Very happy with Express Plumbing. Its such a relief to find a professional that I can actually trust. (especially when he was dealing with me and not my husband) I was ripped off by a big name plumber who didn't even finish the job. I called Express Plumbing and the same day Steve came out and fixed the mess the other guys left. He was quick and very reasonable. I have since had him come back to install a hot water tank, as well as a new furnace and AC unit. I highly recommend!

Al Buerkle has worked with my mother for a number of years now.  My husband and I are in the process of buying a home and had a plumbing issue we asked the seller to fix - after the seller's plumber told us it did not need to be fixed we sought a second opinion from Al Buerkle.  He was very quick in reviewing the dvd of the snaked drain and giving us a written opinion that we could send to the seller.  He also talked to both of us about the issue and how it would need to be repaired.  I felt very comfortable talking to him and held his opinion in very high regard given the extended working relationship he has had with my mother.  While the seller ultimately decided to use her own plumber to fix the issue, he was very helpful and we will certainly use him for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Harry is very professional and knowledgeable.  His approach to the work was thorough.  I will definitely use him again.

We were having a leak in our basement that we could not figure out.  When it appeared to get worse I started looking for a plumber.  We found Richard on Yelp and when I called he was happy to come over and check it out.  He was at our house within the hour and worked with my husband to dial into the problem.  He rearranged his schedule so that he would be able to help us out that day.  Once he started he was very methodical in locating the problem.  It only took a couple hours to fix and best of all his prices were very reasonable.  If we have anymore plumbing problems we will be calling him.

I have had terrible issues with other plumbers, especially with the ones home warranty companies use. Jaros has saved the day for me!  Fast, reliable and great to work with.  Small family business.  Same small crew. No flashy marketing and big mark ups. Just great service!  Highly recommend!!!!!!

My 5 year old furnace stopped working unexpectedly.  The first place I called said it would be several days before they could have someone look at it.  Mark was able to come out within 3 hours, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, and drove to get the part to make sure my furnace could be fixed the same day.  While I hopefully will not need his services again for a long time, I will be sure to contact Mark for any plumbing and HVAC needs.

Buyer beware, this place is the only business I have ever shopped at that does not take returns. Even offering that I would take a 30+% loss as a restocking fee, the company still had no interest in accepting a return for unused materials. I will never purchase materials from this place again and if you think there is any chance that you may not pick the right materials don't risk the loss. You are better off at another retailer.

Dont use these people! They do substandard work.  Hired Golan to replace an aging boiler at one of my rental properties.  His bid seemed reasonable but then he attempted to charge a $200 delivery charge, which I refused to pay.  4 months later and the new boiler is malfunctioning.  He refused to return to the property until I paid the delivery fee.  So I had to hire another plumber to replace and rewire the circulation pump, which was wired incorrectly by Golan and got fried.  Cost me an additional $420!

Terry's Plumbing provided the best plumbing services with overdue water valve replacements and other vital repairs.  Jay worked very efficient and top quality plumbing work and the cost was reasonable.  
Plus, Terry's Plumbing responded quicker than the other companies.

If you need a great plumber, Rege is the answer!  I had a plumbing problem that needed immediate attention.  Since I am new to the area, I relied on Yelp to help me find a plumber ASAP.  To my delight, he is local to the South Hills/Mt.Lebanon area, answered the phone himself... and was to my house within an hour.  He helped me avoid a potential disaster with my main water shut off valve, as well as taking care of my initial problem.  I'm very pleased to have found a fantastic plumber in the area.  I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!!

CAUTION: I hired Jim and Jakes quality plumbing for a three-day main sewer line replacement job in April 2022. I hired an excavator separately to save money on the project. The first day on the job Jim showed up in a mustang unprepared without the parts to start my job. This was the beginning of the many delays to come...  On three occasions Jim called off the job for emergencies.  He used no safety shoring, and my hole was 12 ft deep. The hole in my yard was open for a month!! Jim did not have access to a camera snake because the companies was broken...The laser to measure the fall on my line was also not in working order. Luckily the excavator was able to check that. My contract required an inspection be done before the job was complete. Jim took 2 weeks to submit the plan to the county inspector!! I thought I was going to have to find another plumber to complete the job but after threatening a lawsuit they finally got their s*** together and wrapped things up. Jim actually left my job to fix something for my neighbor while he supposed to be working my job! I was unable to use my house bathroom for nearly a month and am 6 months pregnant!... I would not recommend these guys. They are not professional and frankly do not seem to know what they are doing. My excavator had to supervise the plumber the WHOLE job. Buyer beware. It is not worth the cost in stress to work with these guys.

Even one star is too high a rating for this group.

To make a long story short--they installed a new thermostat in my house on Friday.  After Jason left, I noted that it was not working properly.  I called and spoke to Tim.  They came back on Monday to fix the issue with the thermostat and left me with a thermostat that was not working at all.  MY DISABLED SON AND I WERE LEFT IN A HOME WITHOUT ANY HEAT.  They DID NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS OR VOICEMAILS LEFT NOR DID THEY RESPOND TO MY TEXT MESSAGE.  

The temperature went down to 24 degrees the last couple of nights and we had no heat until I got someone to install a new working thermostat today.  

In spite of everything, they had the nerve to put a charge of $261.00 through on my credit card.

Well, Tim, I am looking for a full refund.  A coupon for a free furnace checkup is not going to remedy this situation.  You have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on your invoice--now is the time to honor it.

These are the best plumbers. Their staff are aware of your needs and how emergencies are emergencies. They understand when it comes to maintaining your either for remodeling or maintenance of equipment the customer is the number one priority. The employees are considerate when they come into your home aware of the surroundings of being neat and clean of their work area and never leaves a mess when the job is done. I would recommend this company to anyone that is in need of Plumbing Heating and HVAC

Worst customer service EVER! NO SHOW 5 times in a row! FIVE!!! And we have had to call them every time when no one shows up for the appointment to hear excuse after excuse. RIDICULOUS!
We would hire someone else but we're trying to get them to come back to fix a clogged sink that never was completely unclogged on the first appointment. Just OMG.
