Great experience with Raines Electric in getting a manual control switch installed for a portable generator. My contact person was Brian.  We communicated via text, as it was easier for me to send him pictures to get an estimate for the job. He was quick to reply, provided very reasonable rates, and the technician arrived on time. Michael and James were on time and installed the manual control switch. I had some questions about the install and sent a picture to Brian. He wasn't particularly happy with the install, and he arranged for Randy to make the necessary corrections to the the positioning of the manual control switch to make it safer. I'm very happy with Brian's response and with the company. Raines was referred to me from one of my neighbors, and I in turn, recommended them to another neighbor. I am super impressed by Sy and his outstanding customer service. I had a service issue and I'm happy to tell you that he went above and beyond to insure my complete satisfaction with the glass replacement of my front door. When I placed the initial call early Friday morning, they were able to slide me into the schedule and secure the door so there was at least peace of mind and when they couldn't get back when they said, Sy personally called me and made things right.

Lyle is a fantastic guy to work with. He brings solid ideas to the table if you need them and is incredibly patient when it comes to you understanding what you are hiring him for. He is very responsive on text and always follows through with what he says he is going to do. We hired him to pretty much change all of the wiring in our Kitchen and add 5 lights to our dinning room. The work is fantastic, we enjoy it daily.

I paid $235 per light fixture to be installed with an additional $39 for a diagnosis. I paid less than that for the two light fixtures. I feel like I was scammed. Would not recommend this company unless you feel like throwing money away! Just do it yourself.

My light switch had an extra wire so I called Mr. Electric.  The technician came out & removed the other 3 wires from where I had them even though the 4th was the only one in question.  When I said over $300 was too expensive, he did not re-connect anything & left.  3/4 of the wires look exactly the same.  The company emailed me that this was my fault after I told them what happened.

Any business that needs service done from plumbing, electrical, or maintenance, this is the company to go to.  They are all qualified to do every job but the best part about them is that they pool all their knowledge for each job and will give you a 30 day guarantee on every service they do.  The reason why?  Because not everyone's perfect and they make mistakes too.  This is the best place to go to for every service.  The cost is comparable to any serviceman but the way they approach customer service is the reason why i'll always go to The Works
