Jimmy R. was a 100% professional from the moment we contacted him until the minute he left our home. Besides quickly submitting his quotations with multiple options (anticipating things we'd want or need BEFORE we'd thought of them), he kept his appointment time, called us an hour ahead to notify us of his impending arrival, and started the work immediately when he arrived. He installed a new garage/house door with the frame and double locks. He was friendly, well-organized, considerate of our home and pets, and was careful to thoroughly clean up after the work was completed. It's refreshing to hire a contractor who's conscientious, professional, organized and does everything they said they are going to do, how and when they said they were going to do it. The quality of his work was excellent, the cost very reasonable and I enthusiastically recommend him to any and everyone who requires his services. THANK YOU Jimmy for a job well done!

Freddie from Freddieamerica.com and 2 of his employees, Alex and George, came out to my home to install a/c unit and they did some electrical work. They did a marvelous job. If you need some electrical work done call Freddie at 214-537-5287. He's reliable and his prices are right. I will always call him for any electrical work I may need. Boy, was he a pleasure to work with!

Needed an electrician to install and wire vent fans, a plug, and some switches. Tyner electric came out on the scheduled day and completed the work. Very professional and reliable. Would recommend.

If you need a 100yr old house's electric updated. These guys can do it with minimal mess and drywall repair.
From the consult/bid process mr. zubras instills confidence that he knows what he is doing. Most of my outlets were not functioning, my meter had a bird nest attached to it... the line from my back house to the main house was the wrong type of cable not meant for outdoor use. yikes. who knows how much jack rigging had gone on in prior years. I was living in fear the wall wiring would ignite. Zubra's team swooped in. What was estimated as a week of work turned into 3 days. The team was friendly and not terribly intrusive . its always hard to have a team working on your house and in your space. Not having much idea how a house electrical system works... and its all in the walls.. it still feels like mystery magic. but , hey, all the outlets work and things seem fine. I have a lovely outdoor meter and fuse box now. Plus a sturdy exterior cable that should withstand the elements until /if I can ever afford to have that cable buried for aesthetic reasons. My stress level is diminished. and I guess the house value is increased? ... google says electrical updates are a once in a generation investment. fingers crossed but I feel very confident all will remain right. I feel confident recommending this company.

After 3 attempts to make an inquiry for service/repair on electric installed by Lanehart, there has been zero response. I have waited a month now, sent multiple messages via email, contact us form, and called with no answer. My home is 2.5 years old, and having issues with breakers/outlets installed by Lanehart. Outside of builder warranty but obviously Lanehart does not stand behind their work enough to respond this type of customer inquiry.

If I could give no stars, I would ...
We have been working with Ben the last several weeks now to update a few things in our new home. I was so excited to finally find a skilled electrician because as we all know, good help is hard to find. To my surprise and disgust, I was left extremely disappointed at the level of customer service and the rudeness mu fiance and I received.
Originally we reached out to Ben to add some outlets to add some security cameras, all went well in the end and we were so pleased with the work that we wanted to get more work done, specifically change out our main living room fan and add canned lighting.
My fiance and I scheduled with Ben and Candace to get our fan changed out. Mind you it is a fan that is on a high ceiling, over 20 feet, so there needs to be a specific type of ladder used. Come the week of our appointment we were informed that Ben had an accident and could not make our appointment. We completely understood and rescheduled a month from our original appointment.
On the day of our rescheduled appointment, we recieve a text message in the morning saying that he does not have the ladder that he needs to do the job. In the text he said the place he rents these specific types of ladders from was sold out for the day. To me that is an honest mistake on his part and we planned to reschedule the following week. However, along with changing out our fan he was also coming to give us a quote on canned lighting. We asked him to still come out to give us a quote on the canned lighted and all we get back via text message is 'NOT TODAY'.
That message did not make sense to me because we had an appointment with him, so why could he not come out like he was supposed to? So like any normal human being I text him back and ask why not today. We also expressed our frustration with the level of customer service given that we had waited over a month for him instead of finding a new electrician to do the work. We got a text back saying ...
This is Ben and I really don't want to go out of my way and drive out to Irving with a 250 lb ladder I have to load and unload. At this time we will respectfully decline and hopefully you will find another electrician who services Irving with the equipment needed.
Some may think you could appreciate his level of honesty, but I think it is so disrespectful from a customer point of view, especially a repeat customer. IF HE DID NOT WANT TO DO THE JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE THAN WHY MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITH US TO DO IT? Why not 'respectably decline' and let us move on and find another electrician?
I don't care about the fan or even the amount of time we had to wait, it was just the level of disrespect I felt as a customer being told he really did not want to do the job after making us wait over a month.

I'm always pleased with Ashton at Hightower. Ashton always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done thoroughly and with care to our property. He is very knowledgeable, respectful and kind. I can trust him to do exceptional work!

I've used them three times. The first time I got what I thought was a great deal. The second time, the guys left for about an hour and tried to charge me for the time that they were gone. The third time, today, they did the same thing. They showed up at 8:30, left for an hour to get the parts they needed, then charged me for that hour. I will not call for the 2nd time and ask for a credit on my bill. What I will do, instead, is let everyone know that this company seems to be lacking in the ethics department. Find another electrical company, one that doesn't show up lacking the supplies they need then charge you for their time to go back to the shop and get what they need. That is crooked!
4205 Mesa Dr, Denton, TX 76207
At first, they seemed nice and reliable. They were able to ground the shop but, I had them run a large gauge wire for a Tesla.and asked that it be appropriate. I have had nothing but problems since. The destination charger stops charging randomly and also cuts down on amps. At first they put in a 40amp breaker and they had to come back. But, they would only change it to a 50amp.
I also had a problem that they charged me for a visit and not being there when we never agreed on the time. If they would have told me the time, I would have told them that I would be driving home from work and would have asked that they move the appointment back.
I spoke with the owner about a refund for that fee, which he agreed to refund it. I have yet to see the refund and when I call, I never get a return call.
I would not recommend this company to anyone! Just terrible.

Two stars so the algorithms won't kick this out of the system- yes I'm about a week late on a bill. A disconnect notice would have been nice. Cirro has all my contact info, so snail mail, email, or phone are all options.
I'm sure the reconnect fees are a revenue source, but so is customer retention.
