I was not at the home during the service -- but this makes my review even more important to me. I learned about it all from my Aunt who was super impressed with Todd from First Call Plumbing. The sewer backed up to the point where we could not use our appliances and were apprehensive to flush the toilet. My Aunt's regular plumber was on vacation so we had to find someone new.  My Aunt was very skeptical about using someone new, but the smell was unbearable and she had no choice. Calling Todd same day, he was helpful, polite and ensured he fit us in, and on a Saturday, too. In addition to solving the problem, he assisted in clean up. He also did a review of other areas of the home. Pricing was generous -- they only charge OT on a Sunday! Thanks for a great experience, Todd!

Jerry did an amazing job. He answered my calls promptly was on time when he said he was gonna be there. He was there very neat nice work and very clean. I would definitely recommend.

We have used Scott Boyd plumbing ourselves and recommended them to my mother and our son for various jobs. Here's the first unique thing - they answer the phone!! Number 2 thing is this( wait for it) they actually show up when they say they will.. I know most of you will call bs on that, but it's 100% true!!  We have been stood up by various plumbers ( yeah you know who you are) so many times I still can't believe these guys show up!! And if they have the parts , they fix what needs fixed.  And what they charge is really reasonable. Nice people, decent prices,good work. And don't forget- they actually SHOW UP! So if you want a totally new experience- give these guys a call.

Frank is a fantastic plumber, customer service at it's best. Timely communication, professional and great quality of work, combined with a very fair pricing.

I have used pawlak plumbing over the past ten years. I have found them to be professional in thier work and clean.  When they finish a job there is little to no clean up.  I always look out knowing when they are to arrive.  Depending on the jon Ed the plumber comes which makes me very happy.  I have over the years had his co-workers come also.  they all were fantastic workers.  I have had great service, the quality was also great and the value was right.  I will continue to call Pawlak plumbing because I trust them

Needed a new hot water heater. Called & they came the next day!!   Friendly plumbers who did the work.
Professional & clean!!   Answered questions we had
& even played with our dogs!!
Definitely will use them again when the need arises!!

Revised: After my mom called and voiced her feelings about the whole affair, they did give her a partial refund. I still can only go two stars because;
1. It wasn't a significant refund
2. They still way over charged for something that took him exactly 3 minutes to fix. He did not even have to snake the toilet.

Very pricey, I will not be calling on them again,  OVER $200 for 10 minutes of service, unplugging a drain,???  Made a complaint to office with NO call back

Very satisfied. They returned my call within a few hours and were very courteous and efficient with scheduling a time to have someone come and take a look at our leaking pipe. The service gentleman arrived within a few minutes of when he was expected and fixed everything without ado. Price was reasonable and what I would expect for a plumbing service call. I would definitely call Brickhaas again in the future.

I can say two words about t o plumbing would be (problem solver) my friend was selling his parents house and had his sewer lined and said how t o plumbing owner was a good guy and how he saved him money.  We had our sewer lined and t o plumbing were professional and knowledgeable. He showed us the roots with a camera and lined the sewer line with little mess even though it was raining like crazy. GREAT JOB T O PLUMBING !

I recently had Always... come out to do a preventative maintenance on my furnace and to unstop a clogged drain.

I thought that the guy that came out was pretty knowledgeable, I would have asked him to do major repairs. The drain definitely works much better now and he even gave me some advice on what to do to keep it working better.
The preventative on the furnace really didn't seem like he did too much just clean the motor.

Some bad things: I really feel like I was overcharged, the service call alone is 70$ without doing a thing. They were supposed to return my call a day earlier than they did. Also they were supposed to get back to me with a quote for more work and they still haven't (a week later). Also the preventative furnace maintenance didn't even come with a new filter, this seems so basic to me, but maybe they never do.

I gave 3 stars because I feel they were competent, and could probably do any work. I will not be using them again.

My water tank suddenly went out and I needed help. My neighbor recommended Ben Franklin plumbing. I called and they responded promptly. An appointment was set and they showed up on time.  I got a new water tank.

But this does not describe the level service that I received. I was thoroughly impressed with not only their professionalism but with the dedication of the installers. This was a really good group of honest guys.  I was truly comforted to see the pride and dedication that my technicians portrayed.  As crazy as it sounds, not only was I thoroughly impressed, I was moved by their honesty and straightforwardness.

The guy talked for around two hours worked for 20 minutes and then charged two hours labor!

Had a broken water heater, Jimmy came out the same day to look at it and had a new one in the next morning! Was thorough in explaining to me how the old one broke and gave me the model of the new one he would be replacing it with in advance. Charged a fair price and finished installing it very quickly!

After my home inspection, the inspector recommended replacing the innards of a toilet on the main floor. He recommended a particular type that has no moving parts to wear out. I called Stahl, as they had been my mother's plumbers for years. When I made the appointment, I was very specific as to the brand of parts I wanted. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. An old man showed up, and said he'd replace the innards with brass fittings, not the plastic kind that had been recommended. The brass would have been significantly more expensive (3x), and could wear out over time. I said no; I wanted what had been recommended. The old man explained that the brass fitting were better quality, and all he had on his truck. He said the (ASHI certified) home inspector didn't know what he was talking about. He said that if I wanted the substandard parts that would only last a year or two, he'd return to his shop, get what I wanted, and come back. He said that I'd be charged for the time. I said I would not pay for the time involved with going to get, and returning, with parts he should have brought in the first place. He then said I'd have to schedule another appointment. I said if I had to do that, I wouldn't pay for this one, as I shouldn't be charged twice for one job, and he didn't do any work on this call. He then said he'd make me an agreement. If I don't ever call him again, he'll never work for me. I agreed. I got another plumber to repair the toilet with the parts that had been recommended, and I haven't had any problems since. It's been almost 28 years (I couldn't write this review back then) I also have not called Stahl, will not, and can't recommend more strongly that no one else should either.
