Best Electricians in Dallas, TX

Called this company yesterday and they were able to come out today and install a dedicated circuit and move a plug. They work quickly and professionally. It took them less time and charged a better price than the quote recieved from competitors.

I just had Caddell Electric (I first found them through The Good Contractor's List) out for a 2nd job and the Lance was AWESOME!  They are always clean, courteous and get the job done the right way!  Highly recommend!

I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

I love this company. They are open 24/7 and very reliable and dependable. If something goes wrong they come as soon as they can to fix the problem. Such a Great Company!!!

After they did some electric work back yard new gazebo with wiring a 4 new light fixtures. After 3 months fixtures came loose on gazebo. No problem and they came the same day and fixed.....no charge. They did a great job and would use again.

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. I had a service scheduled for Wednesday, January 19, for a furnace tuneup on both our units and to get an estimate for air duct cleaning.  My service time slot was from 11:00-2:00 and was told the tech would call me 30 minutes prior to their arrival.  At 4:23 I called to ask where the tech was and was told he had gotten caught up on a previous call.  I understand that service calls can run into issues and therefore run long. A courtesy call letting me know that would have been appropriate and appreciated.  Although this did not set well with me, I decided to give them another shot since they had such good reviews.   I was rescheduled for January 21, between 8:00-11:00.  When, yet again, no one showed up by 11:20 I called to see where my tech was.  Again, he was stuck at another service call, so they rescheduled me to come between 11:00-2:00.  Keep in mind no one called to tell me this.  As a small business owner myself, we would never stand up a customer and if by chance we were running late, we would definitely call the customer and let them know, giving them the choice to reschedule or wait. I would never recommend Service Today to anyone.  Just call your customers!

Richardson Ready Electric is well represented through Epifenio and Sean. They installed a outdoor fan for my back porch and did a prompt, professional and outstanding job. Both RRE reps were friendly, knowledgeable and definitely knew what they were doing! I recommend RRE to all as they do good work and for Avery reasonable price!

Found this company in an online search for electricians near me.  When I called they are in Houston, but said they have techs in Dallas area.  I had a simple outdoor outlet where the GFCI kept popping.
The tech arrived, very professional.  When he started showing me info on his ipad about the company.  I knew I was not going to like what was coming next.  He showed me that he had to do a complete diagnostic on that outlet and what it hooks up to for the lovely price of 350.00 JUST to diagnose!!!  I paid 1/2 that to have the outlet installed!  Needless to say I told him to leave!

Sorry for delay but needed to report on work done at my home on 01/27/2023 by Mr Justin & Mr Fritz. They came and removed my electrical box from my garage to the side of my house. These are words that described their service: very communitiive (loved that), kind, knowlegdable, clean, timely and very patience (with the city Inspector who did not even show the 1st day or call so they had to come back after waiting most of the day for the Inspector). At any rate, loved them both and if needed again will ask for them. I would also recommend their services to anyone. Oh and the price was right!

I've found an electrician for life! Arrow Electric saved the day and at an unbelievable price. It's hard to find quality work you can trust these days. I will definitely be hiring them again.

They wasted my day.  They promised to send someone for an estimate.  I take time off from work then at the end of the day they don't show up and when I call back they tell me that I did not have an appoitment!!  Very unprofessional and I will not be using them.

I couldn't believe it when I called Echeverria Bros in a panic at 10:36pm and Julio actually answered the phone! I was have a phantom electrical problem, and had no electricity to parts of my den, kitchen and dining room.  My 75 gallon fish tank was the concern since it needs constant electricity to keep everything alive.  Julio asked me several questions over the phone to try to diagnose the problem, and assured me that it could be fixed. He gave me suggestions to get the tank going that night (several extension cords!), and he asked if we could wait until the morning to do the work. Of course! It was after 11pm by then.  He and his assistant arrived promptly this morning, and tested many, many switches and outlets to find the problem. And Julio couldn't have been nicer ---  good sense of humor, too!  They fixed the problem, cleaned up the pieces of wire, and other trash, and charged a very, very fair price. And they wouldn't even think about leaving until I had tested all the switches to make sure everything was working right. I will definitely use Echeverria Bros again, and will pass the word on to my friends. And they do roofing work, too, so they sent their roofing expert out to check some things for me. She said my roof looked great, and didn't need anything done. Who is that honest?? I'll definitely use Echeverria Bros. again.

A technician came on June 28 to fix a leak, and in the process and in front of me, let the freon go purposefully into the air, breaking EPA laws and regulations.  It is estimated they released 10 lbs of freon which they were ready to charge me for the refill ($100+ per pound). I called multiple times trying to get in contact with a manager and even the owner but every time the secretary gave me the runaround. This company is a disgrace.  Good luck getting in contact with a manager.

I had a light fixture install scheduled through Legacy. The tech was scheduled to arrive between 8a-9a and afterwards conduct 4 hrs of work. The tech never showed. I decided to call the main office 30min after the arrival window ended. It turns out the tech had injured his shoulder and they were working to find a replacement but were unable to do so. The tech informed them of the injury at 8am. We called in to check on things at 9:30am. They had 1.5 hours to let us know the status of our work order, but never reached out. Our install also required preparation on our part that involved removed the previous lighting fixtures. But no one contacted us to let us know the job needed a replacement technician and was uncertain or nearly cancelled. Now we are left without lighting in two major areas of our house until we can schedule another company to conduct the work that Legacy committed to doing today. Had they simply contacted us we would have understood, decided on a time to reschedule, and paused on removing the previous light fixtures until then. Instead, Janie, the representative I spoke with on the phone gave an empty apology and then walked it back by saying, I'm sorry you see it that way when I mentioned she could have contacted us earlier to let us know the job status. Poor communication, lacked humility, and very unprofessional. Find someplace else that will hold to commitments or actually communicate in a timely manner if an emergency comes up.

I am selling my house and needed a closet fuse and two lights fixed. I was told by 6 other companies it would be next week. I needed today Wednesday. Not only did he come out he fixed everything!

Very quick to start work after I approved the estimate.  Good crew, knew what they were doing.  Had work done in the kitchen and added a sub-panel and receptacles in the garage for my wife's craft shop.  All done quickly, efficiently, and correctly (to my specs).
