Had what I thought was a problem with my sprinkler system and called Gary's Plumbing.  He was here exactly when he said he would be and solved my problem immediately!  Great service and I'll definitely be calling him for my plumbing problems in the future!!!

I'm pretty sure I forgot to post this review months ago but better late than never. Asked for a monster garbage disposal and got that plus an hours worth of great tips and conversation with Gary, or maybe it was Gary's son. Either way, professional, wore a mask and gloves the either time, showed me how it all worked and checked for leaks. Also replaced a gasket that got was old and not part of the replacement for free. Family owner and operated by good local people. Thank you for the great job.

I've used Gary's several times now. I have always been pleased with the response time and quality of work they have done. Their pricing never left me feeling I was taken advantage of. They replaced a water heater for me in very short order. I will use then again and recommend them for anyone.

I am very pleased that a friend recommended Gary. I was panicked when our water heater started leaking. They were very responsive by phone and I sent pictures over. Gary had my water heater replaced the next day and corrected some things that had been done incorrectly previously. He was very friendly and explained everything. He provided all the documentation I needed to submit to my home warranty. Very professional.

I recently hired Gary to do a plumbing job related to a new patio area in my backyard. The job required Gary to coordinate his efforts with some concrete work that I was also having done. I found Gary to be knowledgeable and easy to work with. He worked with my other contractor to get the job done when required, did quality work and was competitively priced.  It was a pleasure doing business with Gary's Plumbing and I would not hesitate to use them for future plumbing needs.

Requested a quote for Gary's Plumbing through yelp for our garbage disposal that wasn't working and received a response in less than 10 minutes. They showed up at our house less than a day after contacting them. The customer service was excellent.

As it turns out our disposal was jammed and Gary was able to fix it right away. He could of easily charged me for the full quote given but since it was an easy fix he only charged me for a few minutes of his time. Erica was prompt and kind as well.

I feel like Gary's Plumbing went above and being given this wasn't an emergency by any means and I will be calling them first for any future issues.

Gary is an amazing plumber. Our motel had 3 plumbing issues that needed to get taken care of and on 3 seperate occasions, he delivered! Excellent work, very quick. My bathroom vanity had a broken pipe, below the ground, he jackhammered, he also went above and beyond to fix the pipe by restructuring the system below. Very clean work, doesn't leave a huge mess for us to clean up. Hands down the nicest, straight forward, cut and dry plumber and a great person. I recommend his services to anyone who needs a plumber!

I've had my fair share of dealing with multiple plumbers--

His company is father and son, he's very experienced and always has tools handy! Better than 3 other other services we tried where they downplay other companies. Gary is a man of his word and provides excellent service. I can't reiterate enough.

I would give more stars if I could.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!  Great company!!  Efficient and effective! My sink was leaking for months and garbage disposal had issues.  Gary's Plumbing was easy to schedule an appointment with.  They fixed it and replaced what was needed - working 100X better now!  Communication was easy, service was great, and the job was done very well! This company is trustworthy, dependable, professional, and the work done was beyond my expectations. I had a dishwasher installed that required the reconfiguring of plumbing lines under my sink. The whole installation took less time than anticipated and the work provided was excellent! The installer was extremely thorough from start to finish.  He told me exactly what was needed as far as parts, and the cost related; there were no surprises or added expenses. And the cost was totally reasonable. I originally went to Sears in Carson City. I wanted to try to stay local business. What a mistake the guys they sent out to hook up my dish machine just put in and left it. It was not secured and was tilting and wobbly.
When I had Gary from Gary from Gary's plumbing what a world of difference. Gary's was very personal and personal. He took the time to take out the dish machine and hook it up proper. When he took a look at the machine he noticed it wasn't even hooked up right.
Thank you Gary for doing the job right. I'll use your company for all my plumbing needs.

Gary was great to work with!  He was honest, fair, and took time to answer all of our many questions.  He quoted us a price and stuck to it.  We'll only be calling Gary for our plumbing needs from here on out!

We had a clogged kitchen sink and Gary came out the next day after we called and fixed it.  He was super nice and fixed it pretty quickly.  I had spoken to Jen on the phone to schedule and she was friendly.  We hope we won't need a plumber again but if we do we will definitely call them back!

