Larry and his son arrived promptly and on time to add a few new circuits and a whole home surge protector. As the rain had started, they had to come back the next day but again, showed up promptly.

The circuits were installed cleanly and terminated into my panel, and the conduit used to route them was installed perfectly and looks clean against the house. The work required a bit of drywall cutting, but by the time I got up to look aside from the hole, everything was cleaned up.

Larry offered a fair price for the job, and he and his son were courteous and even did a little homework on the part I had gotten to ensure they had the install according to spec.

I wouldn't hesitate to call them again (and likely will soon!), and neither should you.

Great service. We had them change out 5 hanging lights and one ceiling fan on 16+ ceilings. They did a great job and got it done within the quoted time. Will be using them again in the future

I called Electricians on Call a few months ago because of a problem I was having with what I thought was a breaker box, Dave answered my call and came the next day to check it, as it turned out there was not a problem at all.  He did not charge me  and gave some helpful advise.  Needless to say when my door bell stopped working I contacted EOC.  They came out on Friday, doorbell was working, transmitter needed to be replace ( knocked out by the storm a few weeks ago, I guess) then on Saturday it no longer worked.  Contacted EOC on Monday, had to leave a message, that was never returned, called 2/3 hours later and got a lady, that appeared to be in her car to schedule a time for them to return, which I did and they were supposed to her here today between 2-4, it's now 4:28.  I called a little after 4 and got a voice message to leave a number.  This is very frustrating to do when you are dealing with a business, there should be someone answering calls at all time.  I called back about 10 mins. on another phone and again got some lady that sounded like she was in her car.  She was supposed to contact these guys and call me back, that was 15 mins. ago, still nothing.  So now I either have to sit her and wait for them to hopefully show up or keep calling and getting voince mail.  This is very frustrating.  I paid them good money for this repair.  This is just poor business. No matter how good you are customer service keeps you coming back.  As I type this I get a call from Allie, they will be here within the next 30 to 40 mins. that almost 2 hrs. from when they are supposed to be here.  Now I understand that some jobs can take longer, but a phone call would have been nice instead of my contstant calls, to voice mail at that.  Very dissappointed.

Had a neighbor install a dryer & hooked it up the cord wrong & Mr. Hill came out and checked the power & reinstalled it correctly.  Very nice man didn't have to wait and will call him again!

I got several quotes for work to be done and they were the most reasonable. The estimate was not overall the lowest but I appreciated the owner coming personally and being on time and willing to come out on short notice.
He provided helpful suggestions when we were unsure of what we wanted.
His two-man crew of DJ and Jerry were awesome.
They were onsite from 9-5 and knocked out all the items we identified.
We ended up getting some additional things done that were not on the original quote and the job supervisor was great with accommodating our add-ons and revising our invoice.
Overall, we were really pleased with the professionalism and value.

After reading many wonderful reviews for Great Brother Electrical Services, I called to get a quote on replacing smoke detectors and repairing a pendant light that was sagging from the ceiling.  Jose arrived as scheduled.  He did the work that was quoted.  While he was here, I asked him to install an outlet in my bedroom, which he did.  We then discussed replacing the can lights with new LED lights.  The next day, Jose and his crew replaced 40 can lights!  We then discussed replacing florescent lights in the house.  He came out a couple of days later replaced four more can lights, installed an outlet in the laundry room, hung my Dyson stick vacuum, and replaced a florescent light in a closet. Jose is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.  He and his crew cleaned up their messes, and are very reasonably priced.  He let us know different options for the projects we were thinking of.  After using many different electricians over the years, I feel like I finally found someone who is reliable, available, and affordable.  Jose and I have already discussed future projects.  I am making a list, and will gladly call Great Brother Electrical Services soon.  I highly recommend them.  All of the reviews that I read were very spot on. Had to call someone to replace a breaker and a GFCI in a jiffy caused by some idiot crashing into a transformer a few blocks away. Fox came out fast and the work was done dirt cheap without sacrificing quality.  A+++

BUYERS BEWARE. I dispatched them out to my restaurant and they spent about one and a half hours. Total bill: $2,000.00. I was curious about what someone else would've charged and it was no more than $500.00. Look out!!!

He initially wanted $2,200.00 but gave us a discount. Is this real life? I relied on yelp for this service and I 100 percent regret it. This is the epitome of thinking oh they got money!

Let me tell you something, this company took total advantage of myself and my business. Disappointing as the person on the phone was very friendly and prompt.
