Great experience with Raines Electric in getting a manual control switch installed for a portable generator. My contact person was Brian.  We communicated via text, as it was easier for me to send him pictures to get an estimate for the job. He was quick to reply, provided very reasonable rates, and the technician arrived on time. Michael and James were on time and installed the manual control switch. I had some questions about the install and sent a picture to Brian. He wasn't particularly happy with the install, and he arranged for Randy to make the necessary corrections to the the positioning of the manual control switch to make it safer. I'm very happy with Brian's response and with the company. Raines was referred to me from one of my neighbors, and I in turn, recommended them to another neighbor. Honest and reliable company.

We called Tioga to help my elderly mom sort out her complicated electricity issues. She had already hired another company to do several hundreds of dollars of work in her home; to no prevail.

We were concerned that maybe another company would take advantage of her again and flew in from New York to help her get a solution. A rep from Tioga came to her house and gave us an honest and comprehensive outline of what the issue was. He also proposed solutions at different price points that would resolve her ongoing electrical issues. I can tell you confidently, Tioga is an honest and reliable company with fair pricing and reasonable assessments of electrical issues.

We are so grateful for their help and glad to know we have a new relationship with an honest, safe and reliable electrician for our projects.

If I could give a negative star I would!  I had to completely redo the work he did!  Showed up late did messy terrible work and waisted thousands of my $!  Stay away!  I literally have never left a negative review but just had to do others from Lyle!

The service guys were nice, but the price was robbery. I stupidly paid over $1,700 to have two NEMA 14-50 outlets installed in the garage. One was installed on the same wall and one on the other. This increases the price I do know this. However, we had a NEMA 14-50 installed at another property by another company and had the line run under the length of the house and through an exterior wall and it was a quarter of the price. there is no logical explanation as to the $1,700 price other than I was taken advantage of. I could have two of those run through the underside of a house and still barely get to HALF of the price Mr Electric charged for the garage install. They sent an email about feedback and I responded saying I felt like I was taken advantage of and would like be contacted. They never contacted and so I decided to leave a review. HAVE MORE THAN ONE COMPANY GIVE YOU A QUOTE BEFORE USING THEM. They did good work, but will take advantage of you. The service guy kept trying to upset me on a surge protector for the breaker box for an additional $400 or something. Scammy and over priced.

7/3/18: Was called by Mr. Electric by referral from Home Depot for installation help. Set up an appt with Grand Prairie office for the next business day.  A female called me 2 hours before appt telling me the guy will not be able to make it & asked me to reschedule.  No thanks, plenty of options available for this type of service.  Waste of time.

Be aware! We had Very bad experience! If I could give 0 I would! Our walking freezer had been fixed 2 weeks ago. It took 2 hours for young inexperienced guy to add freon he didn't know what kind of Freon he needs! He called to the company to ask about it!  They still charged us for 2 hours of work. But problem was not fixed because freezer didn't freeze well. We called yesterday again . Technician came took everything apart and left. He said he would come come back the next day but he didn't. Our freezer didn't work at all since technician left because of them. I called to the owner he was rude on the phone and denied that they touched the freezer. They messed it up and didn't  know how to fix it and they don't want to pay for their mistakes!
