A human answered the phone on the first call and set up an appointment the same day. Everyone else I called I got voice mail, and only one responded... with a text telling me the next available appointment was 14 days out.

Anyway, Daniel, a clean cut and articulate gentleman, showed up promptly and took care of my issue quickly. He even hung out for a while to help me deal with my HVAC contractor who was blaming issues with the AC on something is wrong with the wiring in that house.  I have owned the house since it was built, and watched it being built with daily visits. In 35 years I have never had an issue with the electrical system. It has proved to be quite robust. Daniel helped me put this to rest with a clean bill of electrical health.

Well time to add to my previous review for Roy. In all my years working with professional contractors around the country I must say Roy is in a whole different category. He is the most honest contractor I have ever met. We had Roy come back and do some additional work for us and he and his employee did an amazing job! Very professional, clean work, kept us posted as they went along, and the price they charges was very reasonable! If you need any residential electrical work I recommend you call Roy. You will not find anyone that has the skills, personality, professionalism, and price as Roy. He is very easy to talk with and ask questions. We will use him for any future electrical needs.

We live in a home in Rockwall built mid 1980's. We have been having issues with flickering lights and breakers shutting power to areas of our home. We called one electrician out said we needed new breaker box and breakers gave us a bid of $2800. We called another he wanted $2400. We were referred to Day. He and another gentleman came and replace for much much less.
I will definitely use them again.

I have had Arrow come to the house twice.  They first time, a young man clearly explained to me the problem and multiple ways to go about fixing it.  He was articulate, knowledgable and reasonable in his assessment.
After delaying on my end, I finally had them come out to do the repairs.  Having had electricians come to the house before and knowing how much work needed to be done, I anticipated multiple days stuck in the house waiting for them to do even the smallest projects.  Instead, Alberto and Ricardo showed up on time, tackled many projects with speed, gave me a clear explanation of what they were doing and offered me a reasonable price.  They even let my three year old daughter drill them with questions the whole time!
I will continue to use Arrow as long as I am receiving service like this.

I used this company in the past and was happy with the work and price (2017)The first installation included changing 4 lighting  fixtures on my 18-20foot ceilings and lightbulb change on two ceilings fans of similar height. (1st picture)
I understand Prices change, but If I knew the price was going to double and the service would significantly decline, I would have not trusted them to install 4 simple lighting fixtures in my media room.
The company is very responsive initially but as soon as I tried to contact this company both via phone and email it was dead silence. I wanted my bill to be reviewed. The 4 lights in my media room could be a accessible by a foot stool, and the previous fixtures had already been removed because I recently got the room painted. All the electrician had to do was connect the wires. The contractor came during a work call and I admit I mistakingly confused the 8 on my bill for a 3. He arrive an hour early. Almost $900 to put a lighting fixture on the wall, and the technician didn't even put the crystals on the light. (2nd picture). The job was completed under an hour.

It was my human error on the quote. But I still would have have been out of $80 if I declined the quote. I think this company should provide at least a starting price before the trip is made
The one star is because the company wouldn't even give me the respect to call me back to discuss my bill, and deceiving business practices. I was totally ghosted.

I have never felt more ripped off by an electrician. I would never use again and would encourage others not to take the chance.
