If I could give 0 stars I would! Had an appt in Clairton at 3 pm yesterday for dye test. He arrived before I did and started running water in outside drain. When I met him he said he couldn't figure out where the water was going and he didn't have a helper to do the job because the manhole was down the street. He said he was just going to pass the job off.
I was extremely upset because I took a 1/2 day off of work and had made an appointment with him and the electrician at the same time so I could get everything done and his careless attitude toward me was unacceptable. I spoke with other plumbers on the list for Clairton and they said they work by themselves doing these tests all the time. He shouldn't be on the list if he's going to cherry pick jobs. Now I have to take another half day off work to reschedule with someone else. I filed a complaint with Clairton and will be looking into legal action. Beware.

Had an issue with our a/c. As soon as the tech showed up, I told him what was going on and that my system was only 14 years old. At that point, all he kept trying to do was sell me an entire new system, even before taking a look at the old.

After checking for a leak in the system he said he found one in the coil inside, never even checked the outside condenser. He just kept pushing an entire new system.

The best part is when I actually heard him out about a new system. He calls his boss, gets one quote from his boss and says here's you price for a new system. Oh I'm sorry, last time I had a furnace installed the owner came to the house, sat down and showed me 3 different options (different company). I am not sure if it was just the tech I had or what. Also I have an all electric house no gas, so the tech proceeds to tell me I should have a gas line ran and put in a gas furnace, then he says they can do that for 10k lolol ya bc that's on my to do list... at that point I could not wait for him to leave.

Bryan and Anthony came by today to give an estimate on fixing some shoddy work under our sink. I'd been trying to get someone to fix this for weeks and, to varying replies (destroy the back of the cabinets - get a contractor to come out and pull the granite/cabinets to access the pipes - or go in through the finished ceiling in the basement) and that's when I could actually get someone to reply. These two came in, assessed the situation, figured the least destructive course of action, ran down to the hardware store, and knocked the job out in maybe two hours.

We will definitely use them again should more plumbing stuff crop up.

Called Noah's Ark Plumbing on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. He was my third call and the only one that answered without having to leave a message. He was out of town and asked if he could call the other employees to come look at my main drain which was backed up. He said he would call back promptly to let me know when to expect someone. I knew the Sunday after a holiday plus the start of deer hunting season would make it hard to find someone. He called back in less than 15 minutes and told me he was on his way back from deer camp with his daughter. He also said he would be coming to look at and fix the problem himself. He told me he would be arriving around 2-3:00pm. He arrived before 3:00pm note this is only 4 hours after I initially called. He came and looked at the problem. He brought down his equipment and within an hour not only cleared the drain he also pointed out the cause of the blockage. His price never changed. I would recommend this business to any and everyone!!!

I had a problem with backdraft sewer gas in my basement and could not find the problem, I called Derek from Sewer and Drain Specialist to schedule an appointment. Scheduling the appointment to have the system smoke tested has saved me time and money. It was fast and easy, and pinpointed the leak.

Our hot water tank died. We used the opportunity to upgrade to a tankless system. We got 4 quotes. Keptco was the lowest quote and they were able to rearrange their schedule to do it the next day. The work is good and I would call them in a plumbing emergency again.

Great experience with this company! Had them come fix my toilet on Monday the 25th of July 2022! Now I had a running toilet that for some reason I could not fix. I tried to repair it but was unsuccessful with the replacement guts I purchased.So my wife had to call a plumber!! The two gentlemen showed up on time as promised( isn't that rare nowadays) After trying to fix my toilet they surmised that my new guts were faulty! They were very respectful and even had the part in their truck!! AMAZING! In no time at all the toilet was fixed, no more turning off the water supply after use! Wonderful! Price was good to reasonable and they even took the time to look at my spa tub and find a leak!! I do hope they have the time again soon to come back out to my home in Burgettstown and further diagnose and repair this jetted tub? If I could lift it it would be a great paper weight right now! Thank you kind plumbers for coming to my home promptly when promised and solving my toilet issue! Your boss or bosses are very lucky to have you gentlemen as employees. You 2 are truly an asset to your company! ( Oh by the way your rates and service were outstanding)! I can now get up in middle of night for the bathroom and not have to wait for the tank to fill after flushing

These guys are great. I use them for any plumbing needs.  Last year I used them to plumb a few gas lines under my deck and it makes life so much easier for the gas grill and fire pit.

