I've been using Anthony's electric for a long time. Have recommended him to several friends and they are always happy with his work. It's hard to find a reliable electrician that won't break your bank. I also like the fact that he is a master electrician. He explains everything he does in detail and is honest with pricing. Definitely the best if your in the Dallas area.

I found Caddell Electric through The Good Contractor's List. My need was not an emergency; therefore, being scheduled a week out was not a problem. I was called 30 minutes prior to the electricians' arrival. Lance and Elijah showed up on time, evaluated my need and provided a quote for the work. Additionally, they suggested another electrical issue that was a safety issue. They provided a quote for that work without pressuring me for the sale. I found them courteous and very knowledgeable. I will use them again if needed.

I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

Duggar electric has been to our home many times. We moved into an older home 5 years ago. We've had outlets added, had a new panel put in. They are professional, on time, and do excellent work. Their rates are extremely reasonable.  We highly recommend them for any electrical work!

Great service and very professional. Only issue is they forgot a light switch cover. But would 100% recommend and will use again.

I'm an elderly woman on a fixed income.  I knew my home wasn't safe, with fuses breaking and an occasionally spark coming from electric sockets.  It was a real hazard.
After several quotes I decided to use Julio because:
1.  He rewired my 3 bedroom 2 bath home in one day!  Other companies took several days which meant my freezer foods would've thawed. Ewww
2.  His rates were better than other companies
Lastly, he received 5 star because of his crew.  They work was precision and the outcome was awesome.
He added several extras and told me it was my Christmas present!  Loved that!!!
When they were done I called my neighbor and showed her the results which were obvious to see even for us electrically challenged women!!!  We will both recommend Julio and his crew to any one who needs electrical work done.

Great experience, the owner Diel personally came out to help me with an insurance claim when my regular a/c company won't bother. Everyone at the company I worked with was very professional and prices were very reasonable, especially compared to my existing company I use.  Needless to say, I will be using Big Bear going forward.  Diel even told me that they were working on covering extended hours so they could better serve their clients.

They sent a very knowledgeable man out who gave me reasonable information that I could understand.  He didn't seem like he was trying to up-charge me for things. But , the only reason we didn't use them was price. I got 3 quotes. Ferguson was the same as an independent electrician. And another big name company like Ferguson came out and gave us a quote full on $1,000 cheaper than the other two. I was afraid we were going to get what we paid for, but it turned out great. Ferguson was our second choice in case the other company didn't work out. But in all honesty, we really really wanted to use Ferguson just bc of the man they sent out. The cheaper company sent young guys that surprised us with a job well done. But our preference was for sure Ferguson.

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. This company is awesome! They were available the same day I needed them and the 2 electricians that came were professional and respectful. I will definitely be calling them again!

Seriously I am so happy with his promptness, quality of work and his honest rate... going to recommend him for anyone that needs electrical work! Couldn't be happier!

Needed one plug installed in the garage. Flexible scheduling worked with my schedule. Electrician arrived on time and was very profession looking. Took time to put on and take off shoe covers when entering the house. Price was higher than I thought for scope of work, but this is my first time using an electrician so I have nothing to base the price on. If I was familiar with market price and they were comparatively proved, I'd give 5 stars.

Super service today from Darryl. Problem identified quickly, explained clearly, and solved in a cost effective manner. Darryl also saw one other issue that could have turned major, and suggested a no cost solution.

I called to get some work done, waiting on estimate. They visited the home, pulled permit and billed $640.00 to review the job. When I said you never told me how much, he said we spent time and placed lien on my home for $740, I am taking him to court this week.A total whole in the wall business, beware. They do estimate and call it work and bill you!!

If I could give no stars I would. We contacted Mr. Carter to hire him for one of our properties. We texted him and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He actually got upset because we asked basic questions. He had the audacity to say, too many questions and. I can't take you seriously. I was baffled by the lack of professionalism. He even tried to charge us more because we are in California. We've hired several contractors to look at our property in Dallas and never have I heard of a charge for being in a different state. I can't take an electrician who can't answer basic questions like, how much do you charge? seriously. It was a horrible interaction and he definitely will not get our business nor does he deserve yours.

****Update**** Then he texted me the next morning being very childish. Just more evidence of how unprofessional he is.

Adis Electric was great!  I contacted Adis on a Saturday and he promptly answered my phone call.  He explained he was currently working a job but would come out that day to investigate my issue.  He explained my options, provided an accurate estimate of the cost of the work.  He and his team arrived on our scheduled day just a few days later and completed the work quickly.  My pool motor and outdoor kitchen lighting are working great now.  (the previous owner must have used an unlicensed handyman).  I would highly recommend Adis for his professionalism as well as his advice.  Thanks Adis!

This is absolutely the worst electrician company out there. The tech by the name of Hunter came to my house and did absolutely nothing to fix my outlet and then tried to charge me for 5 hours and some random materials. I then called the office and spoke to a girl names Sarah who was absolutely no help and hung up on me. She said that she knows the tech fixed the issue and it must be my fault its broken again. I also got Jamon and he is the rudest person Ive ever talked to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Kenny and his team are the best. Honest, reasonable, and excellent electricians. We have used them for several years at our home and renovations we have done in East Dallas. The work they do is excellent and I have recommended them to many folks. The range of work has been from new panels and all new  wiring to installing under counter lights in the kitchen.

No-showed my appointment with no call.
Sent two emails to confirm the date and time..it took them 3 days to get back to me which should have given me an indication of the level of service.  Look elsewhere.

My experience from the first phone call where I had a million questions to the end of a very long day of electric upgrades was absolutely top notch. Brandon was incredible, answered every question without making me feel like a burden, explained the whole job and was the consummate professional from the first visit to the moment the final label was placed in my new panel. He and his crew were professional, took good care of my home, provided exceptional communication, reduced my stress and got the whole job done right the first time. Thank you so much.
