to a girl names Sarah who was absolutely no help and hung up on me. She said that she knows the tech fixed the issue and it must be my fault its broken again. I also got Jamon and he is the rudest person Ive ever talked to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

they don't show up to the appointments and their customer service representative sounds like a robot,  no apologies, no explanation for why their price for just a visit went up from $75 to $85 within 2 weeks. Plus the owner ignored my email complaining about no show.

No-showed my appointment with no call.
Sent two emails to confirm the date and time..it took them 3 days to get back to me which should have given me an indication of the level of service.  Look elsewhere.

I wrote a review 2 years ago for A#1 Air that wasn't very good.  Long story short, no one showed up on a service call to fix our AC.  I actually received a response from the owners with sincere apologies and asked for an opportunity to win back our business.  At the time, I had a different company come out to do the repair.  I did feel that they were truly sorry and wanted to make it right.

Today, my outside AC unit went out due to a gecko shorting out the contactor.  I decided to give A#1 Air another shot.  I called about 4:45 in the afternoon on a Friday.  The person who took my call was extremely nice and was able to see the notes on my call from 2 years ago.  He apologies for the problems we had then and told me that he would waive the service call fee.  Once again, I felt the apology was sincere and it made feel more confident about calling back.  Within an hour, Trice showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem.  He actually showed me the fried gecko that had seen better days, and told me the issue about the contactor.  Trice was super nice and was able to replace it quickly at a reasonable price, the AC kicked on, and once again we have cold air blowing.
