Away on vacation, pipes burst... a wonderful neighbor went to my home, turned off the main water value / firemen turned off circuit breakers... now what?
I called Ian (from Scotties Electric). He was unbelievable, immediately he found a Plumber ( i had called many with no luck)... Ian went to my home to meet the plumber who repaired the pipes, and Ian restored my electric, heat, etc... my home would have been seriously damaged had it not been for Ian.

We hired Ricardo to connect the refrigerator icemaker to the water line.
Very professional, reasonably priced, quick service. Would definitely recommend and will consider CN Coterie for future projects.

Brian was excellent. He contacted me immediately on a Sunday and we arranged for work to be performed on the following Tuesday. It was a fair and reasonable price. For some reason Yelp sent my quote request to more than one business (I was trying to do business with Brian based on his Yelp reviews) which resulted in another company showing up. Brian handled it with grace and I was very appreciative of the way he does business. Will definitely be using him for future business.

I'm usually very skeptical about technicians and mechanics, always feel like they're out to get you. But Roman is not one of them. My AC broke down in the middle of a heat wave. I called several HVAC services but nobody could come for atleast a week. Roman was not only able to accommodate my schedule, he actually came the same day I called - 7pm in the pouring rain. Opened up my AC unit and fixed the problem within 20 mins. Honestly, you just don't get service like this anymore. Thanks, Roman. My microwave range has been funky for a while, I'll be giving you a call soon.

Needed a new outlet in garage installed for an automatic garage door opener. Got several quotes and Vinny (owner) was the most reasonable. We also liked he had experience with installing power lines for charging electric vehicles. Once we agreed upon a date for install, he came by and was able to complete the job within one day. New garage door power outlet in the ceiling and new 14-50 plug for our EV. We were satisfied by the job and would not hesitate to use him again for future electrical needs.

They came on short notice to address an electrical concern on a work-in-progress renovation.  They addressed our concerns with the utmost professionalism, and worked with us to plan needed electrical work in a way that was minimally invasive and code-compliant.

They are super nice guys, smart, professional, and worth every penny. Highly recommend this father-son team!

We found Steve on Yelp and picked him based on the reviews. We are so happy we did. Steve is honest, caring, and thorough. He arrived on time, reviewed everything with us before he did any work, made sure that we were satisfied with the work, and he cleaned up very nicely so you couldn't even tell work was done.  We are so happy with the lights he installed in our kitchen and living room.  I highly recommend Steve for your electrical needs.  Great guy and excellent work!

Dave came highly recommended by our realtor, and we can definitely see why. The estimate was efficient and comprehensive, he has great ideas, and the work was completed in very professional and timely manner. He also hung a tv over our fireplace (concrete and brick) using a very tricky mount that I purchased, and it looks amazing. I feel like 5 people could hang from it and nothing would budge an inch.

I was very pleased with the service. Craig and his crew were unfailingly polite, showed up in time and worked quickly and neatly. They installed some ceiling lights for me and installed a buzzer/intercom system for my three-story apartment house.  I thought the price was reasonable and the work was first-rate.
