Best Electricians in New York
Very responsive and kind person. He was able to come out earlier than he had available after I told him it was really important that I got it done right away. Knowledgeable and neat. He cleaned up after himself, which deserves 5 stars off the bat.

Very impressed with this company after their appointment this morning, installing two new outlets for the new dryer I bought. I had a very friendly electrician named Eddy who did a fast job and gave me a small discount after I asked.

Great service, had a electrical outlet outage. John Russo and his associate Glenn was professional and came to my home and diagnosis the issue, gave me a couple of options. Fair pricing, clean after themselves after the work. I would recommend and use again.

Wow ! fantastic service. i called for a couple of electrical problems in my apartment. burnt out outlet and no lights in back rooms. the electrician arrived exactly on time, as he said he would when i called the night before. he completed the job in about 20 minutes. he replaced the burnt out wall unit, plugged in my AC restored lights in back room. fast, efficient, clean worker. whether you have a small or big job, this is the company to call. the price ???? perfect !! very low .

John from Port Washington Electric is great, called him on a Tuesday explained to him what I needed done, gave me an appointment for the following week in a Monday, showed up on time and did the work promptly. Fairly priced, John and his helper were professional, polite and courteous. I highly recommend using them for all your electrical needs!!

Sherlon is the most umprofecional electrician I know, he came to do a job for us, we paid him and he never came back to finish the job, do not give him any money in advance, better yet, do no work with this man, my wall still open after two years because no other electrician wants to take over, again avoid him if possible
1214 Washington St Hoboken, NJ 07030
Never showed up for appointment, even though I confirmed and received confirmation email. The no-show was huge hassle for us as we removed two flat screen TVs from wall and moved furniture in order to accommodate the work being done.
Used the Yelp quote service.
Called and texted Fayiz multiple times morning of appointment. He never called back. He ended up texting saying I never confirmed appointment. When I screenshot the confirmations he said that didn't matter because he claimed to ask a question that I didn't answer so based on that he didn't show up the next day. When I asked him to send me screenshot of question (because I had no idea what he was talking about) it was not a question, it was a statement about the work. He claimed it was a question, he just didn't put a question mark in text, which was confusing.
Whatever, mistakes happen and if this was a scheduling error that is okay. But he was unprofessional in how he handled it, never accepting responsibility, and wasting numerous texts telling me this was my fault which was the red flag for me. I ended up blocking his number.
If you are going to hire him (he seems to have decent reviews for work) then I highly suggest you confirm the appointment repeatedly, and hope the project goes well.

I hired these guys based on Yelp reviews, to fix an issue at my dad's house while I was visiting. I'm always skeptical, but they did not disappoint. The problem was long-standing, but they were willing to arrive within a few hours. Erjon arrived on time and professional throughout the visit. He addressed the problem but provided a bleak prognosis and could not warrant the work. He said there would be ongoing problems unless the entire panel and main wiring was re-done, 10 X more money than the job at hand! That sure sounds like a scam!
I discussed the issue with a neighbor/former-electrician who was also very skeptical. But later he took a look, and said, That's about right. My brother got an estimate from another place, hearing from these reviews that All-Star tends to be more expensive. The other estimate was significantly higher! We haven't done the work yet but chances are will hire All Star. The original work is still in good order, luckily!
Let me know when you guys visit California; I have a LOT of electrical jobs and the only reliable electricians are never available!

Needed to remediate some Inspection findings for the sale of our house and Daniel did the work quickly and was very reasonable. Very pleased with their work as Daniel and his worker were very friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend their services.

It's been quite a while since I've even signed into my good 'ol Yelp account (oh how I have missed thee) and I literally just had to after this ridiculously rude phone call I just had with the lady who answered my call at this place.
I am an Interior Designer, I have a client with a built-in case piece in desperate need of lighting solutions for said built-in. This is the first place I called from my trusty Google search, mostly because they were close to the top and the description stated they've been in business for many, many years (50+ years if memory serves)... Well how in the heck that has happened I don't quite understand!
I said hello to the lady who answered the phone and she asked what she could do for me. I explained my scenario and said I wanted to find out about getting a quote, to which she responded okay, so how can I help you? Umm, you can help me by checking your attitude and not acting as if I just called you at home in the middle of your vacation or something!
Fine. Whatever. Deep breath. I repeated myself, to which she started hammering with random question like have they the company been to the address before... I get what she was asking, but the way she asked it was so rude I was starting to get worked up so I think I replied something like I don't know if you've ever been to the building but as far as I know not to this apartment to which she said hold on and did that annoying this where they instantly play music before you even say okay or thank you.
Fine. Whatever. Deep breath. She comes back and rudely asks me (as in no bother to thank me for holding or making sure I was ready to listen, just pick up the phone and start talking) what kind of lights will need to be installed. I explain, for the third time, that I am not sure as we need a professional to come and take a look and LET US KNOW what our lighting options are as it's a built-in. She abruptly places me on hold again and comes back to tell me she needs to know the exact lighting needed otherwise she will have to talk to her boss.
Huh? So this whole time who have you been talking to? I'm so confused... and at this point have no idea how I can be any more clear as to what it is I am asking for.
Basically, I said nevermind to which she said okay, goodbye and hung up. I just don't get it. Do you want business or not? If I was asking for something that can't be done by your company then say so. Or, here's a thought, if you don't know then put me through to someone who does. She was clearly putting me on hold to ask someone else questions, so at the end of the day you just lost a potential lifetime customer for being rude from the moment you said hello and for not trying to be the least bit helpful. I don't get it.
