Great experience with Raines Electric in getting a manual control switch installed for a portable generator. My contact person was Brian.  We communicated via text, as it was easier for me to send him pictures to get an estimate for the job. He was quick to reply, provided very reasonable rates, and the technician arrived on time. Michael and James were on time and installed the manual control switch. I had some questions about the install and sent a picture to Brian. He wasn't particularly happy with the install, and he arranged for Randy to make the necessary corrections to the the positioning of the manual control switch to make it safer. I'm very happy with Brian's response and with the company. Raines was referred to me from one of my neighbors, and I in turn, recommended them to another neighbor. Turner Electric installed my ring security devices; removed two old home alarm systems and other assorted old phone jacks, motion sensors, alarms, and wiring; and fixed the electric post lamp in the front yard. Not only are they the best electricians I've ever worked with, they're honest and nice people who really informed me about my options and went the extra mile to try to achieve everything I was wanting to do--and exceeded my expectations. For the combined experience of a father-son team, and the great quality of their work, I found their prices very fair. They completed a day's work painlessly and were just fun to have around. A couple weeks out and everything's working perfectly.  I would not hesitate for a second to call them again & highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Tioga. They came to give a quote on replacing some light fixtures and fans and performed the work the same day. The price was very reasonable and the installers, Michael and Seth were very careful, efficient and professional.

I had them come out several times and each time I have worked with Matt on the estimate of work.  Later that day I receive my estimate in detail of what we discussed.   Usually Both him and his guys then come and knock it all out quickly. His teams work is to my level of expectation every time.  Highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them.

Lyle is the best! Caught a near fire in our home while doing the electrical work for fan install, came over on a holiday to check out a suspicious smell! Honest and does great work!

Do not use Mr Electric of Dallas. One of my breakers I thought was broken. I called to Mr Electric and they came over on time within their time frame came over for $49.75 diagnosis. He replaced one breaker and flipped up an upside-down breaker that was in accidently in the off position. He was here a total of less than 30 minutes. He charged me a total of $373 (including the visit fee). This was a complete rip-off. I wish i billed out at that rate for 30 minutes. I will never use them again and i suggest that you move on to anybody else. The only positive thing was he was a nice guy. I would have asked for an a$#hole if i could get a cheaper rate. I'm still really pissed off about the whole thing.

These folks are the most honest and reliable tradesmen I have come across in my life (no exaggeration. Seriously.).

After reading a few other Yelp reviews with no-so-great things to say about Milestone Electric I decided to call the other folks mentioned in that previous review. So I called 'Electrician on Call' and Mr. Electric this morning at 7:15AM. Since no one answered the phone I had to leave a message for Electrician on Call (which said someone would call within 2 hours - I am STILL waiting and it now noon). On the other hand, Mr. Electric had a live person answer the phone who scheduled an appointment for 2pm today. Around 10AM the folks called and asked if I was available (I was), since they were in the neighborhood so they swung by and quickly diagnosed the two issues I had:

1. A switch on a dimmer, controlling 6 canned lights, gets very hot to the touch. SOLUTION: change the wattage on the bulbs and it will be taken care. I did and it was!! NO CHARGE.

2. We have a light fixture that was wired incorrectly and was tricky - Gary spent 20 minutes diagnosing the problem, fixing it and CLEANED UP the dust and debris that came from the outlet. Again, NO CHARGE! Simple fix, m'am,

Unbelievable!!! You won't go wrong with these folks! I am more than thrilled and will use them again in the future, refer them and spread the word.

Any business that needs service done from plumbing, electrical, or maintenance, this is the company to go to.  They are all qualified to do every job but the best part about them is that they pool all their knowledge for each job and will give you a 30 day guarantee on every service they do.  The reason why?  Because not everyone's perfect and they make mistakes too.  This is the best place to go to for every service.  The cost is comparable to any serviceman but the way they approach customer service is the reason why i'll always go to The Works
