The kitchen drain backed up on a Sunday (why does my stuff always break on Sunday)? I knew it wouldn't be cheap and it wasn't, but really, not as bad as I feared. The tech Chris was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, used a drop cloth to keep the area clean, and he worked quickly which kept the cost down. Really I couldn't ask for more. Will definitely use this company again if I need a plumber.

Everyone I dealt with at Harner Plumbing was professional and helpful. Dana was able to fit me into their schedule, even though I called late in the day. Mike and Sam showed up on time, explained what the plumbing problem was and their plan to address it. They answered all my questions and were respectful of my property. They even cleaned up the area when they were done!

Tom was a huge help in fixing our basement system. He was quick and responsive throughout the job and pricing was fair. I will use Holmes plumbing again.

Found Morry on Yelp when looking for a Handyman in the area! We just bought our home in Cleveland Heights and needed help putting a light fixture up. I called Morry and he confirmed he does do that service, BUT he wasn't going to be working in homes for a few more weeks due to Covid-19. Totally understood that!! What he did next was INCREDIBLE. He told me to send pictures of our light fixture and any issues we were having and he would call me back to walk me through what he thinks we could do to fix it on our own. What an amazing human being, right!?
He must have spent at least 30 minutes out of his day talking to me/texting me walking me through the light fixture and what I should be looking for when hanging it in our ceiling. I am very impressed with his gesture to help without even being hired. So, even though we didn't technically have him here for handyman services, he helped us with the problem and we will definitely be hiring him in the future. Thanks so much, Morry!!

Best plumber ever! He had to fix so many mistakes that an original plumber had caused in a home we built. If only we had known Pete before we broke ground! His prices are great too! I've recommended him to so many friends and all have been completely satisfied with him.

Lakewood Plumbing, Drain & Sewer replaced my leaking hot water heater the same day I called them freaking out that I had no hot water! They squeezed my appointment in to help me out in a pinch, and they were reliable showing up when they said they would. They were professional, courteous, and got the old one out and the new one up and running in about 2 hrs. They charged me a great price, and I am very happy with the service I received. I will use them in the future, and also I recommend this plumbing company.

I bought a new toilet at Home Depot to replace an old one that had a leaky tank. I also let them know I'd need installation services and they contracted Arco Comfort Air, LLC for the job, which I thought was strange. Despite their name, it turns out they also provide plumbing services. The next day, I was contacted by Arco, to schedule a very timely install. On the morning of the install, Jackson at Arco texted and called to let us know when he'd arrive. He was timely, polite and professional and did a great job replacing our old toilet with the new one, and taking the old one away to dispose of it. I'll definitely keep this business in mind for future plumbing needs, as well as heating and air, based on the excellent customer service provided by the appointment setter and especially Jackson.

I couldn't get past the woman who answered the phone. She told me that someone could come tomorrow and when I expressed that it may be an emergency and would try to find someone who could come today, she said OK and hung up. Not that it matters, because there are other places to call, but I did not get a sense that anything intelligent was going through her head.

BUYER BEWARE. I called this Minority owned company, Brown and Son, on or around 03/24/23, in good faith, to come out and fix an electric baseboard heater where it was not working. Brown and Son came out charged me $85.00 just to come out and find that the baseboard heater needed a thermostat. It took a week for Brown and Son to order and receive the thermostat . When Brown and Son came out, the thermostat which they replaced was wrong color, and wrong size. and the knobs fall off when you turn the heater on. I called Brown and Son on 03/30/23 and requested the original thermostat because it matched what was taken off the system and a perfect fit. David Brown stated they threw it away and could not find. I went to use the heater on 04/03/23 and the knobs fell off and when you touch the replacement part, the whole thing sinks in. I called Mr. David Brown to explain to Mr. Brown the problem, and David Brown was RUDE, IRATE, and HUNG UP, and BLAMED The consumer for the problem. As a professional, business owner, this is a disgrace.

I have an older house (1930's) with a storm drain that was not working. Recently had a company (the name rhymes with Scooter) try to clear the line (they couldn't) and then shot a video which showed lots of roots in the line. $800 later they told me that the drain needs to be replace for $10,000. So I found All Action on Craigslist and asked them to replace the line for me. Jeff was insistent on trying to clear it with their equipment and I was just as insistent that i wanted a new line. Finally, I said, Ok, what do I have to lose? They worked on it for about two hours and found the line fully packed with mud and roots-there was ZERO water coming to the street. finally, we started to see some water coming past the cleanout and then they broke the whole mess free. I couldn't have been more impressed. After aggressively cleaning out all the lines they ran a video through and showed me how the lines were now cleared. I'm adding copper sulphate (it kills roots) to keep it that way. These guys were the best and they were as excited to see the problem fixed as i was. AND they saved me a messy full-blown excavation that would have been plenty expensive. THAT'S integrity! Way to go Jeff & Co.!

We used them for a bathroom remodeling. Everything was done well with minimal mess. All the guys were very professional. I would recommend using them for your next remdel or plumbing needs.

Kenneth was out to my residence early! Did a yearly maintenance on our boiler system. Everything checked out ok. Great experience, professional, knowledgeable and polite. He was able to give me a lot of need to know on the system and suggestions. Will request Kenneth for future services when needed. Thank you.

