Established in 2017.
With over 15 years of experience, Taylor Minx opened Pipeworx By Minx Inc. in January of 2017. We are a family owned and operated business focused on providing high quality plumbing services throughout WNY. We take pride in excellent customer service and immediate calls backs. ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Taylor has always been passionate about building and creating things. Becoming an apprentice, working through the years to become a master plumber, only goes to show his passion for this career. With years of residential and commercial plumbing, it was time for Taylor to open up his own business in January of 2017. He loves figuring out tough situations and problem solving. He'll always make sure you understand what work is being done before a tool is even picked up. Very easy going and always ready to help.

Polite. Knowledgeable. But after being jerked around for 5 weeks to fix a shower, I finally had to contact another plumber. 48 hours later, the job was underway. Wish they had told me that bigger jobs come first....very disappointed.

Pipeworx did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Great price, high quality of work and the communication was outstanding. Taylor would respond almost immediately. They won't leave you hanging.

I have used him for4 or 5 jobs over the past 6 years I believe. iFirst time was a new hot water heater, did within a 2 or 3 days took a couple of hours. Called him in on sump pumps replaced quickly. Whenever I have called he has come within 2 or 3 days. Recently just to do simple maintainece on a different hot water heater. while there he explained to me how this sump pump neeeded to be redone explained how to do it. I have the skills but I'm getting lazy so probably will have him do it. did one or two simple tasks. entire process done in less than an hour. The other things is he as told me about somethings and said I could do the work, explained what needed to be done, and said I could save his labor fee . Do not often find a skilled plumber that will recommend not doing the job themselves.

Fantastic service and customer service ! Honest , dependable , friendly and professional are all words I would use to describe the owner and this company. They have the old school values and customer service that is lacking in so many businesses today. Very refreshing and would highly recommend them !
