i am not good with words but these guys are amazing. they came in here and put in a new breaker box and explained to me what they was doing. they showed up on time and was very professional. i have already recommended them to serval people

I found Caddell Electric through The Good Contractor's List. My need was not an emergency; therefore, being scheduled a week out was not a problem. I was called 30 minutes prior to the electricians' arrival. Lance and Elijah showed up on time, evaluated my need and provided a quote for the work. Additionally, they suggested another electrical issue that was a safety issue. They provided a quote for that work without pressuring me for the sale. I found them courteous and very knowledgeable. I will use them again if needed.

I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

We were referred to Ferguson Electric by a close friend. I put a call into Doug and he quickly returned my call and set up a time to have my pool lights looked at and a GFCI that was continuously tripping. He personally came by along with another gentleman, and promptly repaired my issue. These guys are BEST IN CLASS and BEST IN BUSINESS as far as I'm concerned. We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. Thank you Bryan for such a great job.

The quote from these guys was incredibly over-priced.  Example was a $1500 charge for a part that retails for $150!  They must think customers in DFW are pretty stupid.

I had a service scheduled for Wednesday, January 19, for a furnace tuneup on both our units and to get an estimate for air duct cleaning.  My service time slot was from 11:00-2:00 and was told the tech would call me 30 minutes prior to their arrival.  At 4:23 I called to ask where the tech was and was told he had gotten caught up on a previous call.  I understand that service calls can run into issues and therefore run long. A courtesy call letting me know that would have been appropriate and appreciated.  Although this did not set well with me, I decided to give them another shot since they had such good reviews.   I was rescheduled for January 21, between 8:00-11:00.  When, yet again, no one showed up by 11:20 I called to see where my tech was.  Again, he was stuck at another service call, so they rescheduled me to come between 11:00-2:00.  Keep in mind no one called to tell me this.  As a small business owner myself, we would never stand up a customer and if by chance we were running late, we would definitely call the customer and let them know, giving them the choice to reschedule or wait. I would never recommend Service Today to anyone.  Just call your customers!

These guys were prompt and friendly, but way overpriced. What I thought would be a $50 charge for 15 minutes of work was actually $116. I would recommend calling and pricing around before going with these guys. You can find good service at better rates elsewhere.

I had a great experience with Mister Sparky. Rick, the technician,  was a true professional,  on time,  courteous, and provided great advice on replacing my old smoke detectors  and adding two surge protectors to my breaker boxes. I highly recommend them.

I was driving home on I 20 E today and I was in the slow lane. A McBride employee came flying up behind me. S/he tailgated me even though I was going between 70-75 mph, flashed their brights at me, &, when s/he decided to go around me, they weaved in & out of traffic at dangerous speeds & never once used their blinkers. I would expect that they would train their employees to follow all the rules of the road, and sadly, I was wrong.

Was satisfied with my service he did what he said he was going to do he contact on card and tell my service was restored after he did his repairs he stayed on them to make sure the service was restored I didn't have to do anything . I was very satisfied

I chose Arrow Electric initially because of the positive reviews, and reading them I do not doubt that others have had good experiences. Unfortunately, mine was different. I have a rental home that had already experienced a no-show by the electrician for a small repair, which I explained when booking the appointment with Arrow. We set up the appointment date and time range, which I then confirmed with the tenant and closed the loop with Arrow on. When I followed up with the tenant, Arrow had no-showed and has still not responded to the voicemail that I left to iron it out. I do not typically post negatively as I realize these things can happen, but the lack of communication about not being able to make the appointment amplified the already difficult situation that I had communicated.

The service has always been superb and they are extremely competent and reasonable.
Have no hesitations referring them for any job.

This company is shady and all they want to do is rip you off. They came to my Job site and quoted me over 1k on ballets and light bulbs that were good, because after they kept ignoring our calls we called another company and they said only one ballets needs to be replaced and everything was fine. Save you my net and call another company.

There was a hot time at the ol' house last night!  Our AC died.  In AUGUST.  In TEXAS.  And it's HUMID.  We managed to swim to the phone for help just after 9am and were placed on stand-by.  With confident reassurance Tasha said someone would come see about us today at some point.  So we opened the windows and huddled in front of the fan with a large bowl of lemons.  This event clearly called for lemonade. Enough to fill the Jethro-pitcher.  

The phone rang before we sliced the lemons!  Big Bear Bryan arrived by 11am, replaced a part, waited for the inside temp to drop, and was done by 11:30.  He was prompt, polite, professional, and a pleasant kind of guy.  

Today we became lifetime customers of Big Bear.  You should, too.

This is absolutely the worst electrician company out there. The tech by the name of Hunter came to my house and did absolutely nothing to fix my outlet and then tried to charge me for 5 hours and some random materials. I then called the office and spoke to a girl names Sarah who was absolutely no help and hung up on me. She said that she knows the tech fixed the issue and it must be my fault its broken again. I also got Jamon and he is the rudest person Ive ever talked to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

These guys are  awesome. I had Jeff and Junior over this morning and they were quick, efficient, and friendly. Really liked the service, highly recommend

Sean and Christian were awesome!!! We had them come to our job and fix some lights and install some doorbells. They were honest, clean and respectful I highly recommend them to anybody that want great quality work for a good price. We will definitely call them when we need their help.
