Prompt, extremely professional service at very reasonable rates.
I contacted Modern Process Plumbing late on a Sunday because our hot water tank was leaking. They walked me through how to stop the leak and offered to come replace it Sunday night. It wasn't an emergency so we asked them to come Monday. The upgraded our 40 gallon tank to a 50 and hauled the old one away. They were very clean and efficient.

AB came highly recommended by my brother-in-law. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of service to address my problem. Approximately a week ago I realized that NY basement carpeting was taking on water (soaked) Had someone come out to look,. He assured me that it was nothing inside the house that was leaking. Instructed me to get a dehumidifier and use a wet vac to get the water up. (?) I did as instructed, to no avail. Called again Friday but they were tied up on other jobs. They came back out Monday. He determined that it was probably leaking from an unshutoff valve under the drop ceiling. Tore back part of the carpeting and padding, pulled off two baseboards, shoved what was down there into a pile and told me to keep running the dehumidifier and keep vacuuming up the water, spray bleach around the edges. In his guesstamation the water was coming from a particular corner. It just so happens that the corner is exactly where the outside downspout is! I am on disability and cannot fathom dumping another 20 buckets of water from the dry vac. Resolution: none! I am at a loss. I guess I will have to get ANOTHER plumber to find out what the real problem is. Not ever going back to them, nor would I ever refer anybody to them. Thanks AB for nothing!!!

When I was getting a new washing machine installed, I was told the valves the hoses hook up to were completely corroded and needed to be replaced. I reached out to a plumbing supply company that put me in touch with Jim from All Ohio Plumbing. He accommodated me into his schedule right away and was able to come when it fit my schedule perfectly.
My project was a little more complicated that some because the pipes he had to get to was being dry Wall. He took time to think about how he was going to complete it and told me ahead of time everything that needed to be done. Something I thought was going to take 4-5 hours took less than two, and that time also included him running out to the store to get a new part.
The pricing was extremely reasonable. If anyone in my area needs a plumber, I would definitely recommend him!

My driveway storm drain was backing up every time there was a hard rain and taking days to drain completely. I was very nervous about what it would cost to resolve the problem. Sewer Technology came and snaked it out quickly and for a very reasonable cost. They are very easy and pleasant to do business with.

We highly recommend this company for plumbing services. They promptly answered my call and arrived on time to install a hot water heater. The two-man crew was professional and worked efficiently. They answered questions to ensure we understood what was being done and to provide information for future options, if/when needed. We requested a few other plumbing issues be checked while they had time, which they quickly resolved. Their prices are very fair and we will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs. These are plumbers you can honestly trust to be there when you need them. Thank you!

I had some major issues with my sanitary sewer line clogging and I called up Jake from Reith Plumbing for an estimate to repair the line. He first came out to do a preliminary estimate and said I needed to schedule another visit to have his guy do some inspection with a sewer camera because the pipe was so far down under my driveway. (No charge for the first visit.)
A week later he came out with Jeff from Bulldog Sewer Cleaning to diagnose my problem. Jake and Jeff worked really well together to diagnose the issue I was having with my plumbing. They didn't mind me hovering around to check on the progress and view the camera footage either.
Jake and Jeff were at my house for 3 hours working hard to camera and clean out my lines from both the basement and driveway and extract the big rocks and gravel that were impeding the flow. I was more than happy to let them borrow my shop vac to clean out the shale and limestone pebbles.
The 3 previous plumbing/rooter companies that I called out to diagnose and estimate the repair didn't figure out the root cause of the issue and instead said that I needed to have my driveway dug up and the ground excavated to replace the sanitary line 8' down. These estimates ranged from $6k-$13k and that's didn't include concrete to fix my driveway after the repair!! Wtf?!
Jake was a cool guy and very honest and upfront with everything. Pricing was very reasonable for all the work they did to clean my pipes out to get them free-flowing once again. When it came time to pay up, I was surprised to see that everything was done on his phone and a copy of the invoice was emailed to me. I'm all about saving trees, so that was a nice plus!
Jake and Jeff saved me thousands of dollars by diagnosing the root cause of the issue correctly and I cannot thank them enough! I won't hesitate to call Reith Plumbing for any future plumbing issues that I can't tackle on my own! Great small business with a great owner who cares about getting the job done right!

