I've been using Anthony's electric for a long time. Have recommended him to several friends and they are always happy with his work. It's hard to find a reliable electrician that won't break your bank. I also like the fact that he is a master electrician. He explains everything he does in detail and is honest with pricing. Definitely the best if your in the Dallas area.

I just had Caddell Electric (I first found them through The Good Contractor's List) out for a 2nd job and the Lance was AWESOME!  They are always clean, courteous and get the job done the right way!  Highly recommend!

I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

When a tree fell in our neighbor's yard, it ripped the power lines and service panel right off our house in the process. I called Ferguson and within 30 minutes a technician was onsite (along with about 8 people from DME) and within a couple of hours, everything was fixed and power was restored. Will definitely do business with them again!

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. Had them give me a quote to install a huge chandiler. They had to reinforce the structure in the attic on a 20'+ ceiling . They did a great job after James and Rodney who is the General Manager installed the fixture they cleaned up and installed all 206 bulbs for us. I would highly recommend them . Great customer service, attention to detail and they have great work ethnic. You can tell these guys really care about their job and they take great pride in their work. I will use them again Thank you for a great job.

I'm so happy and relieved right now.  We just bought our house and I was so afraid our AC was unfixable. This company was recommended by a facebook friend. The came out within a day to do our estimate. Turns out the unit was fine and they just needed to redo the duct work and add return vents and insulation.  I was skeptical but it did the trick! These guys were so knowledgeable and so professional.  I'm happy to recommend this business.

These guys were prompt and friendly, but way overpriced. What I thought would be a $50 charge for 15 minutes of work was actually $116. I would recommend calling and pricing around before going with these guys. You can find good service at better rates elsewhere.

Found this company in an online search for electricians near me.  When I called they are in Houston, but said they have techs in Dallas area.  I had a simple outdoor outlet where the GFCI kept popping.
The tech arrived, very professional.  When he started showing me info on his ipad about the company.  I knew I was not going to like what was coming next.  He showed me that he had to do a complete diagnostic on that outlet and what it hooks up to for the lovely price of 350.00 JUST to diagnose!!!  I paid 1/2 that to have the outlet installed!  Needless to say I told him to leave!

I engaged McBride to install two ceiling fans at my house. The installer, Justin, did an excellent job on both and I'm very pleased with Justin and the work he did for me. For my next electrical project I will be calling McBride.

Our oven was out commission for almost 2 months until Macarther Carter came and did various troubleshooting that other technician's did not think or want to try. He went above and beyond to try and get the it fixed and eventually ended up going out his way and replacing the wiring that an appliance technician should have done. Really appreciate his hard work and would recommend his services 10 out of 10!

I chose Arrow Electric initially because of the positive reviews, and reading them I do not doubt that others have had good experiences. Unfortunately, mine was different. I have a rental home that had already experienced a no-show by the electrician for a small repair, which I explained when booking the appointment with Arrow. We set up the appointment date and time range, which I then confirmed with the tenant and closed the loop with Arrow on. When I followed up with the tenant, Arrow had no-showed and has still not responded to the voicemail that I left to iron it out. I do not typically post negatively as I realize these things can happen, but the lack of communication about not being able to make the appointment amplified the already difficult situation that I had communicated.

I know what your thinking, how does this guy have all 5 star reviews all across the board? The truth is he [Adis] is really good at what he does. Not only is he good at what he does, he has great customer service skills as well. He listens to what you, as the consumer wants. He asks the right questions, and makes sure that you are happy before he leaves. He provides his expert opinion and does the job correctly and to code. Honest, and reliable, two of the best traits you could ask for in a company. I would definitely use him again.

AVOID this company  AT ALL COST. We asked them to replace one thing and exchange out another in our home. Without consent, they did work in excess of what was requested. Then after the work was done Mr. Echeverria showed up walked in the house. This terrified my girlfriend. She asked him who he was he said he was the owner of the company. We had only been expecting Mr. Eceverrria the master electrician. We have no idea if the people that did the work are even licensed. He then leaned an gave her a hug invading her personal space. He then started to ask her personal questions which make her feel even more unsafe. When it was time to pay the bill he expected cash an refused to provide us with an itemized bill. He is very dishonest and unscrupulous!!

This company saved me when I needed that angel with water heater issues. Their customer service was great and  went beyond my expectations after getting traumatic experience with two other companies that came over to my house with overpriced products and services.

This guys came and was very flexible with my needs, installed everything within few hours and my home was completely in order for my families.

I will forever be grateful for your company realistic expectations and it gave hope that we still have companies that are out there for real, and bring hope and happiness to people in their unfortunate circumstances.

I had a light fixture install scheduled through Legacy. The tech was scheduled to arrive between 8a-9a and afterwards conduct 4 hrs of work. The tech never showed. I decided to call the main office 30min after the arrival window ended. It turns out the tech had injured his shoulder and they were working to find a replacement but were unable to do so. The tech informed them of the injury at 8am. We called in to check on things at 9:30am. They had 1.5 hours to let us know the status of our work order, but never reached out. Our install also required preparation on our part that involved removed the previous lighting fixtures. But no one contacted us to let us know the job needed a replacement technician and was uncertain or nearly cancelled. Now we are left without lighting in two major areas of our house until we can schedule another company to conduct the work that Legacy committed to doing today. Had they simply contacted us we would have understood, decided on a time to reschedule, and paused on removing the previous light fixtures until then. Instead, Janie, the representative I spoke with on the phone gave an empty apology and then walked it back by saying, I'm sorry you see it that way when I mentioned she could have contacted us earlier to let us know the job status. Poor communication, lacked humility, and very unprofessional. Find someplace else that will hold to commitments or actually communicate in a timely manner if an emergency comes up.

This company was referred to me by a contractor that I use.
I had an electrical outlet that arcing and this was not something to screw around with.

I called them and they came out the following day. They looked at everything and told me that I had a loose and fraying wire. They fixed everything and then checked it all again to make sure everything was working before they left.
It is been a couple months and I've had no problem with the outlet sense!

These guys seem like good old, hard-working country guys and I would trust them with any estimate or work they did. The price they charge was fair because I don't mess with electricity!
I don't feel that I was ripped off in any way.

Sean and Christian were awesome!!! We had them come to our job and fix some lights and install some doorbells. They were honest, clean and respectful I highly recommend them to anybody that want great quality work for a good price. We will definitely call them when we need their help.
