Best Electricians in New York

I called them at 4:00; by 5:00 Tony had arrived and fixed the lighting fixture I needed repaired.  It seemed a little high--$230 for the job--but the electrician, Tony, was really good and so darn punctual.  When was the last time you called anyone like an electrician and a) he answered the phone and b) he said he could come that day and c) he did?  So yes, it was pricey--but holy cow, it is so nice to just say, Well, that's all done and I won't get shocked or burn the house down.  I'd use them again.  The idea of saving $50 on a cheaper place--but one without the service level here--seems silly.

Very impressed with this company after their appointment this morning, installing two new outlets for the new dryer I bought. I had a very friendly electrician named Eddy who did a fast job and gave me a small discount after I asked.

My ceiling fan/light combo stopped working. They troubleshooted the problem that it was the dimmer that was burned out and not the fan/light and replaced the dimmer. They responded immediately and were here on time. I will use them again.

Wow  !  fantastic    service.   i  called  for  a   couple  of    electrical   problems in my  apartment.    burnt  out    outlet and   no lights in  back  rooms.     the   electrician  arrived  exactly on time, as he   said  he  would  when i called  the night   before.    he  completed  the    job   in  about   20   minutes.    he  replaced the    burnt  out  wall  unit,   plugged  in my   AC    restored   lights  in  back  room.     fast,   efficient,   clean  worker.      whether  you  have a  small or  big  job,  this    is  the company  to  call.    the  price ????    perfect  !!   very  low  .

John from Port Washington Electric is great, called him on a Tuesday explained to him what I needed done, gave me an appointment for the following week in a Monday, showed up on time and did the work promptly.  Fairly priced, John and his helper were  professional, polite and courteous.  I highly recommend using them for all your electrical needs!!

I can say nothing but great things about Electric Brigade!  I am in the process of selling my condo and needed to replace my hard-wired smoke detector to get my smoke detector certificates from the town.  Even calling after 4 pm on a Friday, Sherlon was able to come within 2 hours and took care of install very quickly.  He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to work with. If I wasn't moving out of Hoboken, I'd go to EB for all of my electrician needs!

I asked these guys to run some additional outlets from my main electric panel. Fayiz was prompt, professional, and came out the next day to do the job.

Everything was done beautifully and the cost was more than fair. Highly recommended!

Very responsive, and was able to schedule an appointment soon after we called. We were getting wiring done for a garbage disposal, had existing wiring that had been severed, and the electrician who came to our place, Ervin, quickly figured out the issue (why a circuit was broken) and repaired it.

Zach from Baran electric helped us install a pendant light over our stairs as well as troubleshoot an issue we were having with three way dimmers.  He found the solution to the dimmer problem almost immediately and did a great install of the pendant light (location was spot on) ... very efficient overall.  With a little time that was left, he was able to advise on some other electrical issues we were having.  

After receiving several unrealistic quotes from other electrical contractors for this work, it was a relief to find Baran electric.  Great price and service. Highly recommended!

One of my home appliances was not working. So, I just called at Berkeys and asked them to send an electrician. The electrician came and did his job well but he came too late.
