I posted to replace the bathtub faucet and they contacted to me by text message. His name is Gideon and we made appointment on Monday June 6 9-10 am.
We confirmed on Friday and I have to arrange someone to wait for them because the apartment is vacant.
No one showed up until 10am and I texted at 9:30 to ask if they are coming. No replied.
I called that number and no one picked up.
I was mad and texted at 10 am I am going to post this in Yelp.
Then I got the message Gideon is not working with them anymore from the same phone number. That's insulting the customer and very unprofessional.

RIC Plumbing was awsome.  We had a major basement issue (which required front yard digging and basement plumbing issues to be fixed) and they had a crew there within an hour after me calling in a panic.
The crew was professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up after they left, did an amazing job and took the time to talk to us about what they were doing and why and also took the time to be personable and laugh with us as we were joking about the situation.  The quote and what we paid was on target with what we were expecting to pay based on previous water/sewer issues.
I can't speak more highly of this company, we will be calling them from now on for any of our plumbing needs.

CKO, are fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable! These guys replumbed our whole  house when we remodeled 18 years ago and when the hot water tank took a dive they were out in a day with a replacement tank.

Mike & Sons are great.  Straightforward, reliable,  by far - lowest estimate of 4 plumbing companies I contacted .  Highly recommend.   They did a water hookup for a new kitchen island which involved running lines through a tight crawl space ... this is not fun work for plumbers.  They were done in 90 minutes and actually charged less than original estimate because they didn't need some of the materials that were originally factored into the estimate.  Good luck finding another plumbing company that is this honest.

I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing and heating needs. A friend of mine told me to call them to repair my storm drain. They came out right away and took care of my problem within a couple of hours. They were very professional and very reasonable in there pricing.

Fast and honest service. They helped me out when I was in a pinch and didn't try to take advantage of the situation. I would definitely use them again and encourage you to give them a chance if you are looking for a great plumber.

If you want substandard work and disrespectful customer service then these are the guys for you.
After advising them that their installation failed and being told it would be two or three days till they could get to me,nearly twelve weeks have passed and now they won't even take my calls. A word to the wise ... avoid this business!

The company installed a sump pump and bubbler at my residence - I paid over $7,000 for the service and they left my front yard a ruined, muddy mess! The installation required them to dig a line to the street along the edge of my lawn and driveway - my neighbor had the same thing done, and a year later, you can't even see where the digging took place - - not mine! Moser's claimed there was so much dirt because they had to dig so deep - and that they didn't want to take the dirt away because I could end up with a sinkhole once the ground settled - that was November 2020 - now in March 2021, the mound of dirt is still there and has ruined my lawn and looks so awful - it will cost me a fortune to have a landscaper to fix it. I called the owner and he said he would come and take some dirt away this past Saturday - never showed up and never heard from him! What a terrible way to treat a customer!!

They came quick, prices were reasonable, and gave great 'what should I do next' advice. World class service for problems nobody really wants to deal with (plumbing/sewer). Will call again if problems ever happen again.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! I unfortunately have an insurance program that forced me to go through them. They are impossible to get ahold of. When you call you will get their secretary who just takes messages and lies about Joel being there. I was expecting them to come in the morning so I was just going to go into work later in the day. Of course they never showed up that day and came the NEXT day! I called them over and over again. Then they told me one of their trucks was in an accident and would not be coming out until later on that following day. Complete liars. Awful service. Called the Buffalo water authority on them and they told me that the company is known for these situations. I went without water for 8 days before they were finally able to get it hooked back up...8 days! Joel showed up to my house clearly upset that I had called the water department and came to my door to go on and on about how I am not his only customer. In my line of business, my main goal is to make each client feel like they are my only client. The company clearly needs some core training in the management field. I would suggest the staff be sent to some sort of Dale Carnegie course to teach them proper ways of communicating to customers. It is now about 2 months later and the big pile of dirt is still in the yard. I called them 2 weeks ago and they told me they would be coming that week to pick it up. Never showed up of course. Called them again this week with no answer. This time I called the insurance company and complained and sure enough they called me back then! I am all about taking care of people and my clients and received no help from these guys. I am not sure how they stay in business, but I am serious when I say-avoid them at all costs.

Found the incompetents on Craigslist advertising 'Master Plumber'. Called for a plugged sewer line and instead of a Master Plumber they sent 2 kids in a van. They proceeded to snake the wrong line and then did it again. They came back to the office and said they couldn't fix it and it needed about $1000.00 worth of work. When I balked at this they tried to say I needed it done right now so I should let them do it and a second opinion wouldn't matter anyway. When I continued to say I would get a 2nd opinion they got very aggressive and made up a $140.00 bill they said I had to pay right then. This was going on in my place of business and I payed the charge to get rid of them even though they effectively did nothing of what I called about. This place is a scam and should be shut down by the Buffalo Licensing Department as I fully intend to inform them. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this business. You'd stand a better chance picking up a day worker in the Home Depot parking lot than with anyone I saw representing this plumbing business. I'm calling SHENANIGANS  on them. I feel completely ripped off and did not receive anything like good service.

We had a Kitchen Sink Drain fail yesterday. I disassembled the sink, taps, cut off the seized shut off valves.(Shut off the Main water Supply First). Purchased the replacement Sink and new taps and Called 5-Stinky. After waiting for 5 hours a tech finally showed up, walked into our home shaking his head and complaining that HE SHOULD NOT BE HERE, cuz hes not on Call. Then proceeded to tell us that it would be $1100.00 to install the sink and taps and put in the Shut-offs. I almost fell on the Floor and then told him to Get out. He was much happier. We called some friends who knew a guy who uses a plumber who we then called. This morning the New Plumber looked at the jobs said, probably be 45 mins. Completed the Work and charged us $226.00, We made it an even $300.00     - WILL NEVER CALL 5-Stinky again.
