I just had Caddell Electric (I first found them through The Good Contractor's List) out for a 2nd job and the Lance was AWESOME!  They are always clean, courteous and get the job done the right way!  Highly recommend!

I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

Duggar electric has been to our home many times. We moved into an older home 5 years ago. We've had outlets added, had a new panel put in. They are professional, on time, and do excellent work. Their rates are extremely reasonable.  We highly recommend them for any electrical work!

Henry was very professional during the bid process and installation.  The lights and ceiling fans he installed throughout my house look great.  It took longer than he expected due to some issues with my home.  It was no fault of his but he didn't change the price and stood by his original quote.  Will definetly use again.

Over four years ago, I used another electrician to fix my fire alarms from constantly going off in my home and it was obvious that that electrician did not do the job right.  The alarms usually chose 4am to let me know they weren't working correctly.  No, it wasn't a battery issue and  I don't have to tell you how annoying it is to fight with fire alarms in the middle of the night.  So, to kill the problem, I completely pulled the alarms, shut the fuse down and lived without smoke alarms for a long time.  I know, not very smart!!

I met Julio Echeverria networking in Plano and I knew just from talking to him, that he could fix the problem immediately.  I was right!!  Not only did he and his brother, replace every alarm in the house, but guaranteed that I would not be jolted out of bed in the middle of the night for screaming alarms again.  So far So Good!!!  

Julio was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and very trustworthy! I appreciated his honesty and explaining the issues as he worked.  Since then I have had Julio add a ceiling fan to my home office and I couldn't be happier and totally cool.   I would recommend Echeverria Brothers Electric to everyone with any electrical needs.  He goes over and above the call of duty to make sure your lights, switches, fans, plugs and more are working correctly.  Pricing is fair, reasonable and affordable!

This is the best AC company I have ever dealt with.  I have been using them for the past 5 years.  They have replaced both of my units.  I have had other companies come out and give me quotes but I always choose to go with Bear.  They aren't the cheapest but they definitely save me money.  I have had several issues with certain rooms being hot all the time while other parts of the house are ice cold.  Bear looked at the situation and explained exactly how to fix it and gave a quote.  He did the work and guess what ..... now all the rooms are the same temperature.  He is awesome.  HIGHLY recommend him.

This is the 2nd job they've done for us.  Excellent in every aspect.  These are the guys to call, period!

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. I had a great experience with Mister Sparky. Rick, the technician,  was a true professional,  on time,  courteous, and provided great advice on replacing my old smoke detectors  and adding two surge protectors to my breaker boxes. I highly recommend them.

Super service today from Darryl. Problem identified quickly, explained clearly, and solved in a cost effective manner. Darryl also saw one other issue that could have turned major, and suggested a no cost solution.

I needed my pool switches moved and called Richardson Ready Electric for an estimate.  The woman over the phone set up the appointment, but did not make me aware of the service charge.  More on that later.

The guys arrived on time, but were overall very negative about the wiring and the work that would be required.  Our home is older and does need updating, including the electric paneling and whatnot.  Hence, the reason I called them; but the attitude that this was so much work did not sit well with me.  He also showed me a panel that needed to be replaced since it was burnt.  After taking pictures and sending it to his whoever, he stood around tsk taking and had me wait for a while before giving me an estimate.  

Finally, he came to the door to tell me that unfortunately this was deemed a service call so he does have to charge me for his drive and time.  $186 for 45 minutes of me waiting around while he tsked tsked, took pictures, walked all around my house to look at everything.  And no work was rendered.  I cannot believe this company got 2 five star reviews, which misled me to believe I would be getting some honest work.  I was very vocal about my upset, to which he said I could call to talk to the owner as he was a very good man.  Hmmm...

I called another company to come give me a FREE estimate, and the bid was 30% cheaper than theirs.  In addition, the subsequent company was able to explain to me what exactly had to be replaced and was honest about the hazard it posed.  

I would suggest this company really take a look at its process and customer service.  You may be really good at what you provide, but I will never know because your employees were rude!  How about asking me if I've used you before?  And possibly making me aware of the charge up front?  It sounded to good to be true when someone cancelled and we can be there this afternoon.

Our oven was out commission for almost 2 months until Macarther Carter came and did various troubleshooting that other technician's did not think or want to try. He went above and beyond to try and get the it fixed and eventually ended up going out his way and replacing the wiring that an appliance technician should have done. Really appreciate his hard work and would recommend his services 10 out of 10!

The electrician that came to fix a ceiling dan light was not only knowledgable, accommodating, and timely, he was quite pleasant. A totally stress-free transaction!

This is absolutely the worst electrician company out there. The tech by the name of Hunter came to my house and did absolutely nothing to fix my outlet and then tried to charge me for 5 hours and some random materials. I then called the office and spoke to a girl names Sarah who was absolutely no help and hung up on me. She said that she knows the tech fixed the issue and it must be my fault its broken again. I also got Jamon and he is the rudest person Ive ever talked to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I contracted LHE to do some fairly detailed electrical work and updating of existing wiring for an extensive remodel. The contract was sub contracted to Retro Electric out of West Ft.Worth / Weatherford area.
Mr. Charlie Reyes was the lead for the job. It was communicated early that the job would require several return visits to the site to finalize the electrical portion, due to numerous contractors completing other aspects of the project first. Mr. Reyes agreed to return as needed to ensure the electrical install was complete.
The initial instal was completed but the two follow up appointments were like pulling teeth to get coordinated. Mr. Reyes is a very poor communicator and repeatedly fails to just communicate with his customers on simple business practices to complete commitments.
We scheduled the final install of ceiling fans, can lightning and floor receptacle covers 4 times over the course of three week. Each time canceling after the scheduled arrival time. I would have easily met his schedule just to close this project but he never stepped up to coordinate a convenient time. He cited car trouble, two last minute emergencies, then a promised time based on his availability, that he confirmed then, never showed. I understand life throws curve balls sometimes and scheduling has to change ..... What I don't understand is a lack of communication and follow through with ones customer's to ensure professionalism and integrity of the name and business.
Numerous promises to follow through, each time with no communication until we reached out to inquire on where he was and what to expect! I am currently trying to get some sort of communication from him as we speak ....... Crickets!!
This is maybe an hour and a half, two hours of easy electrical work, and the job would be complete!
Unbelievable!

No-showed my appointment with no call.
Sent two emails to confirm the date and time..it took them 3 days to get back to me which should have given me an indication of the level of service.  Look elsewhere.

Words can not express my gratitude towards this company.  We had just came back from spring break and had water in several areas.  After pulling up our flooring in the bathroom, entry, hallway, and master closet, we thought we had a slab leak.  I called A #1 Air/plumbing.  The first 2 guys came out and couldn't lock down the exact problem area due to the leak was very small. Puzzling.  The very next day, another gentleman showed up and after about 20 minutes, he determined that the problem was our shower faucet.  The cartridge in the faucet had failed and leaked in the wall and down under the flooring.  After some pulling, prying, and convincing the cartridge was replacement and no more leak.  This company has installed our AC and now saved us from a adventurous home remodel.   These guys are aces.
