Best Electricians in Dallas, TX

Called about 3 items, full house surge, new thermostats and GFI check.  All was fine and I emailed info and asked for help with choosing best items. Never heard back! Called and left message and again, never heard back.

I just had Caddell Electric (I first found them through The Good Contractor's List) out for a 2nd job and the Lance was AWESOME!  They are always clean, courteous and get the job done the right way!  Highly recommend!

I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

I love this company. They are open 24/7 and very reliable and dependable. If something goes wrong they come as soon as they can to fix the problem. Such a Great Company!!!

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. Thank you Bryan for such a great job.

We've used Arrow Electric several times and have always been pleased with the service.  Hunter came out today to service a light switch that had been shorting out.  He was very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable.  Super patient with all my questions.  Hunter was running early today and called to see if it would be ok.  They are usually timely and have never had to wait outside of our scheduled window.  We will continue to use Arrow for our electrical needs and highly recommend them!!

Professional and on time. Atijuan, the technician, was right on time. He explained everything he was going to do at each step of the process. There were no surprises with his work or with the bill. He even vacuumed up when he was done!

These guys are the best. They won the bid for both of my jobs:
1) Replacing my old power panel and installing grounding rods to bring it up to city code
2) Running power to my new shed/workshop, and installing the outlets & lighting
The job was finished today, and I am so pleased. The workshop turned out even better than I expected. Their work is top-notch and at a great price.

The owner, Frank, came out for the bid. He is extremely detailed-oriented, professional, and personable. He took notes & pictures, and even sketched out schematics to make sure that everything was exactly right. He had some good suggestions too. The other guys did none of these things and tried to use scare tactics to up-sell other work.

The primary electrician, Gerald, and his crew are also detail-oriented, efficient, and trustworthy.

Again, I am so happy with their work, and I plan to recommend them to everyone.

I had a great experience with Mister Sparky. Rick, the technician,  was a true professional,  on time,  courteous, and provided great advice on replacing my old smoke detectors  and adding two surge protectors to my breaker boxes. I highly recommend them.

I was driving home on I 20 E today and I was in the slow lane. A McBride employee came flying up behind me. S/he tailgated me even though I was going between 70-75 mph, flashed their brights at me, &, when s/he decided to go around me, they weaved in & out of traffic at dangerous speeds & never once used their blinkers. I would expect that they would train their employees to follow all the rules of the road, and sadly, I was wrong.

Was satisfied with my service he did what he said he was going to do he contact on card and tell my service was restored after he did his repairs he stayed on them to make sure the service was restored I didn't have to do anything . I was very satisfied

Great service and very professional. Only issue is they forgot a light switch cover. But would 100% recommend and will use again.

I needed repair on a wall outlet in the bathroom, that did not have power. A flood light that also did not have power, and an entrance light fixture that didn't have power and needed to be replaced. Brandon came out on time, very professional, completed the work. However, I believe it was a big scam for the amount that I was charged. They charged me over $600 to install an existing light fixture and diagnose / tell me that the other bathroom socket and flood light had no electricity and needed to be repaired (which is why I called them initially). For diagnosis, they charged $400, and did not fix the problem. I believe that I was overcharged at least by half. When I called and inquired about their rates, the owner explained, that it was $69 for them to come out and diagnose the problems, and give me an estimate for how much it would cost to fix. However, I was informed when the tech arrived that $69 is simply just for him to come out. I was completely mislead. If I would have received the correct price estimate, I would have certainly went with a different company that actually charges per hour to repair everything. Instead I ended up paying $200 per hour, and only 1 problem out of 3 was actually resolved. I would never recommend them.

I was referred to Julio by another contractor. He replied to me immediately and communicated that same way throughout the time I needed him. He came to the house himself, with his crew. They were all very nice and very professional. I was very happy with the work. Once he left, I realized that I had made a huge mistake and had the wrong chandelier replaced. He showed me great empathy and communicated with me and reassured me he would help me. I HAD to have it fixed before a certain time the very next day and he came through for me!!! I am so relieved and so grateful. I would highly recommend this company! Ask for Julio!

There was a hot time at the ol' house last night!  Our AC died.  In AUGUST.  In TEXAS.  And it's HUMID.  We managed to swim to the phone for help just after 9am and were placed on stand-by.  With confident reassurance Tasha said someone would come see about us today at some point.  So we opened the windows and huddled in front of the fan with a large bowl of lemons.  This event clearly called for lemonade. Enough to fill the Jethro-pitcher.  

The phone rang before we sliced the lemons!  Big Bear Bryan arrived by 11am, replaced a part, waited for the inside temp to drop, and was done by 11:30.  He was prompt, polite, professional, and a pleasant kind of guy.  

Today we became lifetime customers of Big Bear.  You should, too.

We truly truly appreciate Legacy Electric. Long story short. Texas A/C &Heat came out and basically didn't complete the job. The left wires disconnect and everything. They told us we needed an electrician. So, they contact our home warranty company to let them know. Legacy Electric was contracted to come out. Logan (the lead Technician) with Legacy Electric came out and teseted our electricity and checked our braker box. He said everything was working great. Lucky for us he is a licensed HVAC tech also. He went and checked our unit. Reconnected the wires there and to our thermostat and put the panel back on, waited a total of 5 MINUTES!!! and our unit was working. He is a very very nice person. We even talked about our dogs. Very professional work. We feel very luck to have had Logan with Legacy Electric come out. SHOUT OUT TO LOGAN!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH. I had a number of electrical problems and they came out same day. They worked very fast and obviously knew what they were doing. Super efficient. Took care of four problems in about 30 minutes. Jeff was team leader, with 2 helpers. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable. He doubled checked everything before he left and showed me all is operational.

I will be invoiced so I don't know what the bill is, but just based on the speed and efficiency I was favorably impressed. They actually clean up after themselves and treat your house with respect! When is the last time that happened?

If the bill is reasonable I have found a new electrician for life. Plus, since I live in Lake Highlands, I definitely believe in supporting local business.

A month after I receive the FAKE invoice and it was supposedly taken care of a woman called my cell phone 6 times in a row demanding I pay for work they did not perform or even show up for, after I got upset I started to use foul language. The owner responded by criticizing me on yelp about my curse words. This was an intentional SCAM and the lady was bound and determined to scam me out of money. I personally warn people of this business about being a scam artist.
