Royal Flush Plumbing

This is the second time I have used Royal Flush for a commercial business. Service is always prompt, polite, and quick...even for tough jobs. Chris and Matt are excellent.

Our kitchen sink was completely plugged. I tried running a snake through it, but it didn't help. Time to call the pros. I had seen Royal Flush trucks around - always thought the name was clever! I looked here on Yelp, and saw they had great reviews. I called, and Chris came over in short order. It took him no more than 30 minutes start to finish, and our drain was clear. He was courteous and professional, and cleaned up after himself. The price was reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future.

Our basement was quite wet in one corner and our driveway storm sewer was totally blocked creating a small pond where my car was parked. I called Royal Flush (based on their good reviews and being a local company) to clean out our storm drains. Their answering service was friendly and someone got back to me right away. I was hoping that would solve both the driveway and basement problem, though I feared the wet basement would be a large expensive undertaking. They came out and flushed as many storm drains as possible. They could only get in a few feet on the driveway drain and the drain along the back of the house was totally blocked. They pointed out that the part of the storm sewer at ground level (where the downspout attaches) was damaged and misaligned, so the water in the downspout was just pouring into the ground and causing our wet basement. We needed to have the storm sewer dug out and replaced along the back of our house and have two new downspout ground attachments installed. The two technicians they sent assured me they could get the job done for a lot less than I was imagining. Someone (I believe the owner) called me back with a quote that was so reasonable, I felt like I won the lottery. A few days later they were at my house with a small backhoe and got the entire job done in one day. I am so happy I found Royal Flush and I will use them for all my plumbing needs. Thank you!

It's been about awhile since I've called Royal Flush for a drain problem. Then and now, they did their work professionally and charged a fair price. They've earned the status of go-to and recommended plumber. Thanks for a great job today Jerry and thanks Royal Flush!

What a wonderful experience all the way through......from the initial phone call until the technician helped solve our problem. Being able to talk to the owner, Chris, while discussing our problem in our bathroom was a real relief. We will definitely recommend Royal Flush!

Called on Monday trying to get someone to come look at my clogged sink. I did the basic removal of the P trap and tried to clear on my own with my snake and chemicals, but there was something more serious going on. At first, Royal Flush actually referred me to someone else because they said they wouldn't be able to get me in until Wednesday afternoon, but I ended up making the appointment with Royal Flush in a pinch.

They called 30 minutes before arriving, which gave me the time I needed to drive home. The plumber I got was Dan, who worked quickly and efficiently to clear the drain and assess how to keep it from occurring again. He had access to tools I couldn't even afford to auger the clog. He placed some PVC holders in the rafter of my basement to give my drain the proper slope and cleaned up after he was done.

Will definitely recommend them to people who need a plumber.

Unbelievable service, exceptionally competent and honest beyond belief. Chris had come to my house to fix a few minor things and was terrific to deal with. When the first floor of my house flooded while I was away, he was my first call. He came over almost immediately, and gave me great guidance on what to do and who else to call. He could not have been nicer and more helpful.

Royal flush and Mike were great. They were punctual, efficient, friendly and helpful.

We have been using Royal Flush since it was just one guy. They are fair, on time (if not early), clean and very neat. They are very informed on what you need and are available for emergencies. We have had them do everything from snaking out a drain to installing a hot water heater. I won't use anyone else!

Chris showed up to my house on time Quickly evaluated the situation and recommended the perfect solution for what I needed. I had a plumbing problem that was very scary. The floor drains in the basement would back up (raw sewage in my house) during heavy rain times starting in the end of May 2019 to mid July 2019. I called another company, they came out and snaked the sewer line and the problem was temporarily solved until heavy rain returned. They did identify 2 different sewer line problems. First is a belly in the sewer line and second a misalignment of connecting pieces close to the sidewalk 50 feet from the house. I called others and did research. 2 other companies concurred, I needed my basement dug up to correct the belly in the line and dig to correct the misalignment of the sewer line near the street. Then Mike from Royal Flush arrived. I had to wait weeks for an appointment but it was worth it. Mike assessed the most significant part of the problem is the misalignment of the pipes near the street. I could write a much more, but suffice it to say, a short time later Royal Flush arrived, fixed the problem in one day and for 1/2 to 1/4 of the other companies because Mike assessed tearing up my basement was not required to fix my issue. Royal flush is smarter, better, more professional. Price is only part of the issue. I got a lot more than price.

We did not get to use them BUT.....The receptionist was awesome. I called as we needed a plumber and she admitted that they were really busy and would not be able to get to me as quick as I needed. She referred me to another person. Didn't just put me on the schedule to make me wait...actually cared about the problem and wanted to help. Professional...

I could not have made a better choice selecting a plumbing company. They arrived on time, fixed replaced a hard to get to shut off valve, installed a new valve to meet code, fixed two P traps, and added relief tubes to our two water heaters. All of this in one visit. their work areas were left extremely clean and done professionally. Highly recommend this company.

The kitchen drain backed up on a Sunday (why does my stuff always break on Sunday)? I knew it wouldn't be cheap and it wasn't, but really, not as bad as I feared. The tech Chris was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, used a drop cloth to keep the area clean, and he worked quickly which kept the cost down. Really I couldn't ask for more. Will definitely use this company again if I need a plumber.

Last Night I had an emergency I will say royal flush was fantastic they came out immediately told me everything that was going on and the problem solved I highly recommend them to anyone. Super nice and very knowledgeable.

