A human answered the phone on the first call and set up an appointment the same day. Everyone else I called I got voice mail, and only one responded... with a text telling me the next available appointment was 14 days out.

Anyway, Daniel, a clean cut and articulate gentleman, showed up promptly and took care of my issue quickly. He even hung out for a while to help me deal with my HVAC contractor who was blaming issues with the AC on something is wrong with the wiring in that house.  I have owned the house since it was built, and watched it being built with daily visits. In 35 years I have never had an issue with the electrical system. It has proved to be quite robust. Daniel helped me put this to rest with a clean bill of electrical health.

Got burned by a few electricians over the years and went into a major electrical repair a little nervous. The owner of the company came out and reassured me but I was still wary. I had gotten two estimates and Kinzler's was not only the best quote but the most detailed. They did awesome work and I'd definitely recommend them!

We called Gabe on Friday afternoon and he was here first thing Saturday morning! He was so nice and came wearing a mask. Our dog knocked over an outside electric switch and Gabe had it fixed up in no time flat! His expertise and know-how was obvious and we really appreciated how he put us at ease! Thank you!

1. Doesn't answer emails so don't bother with the email address on his website
2. After a day and half not receiving an email response, I called him about some electrical outlets that weren't working. He stated that he was just finishing up a job and could stop by in an hour or so.  I gave him my address and cell phone number.  He never showed nor did he call with an explanation.

BoycElectric is the absolute best!  We phoned them late in the day, describing what we thought was a defective breaker resulting in a loss of lights in the kitchen.  They promised to come that very night and sure enough, they did.  They identified and resolved our problem quickly and efficiently.  We found them to be honest, prompt, knowledgeable, professional and extremely cost effective.  They will be our go-to electricians from now on!

I used this company to install brand new lighting sockets over my kitchen Island and in the hallway. I had no previous sockets there, so he had some attic work to do!! My technician, Robert was very thorough. He installed the sockets,installed the fixtures, and made sure all of my switches worked properly and were in places that I preferred. He was very clean and polite and had competitive quotes.  I would definitely use them again.

We live in a home in Rockwall built mid 1980's. We have been having issues with flickering lights and breakers shutting power to areas of our home. We called one electrician out said we needed new breaker box and breakers gave us a bid of $2800. We called another he wanted $2400. We were referred to Day. He and another gentleman came and replace for much much less.
I will definitely use them again.

Had them give me a quote to install a huge chandiler. They had to reinforce the structure in the attic on a 20'+ ceiling . They did a great job after James and Rodney who is the General Manager installed the fixture they cleaned up and installed all 206 bulbs for us. I would highly recommend them . Great customer service, attention to detail and they have great work ethnic. You can tell these guys really care about their job and they take great pride in their work. I've used Clements for various electrical projects, and they always deliver a great experience. All of the electricians, that I have met, have been polite, professional and great communicators. Great company. Will continue to use them for future projects.

Absolute gentleman and professional.  I received 3 quotes to change out three globe lights to can lights and add pendant lights.  I had quotes over $1,200.  Jeff came over and was to the point, listened, offered suggestions and was realistic. He completed the job quickly.  I had him install 3 pendant lights and changed my mind to 5 can lights and added a new switch.  Lets just say that the cost (including can lighting) was less than $700. If you want a honest master electrician that never looks for the up-sell and truly is concerned about being honest and simply charging his labor, this is the best electrician in Dallas/Fort Worth hands down. (Please note I have hired multiple electricians and all of their business cards are in the trash.)

I will say that after the job, there was a very small mess.  However, my wife and I understanding the value we had just received, wanted to help clean up.  He was conscious of our art and other things and asked if we could cover things up in order to not harm our tables and others.  If I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

I have never felt more ripped off by an electrician. I would never use again and would encourage others not to take the chance.
