This is the best experience I have had with a plumber. I have contacted others that are great, but Brian is a cut above the rest.

Brian stands behind is work. If you've worked with contractors before you will know this is something that is valuable, and rare. He is willing to make sure everything is right and will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Most OTHER contractors are hard to reach after the job is complete. Know he is NOT like this.

Brian has excellent communication and is willing to go the extra mile.

He threw in many free services and fixes he didnt charge for.

Highly recommended. Will be contacting him for my future plumbing needs.

Jay called me within an hour of posting my job (repair of the cabinet under my kitchen sink) and gave me a quote over the phone.  He also let me know what factors might cause that price to go up depending on what he saw when he got here.  He was able to come the next morning and the price was exactly what he quoted over the phone.  And he fixed a pipe under the sink at no charge. He and his helper were neat and efficient.  I will definitely use Jay again.

We hired Jeff and his handsome pup Seldon to install our swimspa.  LOL.   Jeff was half the price of the big companies.   He did a great job, and we would highly recommend them!!!!

I called this service after my kitchen drain completely clogged up and they showed up an hour later and fixed it quickly.  The technician was friendly and professional.  All for under $200.  I highly recommend this service.  I'm keeping them in my phone contacts for future needs.

Jamal did an excellent job on all my plumbing needs:new toilet flusher, news stems for the faucet, snaked out bathroom sink and fixed the leak under the sink. He even snaked my toilet for free because he didn't like how the toilet was flushing. Jamal is a true professional with a great work ethic!!

Had a furnace cleaning scheduled this morning, and they never showed. I called to see when they were coming and left a voicemail. I still haven't been called back.

They removed and installed a new kitchen sink, faucet and disposal. Very pleased with the work and professional way they do business.

Office staff is always helpful and they get my service scheduled timely. Plumbers are all knowledgeable and professional.

In fairness I have to say I've never got to work with them, but really loved their work on Yelp pictures and was excited to hire them. I called them and never heard back and it's been over a month ago so that's why I answered this way when asked about my reaching out to them....

The worst company I ever worked with!!!
He promised he will be in our house 9 AM Monday and when i call the afternoon he asked me why is this Monday? Than promised for the afternoon and after NO show for the next day, but never showed up or even call back.

I would never utilize this company. If I could give them no stars I would. They over charge and do not stand behind there work even with a supposed warranty.

Wife called as we live right down the street for a dryer repair.  On the phone were very rude. Asked the year of our dryer we were not sure and got up in arms about knowing. Honestly, how are you still in business? Take your money elsewhere.
