Great experience with Raines Electric in getting a manual control switch installed for a portable generator. My contact person was Brian.  We communicated via text, as it was easier for me to send him pictures to get an estimate for the job. He was quick to reply, provided very reasonable rates, and the technician arrived on time. Michael and James were on time and installed the manual control switch. I had some questions about the install and sent a picture to Brian. He wasn't particularly happy with the install, and he arranged for Randy to make the necessary corrections to the the positioning of the manual control switch to make it safer. I'm very happy with Brian's response and with the company. Raines was referred to me from one of my neighbors, and I in turn, recommended them to another neighbor. Called these guys to connect a gas dryer and, possibly, recess the gas valve. What I got was an explanation of how complicated it would be, reasons why they couldn't do certain things, etc and a $650 quote. Just to connect it and not modify it would be $300 or more.
A local plumber just left and did everything I asked for $125 in 45 minutes. I was so happy I tipped $25 more. Tioga is clearly out to stick it to their customers with outrageous prices.

I had them come out several times and each time I have worked with Matt on the estimate of work.  Later that day I receive my estimate in detail of what we discussed.   Usually Both him and his guys then come and knock it all out quickly. His teams work is to my level of expectation every time.  Highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them.

Lyle is the best! Caught a near fire in our home while doing the electrical work for fan install, came over on a holiday to check out a suspicious smell! Honest and does great work!

I had called for repair of a light switch on my vent-a-hood over my cook top.  Cody was very polite and got right to the problem area.  He said they were having trouble finding  a comparable switch.  When they finally found one he informed me that it would be over $350.00 to repair the light switch.  Since I can buy a new vent-a-hood for about $450.00 with installation I was shocked..  I initially said that I would let them repair the switch but own further consideration I have decided to have another electrician give me an estimate.

7/3/18: Was called by Mr. Electric by referral from Home Depot for installation help. Set up an appt with Grand Prairie office for the next business day.  A female called me 2 hours before appt telling me the guy will not be able to make it & asked me to reschedule.  No thanks, plenty of options available for this type of service.  Waste of time.