Gary came to my home today and did something most people wouldnt do these days. He finished somebody else's job for free. We bought a brand new dishwasher and my wife was having problems with it tipping over when the door was open. Gary came and fixed it in under 10 minutes. He was extremely professional and very fast. Our 20 yr old water heater was leaking so we knew we needed it replaced asap before we completely lost hot water. We called Gary's Plumbing and they were able to squeeze us in within a few days.
Gary came out replaced our water heater and all the aging parts, all within a few hours. He was very knowledgeable and honest, and answered all my questions (I had a lot of them).
Since I've used Gary's Plumbing before I can honestly say this team of Plumbers is great at what they do and their pricing is competitive.

Gary's plumbing had previously done a great job installing our dishwasher, so when our water heater developed a leak we knew who to call. Even though it wasn't an emergency, we got scheduled right away and Gary was able to come during a convenient time for us. He knew just what was wrong and what we needed, and was both professional and courteous during the relatively quick installation process. I'd definitely recommend him for any job without hesitation!

What a great experience!!! I'm right in the middle of a complete kitchen remodel, and I purchased a dishwasher from RC Wiley. Their promotion was installation included, Garys plumbing was the contracted company. When they contacted me I asked if they could also install the garbage disposal, faucet, and swap out two ranges. He did a fantastic job!!!! He really went above and beyond!!! It turned out the High tech sensory faucet was faulty and Gary returned it and came back out the next day and reinstalled it!!!! He also returned the bad one!!! Who goes the extra mile....these days? Kudos and much deserved success!!! I would definitely use this company and recommend to friends!!!!

We needed a new toilet installed and younger Gary showed up, early if you can believe that!  It so happens the replacement toilet didn't fit the space (something to do with the pipes, not the toilet). Gary made the necessary calls, picked up new toilet, returned the ill-fitting one, disposed of old one, installed the new one, all with professionalism and some humor and in the same day, no rescheduling. Who doesn't love a great Father and son business with skills, friendliness and integrity. ANYBODY needing a plumber? Save yourself the time looking and Call Garys' Plumbing.

I have been looking for a honest, reliable, and talented plumber for some time. Saw referral for Gary's plumbing 1st on Next Door then went to yelp for additional info and a quote.
This was for a rental property so we had to orchestrate everything from the arrival of the toilet to tenant/plumber schedule to picking up the toilet. Toilet did not fit due to builder not running the water line properly so toilet had to be returned as well as pick up another for the install.
Gary did EVERYTHING without a hitch. Packed up the toilet met me at home depot took the new toilet back and installed it.
It's times like this when it would be easy for someone to take advantage. Nope... a professional attitude and job resulted as well as a bill that could have been so much more than what he charged me.
He will be my plumber always and I can't refer him enough!!!

My water heater went out. The staff at Gary's Plumbing was extremely nice and were able to install the water heater in just a couple of days. I was missing parts and Gary went out of his way to go get them for me. Great communication about time frame and any issues.

Another late review..

Purchased all new appliances and the name was given to us for the install for the dishwasher.

Went well, we used them for installing a hose bib with a new location by our garage door.

A perfect and professional install.

Also had them run a watermelon in the garage for a future fridge with water and ice..

Inquired about water heater replacement.  Gary was very responsive and gave detailed information and general pricing that is well in line with expectations.

Gary was awesome! Came at appointment times, did a great job installing new bathtub, plumbing and toilet. Thankful to find a company that follows through and does a good job.

Wow. This outfit is very competitive, quick to respond, and does great work. Highly recommend them.

I had to think about this one for a while because I feel like the guy is knowledgeable does good work but he definitely overcharged for a 30 minute hose bib project.... $250.

Gary's son came out and did  one heck of a great job. he was  quick, efficient and solve the issue at hand, a leaky hose bib.  Great service.

Gary's Plumbing is always available for plumbing issues. They are very knowledgeable and price competitive.

Gary responded to my panic text late Friday night  and said he would be out first thing in the morning.
 He was very helpful and polite. I told him he's my go-to guy from now on.
  His price was reasonable even for a week-end job.

