This is the best experience I have had with a plumber. I have contacted others that are great, but Brian is a cut above the rest.

Brian stands behind is work. If you've worked with contractors before you will know this is something that is valuable, and rare. He is willing to make sure everything is right and will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Most OTHER contractors are hard to reach after the job is complete. Know he is NOT like this.

Brian has excellent communication and is willing to go the extra mile.

He threw in many free services and fixes he didnt charge for.

Highly recommended. Will be contacting him for my future plumbing needs.

Jay called me within an hour of posting my job (repair of the cabinet under my kitchen sink) and gave me a quote over the phone.  He also let me know what factors might cause that price to go up depending on what he saw when he got here.  He was able to come the next morning and the price was exactly what he quoted over the phone.  And he fixed a pipe under the sink at no charge. He and his helper were neat and efficient.  I will definitely use Jay again.

I called this service after my kitchen drain completely clogged up and they showed up an hour later and fixed it quickly.  The technician was friendly and professional.  All for under $200.  I highly recommend this service.  I'm keeping them in my phone contacts for future needs.

I've recently started a kitchen renovation project and found myself a little out of my element. After ripping down my cabinets and soffits I was left with a bunch of giant holes in the wall and an electrical mess behind the scenes. I reached out to PICH Company on Yelp and Joe responded that he could help me out with some patch work and a new light above the sink.

I'm really happy I ended up reaching out for him to come help me out. He came over and ended up running a dedicated line into my kitchen before adding a few extra outlets and a light box above the sink that I wanted. Because he's a licensed plumber, he was also able to fix a leaky gas line as well as the sink waste pipe that was quite old and leaky. The patch work turned out excellent also despite the mixed, awkward depth of plastering that he had to match up with.

The work is excellent and the basic, patch work I needed turned into something even better with me having far more faith in what was previously a very dated kitchen. Thanks, Joe!

Quoted $4300 to install a shower pan when others were much, much, much lower. I had bought the pan and they only needed to realign the drain and supply a mortar base. It was a one day job, so you can do the math and see what they charge for labor.

Our boiler was running continuously and then all of a sudden it shut off. Troy came to look. Said we needed a part and a clean. We were misquoted for the cleaning. At the diagnostic appointment , Troy said it would be around $90 and the next day it was like 200 and something. Two weeks after we had completed a $500+ repair the issue started back up again. I called back to see if he could come back and Josh (owner I assume) was very pleasant and said he could send someone back and he remembered the job but didn't confirm my address. I called him back within hours and text him to see if he could come sooner but I never heard back from him. A different company was able to come and diagnose the issue saying that a valve wasn't completely closed and that there was water going into the boiler which had to be drained which was the source of my issue. It cost us $150. Very dissatisfied.

I found that my hot water tank was leaking in the middle of the day. I called Killeen Plumbing and was able to have the tank replaced that afternoon. The 2 men that came out were professional and worked quickly getting the new tank in place in about an hour. Totally satisfied with the work which matched the estimate I was given over the phone.

I just replaced the washer and dryer in my Mom's house; when we ran the first load, water backed up on the floor. Called (based on a recommendation) to ask for help.

We might be able to get someone out by Friday.

It's Wednesday, so this is a problem. Can you recommend someone good who might be able to come out quicker?

In fairness I have to say I've never got to work with them, but really loved their work on Yelp pictures and was excited to hire them. I called them and never heard back and it's been over a month ago so that's why I answered this way when asked about my reaching out to them....

The worst company I ever worked with!!!
He promised he will be in our house 9 AM Monday and when i call the afternoon he asked me why is this Monday? Than promised for the afternoon and after NO show for the next day, but never showed up or even call back.
Great business!

Beware of this company they lie and they overcharge  we had our original installer over today he told us they basically put a BMW part on a ford and then they charged us 950.00 and while they were here they found another part that was another 750.00 Our original installer who is so honest let us know he would take care of it from now on because he said there was no need for the part we got and who would put 1650 into a 20 year old boiler...

Wife called as we live right down the street for a dryer repair.  On the phone were very rude. Asked the year of our dryer we were not sure and got up in arms about knowing. Honestly, how are you still in business? Take your money elsewhere.
