After Olsen Electric NO SHOWED their appoitment....

I called Fisk Electric 972-466-0900 at 11am SAME DAY. They were here at the appointment time of 1pm SAME DAY. My issue was handled by 2pm SAME DAY. On time, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable.

Ryan was great through every process, from estimate to clean up. He is a professional who knows his craft!  I received bids from ten different electricians and Ryan stood out from the beginning.  They all (but Ryan) had wild ideas to wire my kitchen for under counter lighting.  Ryan's approach was the most cost effective and he provided the actual lights and hardware for the job on his bid.  i wasted a bunch of time with the other guys who left it to me to buy the lighting.  You can only imagine my frustration between the other guys flaking out and never showing up for the original sizing up of the job and me having to return through Amazon lights and wiring that was wrong or not needed.

I just wished I had contacted him first, not tenth like I did.  So much lost time I will never get back!

Called Kevin to see if he could help me fix my unit at home. Told him someone had checked it out but never returned and his only response was why can't he come back and fix it. Don't you got his number? Never heard of someone turning down business. What a shame!

Reid Electric did great work for us. We had a problem with some light switches not working and he was able to quickly locate the problem and fix it. He also discovered a problem with a light fixture that had gone bad and was dangerously shorting out. His prices are very reasonable. He was very professional, yet friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend him for any future electrical needs!

UNRELIABLE!  We had used Shearer Electric for years so when we needed to move some outlets in a room in our house before installing some built ins we called them. I scheduled the appointment more than a month in advance. On the day they were supposed to come to the house they did not show at the appointed time. So I called. First the line was busy. Then it rang and rang and when someone finally picked up they told me they had no record of my appointment and that a supervisor would call me back. I waited 30 minutes and no one called. After an hour someone showed up at my house (no call). They came into the house and walked through what we needed done but said they could not do it that day but could do it the next day. We tried calling to find out when the electricians would be at our house to do the work and got no answers from the woman we talked to. The next morning when we called to find out when they would be at the house to do the work they told us they would not be able to come that day.  They denied having told us they would be coming back to do the work the next (which is simply untrue). Now we are stuck with installers coming in two days to put in the built ins and we need to find electricians to come at the last minute to do the work. Shearer is Unreliable and we will NEVER use them again. They have put us in a terrible spot.

This company is great! Very quick response & appointment time. Reasonable price for repair. Felt confident having a master electrician doing to work! Will definitely use again.

We were looking for a good electrician that could figure out why half of the kitchen had no power.  Heath came out and began looking into what was going on.  My main concern was to be able to use the outlets to cook for the holidays.  He did not leave until were had all our outlets working.  They cleaned up after themselves - couldn't tell they had ever been in the house.  And Heath has a large Christmas Jack in the Box head on his van.  So cute!

I was facing some issues with my previous condo and called up Matrix Electric. They provided me a fair and very reasonable quote when they inspected the place. They provided superior customer service and explained what all my options were before doing the work. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to fix all my electric issues and was able to sell my condo thanks to them. I would def. recommend them to anyone looking to fix electric issues.

We used B&B Electric to install a Tesla Wall Charger in our garage.  Robert scheduled our installation today, July 4th and took time out from his holiday for prompt service.

Johnny Day has done upgrades and repairs on my house for 16 years,  He is a master electrician and knows what he's doing (he worked for/with his father for years who also was an electrician).  

He shows up on time, does what he says he going to do, doesn't try to 'scare' you or over sell you with service you don't need, his rate is very fair, plus he has an assistant who helps, which keeps Johnny working the entire time.  He has done everything from basic light fixture replacement to pig tailing my entire house and replacing the electrical box in my house.

All of my friends who I have recommended Johnny Day to have been very pleased with his work and continue to use him also.  Call him when you need an electrician- you'll be glad you did!

We have had Jeff Electric out a few times. He's very professional and they do a great job. They're always able to quickly locate the problem.
