I have a few houses in the Eugene Area and these guys are my first call now.
I have had them install a water heater and other work on a couple of my houses and all I can say is they under promised and over delivered. Both in the work and the cost which was what I was quoted. No add ons !  Extremely good work and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. A big thank you goes out to Kevin & his Crew. And today I would like to also thank Tyson for the being on time, the professionalism he showed and the speed of his work.  He answered all my questions without hesitation. Even the ones I didnt want to hear...  I highly recommend these guys !

The city recorded my usage of water at almost 5,300 cubic feet spanning 5 weeks whereas I average 1,000 cf a year. A bit of a leak. So I called up AAP and Kevin and Josh came out and quickly determined that it was underground, appropriately assumed they'd have to replace the whole water main since part of it was replaced before but not all of it. Got in a week later and Josh found the leak maybe 6 from the sidewalk of the meter from a root. Thankfully him and Kevin determined that the line didn't need to be replaced and I was able to save thousands of dollars. I love it when companies look out for their customers and not their bottom line. I'll definitely be using them going forward and sharing their name far and wide.

My hot water heater had a significant leak and when I called other plumbers they couldn't come look at it for another week.  Kevin called me back within an hour and was able to come out and replace the hot water heater the very next day and at a much cheaper cost than I was quoted by the others I had contacted.
Thank you Kevin, we will definitely contact you in the future for any other plumbing needs!

These guys were awesome! They were very punctual and communicative and fixed my clogged kitchen drain quickly. I appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable they were as well and will definitely recommend them to local family and friends if they need a plumber. I never thought I'd be so happy to wash dishes after they cleared the problem in our sink!!

They couldn't have been better!  I called 14 different plumbers today.  They actually answered and I was able to explain that my water heater had exploded and I really needed some help.   They were able to squeeze me in same-day!  I'm just so grateful.  Josh was extremely courteous and he finished very quickly.  Bonus: the final bill was less expensive than the other 2 quotes I received.

Super fast response to my online inquiry. Kevin called and agreed to come out the next day.  Had to remove a non-working disposal and re-route some drains.  Quick work.  I love having my sinks back!

Really poor service. I set up a service through my home warranty 10 days ago and they said someone will contact me within 24 hours. 10 days go by, I call them multiple times, no one answers. I cancel the original work order and setup a new one. Same experience so far, no one has called or even returned my call. Would not recommend so far, but let's see if anything changes.
