Best Electricians in Dallas, TX
This company is awesome! They were available the same day I needed them and the 2 electricians that came were professional and respectful. I will definitely be calling them again!

Very prompt and very professional! They didn't leave a mess and were very reasonably priced. I'll use them again if I've any need for an electrician.

Great place to do business with. Always on time and the prices are reasonable. Located in arlington and they have many techs to get things done on time.

I agree with the word of mouth referral for this company! Very professional and helpful. Our bathroom switch was out and it was fixed in no time. I will be giving all my neighbors a great referral for Infinity services!!

R Squared came to run underground electric wire from our house to garage. Told us they would be in and out in 3 days and we would never know they were here. 2 weeks later, they finally finished. They TORE UP our backyard that was recently sodded and made no amends to even suggest replacing our grass! Terrible Service!!!

I was looking for an electrician to install a manual transfer switch to connect a portable generator to my house, something which I had very little knowledge about. From my research online, I should've expected to pay around $700 for this job. Every electrician I called was quoting me $1200+! I was getting so frustrated, until I called Chris at Upton Electric. He responded very promptly and quoted me a very fair price, right around the amount I was expecting to pay. Even during the 30 degree weather, his electrician, Terry worked on the transfer switch all day and stayed to test out the generator to make sure everything worked properly. I will definitely be using them for any future projects.
*In reference to the other negative review - Yes, the first house of labor is $117, then any hour after that is at a reduced amount. That is a FAIR price. It doesn't make sense for a company to come out for a job and charge $20 even if it's for 5 minutes of work.

We recently replaced the pool/spa heater that was damaged during the winter storm of 2021 and had Daniel Electric come out to do the electrical work since we had used them previously on another project. They did the job and we thought all was well then we started noticing the spa pump circuit would trip after it was scheduled to turn on. We contacted Daniel Electric and they came out a few days later only to tell us nothing was wrong even though we still have the issue, charged us $175 for the service call, and recommended we call a pool guy to come have a look. Needless to say we are very disappointed that we were charged an additional $175 for them to tell us to contact a pool guy, who told us to contact an electrician.
Yes, we still have the issue.

Yes, this company does know what they are doing. Small and personalized service. Most times it is same-day service. Talk to Steve.

I consulted with Glenn for some quote estimate on fixing various items on my home inspection report, especially, as a first-time home buyer, I don't know anything about electric and HVAC and its repairs. He went beyond those repairs and shared some good tips on home buying and inspection. I put value on this kind of consideration to his customer.
Moreover, I felt that Glenn provided his professional suggestion for my benefit instead of simply trying to get more business. I respect that and I can also tell that he is very knowledgeable with what he does too.
Also, I haven't worked with Glenn in any actual work, but he will be the first I consult if there is need in the future.

Terrible customer service, they will give false promises and lie to get you to sign a contract (offered 2 years interest free, but after install said it was only 18 months even though I had it in writing, they didn't do 24 months interest free.)
New first day install tech fell through my ceiling. Lead installer at first lied claiming they were installing the new return there (against the wall), but I called BS as I heard him fall through and saw his legs sticking through while the lead tech was obviously very upset with the installer.
Lead installer became vindictive after I called BS and proceeded to install the wiring as well as the new return duct work in a manner that blocked access to the attic as much as possible (rather than route the wires along beams, they cut the wires shorter and ran them directly across blocking access). Even though other HVAC companies advised the install was unprofessional, A#1 advised this is how they install it (NOT UP TO PAR WITH OTHER HVAC COMPANIES INSTALL).
They did fix the ceiling where the tech fell through, but it is not even close to how it was before with a hole on the attic side and the ceiling patched up.
I recommend spending a bit more (or in other cases spending less) and going with a more reputable company. A company that does everything is good at nothing.

My experience was much different than the users before. Sam (my contact) was very friendly and his partner and he worked quickly and effectively. I was originally estimated a higher price than charged when the work was completed. Great experience, would recommend!