I had excessive water problems in my back yard and my leach field for the septic system was not working efficiently.  Results: Excellent.  Dave was highly recommended and I also would highly recommend Dave Campbell plumbing and heating.   I was contacted promptly, estimate provided with recommended work to fix the excessive water problems from running down hill behind the house.  The water was also entering the septic system and needed replacement of existing leach field.  Dave also recommended to install a sump pump in the basement to ensure the basement remains dry.  Dave was able to start the project the next week and completed the project timely.  He was very professional and performed a quality job that exceeded my expectations at a extremely reasonable price.  The backyard is now dry and draining properly, the sump pump is running alot during this rainy spring weather and the new leach field is operating efficiently.  Dave also regraded the yard which looks amazing.  Again, I can not thank Dave Campbell plumbing enough for the excellent work and I highly recommend his quality work.

Tim is great.  Good guy that does great work.  I see him all over the neighborhood, and there is a reason for that.  Word spreads.  There are a lot of bad plumbers out there that take advantage of people.  Tim is not one of them.  Highly recommend, and he'll be my first call next time we need help.

Furnace died the day before temp was predicted to plunge. Made the call, had a professional at my place in 30 minutes. They were professional, and courteous. Removed old furnace, replaced with a new one. When they were finished, I'd never have known they were there, they worked very clean. Gave me a rundown of the new equipment after installation. Also had a utility sink faucet replaced in the same visit. These guys are great, give them a call.

Called them at 5 pm on a Saturday and they were at my house one hour later. The most professional plumber that I have come across. I will use nobody else in the future. I highly recommend this family-run plumbing business!

Mr. Bacon is honest and dependable. Our parents had a leaky toilet and we asked Mr B to take a look since we live far away. He gave us full transparency and charged exactly what he quoted and also arrived early since we mentioned the elderly were wary about visitors after dark. We now know who to call if our parents home need other plumbing work.

I had my furnace serviced twice by this company and both times it was a horrible experience.  The first time they replaced a part and charged me well over what competitors would charge after speaking to other providers and my uncle who owns his own plumbing and heating company (unfortunately he's 4 hours away).  The service tech was not able to justify all the charges.  His words were that's just what we charge.  The part that they replaced costs $250 online (which obviously their price would be cheaper) ended up costing me $900 to replace. It took 45 minutes to replace this part (taking old one out and replacing new one) and there was a hour in between waiting for the part from a nearby distributor. They knew they had me between a rock and hard place because it was dead of winter and I needed heat.  I had limited options at this point.  After the tech left I called their office to get justification of the charges and the manager Jennifer apologized because she knew that the tech over charged me.  She took off $150 which I still felt was not enough for the service that I received but for me it's not about the money, it's about integrity and doing what's right.  I understand that they have to get paid but to blatantly take advantage of someone is low class and dishonorable.  I chalked this up to experience and hopefully I didn't have to deal with this company again.  

Unfortunately about 2 weeks later, my furnace died again.  I called Wahl back again because if it was the part that they replaced it would have been covered under the warranty per the tech.  So begrudgingly I called them back.  The same tech came back and took 5 minutes to remove a small tube and blow in it and put back.  The furnace was running like a champ again.  His words to me was you'll have to pay the $99 service fee (which I knew about) and a couple extra bucks for my service.  A couple extra bucks ended up being $104.  $104 to take a tub off, blow in it, and replace.  Are you kidding me?  I was absolutely livid and didn't say a word to the tech because I wanted him out of my house. I paid their charge and told him to leave.  I called the office back to get justification on the charges this time and I was told someone would call back.  It took almost 3 MONTHS for the manager to call back.  I called back twice in that time period and was told they had a death in the family.  The manager Jennifer this time was rude and condescending.  She could not justify the charges and was giving me the run around.  She ended up hanging up on me.  I've never dealt with a company that had such low integrity.  I will never use this company again and hopefully my review will deter others from using their services as well.

I've trusted in A-Comfort for many years to service all of my HVAC needs in the Pittsburgh area. I find their staff (from office personnel, technicians, to the ownership) to be professional and personable. I'd highly recommend A-Comfort Services!

The absolute worst and inexperienced plumber I have ever dealt with. The lady who answered the phone (owners wife) was unprofessional and ignorant.

I wouldn't recommend them because one of their drivers hit my wifes car driving down the road, gave her their insurance card but now they won't follow through on the claim when they admitted it was their fault. I've called the office numerous times, left messages and they won't call back.