Joe came out for our plumbing needs in our gutted master bath! Joe did an amazing job! He is wonderful and the most knowledgeable plumber my husband and I have ever met! He added all new plumbing to a new wall, set the shower pan, added ceiling plumbing for rain head, and worked with not so user friendly products I picked out. Joe is absolutely great and we will never have anyone else come do anything plumbing except for Joe now. Thank you Joe and Bers!

Horrible service. The owner is a poor project manager and even worse money manager. Beware of photos of ongoing jobs, because odds are they were never finished. Mine certainly wasn't. Finding a good contractor is hard, and you need a service you can trust. This is NOT a trustworthy service. 1 star.

Ghosted me twice on a warrantee repair. Initial install was a water heater on a holiday. Leak developed on a seat joint. Came to repair it but it continued leaking. When asked to fix again, he said twice, he'd be over sometime this week. Never showed. Got leak repaired by another plumber.

If I could give this company negative 5 stars I would. Not only do they lack communication and customer service, but they have no idea what honesty and professionalism are, and they've damaged my brand-new flooring. Fazio Sewer and Plumbing were assigned to me by my home warranty company, American Home Shield- AHS. I've never had an issue with anyone AHS has sent to me, so I unfortunately didn't bother to read reviews. BIG mistake and will never happen again.
I was having my brand new floors installed during this same time as this nightmare happened. The morning of April 20th Jesse from Fazios arrived a few minutes before the guys installing my floors arrived. I tell Jesse that my kitchen garbage sink wouldn't drain and there had been stagnant water in it. I then explained that the bathroom toilet, off of the kitchen, when flushed would rise then slowly go down. It's a guest bathroom and never really used. Once he said he understood I went back upstairs. A bit later he hollered up so when I went down, he said there was a clog but it was fixable. Nothing was ever said that there would be an additional cost or it was outside of what he was supposed to be doing. I go back upstairs. Then shortly after one of the flooring guys hollered up to me that there was water underneath my floor. How is this possible because I Iive on a concrete slab and since the downstairs floor had been installed the day before and had been dry. He and I walk to the bathroom, where Jesse wasn't, and we see the toilet completely off and sitting off to the side and water on my bathroom floor. I go outside and find Jesse sitting in the truck on texting/on his phone. I tell him there's water on my bathroom floor and underneath my living room floor. He says there is? As if he was confused and I said yes! What is going on? He comes back in, looks and said there was a clog and it had been from flushable wipes. Weird because there weren't ever any in the bathroom and again it isn't a bathroom that is used. A little bit after he yells up that he was done and was leaving. Never looked at the kitchen sink or addressed the water under the floor. The guys installing the floor then had to stop and haven't been able to finish. To make it clear I had 4 men there installing my floor as witnesses to my floor being dry and then once the plumber started working water coming up from underneath. We also have pictures. Once Jesse left I called Fazio's twice and left a voicemail. I called AHS and Joe, the owner of Fazios, called back, left me a voicemail. I returned his call at 11:43am and with him on speaker, so the main floor installer who had been at my house all week could hear the conversation. Joe immediately had a hostile tone to his voice, took ZERO responsibility for what his employee had done regarding the water damage. He said that they did me a favor because they cleared the clog when they weren't supposed to and was tired of you people - I asked him to clarify what that meant and he said customer- and he makes no money off of home warranty companies and doesn't care. He told me I was the one who caused the damage to my new floors and was the reason water was on my bathroom floor and living room. He said the flooring guys should clean up the water under the floor because that isn't his employee's job. He ended the conversation with yelling to never call them again and hanging up on me. I believe he spoke to me that way because I am a woman and he thought I would be intimidated. I contacted AHS, told them about the conversation and worked with them for the next 7 business days on a resolution. I logged into my AHS account to see a bill for $650 for work I never authorized or agreed upon. I never would've given permission to do work outside of what my warranty was covering, nor do I believe that was the actual problem. I haven't used that bathroom or even flushed the toilet out of fear that Jesse didn't actually fix anything, and I don't want to cause more damage. I believe it was all just an excuse because he knew he screwed up. Joe Fazio knows how to work the system with AHS. If a vendor responds back by day 7 your claim will be denied and dropped. He told AHS Jesse provided me with excellent service, went above and beyond and he hung up on me because I was yelling at him. He denied Jesse caused any damage and they were not responsible. Just as an FYI to anyone with AHS if the vendor doesn't contact them back by day 7 they will then transfer your claim to yet another, higher, department, Contractor Relations. But since it was day 7 when Joe returned their call, they denied my claim and said there was nothing more they could do for me. Unfortunately, AHS is ignoring the 4 witnesses I have, pictures as well as the witness to the phone conversation. No wonder Fazio's hasn't had more than 1 or 2 good reviews in a year since 2017. 99% are all 1 stars and other people have also reported them damaging their property and being disrespected by Joe.

We got AAA through out home warranty company. A guy comes out and he has a know it all attitude. He doesn't want to listed to what I have to say. He walks down to our flooding basement for just 3 minutes, peeks his head a few places, steps outside to look around for all of 60 seconds, and tells us exactly what our problem is tree roots in our storm drain and that it will cost us $895 to snake it out. He also charged us $100 for 5 minutes of his time. Absolutely absurd!!! We will NOT be using them and I advise anyone else to steer clear of AAA plumbing.
