After Olsen Electric NO SHOWED their appoitment....

I called Fisk Electric 972-466-0900 at 11am SAME DAY. They were here at the appointment time of 1pm SAME DAY. My issue was handled by 2pm SAME DAY. On time, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable.

Ryan was great through every process, from estimate to clean up. He is a professional who knows his craft!  I received bids from ten different electricians and Ryan stood out from the beginning.  They all (but Ryan) had wild ideas to wire my kitchen for under counter lighting.  Ryan's approach was the most cost effective and he provided the actual lights and hardware for the job on his bid.  i wasted a bunch of time with the other guys who left it to me to buy the lighting.  You can only imagine my frustration between the other guys flaking out and never showing up for the original sizing up of the job and me having to return through Amazon lights and wiring that was wrong or not needed.

I just wished I had contacted him first, not tenth like I did.  So much lost time I will never get back!

Kevin is a good, honest, and hardworking electrician. I am glad I hired him to upgrade my main panel and subpanel. He made one minor mistake, which the inspector found. But he came out the next day to correct it. He even replaced the drywall and repaired the stucco that he cut. Most electricians will not do that. I recommend him and would certainly hire him again.

We've used Shearer Electric to remodel/build our last 2 houses, and they've been great. If I ever worry about a problem, I've given them a call and someone is at the job site promptly. Let me start with how impressed I am with this company from Clements elcectric in Alvarado, Texas.
First off, the Technitian was prompt and the customer service was the best that I have had in over two years.  Guillermo Rosas was professional, safe, polite and seemed very experienced.  He went out of his way to explain the problem of the utility issues that we were having and taught us how to correctly reset out breakers correctly and explained when to call for issues related to our electric.  I truely am impressed with the level of service that we recieved today and it did not cost an arm and a leg.  Thank you, Clements Electric and their  technician, Guillermo. You are now the only company that I wish to call for any future issues regarding home electric.

After having used Matrix for a previous job that they did fine, I reached out to them for more work. Daniel came and looked at the scope and I never heard from him again. After 3 voice mails and several texts i had to move on. So disappointing!

I needed an electrical box updated. The panel that was in use was not compliant with the electrical code.  I watched the entire process and the skills they had in correcting the wiring was amazing.  One  statement can sum up my experience with them honest and trustworthy.

Robert came out to the house and took the time to understand what I was wanting to do. He made suggestions that made sense, some of which would result in him getting less work.
That means a lot - he cares more about the customer and doing the right thing than just making a quick buck. That means we will be repeat customers, knowing we can trust him to care about our bottom line and listen to our needs. You may not need an electrician often but when you do, it is nice knowing someone like Robert. Cool guy, great demeanor and pleasant. A rare find. We found our forever electrician.

Yelp describes 5 stars as As good as it gets! and that's no lie with Roy. He returned my call later in the day and fit me in the same day even after normal working hours. Roy and two other men showed up willingly and happily. I showed them a few things I let build up and was having issues with. They fixed them all quickly except for one which would need some digging and a lot more time. The price was amazing and he doesn't push any kind of family plan on you like those big electrician companies too which is a huge bonus in my opinion.

I will definitely be calling Roy back soon as I have a couple bigger projects I'd like done and the quotes he gave me seemed completely honest and fair.

I have recently had the opportunity to deal with Carroll Service for some electrical needs. Mr Carroll was very efficient, on time- (actually early) and explained the entire process to me with all my questions answered. I would highly recommend this company. Very honest and easy to do business with.

Bob has been out to help us with several electrical projects and we have been extremely pleased every time.  He explains exactly what he's going to do and gives several suggestions about fixing the problem.  Prices are fair and work is excellent!  Won't call anyone else.

Johnny Day has done upgrades and repairs on my house for 16 years,  He is a master electrician and knows what he's doing (he worked for/with his father for years who also was an electrician).  

He shows up on time, does what he says he going to do, doesn't try to 'scare' you or over sell you with service you don't need, his rate is very fair, plus he has an assistant who helps, which keeps Johnny working the entire time.  He has done everything from basic light fixture replacement to pig tailing my entire house and replacing the electrical box in my house.

All of my friends who I have recommended Johnny Day to have been very pleased with his work and continue to use him also.  Call him when you need an electrician- you'll be glad you did!
