Jimmy did an excellent job on all of the projects we had him do for us. Electrical projects and cabling. Fair prices and excellent follow through. We will be using him for future projects!

He is professional, punctual, highly experienced, and resolved the problem quickly. He is so pleasant to work with. I will call him again for all my electricity needs. I really appreciate his help.

Quick response and great service. Had an entryway chandlier installed that was too high for our ladders. The guys from Tyner were extremely nice and efficient. I would highly recommend.

We have used Hernandez Electric several times at our home. Jose is very professional and on time. He charges fair prices and is very knowledgeable. And he always leaves our house cleaner than when he came. We highly recommend Hernandez Electric!

They get 1 star for one reason: They showed up on time.
Otherwise I'd lobby Yelp for a 0 star rating.
Ceiling fan wasn't working. Turns out after they ran all new wire from the switch up into the attic and rewired everything the fan still didn't work. Turns out, bad fan! The wires from the fan got all twisted up from an improper installation from the previous owners of the home.
$400 and they nickel and dimed me all the way. Including charges for the Romex they didn't need to run and all the time they spent working on the wrong issue.
I went to Lowes bought another fan and installed it myself and its working great to this day with no issues.

After 3 attempts to make an inquiry for service/repair on electric installed by Lanehart, there has been zero response. I have waited a month now, sent multiple messages via email, contact us form, and called with no answer. My home is 2.5 years old, and having issues with breakers/outlets installed by Lanehart. Outside of builder warranty but obviously Lanehart does not stand behind their work enough to respond this type of customer inquiry.

This has to be one of the most sketchiest and unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. If it were possible to give no stars then I would.
I was connected with Copper Creek Electric through the Home Depot Pro service. I just needed to get an electrical outlet installed next to a projector. Next thing I know, I get a text from a random number of when and where to schedule a meeting. Let me start of by saying that Ben was accommodating saying he could do the project. However, his wife, who I believe was the individual texting me was extremely rude. My appointments were delayed three times and I asked to have my estimate lowered for compensation. I requested multiple breaks from work to make sure I am present for the appointment. So I would say it's fair to ASK for a lower rate. I have not even gotten to the best part yet.
The reason I was inclined to write this review was a rude text that was mistakenly sent by his wife to me. It was intended to be sent to Ben, her husband. I understand you are a small business, but try to at least act like you care for your customers. She basically cancelled my appointment and ended things there. I ended up getting the job done by someone else for 2/3 of the price.

He puts large clients first and small residential customers, like me, *last*. The guys doing the repair work did not inspire confidence, did not fix the problem, and frankly I'm puzzled that a company in business this long would be this problematic.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a company. Tech was here for 15 mins and diagnosed we needed a new fan. He went to Home Depot for about 45 mins and brought a new one. He installed within 29 minutes and estimated price was 300-400. A few weeks later, I received an email stating a price without an invoice. I asked for an invoice, it was extremely vague. The ceiling fan that was purchased was $64. They are charging $134 plus a trip charge to and from Home Depot and labor of three hours of $420. Total bill was around $600. The tech was not here installing a simple fan for three hours. They are thieves. Avoid at all costs. Currently going back and forth with the price with the company. All they say is it's correct.

At first, they seemed nice and reliable. They were able to ground the shop but, I had them run a large gauge wire for a Tesla.and asked that it be appropriate. I have had nothing but problems since. The destination charger stops charging randomly and also cuts down on amps. At first they put in a 40amp breaker and they had to come back. But, they would only change it to a 50amp.
I also had a problem that they charged me for a visit and not being there when we never agreed on the time. If they would have told me the time, I would have told them that I would be driving home from work and would have asked that they move the appointment back.
I spoke with the owner about a refund for that fee, which he agreed to refund it. I have yet to see the refund and when I call, I never get a return call.
I would not recommend this company to anyone! Just terrible.