I've used them twice and I can't say enough nice things about them. Like a previous reviewer I did call cause I love the clever name...and because I live in Fairview and want to support local companies. Not a fan of the big name no heart companies out there. The first time was to snake a bathroom drain. Not very exciting but they did a great job and cleaned up after. You would never have know they were there.

2nd call was because after receiving a very high water bill it was discovered I had a running toilet. I called just after my basement flooded with over 12 of water and the woman who I spoke with (Donna) could not have been more wonderful. Not only could they install a new toilet (to replace my ancient one) they brought one to me to save me the hassle of figuring out how I was going to get it to my house in my small car. To add to my amazing experience I found out the day before they were to come out, the city was doing work on the water lines and was going to shut off the water. Donna worked her magic and squeezed me in that day! Dan was professional & courteous and did a great job!! I will NEVER call anyone else for any plumbing needs.

Once again, if I could give more stars I would!!! We just moved to Elyria from North Olmsted. When we were all moved in we thought Good, everything here works because the house and everything in it have been inspected and is in working order. Ha, Ha!! Not by a long shot! We had a toilet in the bathroom that would fill every 2 to 3 hours because the either the gasket or the flapper valve was causing the leaking problem. You could see the water coming into the bowl! We called Royal Flush and asked them to bring a comfort height toilet and take out the old one. When Adam from Royal Flush arrived, he very professionally removed the old one and installed the new one in less than an hour. This is the third time we are using them. We will continue to use them for any and all future plumbing needs!

Like the previous reviewer, I have used Royal Flush for the past 10 years from drain issues to hot water heater installation. Don't have a single negative comment. The worst I could say is that possibly the price is high, but I have heard that about all plumbing companies. The job they do is however, fine. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Everyone is pleasant at this company, from the receptionist to any of the plumbers. They make repairs quickly and efficiently and are friendly and explanatory. Always on time and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them!

Picked these guys to address a basement sewer drain issue based on the positive reviews. I was not disappointed. Chris called me back on a Sunday. Didn't want to charge me time and a half for Sunday if it could wait till Monday. (it could) He showed up on Monday when he said he would be there and was super professional. Ran a camera in my drain found a spot that needed attention and had it cleared in under 20 minutes. Really impressed with his knowledge and efficiency. These guys are going to be my go to plumbers.

Mike came out and located, then repaired a leak that 2 other companies missed. This leak had caused many headaches and messes. He arrived the same day I called, was extremely courteous to my tenant, and explained to me everything he did to trouble shoot, and then remedy the situation. They are now my go-to plumbers! This place helped my cousin out on the day we buried her father. One of the family visiting from out of town for the funeral clogged the toilet and with the entire fMaily coming to her house I've, she was in a panic and this place sent a guy over in five minutes, cleared the clog, and didn't charge the emergency fee. Damn. It's good to know there are places that put customers above profit.

Hope I'm not premature in this recommendation, but here it goes.....Jeff came this morning in the time frame promised. Expertly fixed a toilet that several prior plumbers had left unoperational. He also fixed another toilet's water valve. All in less than an hour. So far, so good!!!

We had a leak under our sink and tried to fix ourselves! That was a mistake. I decided let's call royal flush plumbing and see if they could help out on Sunday day before New Year's Eve. We made the call and they came out quickly and new exactly what was needed. I am pleased with their service and recommend you call them if you need a job well done.

Truly a reputable company who in our short but terrific experience with them, have been practical, responsive, knowledgeable, and fair!

I would not recommend Royal Flush Plumbing to anyone. They overcharged for the installation of a 2 handle kitchen faucet and unclog a garbage disposal. $450 to install a $70 Delta kitchen faucet and $180 to unclog a garbage disposal. In addition, the plumber did not even know that the dishwasher was a portable dishwasher and tried to charge for a new supply line and stop. Plumber removed the dishwasher adapter from old faucet and failed to reinstall it on the new faucet making the dishwasher unusable. Royal Flush Plumbing Management was called to discuss the charges and concerns. Management was rude and unwilling to address the concerns or charges. I will never us Royal Flush Plumbing again and encourage you to stay away and get a second opinion.

The plumbing in our kitchen was completely inoperable. Royal Flush came out and fixed it, completely rerouting the drainage system in only 1/2 a day! They also fixed two malfunctioning toilets while they where at it. Soooo happy with the results, cost and professionalism!!

Mike was a very friendly and professional plumber. Identified my issue immediately as a malfunctioning water meter, and stated that the Water Dept. will need to replace it. Didn't even charge for a service call. I recently purchased a house in the area, and will be using and recommending Royal Flush to friends and family in the area.

We had a perennial plumbing/drainage issue that Royal Flush looked into fully and diagnosed. It turned out to be kind of a major problem - aged out, cracked/collapsed clay pipe below the basement floor - and Royal Flush fixed it completely and professionally in as neat, clean and timely a manner as possible. The fix took about a half day. And in the end, we were very happy with the repair, their work process, and the relative good value for what had to be done. (we had a quote from another company that was so much higher!) Major repairs are never pleasant or inexpensive - but Royal Flush made it all as tolerable as possible. They have become our go-to plumber.

Called to inquire about working on a gas line at my house. The person answering the phones could not answer the simple question : do you work on gas lines?

Wanted to know everything but my ssn for her to even ask the technicians if that is something they work with.

Just answer my simple question first.
