i am not good with words but these guys are amazing. they came in here and put in a new breaker box and explained to me what they was doing. they showed up on time and was very professional. i have already recommended them to serval people

I found Caddell Electric through The Good Contractor's List. My need was not an emergency; therefore, being scheduled a week out was not a problem. I was called 30 minutes prior to the electricians' arrival. Lance and Elijah showed up on time, evaluated my need and provided a quote for the work. Additionally, they suggested another electrical issue that was a safety issue. They provided a quote for that work without pressuring me for the sale. I found them courteous and very knowledgeable. I will use them again if needed.

I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

Duggar electric has been to our home many times. We moved into an older home 5 years ago. We've had outlets added, had a new panel put in. They are professional, on time, and do excellent work. Their rates are extremely reasonable.  We highly recommend them for any electrical work!

After they did some electric work back yard new gazebo with wiring a 4 new light fixtures. After 3 months fixtures came loose on gazebo. No problem and they came the same day and fixed.....no charge. They did a great job and would use again.

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. Grossly Overpriced for work that failed.
This pertains to sevice in Dallas.
I had a doorbell.  Ultimately the doorbell had to be replaced but 2 weeks later it failed and I have made 3 phone calls and did not get a call back!  This is unacceptible.  I also had to miss work to have the cable company re-attach a broken phone line that resulted from the attic work that was done on the first visit.  I paid too much for something that is still not working and have missed work because of their reclessness.  I would remove the one star in the review if it were possible

I'm so happy and relieved right now.  We just bought our house and I was so afraid our AC was unfixable. This company was recommended by a facebook friend. The came out within a day to do our estimate. Turns out the unit was fine and they just needed to redo the duct work and add return vents and insulation.  I was skeptical but it did the trick! These guys were so knowledgeable and so professional.  I'm happy to recommend this business.

I called to get some work done, waiting on estimate. They visited the home, pulled permit and billed $640.00 to review the job. When I said you never told me how much, he said we spent time and placed lien on my home for $740, I am taking him to court this week.A total whole in the wall business, beware. They do estimate and call it work and bill you!!

Needed one plug installed in the garage. Flexible scheduling worked with my schedule. Electrician arrived on time and was very profession looking. Took time to put on and take off shoe covers when entering the house. Price was higher than I thought for scope of work, but this is my first time using an electrician so I have nothing to base the price on. If I was familiar with market price and they were comparatively proved, I'd give 5 stars.

Super service today from Darryl. Problem identified quickly, explained clearly, and solved in a cost effective manner. Darryl also saw one other issue that could have turned major, and suggested a no cost solution.

Was satisfied with my service he did what he said he was going to do he contact on card and tell my service was restored after he did his repairs he stayed on them to make sure the service was restored I didn't have to do anything . I was very satisfied

Henry was very professional during the bid process and installation.  The lights and ceiling fans he installed throughout my house look great.  It took longer than he expected due to some issues with my home.  It was no fault of his but he didn't change the price and stood by his original quote.  Will definetly use again.

I know what your thinking, how does this guy have all 5 star reviews all across the board? The truth is he [Adis] is really good at what he does. Not only is he good at what he does, he has great customer service skills as well. He listens to what you, as the consumer wants. He asks the right questions, and makes sure that you are happy before he leaves. He provides his expert opinion and does the job correctly and to code. Honest, and reliable, two of the best traits you could ask for in a company. I would definitely use him again.

Boy did Julio and Hector save the day! I had some electrical problems in my kitchen and I just knew something big was wrong-and boy was I right! The entire electrical box had to be replaced that held my circuit breakers. I originally freaked out at the price but they were both so nice and worked with me. They even did the work the same day and did it in about 4 hours! Julio even bought me lunch. I can't say enough about them. They're amazing electricians and I will be calling them for any future work I need done! I highly recommend them!

We contacted Big Bear upon recommendation from a friend and were not disappointed.  We subscribed to their annual service plan to maintain our two HVAC systems in the house we purchased within the last few years.

It was our first major checkup and they diagnosed two failing capacitors in our heating system and showed me (on the multimeter) why they were failing.  

They also re-taped the wiring/lines from our outdoor A/C condenser units that had been damaged by rats at no additional charge.

We truly truly appreciate Legacy Electric. Long story short. Texas A/C &Heat came out and basically didn't complete the job. The left wires disconnect and everything. They told us we needed an electrician. So, they contact our home warranty company to let them know. Legacy Electric was contracted to come out. Logan (the lead Technician) with Legacy Electric came out and teseted our electricity and checked our braker box. He said everything was working great. Lucky for us he is a licensed HVAC tech also. He went and checked our unit. Reconnected the wires there and to our thermostat and put the panel back on, waited a total of 5 MINUTES!!! and our unit was working. He is a very very nice person. We even talked about our dogs. Very professional work. We feel very luck to have had Logan with Legacy Electric come out. SHOUT OUT TO LOGAN!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH. This company was referred to me by a contractor that I use.
I had an electrical outlet that arcing and this was not something to screw around with.

I called them and they came out the following day. They looked at everything and told me that I had a loose and fraying wire. They fixed everything and then checked it all again to make sure everything was working before they left.
It is been a couple months and I've had no problem with the outlet sense!

These guys seem like good old, hard-working country guys and I would trust them with any estimate or work they did. The price they charge was fair because I don't mess with electricity!
I don't feel that I was ripped off in any way.

These guys are great. I've used them several times. The most recent time they installed an exhaust fan in my garage workshop. The amazing thing, besides their great work, being on time, and getting finished quickly, was that they came in UNDER the estimate! Zowie! How often does that happen???
