Our boiler was having a problem with the igniter and was failing to work on New Year's day.  We placed a non-emergency call (outside temp was in the 40s - we could wait until the 2nd.  We got a call back on the 2nd and they had a window and sent out Joe.  They couln't have sent a nicer guy... really pleasant and polite.  He figured out the problems we were having quickly, took the time to explain and demonstrate, got the parts ordered and was back in 2 days and completed the repairs.  He ran into a few snags (old rusting pieces in our system) and had to run out to get unexpected replacement parts, but finished the job so we'd have heat that night.  I can't say enough good things about them, and will call them for any and all plumbing issues.

Five Star Plumbing responded quickly to our call for service. Kamran was  punctual and, after checking out the situation, explained what néeded to be done and what issues might arise. His price was fair and after completing the work, he waited to make sure there were no leaks. We are very happy with his work!

This is my second time using Cleveland Sewer and drain, the first time experience was amazing and we've recently moved and needed their service. Once again it was a very positive experience. The installation was done by Chuck and Ethan they are very thorough, knowledgeable, extremely efficient, courteous and professional. We couldn't be happier!  blew me away with there customer care from first call to the completion of installation.

We had a recent plumbing disaster that put my family and me out of our home. Jeff bent over backwards and went out of his way to not only squeeze us into his busy day but also went the extra mile to be incredibly thorough and walk me through every step.
He jumped on our case right away and I will definitely be reaching out to him in the future- next time hopefully before we have the trouble and cause for an emergency.

Very efficient and competent. I called and the plumber was here the next morning. He fixed the problem quickly. Not only that, he was so considerate and explained everything before he did the job. We had the good fortune of enlisting Gerry Gill's help in replacing some old plumbing parts to maintain a beautiful old bathroom sink.  No other plumber felt the sink could be salvaged, but Gerry went above and beyond and found parts online and ordered them for his.  He's a meticulous craftsman, very reasonable, and a really nice guy.  I highly recommend his services.

These guys are out to make money. I call to get a check on my air conditioning unit . My home is recently purchased and came with a home Warrenty . The guy immediately set into act , stating the air condition had 450,000 miles it was not built for the home . If he repaired it , it won't last two years etc. He told me to call and get a ticket so he could replace the unit. I was quote that the house call with be 40.00 dollars he charged 99.00 . This company is certainly out to mislead you and will go right for the money. Yes my system is old , but for now it's working great. My house is so cool I still have thick covering on my bed . Be careful with giving information to company that are out for the money. Yes we are in a crisis but honest is very important when serving the community.. Thumbs down My Guy.

I do NOT recommend. Customer service is TERRIBLE. Their plumber came out to fix a small part on my kitchen sink and said you will need a garbage disposal soon. When I asked for him to replace the disposal at this time, plumber refused to do so. My disposal broke 3 weeks later. When the situation was explained to the gal who answered the phone at American Plumbing, she offered no care, no discount. I was going to be charged another housecall-and they were trying to sell their highest priced disposal. Awful.

John was next door working at the Alcazar hotel and dropped by my place. Although he was upfront and indicated that the $70 service diagnostic fee, he was also honest in his capabilities and price. Fixed my bathroom faucet quickly! on the spot Very convenient if you are in the Cleveland Heights area.

Charged just about the same as everyone else to the job we needed done. I did my research and went with C. Lee as their reputation was good. They had to return 3 times to get the job done right, which they did. I just felt like it should have been done right the 1st time. I will say they were on top of things when things went wrong or were not completed the owners standards and kept on the job day after day until it was right. So you get 3 stars from me. I would do business again, I'd just be home while the work is being done to supervise.

They charged me $69 just to come out and quote a small job, then I never heard from them again. No quote, no nothing. I hired someone else and feel that they basically stole $69 from me. Shame on them.

I payed $90 for them to come out and provide an estimate to fix a shower leak, a hot water dispenser and a dishwasher clog.

They could not do anything with the dishwasher which is understandable but to fix a leak in the shower head was $290(though the part cost $20 at Home Depot).   To install a hot water dispenser which I already had the part, it was $250.

I just ate the 90 estimate fee and choose not to pay these ridiculous prices.
