I've been using Anthony's electric for a long time. Have recommended him to several friends and they are always happy with his work. It's hard to find a reliable electrician that won't break your bank. I also like the fact that he is a master electrician. He explains everything he does in detail and is honest with pricing. Definitely the best if your in the Dallas area.

I just had Caddell Electric (I first found them through The Good Contractor's List) out for a 2nd job and the Lance was AWESOME!  They are always clean, courteous and get the job done the right way!  Highly recommend!

I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. Richardson Ready Electric is well represented through Epifenio and Sean. They installed a outdoor fan for my back porch and did a prompt, professional and outstanding job. Both RRE reps were friendly, knowledgeable and definitely knew what they were doing! I recommend RRE to all as they do good work and for Avery reasonable price!

I had a great experience with Mister Sparky. Rick, the technician,  was a true professional,  on time,  courteous, and provided great advice on replacing my old smoke detectors  and adding two surge protectors to my breaker boxes. I highly recommend them.

I was driving home on I 20 E today and I was in the slow lane. A McBride employee came flying up behind me. S/he tailgated me even though I was going between 70-75 mph, flashed their brights at me, &, when s/he decided to go around me, they weaved in & out of traffic at dangerous speeds & never once used their blinkers. I would expect that they would train their employees to follow all the rules of the road, and sadly, I was wrong.

Our oven was out commission for almost 2 months until Macarther Carter came and did various troubleshooting that other technician's did not think or want to try. He went above and beyond to try and get the it fixed and eventually ended up going out his way and replacing the wiring that an appliance technician should have done. Really appreciate his hard work and would recommend his services 10 out of 10!

I had an old fluorescent light fixture in the kitchen and it needed a new ballast.  I called a friend-of-a-friend, but he stood us up.  So we left for vacation with wires hanging from our ceiling.  When we returned, I searched Yelp to get some referrals and found Arrow Electric. Alex was the technician who came to work on the lights.  I really hated the idea of putting up an outdated fluorescent fixture again, so we asked for his opinion & a quote to put in recessed lights instead.  The quote was great, so we agreed to go with the new lights.  Alex came back a couple of hours later to install 3 LED lights.  He was awesome!  He worked quickly.  He explained why he thought the LED lights were the best solution, and that we wouldn't need to replace them for 15-20 years.  And they were low on energy.  Within an hour, Alex had installed the 3 lights, and cleaned up the floor.  From now on, I will only call Arrow Electric!!  Hopefully, we can have the lights in both bathrooms to be changed out also.  Awesome job!

Adis installed a 200 amp main panel, a 100 amp subpanel, and a variety of 120V and 220V circuits. The job was first rate and the prices were reasonable for the work performed. He didn't go over the quoted price even though he and his apprentice worked till 20:00 on the first day. The garage and laundry room were left clean at the end of the job.

I called Julio to do an electrical inspection of our rented house. After having a Zinsco panel replaced and learning that the house had aluminum wiring, I wanted to be sure that everything was 100% safe.

He was very honest and didn't charge us anything for the inspection! Highly recommend.

If you're looking for good service, competitive prices, and knowledgable techs, this is the company for you!  Our upstairs unit stopped cooling on Thursday night, called Friday afternoon and they were at our home Saturday morning.  The company who put our units in (when it was built in 2006) and have done our yearly maintenance couldn't come out till the next week.  Thankfully it was an easy and fairly inexpensive fix.  We will definitely be switching to them for our maintenance and care! Thanks Big Bear!

This is absolutely the worst electrician company out there. The tech by the name of Hunter came to my house and did absolutely nothing to fix my outlet and then tried to charge me for 5 hours and some random materials. I then called the office and spoke to a girl names Sarah who was absolutely no help and hung up on me. She said that she knows the tech fixed the issue and it must be my fault its broken again. I also got Jamon and he is the rudest person Ive ever talked to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I contracted LHE to do some fairly detailed electrical work and updating of existing wiring for an extensive remodel. The contract was sub contracted to Retro Electric out of West Ft.Worth / Weatherford area.
Mr. Charlie Reyes was the lead for the job. It was communicated early that the job would require several return visits to the site to finalize the electrical portion, due to numerous contractors completing other aspects of the project first. Mr. Reyes agreed to return as needed to ensure the electrical install was complete.
The initial instal was completed but the two follow up appointments were like pulling teeth to get coordinated. Mr. Reyes is a very poor communicator and repeatedly fails to just communicate with his customers on simple business practices to complete commitments.
We scheduled the final install of ceiling fans, can lightning and floor receptacle covers 4 times over the course of three week. Each time canceling after the scheduled arrival time. I would have easily met his schedule just to close this project but he never stepped up to coordinate a convenient time. He cited car trouble, two last minute emergencies, then a promised time based on his availability, that he confirmed then, never showed. I understand life throws curve balls sometimes and scheduling has to change ..... What I don't understand is a lack of communication and follow through with ones customer's to ensure professionalism and integrity of the name and business.
Numerous promises to follow through, each time with no communication until we reached out to inquire on where he was and what to expect! I am currently trying to get some sort of communication from him as we speak ....... Crickets!!
This is maybe an hour and a half, two hours of easy electrical work, and the job would be complete!
Unbelievable!

No-showed my appointment with no call.
Sent two emails to confirm the date and time..it took them 3 days to get back to me which should have given me an indication of the level of service.  Look elsewhere.
