i am not good with words but these guys are amazing. they came in here and put in a new breaker box and explained to me what they was doing. they showed up on time and was very professional. i have already recommended them to serval people

I just had Caddell Electric (I first found them through The Good Contractor's List) out for a 2nd job and the Lance was AWESOME!  They are always clean, courteous and get the job done the right way!  Highly recommend!

I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

Duggar electric has been to our home many times. We moved into an older home 5 years ago. We've had outlets added, had a new panel put in. They are professional, on time, and do excellent work. Their rates are extremely reasonable.  We highly recommend them for any electrical work!

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. We had a couple of outlets that stopped working.  Ron and Randy quickly determined what the issue was and fixed the problem.  They called ahead so I knew when they were to arrived.  They rolled up extenstion cords and returned the TV and a heavy dresser in the bedroom back in the original positions.  They did not hesitate to go up into the attic during a heat advisory.  They were professional and courteous.  The price was very reasonable.  This is the second time we have used them and we won't hestitate to call them again!

I'm so happy and relieved right now.  We just bought our house and I was so afraid our AC was unfixable. This company was recommended by a facebook friend. The came out within a day to do our estimate. Turns out the unit was fine and they just needed to redo the duct work and add return vents and insulation.  I was skeptical but it did the trick! These guys were so knowledgeable and so professional.  I'm happy to recommend this business.

Buyer Beware.  These guys pad hours and are painfully slow to boot.  Your bill will be two to three times what you expect.  I was charged over $4,500 to move three outlets and replace kitchen fluorescents.  On top of that, the crew that came in day 2 said the day 1 crew did it all wrong.  Vern the sales guy on the phone was super but the crew they sent out to do the job - which is no crew at all, its one electrician and an intern - performed slowly and then they overbilled me by I'd say 100%.   You have options, don't take the risk.

Needed one plug installed in the garage. Flexible scheduling worked with my schedule. Electrician arrived on time and was very profession looking. Took time to put on and take off shoe covers when entering the house. Price was higher than I thought for scope of work, but this is my first time using an electrician so I have nothing to base the price on. If I was familiar with market price and they were comparatively proved, I'd give 5 stars.

Super service today from Darryl. Problem identified quickly, explained clearly, and solved in a cost effective manner. Darryl also saw one other issue that could have turned major, and suggested a no cost solution.

Was satisfied with my service he did what he said he was going to do he contact on card and tell my service was restored after he did his repairs he stayed on them to make sure the service was restored I didn't have to do anything . I was very satisfied

When a severe thunderstorm with high winds resulted in falling tree limbs tearing the electric meter from our home late on a Thursday, I left an after-hours message for Arrow Electric. By 9 am on Friday, Henry and Alex had already begun work; 4 pm the damage was completely repaired and even some additional wiring issue with our older home was corrected.  This was all done at a reasonable price and in a very professional manner.
But Arrow's excellent service did not end there. They went to bat for us with the city regarding the timing of inspection. When Oncor required our electrician to be present when their power lines were reconnected due to the presence of 3 phase lines, Arrow returned (twice).  When our 3 phase air conditioner had problems upon restart of the power, they helped troubleshoot that issue.
All in all, we highly recommend Arrow Electric.

I know what your thinking, how does this guy have all 5 star reviews all across the board? The truth is he [Adis] is really good at what he does. Not only is he good at what he does, he has great customer service skills as well. He listens to what you, as the consumer wants. He asks the right questions, and makes sure that you are happy before he leaves. He provides his expert opinion and does the job correctly and to code. Honest, and reliable, two of the best traits you could ask for in a company. I would definitely use him again.

Julio is great.  When he tells you to call anytime, he means it.  He and his employees arrived on time to install an electrical panel and when I had a concern later, he came right away to address it.  This is the kind of customer service that is lacking today.  Very refreshing to see it is alive and well with this company.

Don't know where to start ...  Diel Rojas answered my plea for help two days ago when I realized our AC was not working at 7pm. I had heard good things about this contractor and trusted my instincts and called and sent an email asking for urgent help.   He responded within 5 minutes and was at my house within 40 minutes. Diagnosed the issue which could not be fixed until the next day. He helped me get a floor fan set up for my husband who is bedridden.   The next day a new compressor  was installed and cool air blowing in no time. I am so very grateful to him for his compassion and dedication to his customers.  Thank you Diel for all you did!

This is absolutely the worst electrician company out there. The tech by the name of Hunter came to my house and did absolutely nothing to fix my outlet and then tried to charge me for 5 hours and some random materials. I then called the office and spoke to a girl names Sarah who was absolutely no help and hung up on me. She said that she knows the tech fixed the issue and it must be my fault its broken again. I also got Jamon and he is the rudest person Ive ever talked to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

When told I couldn't have an appointment for another week, I told the person that I would need to call another company because I needed the job completed a.s.a.p. The electrician said he could come out that afternoon. I was impressed. I needed a switch repaired and a chandelier replaced for a rental property. He came to the property without the proper tools to do either job so made an appointment the following week to return and do the repairs. I asked about a large plastic light cover that had cracked and he said he could take it with him to find a replacement. He no-showed the next appointment. A few days later I received a message that LS Electric would be at the property to make repairs. I called back and said I had called another company. Kenny, the owner called me back to find out what had happened and I told him the problem. After a couple of weeks I'd realized they still had my plastic cover and called asking them about it. And I called again. Then my husband called and spoke to Kenny. Kenny told my husband I had requested them to destroy it. My husband responded that it made no sense for me to say this. Kenny then began using profanity and my husband ended the phone call.

Very quick to start work after I approved the estimate.  Good crew, knew what they were doing.  Had work done in the kitchen and added a sub-panel and receptacles in the garage for my wife's craft shop.  All done quickly, efficiently, and correctly (to my specs).