We bought our new home here in Spanish Springs a little over a year ago and have found a couple of things that we wish we had done under construction. Oh well. BUT since we decided to do them, we went on the hunt for a good plumber. I am not a fan of the large commercial contractor type guys that have dozens of employees. I wanted to find a good, local, family run type of business. BINGO. I found these people on Yelp and they were absolutely everything that everyone talked about. What a class act.  I called and spoke with a nice young lady (Erica) on the phone that set up the appointment for an estimate. She told me that Gary Sr. would be out to give an estimate. She also stated the estimate was free, except that if it required climbing or crawling under the house then they would charge $50. That is more than fair, and good to know ahead of time. Since most of the work was going to be attic work, I had my fifty ready when he showed up. But since I was able to tell him where & what was in the attic (& he has 30 years doing this) he did not need to go up, so no charge. He took a couple days to get the estimate back to me and I was prepared to get more than one bid. BUT I could tell this guy had integrity and I did not want anyone else working in my home. I gave him the job. On the appointed day and time, he called ahead to say they would be there shortly. When they arrived, he introduced us to his son, who has been doing this 15 years. They got right to work. I was having them run 100 plus feet of gas line through the attic so that I could install a direct vent wall furnace in my shop. They also were running a new hot water line inside a bathroom wall for a new bidet. They worked fast and were incredibly professional from start to finish. Gary even asked me what fittings that I wanted him to install to make my appliance hookups easiest. Wow. So they are now 4 hours total time and Gary Sr. is sweeping up every last little bit of insulation that has gotten dispersed from the attic. The cleanup was sterile. Talk about perfection.

These people are EXACTLY who you want doing your plumbing work. From the first phone call, when I spoke with Erica, his daughter-in-law....to having he and his son working side by side doing the most professional of jobs, I could not be more impressed. Like I said, a family owned business, and it shows.

As a side bar, I spent 30 years with a major public utility (half of that doing plumbing for natural gas) and know a little about what needed to be done. However at my age, I was not about to  crawl around in the attic and decided to hire the right folks to do the job for me. If you are like me, and want a couple of owner/professionals doing your work for you, these are the people. Don't waste your time searching for another plumber, just call Gary's.

A plumbing emergency after Thanksgiving had me stressed!  I was looking for someone to come quickly.  After calling around and not able to get anyone until later in the afternoon, I called Gary's.  They were able to get someone over to me in around an hour and he was done in an hour.  I was prepared to pay a fortune but ended up completing everything in an hour on top of it, he told me he thought he could clear the clogged main line with a snake but if it didn't work he would use a camera.  Not wanting to waste time I asked about doing the camera to begin with.  He said no that he strongly felt that the snake would clear it and why waste the money.  Honestly I was shocked most contractors would have just said yes but he didn't.  You have to respect that in a business this day and age where there are so many unscrupulous businesses.  I would say if you need a plumber definitely call these guys!  You will not be disappointed.  If I could I would give more stars!  So grateful that they had the time to come and save my day!

Gary is so thorough and detailed in his work. He takes the time to make sure that his job is done right, on time and that you--the customer is happy. Plus, he is very resonable in cost. Definitely worth every dollar! Family business I am happy to support.

I found Gary as a result of his rating on Yelp, so I thought I should leave one also. I had a major (several) plumbing problems that resulted in quite a catastrophe. He was very professional, friendly, and after I received the bill, very honest and fair. He explained everything thoroughly, and I felt I could trust him completely. I will definitely use again and recommend to anyone who needs great service.

I had a backed up sink and Gary's fixed everything. They even came out same day! What I thought was a simple back up ended up being a clog deep in our pipes, but our technician stayed with the issue with multiple different tools and cleared it out. They were prompt, professional, and really nice. I highly recommend them!

Hot water on my bathtub was dripping.  Requested a quote and got a response in less than 20 minutes.  They came out the following day, and fixed the problem quickly.  Would highly recommend Gary's Plumbing!

We needed a special plumber to fix a urinal. Not an ordinary house toilet!  Gary's scheduled a time for the next day. There was a wide window for their job but they worked with me and my busy schedule to call me on the way. He educated me on how urinal flush valves work. The repair fixed the issue and was reasonably priced. (Urinals are pricey). I will use them again for future complicated plumbing needs.

Gary did a great job removing a gas line for me. He was on time and did great work. WORKED ON A SATURDAY! 5 stars good job.
