I just had Caddell Electric (I first found them through The Good Contractor's List) out for a 2nd job and the Lance was AWESOME!  They are always clean, courteous and get the job done the right way!  Highly recommend!

I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

They came out and looked at my breaker boxes and told me both need to be replaced.  One breaker box had power and fully working.  The other breaker box had a faulty main breaker.

When I told him to show me with voltmeter what is wrong and why I need to replace them.  He came up with an excuse, I need to call another technician and charge you to show you.  That's when I knew ...  I told him I need to get more estimates and asked him to leave.

I used another electrician to replace the one faulty main breaker in the box that wasn't working and paid much less than $8000 these guys quoted me.

I've used a couple other AC companies in the past and never felt completely comfortable.  A friend used Big Bear and had nothing but great things to say, so I called them about replacing my furnace.  Diel, the owner, came out to my home to look at my system and give me a quote. This guy is very professional and super nice.  He was involved in every step of the process. When his crew installed my new unit, he showed up to make sure everything was going smoothly.  There is something to be said for dealing with the same person though out the process.  The two women I spoke with on the phone to schedule appointments and make payment arrangements couldn't have been nicer.  They know what's going on and have great customer service skills.  I highly recommend this family owned business to anyone in need of AC or heating service.  It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there who treat customers well.

Great company! They really know their stuff. Corrected multiple electrical issues in our new-to-us house. Items such as: fixing loose wires, upgrading GFCI outlets, and installing a grounding rod.

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. I had an electrical issue pop up this week and followed a friend's advice to call Double R. It's refreshing to see a company with very friendly employees who take the time to diagnose an issue and clearly have a lot of knowledge about their trade. The two individuals on my service call were very proud of their work and did a great job (for a very reasonable price). I know who I am calling from now on for any job!

I had a great experience with Mister Sparky. Rick, the technician,  was a true professional,  on time,  courteous, and provided great advice on replacing my old smoke detectors  and adding two surge protectors to my breaker boxes. I highly recommend them.

Super service today from Darryl. Problem identified quickly, explained clearly, and solved in a cost effective manner. Darryl also saw one other issue that could have turned major, and suggested a no cost solution.

I needed 3 GFI breakers installed for a new tub.  So James came out and reviewed the job and emailed me a free estimate that day.
When I got the estimate, I couldn't believe the price, for I had expected much more.  I agreed immediately and they put me on their schedule.  
Then Dave and and another man whose name starts with an 'E', came out to install the new breakers.  Throughout the job, they listen to me, kept me informed, and cleaned up after themselves.  They even took the time to show me how to reset the GFI breakers (breakers have reset switch on them rather than the plug).  
I will definitely use them again if the occasion arises.

Was satisfied with my service he did what he said he was going to do he contact on card and tell my service was restored after he did his repairs he stayed on them to make sure the service was restored I didn't have to do anything . I was very satisfied

Ok installation but not ideal for residential.  First off, very nice guy.  They replaced our service panel and all wiring.  They did an OK job.  Similar to plumbers they have no respect for any part of the house other than their little area.  You definitely have to follow them to fix what they disturb (insulation, floor boards, wall cuts, etc.  Just know you need to clean up after them.   And I still have a few outlets that are loose and never got corrected (was told he'd send someone out - never happened after i made final payment (I should have know better so i take responsibility for not holding final payment).  But the worst part was we failed inspection.  He insisted I needed an energy audit.  So he sent me the link, i called for this audit, paid $150 and had the audit submitted to the city.  City was confused and when I finally bypassed Adis and went directly to the inspector it turned out that they needed to change 1 breaker to a gfci.   They actually did (apparently after failing the inspection)  but instead of them bothering to call for re-inspection he told me to get a $150 energy audit that was not required.  Again, he's very nice and maybe his company is more suited for a business environment and not residential.  Residential service providers should be able to deal with the permit and completion and not throw it back on the homeowner to deal with inspectors and submit final documentation.

We truly truly appreciate Legacy Electric. Long story short. Texas A/C &Heat came out and basically didn't complete the job. The left wires disconnect and everything. They told us we needed an electrician. So, they contact our home warranty company to let them know. Legacy Electric was contracted to come out. Logan (the lead Technician) with Legacy Electric came out and teseted our electricity and checked our braker box. He said everything was working great. Lucky for us he is a licensed HVAC tech also. He went and checked our unit. Reconnected the wires there and to our thermostat and put the panel back on, waited a total of 5 MINUTES!!! and our unit was working. He is a very very nice person. We even talked about our dogs. Very professional work. We feel very luck to have had Logan with Legacy Electric come out. SHOUT OUT TO LOGAN!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH. We've used them since 2011 when they replaced an AC unit in our home. Each season they perform preventative maintenance on our AC and Heat equipment. They recently replaced our 50 gallon dual hot water heaters and the recirc pump located in the attic. Not an easy task. They did a fine job, they beat their competitors pricing, and we appreciated their excellent customer service. (I'm a little picky.) Good job Bubba Ashton and Nick Kea.
