Really pleased with Willaby Electric!  My warranty department assigned me with a different company that never showed up.  Willaby was the second one they gave me and I am so glad!!! They spent three days making sure they could find the exact problem (which was very hard to find). They showed up on time, were respectful and very professional. Two thumbs wayyyyyyy up!

Mr. Stevens owner and licensed electrician of Safety Electric is a wizard and thorough man for finding the most difficult of sneaky circuits that have failed.  Our house was built in 1936 and as such has its share of quirks, but no more in the electrical department thanks to Mr. Stevens.  In addition to his electric skills, and willing to stay until its done, his prices cannot be beat.  Look no further when seeking an electrician.

Had 3 motion outdoor lights installed and 2 tv outlets to hide our tv wires. Carlos was extremely responsive to all of our questions. He and his team showed up in a timely manner and were very professional handling our requests. The work was quickly completed and area was left clean and lights ready to go. The lights work great and we will be getting more work done by Bright Light!

Got a recommendation for Burkins when another electrician left me hanging right before it was time to move in. The prior electrician left me with 2 switches that didn't work as well as a garbage disposal that wouldn't come on.  Burkins fixed everything and then some.  I was so happy that I had them come back and install pendants. Burkins was able to fix things that prior electricians wrote off, and I couldn't  be happier with the service.  Reliable, responsive, meticulous, fair pricing, flexible scheduling, and very kind to my elderly mother. I highly recommend with no reservations.

Called to have 2 outlets added (1 in each of 2 bathrooms) because we purchased a 1955 house and didn't realize we didn't have bathroom outlets.  Jorji was amazing - totally knew what she was talking about when scheduling.  Was able to call back and had squeezed us in for the next morning.  The guys met my husband at property, did an amazing job (his words) and we would totally hire them again.  Mind you back in the day my husband was an apprentice electrician and has wired a few homes before so he has some experience in dealing with the trade.  If husband was thrilled with their work, you should know you can't go wrong with this company.  We will use them exclusively for all our future electrical needs.

In no time at all, Cody and Eric were at our front door and did an amazing job at moving a monster oven (the Beast) and moved a 220V for us. Let the baking begin!  thank so much for quick, courteous and above all excellent work.

The brothers who run this shop are friendly, honest, straightforward, and very very good at their job. They fixed my furnace without trying to sell me on a new unit, and they are more than fair in their pricing. Customer for life.

Mike and Pete replaced the electrical box for the house and added an outlet to be used for an RV hookup.  Very efficient and knowledgeable.  They arrived on time and checked in with me the day prior to the work to be done to confirm we were still expecting Community Electric to do the electrical work.  Very polite (who doesn't appreciate the courtesy of a Yes, ma'am, No ma'am response?).  The rate they charged was very fair and definitely warranted the monetary tip I gave them!   Excellent service and will use them again!!!

Mr. Barnett is always very professional and will be a partner of BluSky Restoration contractor's for many years to come.

Over the past four years, we have had three other electricians out.  The problems were never fixed.  Now they are.  This company was on time and the electrician were very knowledgeable.  They immediately identifed the problem and fixed it.

Nestor is the total package. He is very professional, patient, efficient, and reasonably priced. He is pleasant and easy to talk to. I am very happy with his service and I highly recommend him.

UPDATE: Terry reached out to me immediately after I made this post in an attempt to resolve the issue. During our phone call, he was very apologetic and offered to come out to ensure my issue was completely resolved. Terry really went above and beyond during the call. He offered to complete a FREE diagnostic as well as refund the cost I was charged.  Terry came out today and made good on his promise. He was pleasant and made sure to explain each step in the diagnostic. Not only was he informative, but Terry also replaced the GFCI outlet (AT NO COST) that was causing the issue. He also made sure to provide some troubleshooting tips if I should ever have these issues again.

When I initially called two weeks ago regarding my electrical issue I immediately asked for an appointment. I was told a technician could come out the next day. I called the day of the appointment to confirm the tech would still be showing up. At that time I was told I didn't have an appointment. The young lady I spoke to said I was being worked in. At no time did I ever ask to be worked into the tech's schedule.

I requested to be given an appointment after noting that I was never told during the initial call that I did not have an appointment. I rescheduled and gave the receptionist multiple days I would be available; however, she seemed rather annoyed and kept attempting to schedule on the two days I told her was not good days for me.

The two techs came out today. They were not here for 10 minutes. They asked about the GCFI button, and I told them there was none inside my home. I also told the receptionist the same. She never told me if there wasn't one in the home there must be one in the garage. The tech followed me into the garage and pushed the button. All of the electrical issues in the patio were resolved.

The tech charged me the trip fee of $50 because he DID NOT do any work. Not five minutes later he rang my doorbell telling me the company stated he had to charge me the service fee. HE LITERALLY PUSHED A BUTTON!!!

This is a total RIP-OFF!! I will never again use Top Notch for any electrical needs. This was not top-notch service. Obviously, the company is concerned more about money than treating customers honestly and fairly.

Tommie arrived on time and did a very good job of replacing my old box with a new one. The young man who came back the next day was not what I call a fast person. He was a bit on the slow side and when going for a part he didn't have was gone for over 2 hours. I would recommend Long only if this young man is not who takes care of you.

Over the years at my parents' house, my mom has always found something new to fix. Ceiling fans to switch out, light fixtures to update, rewiring, etc. Stephen at Arise Enterprise has shown up for us every time. He is kind, polite and extremely professional. He gets the job done for a fair price and always goes above and beyond what he was hired to do. We're so grateful to have found an electricion we can trust!

Vince and crew did an excellent job replacing a load center for us with a new Square D load center. They have excellent communications, they showed up when promised, and were professional and courteous. After the load center was replaced they went all around the house and made sure everything was working.  I would ignore the review from San Francisco, I'm quite sure this fellow has 'Electricians of Dallas' mixed up with another contractor in San Francisco.

I'm glad the economy is booming, but obviously, we need more folks going to trade schools.

I do commend the owner for responding to my review.  sometimes technology is the enemy.  I have had phone calls not show up for several days on my cell phone. Voicemails too. :(

Had to change my rating based on my recent experience.  My AC failed and called Milestone to get it fixed.  The tech showed up on time and inspected my unit and recommended that the only resolution was to get a new unit from them.  He said that there was no temporary resolution that was possible.  He was ready to schedule a same day install and the quote was for a range between 14k to 18k.  He made several tests on my unit and said that the compressor was not functioning right and it could trip the power supply to the entire home.  I have been using this unit for many years and not once have I had an issue.

I understand the need to make a sale but to blatantly provide incorrect information just to take advantage of a bad situation is unacceptable.

I went for a second opinion with another company and they fixed my unit in a matter of 10 minutes at a cost of $79 which included changing a coil and adding coolant.

Milestone is off my list of providers permanently.  Will not use a company that has no integrity and does not care about their customers.
