Excellent company! Our disposal is now working and that is exactly what we needed.
Our kitchen sink and garbage disposal got stopped up last night. It was Sunday evening. My husband was able to contact this company through email at about 10:30 p.m. Jason was at our house this morning around 10 a.m. and he had the clog cleared in a matter of minutes. Now everything is functioning as it should. This company was reasonably priced and readily accepted a credit card. I was happy with their service and ease of access. We will definitely call them again next time we need a plumber!
I would highly recommend this company. They recently replaced all of the downspout drains around our house. In the yard, they carefully removed the sod before digging the trenches and laying the new pipes. Then they relayed the sod. After about a week of watering the sod, you can barely see they were here. They were also very careful going through our new landscaping and under our sidewalks in three different places. They left the landscaped areas like they were before digging. They worked quickly and at a fair price. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and courteous. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. Thanks!!
Arrived early in the appointment window. Plumber was unfriendly. Told me after an hour that he was physically unable to do the work that needed done. Called for backup but apparently none was available so he just left. Very disappointing.

I was out of town and my wife had them look at our drain pipes that are not properly draining. They were on site for 1 1/2 hours charged her close to $300.00 (that's about $200 per hour), and were not able to resolve the problem only identify it. She was not told of their charge until after they completed their investigation.I don't understand why it took that long or why the hourly rate was so high.
By comparison we had another company look at the pipes using similar equipment and the estimate was free.
I would rate thematic 0 stars if that option was available. Only advice I would give is that you should make sure you understand their fees before using their services. Very disappointed.
I called this company for my sink was clogged they came out the same day and was very professional, polite and fast. Would highly recommend this company for anyone who needs plumbing. Trust me it is worth it to call them.
Honest company with great customer service and very reasonable prices! Will def. hire again.
I had three other people come and give me estimates for a piece of broken sump outlet pipe in my yard. Someone came out from the drainworks--already unfriendly to begin with--and told me it'll cost $195 to camera the outlet pipe before he could give me an estimate. Hunh? I have three estimates already and two on the way. Acted annoyed that I wouldn't pay the $195 and drove off. I called to make sure this was their policy, and, basically, this is right--they explained they could only do an estimate for a total replacement if I didn't pay them the $195 to do the same thing I had been charged $0 so far. Three others have given me repair estimates already! Ironically, another estimator actually was waiting for the DW guy to leave and he actually started pulling out a camera right away. After I described what just happened and that I wouldn't be paying him, he stated that, no, they did that as part of their process for actually getting the job--which is totally what I would expect! I'm not paying $195 so that you can give me an estimate--you give me an estimate so that you can get the job! Pathetic!

Had a main drain backup. Called them to come out. They came out got it flowing. Said there was an issue with the line, but they couldn't camera it and that we needed to call someone else. 3 weeks later it's backed up again. I'm not going to call them back out because they don't camera lines. So I call to ask them what they can do to make it right. Apparently they do camera lines, guess the tech didn't want to do it. Long story short they say there must have been Miscommunication about what they do. They do camera lines just won't fix them if there's an issue. Their solution is they can come back out and try to snake the line again....... why would I do that, I've already called another company because you guys told me you don't camera lines, if there is an issue and you can't fix it, I'm not calling you. Plenty of good plumbing companies out there call this one at your own risk.
First thanks to jack l woods for recommending them. I needed a new sump pump to street drain line. The quote was quick and totally reasonable. It did take a couple weeks to complete due to a extra thick carport pad. Thanks to big b concrete for taking care of that. I would take pictures of the work but that is pointless. They cut the sod, rolled it out of the way then did their thing. They showed up a little before 8 and I had new piping by lunch. With as good as these guys were if they hadn't been chewing through maple tree roots they probably would have been done by 10. The best compliment I can really pay is to say that they will be the first I recommend to anyone for this sort of work. I don't normally give 5 but there really is no room for improvement with these guys.
Prompt, excellent service at a reasonable price! I called for help to clear a stubborn, backed-up bathroom sink problem and Drainworks immediately dispatched an experienced, friendly technician (David Cardin), who quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem to my satisfaction. The whole process from initial call to paying my bill ($105) took less than an hour and a half. Can't beat this service!

I contacted Drainworks last week(Wednesday)to see if I had something going on with a drainpipe. They came to my home right away to tell me that there was a huge issue but someone else would be coming to give me an estimate because Jason was not the person to give estimates. He was very prompt, kind, and courteous. Jim contacted me later the same day to set up an appointment to have the general manager to come out, survey the issue and write and estimate and that he would email me my estimate on Monday, the following week. Ok. All was agreed. Monday, no one came to my property so I am an understanding person and figured I'd give it another day. It is now Tuesday. Still no one to come survey my property to write up an estimate. I contacted Jim at the office and he state that this general manager did write up the estimate but that he must have sent it to the wrong email address. I made sure he had the correct email address. Its 8:30 pm and I still not not have any email with an estimate and have also checked my spam folder. I now feel it's best to do buisness with another company because they are either extremely busy or downright unprofessional.

Came out to my condo for a sewer line , backup issue I was having. My association said they would not cover it unless it was a problem within the common sewer line. Technician quickly & honestly diagnosed the issue as one affecting the entire building and suggested I contact my HOA to cover the service. With great integrity, the technician told me he could snake and camera my line and charge me the full cost of the service call, but noted it would not help the issue. I would hire them again. They were upfront when I asked them about their billing prior to coming out.
Great company, Jeff the owner is honest and works very hard at the job. They took care of my drains at a fair price and on time..
