If you are shopping for an electrician, you can stop your search here. Edwin and team do quality work for a very fair price. Pricing is transparent, and he communicates with you throughout the process. He also treats your home like a home and not a job site. Him and his team put time into prepping your space to make sure it is clean and reassembled when they leave. That may not be a big deal to some, but in the past I've had contractors who left me with a days worth of cleaning when they are done.

I've used a lot of home service providers from Yelp, and Edwin will be the first one that I use a second time. I have a high bar for service providers, and Edwin and his team meet it.

Tom was amazing - I had called D&K because we had a problem with one of the circuits in our house. Tom was responsive and quick on fixing issues!   Tom was absolutely wonderful-  quality of work, competency, customer service, and people skills. Highly recommend D&K lighting and Tom! They came on time and assessed the lighting I needed fixed. They also honest about a ceiling fan repair/ would cost more to try s as me figure out then to just replace! They were in And out quickly. Also gave me quotes on future lighting installation. Very happy with service!

Justin came to install 4 Ring Floodlight cameras at my home and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for electrician services. I chose Dytec because Justin was licensed and insured as well as someone who seemed very honest and genuine. He completed my job fast and with excellent quality. He even replaced a part I didn't realize was broken without charging me.

I had previously used Peerless for adding a new outlet and 20A circuit approximately 50 feet from the breaker box (routed through the attic and two walls) and called them for assistance adding a 50A outlet inches from the breaker box. Got an estimate of $200-250 on the phone when I called and they came out right away. When they arrived they said that estimate was incorrect and that it would actually cost over $500. I was very disappointed as the materials for this are under $100 leaving over $400 in labor to install the outlet adjacent to the breaker box.

Did a great job. Responsive. Reliable. Great communication. Does a great job. Helped us with our shop/barn new construction as well as rewire for my mom's attic & new breaker box. Definitely recommended!

We called and no one answered so we left a message. No one ever bothered to return our call. I understand if they are busy, but it is plain bad business to ignore a potential client.

These folks did all the electrical and home theater wiring on my new home. Really quality work. I had them come back and do some additional work, and they didn't charge me a thing. The employee who serviced my home, Anthony, was very professional and did two jobs in under 30 minutes.

Tyler from Mister Sparky came out to get our wiring straightened out in our office by adding a new traveler wire, rewiring some switches and moving a switch for us. He went above and beyond our expectations! All work was completed as requested and quoted. He was very thorough as he explained what he was doing, and how he was doing it. He didn't miss anything! Tyler explained the importance of surge protectors for our home, and several other things that we could do to better protect our home.  Tyler was very professional, quick and efficient. I wish i could give 0 stars. The driver of this company vehicle was driving erratically and very dangerously. After swerving in front of me he proceeded to flip me off. I would not recommended this company, much less let them into my home or business. Very unprofessional......

I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company to anyone. I had them come out and replace my panel box, which I understand is a very complicated procedure (and I'm a first time home-owner so everything is new to me) so I had them come out and quote me. I agreed to the quote and scheduled a service. The day came and they began work on the panel promptly. They work all day and 14 hours go by. They discover that there is something wrong with the wiring and suddenly 30% of the lights in my house aren't working (when they were absolutely working before). Eventually, the boss (Paul) came out to take a look at what was going on. First of all, he tried to say that we were lying to him about it being their fault that so many outlets were not working. This was quickly put down as the employees explained that they had used a few outlets earlier in the day to power their tools. Then, he blamed his employees (who, remember, had been trying to figure this out for 14 hours without his help) for not being able to do their jobs. After about 45 minutes, together they pinpointed the problem and I was told I would have to pay an extra $400 for them to fix what they had broken. My option was either pay the $400, or have 30% of my outlets not work. Not really an option there. So I agree, another hour goes by, and they have the outlets fixed, but now the outside lights (the security lights out front) are no longer working. They then try to pass this off as an HOA issue instead of fixing the problem (again, these lights were working before they came over) and try to pack up without fixing them. When I don't let that work, they eventually figure out where they had messed up and now I finally have all of my lights working. Cool. They pack up and leave, I pay the extra money, and then I go upstairs to check their work (which I now know is something I need to do before they leave). And I find that the box isn't labeled. Not a single thing had been labeled despite that being explicitly called out in the paperwork. So I had to call and have them come over again to label the box properly. Absolute nightmare and really bad look to break something and then make your customer pay for it. I do understand that things happen, but forcing your customer into a position like that is a bad way to do business no matter which way you slice it. Look elsewhere if you need electric work done!
