They are great! From Pete himself, on down to the guys that came out to replace our well pump that went out on us. They made us a priority, were friendly, informative and the prices were very reasonable for the job required. I would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Left a voicemail and sent a text....no response. We are located in the same town so not going to be recommending Peter.

My only interaction with Pete was over the phone. I left a message and he called back. After briefly discussing the symptoms he knew exactly (not exaggerating, potato peels in the T pipe) what the issue was and talked me through how to DIY the solution. I took care of it myself, saved a little money in the process, and got credit from my SO for fixing the issue. Next time I have a plumbing issue I am definitely calling Pete!

Very professional in all aspects.  Always on time to show up for the job.  Everything was explained and all my questions were answered.  Great personality and extremely knowledgeable.  He doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. His price was very fair.  He's the first contractor that reduced his final price from the estimate because something wasn't necessary.  That kind of honesty will get referrals in the future.  You can't miss with Pete's Quality Plumbing.  I've already given him a referral.

He walked me through the work to be done, what I needed to do to ensure I met code, and what model of heater was appropriate for my house.
