Seem to do good work and are fairly priced, but Rarely show up when they say they will - always running late.

I've called Jim a few times over the past year for some non-emergency jobs. He has been very good at getting back to me and making an appointment rather quickly. His workmanship is excellent and his prices fair. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again!!

We had a small gas leak behind our dryer for months. We finally got around to calling a plumber and we chose Metz Plumbing based on Yelp reviews and proximity to our home. It was a great choice! Mr. Metz came two days later (it wasn't an emergency), right on time. He checked the problem out, and explained three possible options, and said the cheapest one would probably be sufficient - music to my ears! He was done within an hour and it only cost $85. We will definitely call again if we need a plumber.

I couldn't love this company more. After dealing with Roto-Rooter for a similar issue at a family members property, I was panicking about the expense of having my main line fixed. Bob came out, gave a reasonable quote (with the information we had on hand at the time), and had his guys come out the next day. Water line is fixed, cost was within original quote, and his workers were polite, friendly and got the job done quickly. I'll never use another plumbing company.

Had an issue with the previous plumber making excuses, and wanting to re-schedule despite an extremely tight deadline. Luckily, I found Domenic !! Donovan Plumbing was there each day and on time. He worked steady each day til the job was complete - and made sure it was done right and even a few days before the deadline. Very professional, friendly service. I would highly recommend Donovan Plumbing to my family, friends and anyone else in need of plumbing services.

Can not say enough good things about Jason and the entire team at Kowalski - treated me like a member of the family and made sure that everything was done right. Answered all my questions and above all made me feel comfortable with the work we had done. Owner (Jason) went above and beyond to be onsite numerous times through out the 2 days of work, and had a crew of 4 working concurrently to minimize the disruption to our family. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

I've had this man clean my gutters twice. Very professional. I will call him when I need something done again. Clean vehicle, clean appearance. Doesn't talk down to women.

I liked him during the first visit but the 2nd attempt to get work wasn't good. I told him that I wanted to hire him, he got sarcastic and told me that he raised his rate. Called me a liar when I told him that he gave me a good price. I'm good. Won't be calling you again.

Piss poor attitude, complained alot, over priced, and very demanding of things. Came off as threatening.
3324 Dawson St, Pittsburgh, PA 15213
Clogged main waste line. the plumber tried his hardest to get it loose without putting in the new access just wasn't possible.. so he gave estimate of 450$ & told us we had an option to call around & they will come back to clean it out after it was fixed. We hope its an average price we paid for this repair. The service was great, friendly, & cleaned up after the work was done.

When a crawlspace pipe burst while I was out of town (Feb 2022), Tom's same-day service was invaluable to identifying and resolving the issue. His communication was great and the service cost was very fair. I highly recommend Suica and will definitely use them in the future!

Honest guy and helped me out on a Sunday. He could've raked me over the coals but he charged me a fair price and gave me advice about my plumbing. Will def use again!
2102 Pauline Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15216
Run away from this company. They have a bid of over $13,000 for a job our second opinion fixed for $100. They are just looking to take advantage of their customers who are in a bad plumbing situation. They have a good line to try to convince you. Thank God for honest second opinions.

Had them do some plumbing work that required a small bit of pipe and some labor. Job was done, but I was billed $2800. The old owner is reimbursing me for the repairs, but they wanted a detailed statement of work completed. My bill literally has $100 for miscellaneous supplies and 27 hours of labor. We called 4 times and asked Mark for a more detailed statement. EVery time we cal or stop he's not there and we never get a callback.
Just before Christmas my furnace quit working. I didn't know who to call, so I gave McVehil another call. The cost was $190 for after hours diagnostics. Their tech (Josh) stated that it had to be the pressure switch since my furnace is notorious for that issue. He said he could probably get it running until they were able to get a part on Monday. Since it was Saturday and I have a 5-month-old and 2-year old I couldn't risk them getting cold, so I had him come out. He looked at the furnace for about 30-40 minutes and said the controller board was bad. He gave me a quote of $395. I checked the internet and this board was $80 online and takes 10 minutes to change. I am experienced in electronics and IT with over 20 years of experience. It's no different than changing any other board out. I ordered the board and it came Wednesday. CHanged it and nothing was fixed. I called and spoke with Mark and he said they are the professionals and they need to do the work. He said that sometimes you have to fix one problem to find the next. My BS meter was off of the charts, so I called another HVAC tech who runs a professional and honest business. He came in 5 minutes and found the problem. He was done in an hour and we had a furnace. I reinstalled the original board and to no surprise, the furnace STILL WORKS! I emailed and asked for my $190 back since their tech is either an idiot or a con artist. They never responded. These are the only 2 conclusions to draw. The part that was bad was SUPPOSED to be tested and is as simple as touching a voltmeter to it. AVOID THEM!!!!

The plumber was so disrespectful and extremely rude. I work in customer service and nobody should ever degrade someone and converse with someone the way the owner talked to me.
This was the second time Polucci Plumbing came to fix my water line as well. When fixing it the second time, one of the workers said how they remembered seeing seeing a huge brick near the waterline the last time which he insinuated that that may have been part of the line breaking right next to the brick for the second time.
Additionally, the line was repaired and the water was turned on. However, I was not getting any water. I had to call Polucci to come back out since nobody had asked the residents to check to make sure the water was running properly.
When he returned the next day and fixed the issue; I was only getting a trickle of water. I called the plumber back as soon as he left and he had an appalling demeanor and said he had to go to work. I replied, this is your job and what you were hired to do. He asked if I took off my shower head to see if there was any debris behind it, which I had not done, because I would not know to do that since I am not the plumber.
My water pressure was great prior to Polucci Plumbing fixing my line (there was a leak from the yard; Therefore, this did not effect the actual water pressure in my home, prior to Polucci coming out).
Furthermore, the water pressure is still low and trickling in the shower. I am so displeased with this whole experience, especially when someone is getting paid to do their job and do it correctly in a professional manner.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I contracted him to put a bathroom in in an old house and it required a permit. I'm a general contractor and I NEVER give deposits. I was strapped for time and my usual plumbers were swamped so I tried this guy. He said he could start immediately but needed money down for a deposit. I told him only if I went to the plumbing office with him and saw him file the permit. I did this and they all seemed to know him. He was talking to the woman the collects the fees like they were old pals so I thought, ok this guy is ok. Their CC machine wasn't working and I didn't have cash so he said that he would come back in the morning with cash and take care of it. The woman working said, yeah, he's good to go just need the fee. So I paid him a deposit (against every bone in my body telling me not to) and he screwed me. Told me he paid the permit. Made every excuse why he wasn't there working on the job. Then blamed his guys. I called to check in and he said he had guys there working (he didn't). When I called him out on them not being there, he acted pissed off at his guys and said, let me see where the f$&k they are. I'm fairly certain he didn't have any guys. My normal plumber after the fact said that he got caught signing other master plumber's names to pull permits. I actually went to his house when I realized I had been scammed and he had a RING doorbell and he answered and said he was out of the country. His truck was there and there was a dog inside. He's a total con-artist liar that I blame myself for giving a deposit to, I knew better than that. I feel bad for the normal consumers that he conned because they didn't know any better.

I paid $65 for a high pressure sales pitch. Supposed to diagnose my water issues but came in, didn't know anything more than I did and wanted OUTRAGES amounts to replace everything. I'm replacing everything for 20% of what they wanted me to give them. 3,000 vs 899 I'll never call them again EVER.
