i am not good with words but these guys are amazing. they came in here and put in a new breaker box and explained to me what they was doing. they showed up on time and was very professional. i have already recommended them to serval people

I found Caddell Electric through The Good Contractor's List. My need was not an emergency; therefore, being scheduled a week out was not a problem. I was called 30 minutes prior to the electricians' arrival. Lance and Elijah showed up on time, evaluated my need and provided a quote for the work. Additionally, they suggested another electrical issue that was a safety issue. They provided a quote for that work without pressuring me for the sale. I found them courteous and very knowledgeable. I will use them again if needed.

I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

I love this company. They are open 24/7 and very reliable and dependable. If something goes wrong they come as soon as they can to fix the problem. Such a Great Company!!!

Daniel came by to replace some wiring and outlets. He was fast, honest and personable. We were charged (no pun intended) about a third of what we expected. Daniel did not do any unnecessary work either. I highly recommend this business.

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. We've used Arrow Electric several times and have always been pleased with the service.  Hunter came out today to service a light switch that had been shorting out.  He was very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable.  Super patient with all my questions.  Hunter was running early today and called to see if it would be ok.  They are usually timely and have never had to wait outside of our scheduled window.  We will continue to use Arrow for our electrical needs and highly recommend them!!

I have never felt more ripped off by an electrician. I would never use again and would encourage others not to take the chance.

I had two guys come on a Monday and look at my breaker box, my garbage disposal, and the dishwasher connection....though I have absolutely no idea what they were doing, it was done in a timely manner.  From my original appointment set up to the house call, I was happy.

I'd call for their services again, absolutely.

Super service today from Darryl. Problem identified quickly, explained clearly, and solved in a cost effective manner. Darryl also saw one other issue that could have turned major, and suggested a no cost solution.

Was satisfied with my service he did what he said he was going to do he contact on card and tell my service was restored after he did his repairs he stayed on them to make sure the service was restored I didn't have to do anything . I was very satisfied

I chose Arrow Electric initially because of the positive reviews, and reading them I do not doubt that others have had good experiences. Unfortunately, mine was different. I have a rental home that had already experienced a no-show by the electrician for a small repair, which I explained when booking the appointment with Arrow. We set up the appointment date and time range, which I then confirmed with the tenant and closed the loop with Arrow on. When I followed up with the tenant, Arrow had no-showed and has still not responded to the voicemail that I left to iron it out. I do not typically post negatively as I realize these things can happen, but the lack of communication about not being able to make the appointment amplified the already difficult situation that I had communicated.

$69 for a service call to come out and then quoted me another $744 to evaluate the job in order to get an estimate. He did not even go into the attic to check the wiring or do any assessments on the electric work. This is scam operation and unfair pricing. They claim to have Up Front pricing, see wording from their website below:

No matter the job's size, small or large, when our technician arrives at your home or business, we will first evaluate what you need to have done. We will then show you what the job will cost before the job starts. We strive to evaluate every job to ensure that we will provide you with the best and most cost-effective solutions.

A service call should cover the cost to come to the job site + provide an assessment of what it costs to fix the issue at hand. Instead, they have hidden layers of fees and costs that are unfair to the average homeowner. We did not move forward with their services.

Yelp, has once again, saved the day.

But this time...I can't take credit. The boyfriend decided to take matters into his own hands and find an electrician to hang our entryway light. Our ceiling is about 20ft and renting a ladder and doing it ourselves was out of the question.

Lo and behold, the Yelps found us a winner.

Julio was fantastic. He did have to reschedule on us due to an emergency, but not a big deal. He let us know in plenty of time and was prompt to arrive the next day. In total, he spent about an hour and half putting together the light and installing it. He didn't even complain about the wolf dog jumping up on him and licking him when he was putting the light together. This guy is the utmost professional.

This guy is a keeper and needless to say, we will be using him again.

I've used Big Bear for maintenance since I purchased my home in 2013.  When I purchased it, I knew the A/C System was struggling.  But Big Bear kept it running, and at very reasonable repair rates.  But, as expected, I recently had to replace the system.  It had exceeded its life expectation.  The customer loyalty quote was very competitive.  Their team members are all very professional.  I feel they are very honest.  I highly recommend this company!  (By the way, my home is in Frisco.  Ignore the profile.)

We truly truly appreciate Legacy Electric. Long story short. Texas A/C &Heat came out and basically didn't complete the job. The left wires disconnect and everything. They told us we needed an electrician. So, they contact our home warranty company to let them know. Legacy Electric was contracted to come out. Logan (the lead Technician) with Legacy Electric came out and teseted our electricity and checked our braker box. He said everything was working great. Lucky for us he is a licensed HVAC tech also. He went and checked our unit. Reconnected the wires there and to our thermostat and put the panel back on, waited a total of 5 MINUTES!!! and our unit was working. He is a very very nice person. We even talked about our dogs. Very professional work. We feel very luck to have had Logan with Legacy Electric come out. SHOUT OUT TO LOGAN!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH. Kenny and his team are the best. Honest, reasonable, and excellent electricians. We have used them for several years at our home and renovations we have done in East Dallas. The work they do is excellent and I have recommended them to many folks. The range of work has been from new panels and all new  wiring to installing under counter lights in the kitchen.

I used them to replace a federal pacific panel and move it outdoors.  

Excellent communication.  Honest and competitive quote.  No surprise additional charges.  I wish all other contractors did business with the same level of professionalism.  I highly recommend them.
