Best Electricians in Dallas, TX

I've been using Anthony's electric for a long time. Have recommended him to several friends and they are always happy with his work. It's hard to find a reliable electrician that won't break your bank. I also like the fact that he is a master electrician. He explains everything he does in detail and is honest with pricing. Definitely the best if your in the Dallas area.

I found Caddell Electric through The Good Contractor's List. My need was not an emergency; therefore, being scheduled a week out was not a problem. I was called 30 minutes prior to the electricians' arrival. Lance and Elijah showed up on time, evaluated my need and provided a quote for the work. Additionally, they suggested another electrical issue that was a safety issue. They provided a quote for that work without pressuring me for the sale. I found them courteous and very knowledgeable. I will use them again if needed.

I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. Arrow Electric installed two lights in my home where there was not currently lights. The technician showed up on time give me a price upfront and very courteous and professional. Did the work quickly expertly and efficiently and it looks great. They were way more reasonable than other companies I had called. I fully recommend him for any electric work in your home I will give them five stars.

Professional and on time. Atijuan, the technician, was right on time. He explained everything he was going to do at each step of the process. There were no surprises with his work or with the bill. He even vacuumed up when he was done!

I had two guys come on a Monday and look at my breaker box, my garbage disposal, and the dishwasher connection....though I have absolutely no idea what they were doing, it was done in a timely manner.  From my original appointment set up to the house call, I was happy.

I'd call for their services again, absolutely.

Found this company in an online search for electricians near me.  When I called they are in Houston, but said they have techs in Dallas area.  I had a simple outdoor outlet where the GFCI kept popping.
The tech arrived, very professional.  When he started showing me info on his ipad about the company.  I knew I was not going to like what was coming next.  He showed me that he had to do a complete diagnostic on that outlet and what it hooks up to for the lovely price of 350.00 JUST to diagnose!!!  I paid 1/2 that to have the outlet installed!  Needless to say I told him to leave!

Super service today from Darryl. Problem identified quickly, explained clearly, and solved in a cost effective manner. Darryl also saw one other issue that could have turned major, and suggested a no cost solution.

Our oven was out commission for almost 2 months until Macarther Carter came and did various troubleshooting that other technician's did not think or want to try. He went above and beyond to try and get the it fixed and eventually ended up going out his way and replacing the wiring that an appliance technician should have done. Really appreciate his hard work and would recommend his services 10 out of 10!

Great service and very professional. Only issue is they forgot a light switch cover. But would 100% recommend and will use again.

Adis installed a 200 amp main panel, a 100 amp subpanel, and a variety of 120V and 220V circuits. The job was first rate and the prices were reasonable for the work performed. He didn't go over the quoted price even though he and his apprentice worked till 20:00 on the first day. The garage and laundry room were left clean at the end of the job.

I contacted Julio over 3 months back but only last Friday met to discuss what was needed.  We reviewed the items and he said it would be done Tuesday.  Over the weekend I realized there were a couple of items I omitted.  His crew did a great job and Julio even got my extra items added.  I would have given them 5 stars but they trampled (destroyed) about 4 or 5 wood ferns.

This is my second experience with Big Bear and I have to say I am 100% satisfied with the employees and their work. They are honest and work hard.

This is absolutely the worst electrician company out there. The tech by the name of Hunter came to my house and did absolutely nothing to fix my outlet and then tried to charge me for 5 hours and some random materials. I then called the office and spoke to a girl names Sarah who was absolutely no help and hung up on me. She said that she knows the tech fixed the issue and it must be my fault its broken again. I also got Jamon and he is the rudest person Ive ever talked to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I tried contacting these folks multiple times. A somewhat curt and rude woman named Conny said she'd take our info down and have the owner call us. Two days passed so I left another message with her. She seemed disorganized and sure enough a week later I did not hear back.

I would not waste time trying to hire these folks. It doesn't sound like they are client oriented or responsive from my experience.

No-showed my appointment with no call.
Sent two emails to confirm the date and time..it took them 3 days to get back to me which should have given me an indication of the level of service.  Look elsewhere.
