Best Electricians in Dallas, TX
Really pleased with Willaby Electric! My warranty department assigned me with a different company that never showed up. Willaby was the second one they gave me and I am so glad!!! They spent three days making sure they could find the exact problem (which was very hard to find). They showed up on time, were respectful and very professional. Two thumbs wayyyyyyy up!

Absolutely TEN star service! Great experience from the minute I called them and talked to their fabulous receptionist Beth, to the electric supervisor, Ben and then Duane and his colleague who came to our house to help provide guidance on our appliances and suggestions.

Mr. Stevens owner and licensed electrician of Safety Electric is a wizard and thorough man for finding the most difficult of sneaky circuits that have failed. Our house was built in 1936 and as such has its share of quirks, but no more in the electrical department thanks to Mr. Stevens. In addition to his electric skills, and willing to stay until its done, his prices cannot be beat. Look no further when seeking an electrician.

I recently installed LED recessed lighting (can lights) and was impressed by their work. Very professional, timely and most importantly proper electrical work. Give this local business a call if you are thinking about updating the lighting in your home. There are many inexpensive LED options available! Carlos is great to work with

Rodney, the owner of Apple Electric is the best electrician I've ever used in Dallas.
Reasonably priced, as well.

Got a recommendation for Burkins when another electrician left me hanging right before it was time to move in. The prior electrician left me with 2 switches that didn't work as well as a garbage disposal that wouldn't come on. Burkins fixed everything and then some. I was so happy that I had them come back and install pendants. Burkins was able to fix things that prior electricians wrote off, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Reliable, responsive, meticulous, fair pricing, flexible scheduling, and very kind to my elderly mother. I highly recommend with no reservations.

this place is awesome!!!!! I had several outlets and a ceiling fan suddenly stop working. I thought I had tripped a breaker. When I tried to reset the breaker still nothing. I called to make an appt for them to come out and look at the problem. But Jorji was able to walk me through a fix on the phone. I had a GFI outlet in the garage that had tripped and I just needed to reset it. I never knew the garage outlet would be associated with the indoor outlets. I learn something new everyday.
Thanks again to Jorji. She saved me a $180 . This is definitely my new go to place for any and all my future electrical needs.

The brothers who run this shop are friendly, honest, straightforward, and very very good at their job. They fixed my furnace without trying to sell me on a new unit, and they are more than fair in their pricing. Customer for life.

Mike and Pete replaced the electrical box for the house and added an outlet to be used for an RV hookup. Very efficient and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and checked in with me the day prior to the work to be done to confirm we were still expecting Community Electric to do the electrical work. Very polite (who doesn't appreciate the courtesy of a Yes, ma'am, No ma'am response?). The rate they charged was very fair and definitely warranted the monetary tip I gave them! Excellent service and will use them again!!!

I met with Scott personally when he performed my quote. He was honest, fair and provided a quote within expectations. Although, I didn't use him for my project he was in line for what you would expect from a qualified electrician. I would recommend his company to anyone looking for electrical work in then McKinney area. Do not use Bill's Quality Electric as their quotes are 3 times higher than Mr. Sawyers.

We've used Merlan for various jobs around the house (i.e. Can lights in play room and master bedroom, moving fans, installing the wiring for our security system) and have been very pleased with their work each time. Very professional, get the job done in a timely manner and best of all... prices are very competitive. I have recommended them many times in the neighborhood and to family/friends and will continue to do so! Thank you for all you do.

I used Top Notch to do a small project on my place. Initially I did not have a good experience but after talking to the owner who was very pleasant, we rectified the issue. I am giving a 4 star because the price quoted initially was not clear. However, if we agreed on a clear price ahead of time, I would use this company. The technicians were prompt and quick to complete the job. And the owner was accomodating and understanding.

Needed a meter base replaced due to a storm. Was willing to pay a premium to get it done. I figured 2500 would be high but I would go with it to get me tenant back in working order. Long sent an estimate for 3900 and said that it would have to be paid in full prior to the job being started. I have never heard of such nonsense. I ended up using BakerBrothers. Job was completed in one day at $1500. Less than half the price of Long Electric. The did not ask for a final payment until the job was passed via the city. Beware of LONG HEAT AND AIR. Go with BakerBrothers or anyone else.

Over the years at my parents' house, my mom has always found something new to fix. Ceiling fans to switch out, light fixtures to update, rewiring, etc. Stephen at Arise Enterprise has shown up for us every time. He is kind, polite and extremely professional. He gets the job done for a fair price and always goes above and beyond what he was hired to do. We're so grateful to have found an electricion we can trust!

We lost power to 4-5 plugs along one wall of our house. It affected the TV, set top box, and modem. Circuit breaker (one subset) was off with a red light and when we flipped it back on it felt squishy and would not hold. .
We called Electricians of Dallas LLC 972-418-0691 after I saw a picture of circuit breakers on their website. It was 4:45, quitting time. Vance called me back within 20 minutes of my initial call. He could have just scheduled a call but he went the extra mile. He asked me to go to the breaker box and move the breaker switch all the way to the left before moving it to the right. It worked! He said that kind of breaker must be reset first and turning the switch all the way to the left does it. He was so gracious and saved us. Even though we did not need a service call, I will not hesitate to call Electricians of Dallas in the future

Called on Monday 12 28 15 with electrical problem (light was flickering) in bedroom closet. Clearly explained to young woman who setup the appointment that the issue was in the attic. The reason I know this, is that I had replaced the switch and removed the fixture and without correcting the problem. The house has been remodeled and copper wire was used in the process, but the house is older and was originally wired with aluminum wire. I have found over the years that where these two types of wires connect, there can be issues. This is why I will call an electrician, as it exceeds my scope of knowledge.
The appointment was set for Wednesday afternoon. I was at work and my wife was at home. Tech arrived on time and was pleasant and knowledgeable according to my wife. He could not find any issues with the light in the closet; he removed the fixture and said it was alright. Everything was working. So she called me. I did speak to the tech and told him the issue was not in the closet it was in the attic. Probably the junction box. He then told me that it was going to cost $140 to do a diagnostic to find the issue. Really? So the $69 service fee is just for the pleasure of showing up? Needless to say, I was upset, Not at the Technician, but the fact that he apparently was not informed of the information I had giving to the young lady who set the appointment, Nor was I advised that the $69 covered absolutely nothing and that to determine what an issue is, there is an additional charge. Which does not include fixing the issue.
I understand having to pay for time and materials to correct issues. I also will say on the behalf of the Tech, his hands are tied, since he has a fee schedule he must go by to determine rates. Also, he did not charge us for the service call, even though I told my wife to pay him.
But the issue is not fixed, still flickering this morning. Turned off a breaker box until another Electrician will arrive on Monday.
The thing that gets TO me is the fact to determine the reason for the flickering light was going to cost me $209 ($69 PLUS $140) . Before doing anything. I have yet to have a service company try that on me. I always thought that is what the service call fee is supposed to cover. I guess I am wrong when it comes to this company, a mistake not to be made twice as I will always ask first when setting up an appointment. By the way, when I did ask, the other electrical company does not charge this fee, it is part of the service call.
Just to be clear, this was not the TECH's fault, he was just doing his job.
