Best Electricians in Dallas, TX

Called this company yesterday and they were able to come out today and install a dedicated circuit and move a plug. They work quickly and professionally. It took them less time and charged a better price than the quote recieved from competitors.

I just had Caddell Electric (I first found them through The Good Contractor's List) out for a 2nd job and the Lance was AWESOME!  They are always clean, courteous and get the job done the right way!  Highly recommend!

I was picking up a large piece of electrical strut from a supply house and the electrician from here was kind enough to saw-Za the 10ft piece of strut so I could fit it in my car.  Think he took pity on me watching as I tried to hacksaw it in the parking lot.

We have been needing to get some electrical work done on our house for sometime. We had an addition added to our house plus some old wiring issues that needed to be worked out. I had called several handy man services but most of them were not licensed or not bonded. I was happy to find out the Mr Electric had both of these. We were able to schedule for a quote less then a week out which I was happy to hear.  Our appointment was between 8am and 11am. I received a text message at 8:07 am stating that their tech was on his way to our house. The election showed up less then 30 minutes later. His name was Bryan and I was happy to see he was following covid rules. He was very professional and went over the cost of the job and plus the detail of what was needed to be done. Initially we only had a few things needed to be done but I was so happy to find a honest company we decided to have more work done while he was at our house. I really appreciate and recommend Mr Electric for any work that you may need completed. We are happy we finally found a trusted company. Look forward to more upcoming projects in the future. I have had Arrow come to the house twice.  They first time, a young man clearly explained to me the problem and multiple ways to go about fixing it.  He was articulate, knowledgable and reasonable in his assessment.
After delaying on my end, I finally had them come out to do the repairs.  Having had electricians come to the house before and knowing how much work needed to be done, I anticipated multiple days stuck in the house waiting for them to do even the smallest projects.  Instead, Alberto and Ricardo showed up on time, tackled many projects with speed, gave me a clear explanation of what they were doing and offered me a reasonable price.  They even let my three year old daughter drill them with questions the whole time!
I will continue to use Arrow as long as I am receiving service like this.

I had a service scheduled for Wednesday, January 19, for a furnace tuneup on both our units and to get an estimate for air duct cleaning.  My service time slot was from 11:00-2:00 and was told the tech would call me 30 minutes prior to their arrival.  At 4:23 I called to ask where the tech was and was told he had gotten caught up on a previous call.  I understand that service calls can run into issues and therefore run long. A courtesy call letting me know that would have been appropriate and appreciated.  Although this did not set well with me, I decided to give them another shot since they had such good reviews.   I was rescheduled for January 21, between 8:00-11:00.  When, yet again, no one showed up by 11:20 I called to see where my tech was.  Again, he was stuck at another service call, so they rescheduled me to come between 11:00-2:00.  Keep in mind no one called to tell me this.  As a small business owner myself, we would never stand up a customer and if by chance we were running late, we would definitely call the customer and let them know, giving them the choice to reschedule or wait. I would never recommend Service Today to anyone.  Just call your customers!

I called to get some work done, waiting on estimate. They visited the home, pulled permit and billed $640.00 to review the job. When I said you never told me how much, he said we spent time and placed lien on my home for $740, I am taking him to court this week.A total whole in the wall business, beware. They do estimate and call it work and bill you!!

I had a great experience with Mister Sparky. Rick, the technician,  was a true professional,  on time,  courteous, and provided great advice on replacing my old smoke detectors  and adding two surge protectors to my breaker boxes. I highly recommend them.

Super service today from Darryl. Problem identified quickly, explained clearly, and solved in a cost effective manner. Darryl also saw one other issue that could have turned major, and suggested a no cost solution.

Was satisfied with my service he did what he said he was going to do he contact on card and tell my service was restored after he did his repairs he stayed on them to make sure the service was restored I didn't have to do anything . I was very satisfied

We've used Arrow to install new lights in our kitchen and then to remedy items in our home found during an inspection.  

Both times Arrow did a fantastic job, they were professional and timely.  And, best of all they are reasonably priced.  Our bid for replacing our lights was a couple hundred dollars less than other quotes!

When we used them to remedy inspection items, they noted items on the inspection report that were false and explained why.  Next he found a very serious is so that wasn't even addressed in our property inspection report!  He fixed all issues for a reasonable price.  

Arrow is also able to address your concerns with in an appropriate time frame.  In both cases I called them and they were at my house the next day.

We are now building a new house and we will be using them to install all of our new lighting.

$69 for a service call to come out and then quoted me another $744 to evaluate the job in order to get an estimate. He did not even go into the attic to check the wiring or do any assessments on the electric work. This is scam operation and unfair pricing. They claim to have Up Front pricing, see wording from their website below:

A service call should cover the cost to come to the job site + provide an assessment of what it costs to fix the issue at hand. Instead, they have hidden layers of fees and costs that are unfair to the average homeowner. We did not move forward with their services.

Very prompt.  We have a light fixture installed.  Julio was in and out in no time.  He called me back the same day I called for an appointment.  He was willing to come out and work on a Sunday, and if we didn't have some place to be we would have taken him up on his offer.  I thought his pricing was great as well.

A technician came on June 28 to fix a leak, and in the process and in front of me, let the freon go purposefully into the air, breaking EPA laws and regulations.  It is estimated they released 10 lbs of freon which they were ready to charge me for the refill ($100+ per pound). I called multiple times trying to get in contact with a manager and even the owner but every time the secretary gave me the runaround. This company is a disgrace.  Good luck getting in contact with a manager.

We truly truly appreciate Legacy Electric. Long story short. Texas A/C &Heat came out and basically didn't complete the job. The left wires disconnect and everything. They told us we needed an electrician. So, they contact our home warranty company to let them know. Legacy Electric was contracted to come out. Logan (the lead Technician) with Legacy Electric came out and teseted our electricity and checked our braker box. He said everything was working great. Lucky for us he is a licensed HVAC tech also. He went and checked our unit. Reconnected the wires there and to our thermostat and put the panel back on, waited a total of 5 MINUTES!!! and our unit was working. He is a very very nice person. We even talked about our dogs. Very professional work. We feel very luck to have had Logan with Legacy Electric come out. SHOUT OUT TO LOGAN!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH. Oh my gosh... Kenny I guess the owner came the same day.
I am selling my house and needed a closet fuse and two lights fixed. I was told by 6 other companies it would be next week. I needed today Wednesday. Not only did he come out he fixed everything!
He is the old Dallas Southern tradition....Thank you Lake Highlands Electric!

A month after I receive the FAKE invoice and it was supposedly taken care of a woman called my cell phone 6 times in a row demanding I pay for work they did not perform or even show up for, after I got upset I started to use foul language. The owner responded by criticizing me on yelp about my curse words. This was an intentional SCAM and the lady was bound and determined to scam me out of money. I personally warn people of this business about being a scam artist.
