Best Electricians in Dallas, TX

I've been using Anthony's electric for a long time. Have recommended him to several friends and they are always happy with his work. It's hard to find a reliable electrician that won't break your bank. I also like the fact that he is a master electrician. He explains everything he does in detail and is honest with pricing. Definitely the best if your in the Dallas area.

I found Caddell Electric through The Good Contractor's List. My need was not an emergency; therefore, being scheduled a week out was not a problem. I was called 30 minutes prior to the electricians' arrival. Lance and Elijah showed up on time, evaluated my need and provided a quote for the work. Additionally, they suggested another electrical issue that was a safety issue. They provided a quote for that work without pressuring me for the sale. I found them courteous and very knowledgeable. I will use them again if needed.

I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

Duggar electric has been to our home many times. We moved into an older home 5 years ago. We've had outlets added, had a new panel put in. They are professional, on time, and do excellent work. Their rates are extremely reasonable.  We highly recommend them for any electrical work!

They sent a very knowledgeable man out who gave me reasonable information that I could understand.  He didn't seem like he was trying to up-charge me for things. But , the only reason we didn't use them was price. I got 3 quotes. Ferguson was the same as an independent electrician. And another big name company like Ferguson came out and gave us a quote full on $1,000 cheaper than the other two. I was afraid we were going to get what we paid for, but it turned out great. Ferguson was our second choice in case the other company didn't work out. But in all honesty, we really really wanted to use Ferguson just bc of the man they sent out. The cheaper company sent young guys that surprised us with a job well done. But our preference was for sure Ferguson.

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. Today I've spoken to the manager of the Co-Mr. Joe, and we'd settled our monetary differences in satisfactory fashion right away. I've explained my reasons for what the Co had promised and didn't fulfill at the end of service day-on 07/02/21. And Joe had carefully looked at the invoices and gracefully took care of the difference in payment that we were owed.  I cannot complain any further.  Thank you, Mr. Joe, for taking care of your first time residential customer.

I have never felt more ripped off by an electrician. I would never use again and would encourage others not to take the chance.

I had two guys come on a Monday and look at my breaker box, my garbage disposal, and the dishwasher connection....though I have absolutely no idea what they were doing, it was done in a timely manner.  From my original appointment set up to the house call, I was happy.

I'd call for their services again, absolutely.

Needed one plug installed in the garage. Flexible scheduling worked with my schedule. Electrician arrived on time and was very profession looking. Took time to put on and take off shoe covers when entering the house. Price was higher than I thought for scope of work, but this is my first time using an electrician so I have nothing to base the price on. If I was familiar with market price and they were comparatively proved, I'd give 5 stars.

Sorry for delay but needed to report on work done at my home on 01/27/2023 by Mr Justin & Mr Fritz. They came and removed my electrical box from my garage to the side of my house. These are words that described their service: very communitiive (loved that), kind, knowlegdable, clean, timely and very patience (with the city Inspector who did not even show the 1st day or call so they had to come back after waiting most of the day for the Inspector). At any rate, loved them both and if needed again will ask for them. I would also recommend their services to anyone. Oh and the price was right!

If I could give no stars I would. We contacted Mr. Carter to hire him for one of our properties. We texted him and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He actually got upset because we asked basic questions. He had the audacity to say, too many questions and. I can't take you seriously. I was baffled by the lack of professionalism. He even tried to charge us more because we are in California. We've hired several contractors to look at our property in Dallas and never have I heard of a charge for being in a different state. I can't take an electrician who can't answer basic questions like, how much do you charge? seriously. It was a horrible interaction and he definitely will not get our business nor does he deserve yours.

****Update**** Then he texted me the next morning being very childish. Just more evidence of how unprofessional he is.

I give these guys (Henry ) 5 stars.  Henry was very responsive, quick, very fair priced. Henry's total price was equal to the guys with commercials price just to show up. They spent some time working on my problem and were successful in diagnosing the issue where two other electricians gave up. Great work guys. Highly recommend!

The electrician that came to fix a ceiling dan light was not only knowledgable, accommodating, and timely, he was quite pleasant. A totally stress-free transaction!

I was referred to Julio by another contractor. He replied to me immediately and communicated that same way throughout the time I needed him. He came to the house himself, with his crew. They were all very nice and very professional. I was very happy with the work. Once he left, I realized that I had made a huge mistake and had the wrong chandelier replaced. He showed me great empathy and communicated with me and reassured me he would help me. I HAD to have it fixed before a certain time the very next day and he came through for me!!! I am so relieved and so grateful. I would highly recommend this company! Ask for Julio!

Have had nothing but positive experiences with Big Bear!  They do excellent work and are very reasonable with pricing.  I won't use anyone else.

We truly truly appreciate Legacy Electric. Long story short. Texas A/C &Heat came out and basically didn't complete the job. The left wires disconnect and everything. They told us we needed an electrician. So, they contact our home warranty company to let them know. Legacy Electric was contracted to come out. Logan (the lead Technician) with Legacy Electric came out and teseted our electricity and checked our braker box. He said everything was working great. Lucky for us he is a licensed HVAC tech also. He went and checked our unit. Reconnected the wires there and to our thermostat and put the panel back on, waited a total of 5 MINUTES!!! and our unit was working. He is a very very nice person. We even talked about our dogs. Very professional work. We feel very luck to have had Logan with Legacy Electric come out. SHOUT OUT TO LOGAN!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH. I tried contacting these folks multiple times. A somewhat curt and rude woman named Conny said she'd take our info down and have the owner call us. Two days passed so I left another message with her. She seemed disorganized and sure enough a week later I did not hear back.

I would not waste time trying to hire these folks. It doesn't sound like they are client oriented or responsive from my experience.

No-showed my appointment with no call.
Sent two emails to confirm the date and time..it took them 3 days to get back to me which should have given me an indication of the level of service.  Look elsewhere.
