Best Electricians in New York

I had a huge emergency this past Friday with by business and Jorge and his whole staff where so compassionate putting off everything for that day and staying well into midnight working to get my business up and running for the morning. I thank all of JMG Electric for taking the time from their very busy schedule. I would highly recommend them and they will always and will be my only electricians. And I'm making sure I take time out of my day to write reviews on every website possible like they took the time out of their day for me.

Anthony and his team were great in all aspects of the process. He is trustworthy and got the job done ahead of schedule. When issues happened during the process, Anthony was quick to have a solution and solve the problem.

Nermin was amazing and very skillful, courteous and professional. He bailed us out with some last minute work that we found out we needed done after our ancient dishwasher was removed prior to receiving the new one. He originally planned to come yesterday but the bomb cyclone had different plans for us. He came early this morning (CHRISTMAS EVE!) and worked his magic in short order and left our mother with one less thing to worry about.

These guys were fast, efficient, and above all, reasonably priced. Will call them again if I have an electrical problem.

Wanted to change my electrical panel so I would be able to install an additional circuit for an EV car charger. George respects the clients' time and showed up on time (for both the initial estimate/walk-through and the actual work once I decided to hire Legacy Electrical). In the walk-through, George was clear and explained the extent of the work and even pointed out some safety concerns.

Few days after the estimate, George and Jimmy showed up in their Legacy Electrical Van with all the materials and tools necessary. They were able to quickly swap out the old panel for the new panel then pull a new 208V 50A feed into my garage. They were courteous and professional throughout. Once the new panel was done and energized, they told me that I could check and see I had power back to the entire house. They also cleaned up all the debris and trash that were made during the work.

I plan on contacting George should I have any future electrical improvements or work I need around the house.

Great service ! Brought in a vintage lamp in that had a wobbly socket and neck, Toby did a stellar job fixing it and making it good as new. I was worried it may not be fixable after having spent a small fortune to purchase and ship from specialty store. Took a few weeks but well worth the wait. Highly recommend !

Joe Spirelli came to my house for the job assessment. Joe was friendly, polite and available to talk again after the job assessment. I was happy with Joe and he made me feel comfortable, but I was skeptical because I have paid other local companies for work on my house and attitudes can change when it comes time to get started. I was sent an email explaining that Fernando and Greg were scheduled to come for a sauna heater installation. I was sent a reminder the day before they came to work. They were on time, worked hard, and worked well together. They were organized and conscientious. Overall this experience was amazing. I have never been so happy while paying someone to work on my house. The quality of their work was the best. They were worth every penny. I would have no reservations about hiring them again.

Super quick and great service.  Vincent responded within a few minutes of getting the Yelp request, came early the next day for an estimate, which was very fair. Work was done the next business day - the work team was very professional and left the house in great shape when done.  Highly recommend.

This is the second time I've worked with Malfettone electric, both times for outlet installs (plus running cat5 cable the first time). They're great. Super responsive, prompt, easy to work with, extremely professional, nice, and most importantly, the jobs were perfectly executed, and quickly. They explained any options clearly and identified what the best practices are. I also really appreciated that they were willing to do smaller jobs - a lot of electricians and contractors aren't. So happy to have found them!

Excellent company! Darren gave me an estimate, his workers arrived on time and worked all day. They were professional, polite and did an outstanding job. Darren checked on the job throughout the day. I highly recommend them and couldn't be more satisfied with the job.

The name really says it all. We have a 100 year old house and our breaker box was failing. These guys came same day, found a replacement part that was cheaper than replacing the entire box and really made it work. The worker was professional, knowledgeable and great. The owner Paul is great! These guys are now our electricians and we highly recommend them!!!!!

Mike is such a nice guy. I seeked him in an quite urgent place. But he finished it very well.
He is responsible, professional and trustable. I am content with his work very much.

Work completed: 4 recessed lights installed in ceiling.

Called them on Sunday for a broken light fixture. They came promptly and fixed the problem . Reasonable price  too. Would definitely use them again .