Elie and his team were responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and fast.
I had some issues with a custom build out for a mobile food operation I'm starting this summer (Connie's Affogato) and most plumbers I reached out to wouldn't even look at it. Elie met me on site the next day, assessed the problem, and worked through it piece by piece. 90 minutes later three substantial plumbing issues were resolved and my mobile food cart was working perfectly.
I cannot recommend Elie enough for all of your residential and commercial needs. As has been said before in his reviews, the dude's a saint! Cheers to local craftsman doing great things with their hands. We need more like Elie out here.

Review for Heights Plumbing, LLC:
Spoke with Matthew, (the owner) who told me up from that there was an $85 service charge. Normally, I wouldn't even hire someone who charges a service charge but the water lines were frozen . Most of the time, when you have a company do the work, they either lessen the charge or deduct the \service charge from the invoice because they got the job. He sent two men (who were professional) to replace two 18 cpvc pipes which were frozen. It was a very simple job. They didn't have to cut through walls, floors or do any additional prep work. The pipes were in plain sight in the basement. They were here approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes (actually an hour because they ran outside to their van three times to get tools). He charged me $305 and didn't want to come down on the price. He told me on the phone (prior to them coming here) he would be very reasonable. I was willing to pay and additional $100 (total $185) which is still excessive for an hours with of work. He preys on people who have an emergency and he is not a person of his word (charging excessively for the service). Please boycott his company because he is a dishonest, uncaring and unreasonable business person.
He also advertises as fix it fast for plumbing/plumber services on Craigslist. Just in case the number or company name is not listed in the ad show contact info Please do not use his service. Consumers have to stick together to stop greedy, selfish business people.

I have a tank less water system and initially the company sent out a plumber who was not comfortable in working on the system. The company has one tech that is certified and knowledgeable with the system and scheduled him (Chris) to come out 5 days later as I could not take another day off from work to address the leak. When Chris showed up he took the cover off the tank and spent about 25 minutes completing his assessment. Chris then informed me that the system required to be flushed out and this will be a charge of $275.00 not including the fee of his arrival of $89.00 and the part in which he determined to be leaking from the air separator in which he did not have the price on that yet. I explained to Chris the company in which makes the system requires the plumber to call with their assessment and determine what is covered under warranty and I needed the serial number to do this as I did not have the receipt at this time. The serial number was on the inside of the lid and on the side of the lid in which I did not have access to. Following Chris's 25 minute assessment he took my paperwork that came with the system and its serial number out to his van sitting in my driveway where he continue to sit for the next 2 hours until I called Ben Franklin Plumbing and spoke with Chrissie who was the only helpful person there. Chris was sitting in the van smoking cigarettes and not doing a damn thing. I walked up to his opened door and he was sitting there and I ask him what he was doing and if he called to check on the warranty. Chris stated he tried twice but no one answered. I advised him it was a directory in which he has to ask for Tech. I went to get my phone to call and he was then on the phone with the tech. Chris informed me that my system was not under warranty he lied when I called back I was informed it was under warranty. I then asked Chris to leave and called the Ben Franklin's office and informed Chrissie I would call the police if he did not leave. I kept her on speaker phone and explained that I asked Chris to leave and he was still sitting in my driveway. Chris then walked up to my house walked ino my house to my basement to gather his bucket with a couple of tools and a light. He screwed on the cap to the system and mean while Chrissie was on the speaker phone attempting to speak to him. Chris would not reply and I told her that I was there alone with my son and did not feel safe with him in my house. She called the general manger John and reported what was happening to him while she was still on speaker phone. Chris left my house and slammed the door closed. Chrissie apologized to me and stated their general manger would call me and be out that day to fix the leak. I then received another call from Chrissie stating they would not be out today and the GM would call me tomorrow morning she also stated that the GM was in contact with Chris the whole time! Funny because I was standing outside his van for the majority of the time and he was not on his phone with anyone. I called them back and told them the water system was reading A: 00 and Chrissie advised me to contact he manufacture. The system read 119 F the entire time until he put the cover back on the system. I would NEVER use this company!! By the way never received a call from the GM.
