Best Electricians in New York

I had a huge emergency this past Friday with by business and Jorge and his whole staff where so compassionate putting off everything for that day and staying well into midnight working to get my business up and running for the morning. I thank all of JMG Electric for taking the time from their very busy schedule. I would highly recommend them and they will always and will be my only electricians. And I'm making sure I take time out of my day to write reviews on every website possible like they took the time out of their day for me.

I very rarely write reviews but don't want anyone else to EVER go through what I have. I moved into a 1-bedroom and wanted the walls repainted (white & a light grey). It took 8 DAYS to paint a 1-bedroom! I was quoted a 5 day job, BUT the first painter did not cover my furniture and moved it around  carelessly damaging a brand new chair claiming don't worry if anything happens Anthony has insurance. The second day he shows up 2 hours late so I did not allow him to continue the job (I learn Anthony thought two men were painting). Two new nice men show up to paint the apartment for the next 4 days... they do cover the furniture HOWEVER they missed SO much. There were places where they grey painted spilled into the white, where they did not paint over the old existing paint. SO, a new head guy George shows up for 3 days and let me tell George was lovely but he is stuck trying to fix all of their mistakes and mishaps so it's no surprise that George misses something. So I'm left with this after 8-days of painting and an addition $300 charge for extra materials. I do not know what these materials are as I paid for the additional 3 gallons of paint out of pocket. Do paint brushes, and bins cost $300. There is no receipt to show for that. They are nice and responsive but unprofessional and don't care about your apartment. I can't speak to the rest of their services but don't ever use them to paint your apartment.

I had bought a real fixer-upper in 2020, and I didn't realize how bad the electric really was in the house. I first called Wired Up to upgrade and inspect my breaker/service. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the work was bar none. Since then Wired up has worked multiple kitchen, bed, bath, outdoor patio and garage remodels. With every job Wired Up is thorough and always going over all the details and possibilities without ever adding additional charges for all the surprises my old house threw at us. I can't recommend Wired Up enough, they turned my house into a home.

Emailed and called and no response. Sad as they are one of a few recommended electricians recommended by Tesla in NYC

I was having an issue with an outlet and a light fixture in my apartment in Astoria. I found Legacy on yelp and decided to give them a shot based on the positive reviews. I sent them a message and received a response within minutes, I called and spoke to George in the afternoon on 9/20. We made an appointment for 9/21 and I could see his truck parked outside 5 minutes before the appointment - great!

George and Jimmy came in and diagnosed my problem, gave me an estimate and fixed my problem expeditiously. They were both friendly, set up a drop cloth to keep my floors clean, and they did a great job. Their attention to detail, and prices were fantastic. They tested everything before they left, and I couldn't be happier.

George and Jimmy are very professional, and they're definitely experts. Next time I have an issue I know who to call. Thank you!

Great service! Toby (the proprietor) was very knowledgeable and patient and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. I feel like He really cares about his customers and I recommend him enthusiastically.

The power was out by the pool for the kegorator and it was late in the afternoon on Friday. When I looked online almost every electrician was about to close in 30min. I took a shot and called Spirelli Electric after I  saw they had good reviews on Yelp. To my surprise they were able to send someone out within hours. They came at the exact time they told me and found the problem(bad GFI) which they  fixed within the hour. The technician Jeff was very nice and knowledgeable. I am very happy with their work and now have cold beer!!!

Super quick and great service.  Vincent responded within a few minutes of getting the Yelp request, came early the next day for an estimate, which was very fair. Work was done the next business day - the work team was very professional and left the house in great shape when done.  Highly recommend.

I had them do the electrical work throughout my entire house during a renovation. They were prompt, polite, and professional. Great job.

I called DZ Electrical to replace a broken light fixture in my parents home. I was visiting from out of town and needed someone to come out and do the job ASAP. Darren quickly returned my call and came out within a few days. Other electricians I contacted on yelp.com never bothered calling me back. Darren charged a reasonable $135 for the job. He was prompt, courteous, and trustworthy. I would call him again.

Prompt service excellent pricing. Definitely recommend Mr Wonderful. On time and communicated well I would definitely recommend them.

M V is the best electrician that I have worked with in NJ, they have done work for me over the last 20 years.  When they do a job you can be sure that they do it correctly.

We wanted some outdoor outlets installed. We were contacted promptly, Danny was able to come the same day, completed the work with no issues, and was reasonably priced. I can't really ask for anything better.

He replaced the water tank with a Chinese version of a piece, which ruined the tank. The breakers also weren't actually checked. I had to replace my water tank with.a new one and it my hot water still doesn't work. I blew so much money on a new tank and installation, only to find out it was a breaker problem, that wasn't initially checked and mended. No explanation after this experience. Horrible.
