I was facing some issues with my previous condo and called up Matrix Electric. They provided me a fair and very reasonable quote when they inspected the place. They provided superior customer service and explained what all my options were before doing the work. I have used Kinzler Electrical Contractors on many occasions. The owner, Jonathan Kinzler, is not only excellent at what he does, but also very personable. I used his services to install new lights in my 1900 sf townhome, and he did a fantastic job. Since then he has come back to do several very small jobs consisting of installing one or two lights, but always with the same conscientiousness that he approaches larger jobs. I am confident that my electrical connections are correct and safe when he leaves, and would recommend him highly to anyone.

Roy and partner were great. They removed one massive chandelier and replaced two others.  I appreciated they wore masks and were very careful with my furniture. They also ensured I was happy with the work, cleaned up any debris, and were just an all around pleasure. I'm already considering my next improvement project for Roy to help me with. Highly recommend!

Gabe was very professional.  He showed respect during the pandemic by wearing a mask at all times.  He spent extra time providing options and different ways to meet our needs.  The work was done to exceed our expectations.  We will definitely hire him again on additional projects.  

This first project was to add 2 new outlets in our garage. It was very evident that he was licensed and took extra care to not only meet the standard requirements of electrical work, but took extra care so that the final product looked flawless and elegant.

Had them give me a quote to install a huge chandiler. They had to reinforce the structure in the attic on a 20'+ ceiling . They did a great job after James and Rodney who is the General Manager installed the fixture they cleaned up and installed all 206 bulbs for us. I would highly recommend them . Great customer service, attention to detail and they have great work ethnic. You can tell these guys really care about their job and they take great pride in their work. I will use them again Thank you for a great job.

I've have used Jeff before and he does his job. Today I didn't ask him for a quote and thinking he was a fair guy, just expected him to give me a fair price. After 5 minutes, he let me know what the issue was but couldn't fix it bc it's pool equipment. He then charged me $150 for the work.

I had a service scheduled for Wednesday, January 19, for a furnace tuneup on both our units and to get an estimate for air duct cleaning.  My service time slot was from 11:00-2:00 and was told the tech would call me 30 minutes prior to their arrival.  At 4:23 I called to ask where the tech was and was told he had gotten caught up on a previous call.  I understand that service calls can run into issues and therefore run long. A courtesy call letting me know that would have been appropriate and appreciated.  Although this did not set well with me, I decided to give them another shot since they had such good reviews.   I was rescheduled for January 21, between 8:00-11:00.  When, yet again, no one showed up by 11:20 I called to see where my tech was.  Again, he was stuck at another service call, so they rescheduled me to come between 11:00-2:00.  Keep in mind no one called to tell me this.  As a small business owner myself, we would never stand up a customer and if by chance we were running late, we would definitely call the customer and let them know, giving them the choice to reschedule or wait. I would never recommend Service Today to anyone.  Just call your customers!
