How refreshing!  I called yesterday to make an appointment to have two under-cabinet light fixtures installed.  Less than 24 hours later, the work is done- Thanks George!  Expert installation, very quick, and super fair price.  So happy to have found you guys.

Tony did an outstanding job. He was punctual, friendly, thorough and efficient. He was able to sort out the issues with my home and come up with excellent solutions. His documentation was great and pricing was very fair.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Victor did an outstanding job replacing wiring and upgrading and moving my electrical panel to ensure it was up to code. He did a great job, kept me updated on progress and finished ahead of schedule. If I ever need electrical work done again, Victor and Custom Electric will be my first call. Great company.

These folks did a great job on electric service required for our Pool. Attic insulation had to removed in area that Pool pump electrical needed to out. Once Pool pump was up and operational, we called to have the attic insulation repaired to original state. They came right out and did a great job moving all the disturbed insulation back in place. We are now ready for winter!  Have also used them for breaker replacement in the main service panel.

TERRIBLE. We scheduled Chris to come out and do some repairs post-inspection report in order to sell, and the first appointment time was for a week after I called. This was already a longer than wanted appointment time due to the circumstances in dealing with an option period, but Chris had come out and installed a ceiling fan for us, and we didn't want to have to go through the process of finding another electrician. The appointment time came and went, and when I called the receptionist to see where Chris was, she replied I wasn't on the schedule! That she would need to call me back as soon as she called Chris. 30 min later I called her back after having no news from her, to find that she had the emails exchanged from me and Chris outlining the work, but she never put me in the schedule, and the next time he could come out was a week later! She would not reschedule outside business hours to accommodate her mistake, and her demeanor throughout he entire phone call was entirely unprofessional, saying things like, Well, you're not in the schedule, so there's nothing I can do. She was completely indifferent to the fact that her error meant the sale of our house was put in jeopardy.

IME did both the electrical and HVAC for my new construction home. The contractors were hired by my builder. I have been here six years and have spent thousands of dollars fixing their crappy work. Both have been problematic. For the HVAC, they installed one unit that was too small for my two story, 3200 sf house and the ductwork that was installed was too small for the unit. For the electrical, I've had breakers tripping all the time, outlets on opposite sides of the house wired to the same circuit breaker. They drilled about 15 holes on the outside of my house, trying to get to find wires to the breaker box. I am getting ready to spend about $6,000 to fix a system that is inferior at best.

We were having a problem with the breakers tripping repeatedly, in the kitchen. CB Electric came out. The service technicians were very helpful and courteous. They were masked and gloved for COVID, they covered their shoes before they entered. I was very pleased with the service and their cleanup. I would definitely recommend this company.

The contractor showed up late and spent maybe 20 minutes
listening to our problems to be solved and in that time fixed
a faulty 3 way switch (the easiest to solve) and left.  The more
major problems were left to our confusion as to why we called
them in the first place and why $160.00 got us to our stupidity
and distrust for all contractors in Dallas.  They are without
integrity and the expected professionalism from our community.

Called my home warranty company regarding A/C not working properly they sent speedy electric & A/C to my home.  The technician informed me they were the same company that came to repair the A/c for the seller when I purchased my home.   My home inspector was concerned because the A/C wasn't cooling.  Everything went downhill from there!   First, I was told the a/c needed 1/2 lb of Freon, then I was told it would need a new fan, then I was told I would need a whole new a/c system because a wasp nest  abused pressure on a coil causing it to leak.  Thanks to the wasp nest OneGuard denied my claim.  
I had another company come inspect my a/c unit, and he informed me that their is no way a wasp nest caused a leak on the coil especially since it was very obvious the same section the leak was detected had been repaired before.  
A definite red flag to me was that the technician just said sorry for your bad luck and left didn't even bother to try and sell me a new a/c unit.  
Now I'm wondering if these same issues were present when speedy electric A/C serviced the a/c for the previous seller and just filled it up with Freon so the seller wouldn't have the expense of replacing an old a/c unit and leaving me stuck with the costly repair that the home warranty company won't pay for.  

I feel very taken advantage of!

Rude and unconcerned after multiple contacts to schedule and reschedule and reschedule. Never call never use list! Wow, they need serious customer service training or get out of the business!

I hired Jim Hicks to Install 2 lights for my camera back of an envelope to be hot at all times and repair 1 dusk to dawn light and quoted me on paper $201.50.   However, he wired them to the dusk to dawn lights which was not what I wanted.  He did the back yard and fixed the light under the carport and charged me $220.00.  Then said he would be back and give me a bill.  He showed up on the 13th which was Sunday and did not call and put an illegal connector on my front light which would have gotten me a ticket from the City of Dallas. and charged me an additional $40.00.  I then had to hired another electrician to fix the problem.  He also did not wire the back correctly and they had to fix it because the wires were hanging out.  The second electrician cost me $639.99.  I beleive he owes me that money.  He did not do what he agreed to do and ripped me off and did not give me a bill.  DO NOT USE THIS GUY.  He also made me lose $55.00 on my home warranty due to his lack of respect and no bill.
