Overall great experience. Quick to schedule and repair my water heater issue. Daniel was my Technician and he was great. I'm not sure how the cost compared to others, but the service was phenomenal.

The plumbers were great. I highly recommended them. Very nice guys. The price of the job was way to expensive. The plumbers have no control over the price of the job at hand.

These guys are scammers and opputunist.
make sure you get at least a second opinion before you do anything. They lied to me and tried to get thousands of dollars from me
even though I didn't need what they recommended.

After having so many issues with the leak and everything connected with it. The people at Loyalty were patient as we waited on our insurance company. As soon as that was done, Roberto came out and did the work. By the next morning, our leak problem was finally taken care of.

Loyalty Plumbing come out on a Sunday and removed and replaced a kitchen faucet.  They were extremely responsive, very reasonably priced and completed the job efficiently.  I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.  Shout out to Daniel who did a great job and was a true pro in all aspects.

They initially were going to flush my tank less water heater but he explained I didn't have the valves installed to do the flushing process. I had the valves and he installed and did a nice clean job then flushed the system. He explained I had some issues that weren't up to code and explained other things about the system. They were easy going but professional.

Our downstairs toilet became clogged, I called and was immediately able to reach someone. I had someone out the very same day. They arrived exactly when they said they would and keep you up to date via text/email so you know who is coming and when. Friendly, professional and polite customer service from start to finish. Robert was great, professional and quick! He got the job done and I was able to carry on with my day without interruption. These days it's hard to find a company like this, I'm so glad I did! Family owned and it shows in the way they treat their customers!

If I could give more stars I would! Loyalty was quick to respond to my inquiry about a stopped up drain in one of my toilets. Jared called ahead, showed up earlier than anticipated! Was very friendly and knowledgeable!! He went over everything with a fine tooth comb. Didn't mind my big Great Dane following him everywhere :-) Jared even tightened a pipe fitting under my kitchen sink that was just starting to leak. I had no clue it was leaking! He saved us a big headache.
We have been dealing with this issue with our toilet for weeks!! Even denied by Home warranty. I HIGHLY recommend Loyalty!! I plan on having them back to send cameras down to see if I have anything else that may need attention. Thank you!! thank you!!

I would recommend Loyalty Plumbing to anyone that has a plunking issue. the technician that came to the house which was Tyler Mitchum was extremely professional and nice.  Tyler told me every step he was taking and what the cost of the repairs would be. Everyone needs to use Loyalty Plumbing and ask for Tyler Mitchum.

We had an emergency leak in our heater and the technician from Loyalty Plumbing was prompt to response to our call, very helpful in connecting me with the service I required. He performed an excellent service and did his job to thoroughly to fix the leaking issue. It was promptly fix and very much satisfied with result. Excellent customer service.

The problem I had was associated with my hot water heater. The technician, (Jared P)arrived on time was very polite and extremely professional.
He went above and beyond to evaluate not only the issue that I was having but also he also checked everything else in my house .

Loyalty Plumbing replaced our water heater with a tankless water heater, and I would give them 10 stars if I could!  We can't say enough good things about this company...the owners, Alexi and Nick, happen to live in our neighborhood.  They started their plumbing business a year ago, and we wanted to support them.  Nick gave us a very fair price, and he and Alexi always answered the phone when I called, and their customer service is fantastic. Their employees we dealt with, Jared and Tyler, are extremely professional and efficient, and it was a pleasure having them come to our house.  They explained every detail and answered all of our questions.  From start to finish, the purchase and installation of the water heater was an extremely positive experience! Don't hesitate to call Nick and Alexi if you need a plumber!  I would like to add that they have the most beautiful Golden Retrievers!

Came home from a vacation and my water heater had broke. Called Nick at Loyalty Plumbing, and he set me up with an appointment right away. I  got a text with the picture of the dude Jared that was coming out so I knew who to expect. Which. As a mom, this really made me feel more comfortable knowing who I am opening our home up to. About 30 minutes before arrival he called me to confirm how long GPS said it would take to get here. The call was so professional. He got here right in time and put on little shoe covers, which was not necessary,  but I always love when people enter our home like they care about it. So he ran through a few issues we have, aside from the water heater, and then gave us options. There was ZERO pressure and the guy is a just really cool. Ace got along great with him because they both lived in Hawaii. Lol. Anyway, feel bad because he is sweaty and soaking wet at 7pm, but man, I am so grateful for this dude.

Have used them twice. Both Tyler and Brian were great. Honest and very patient; they answered all of my questions (I have ocd and anxiety) and put me at ease knowing they are there in case I have any issues in the future. I recommend signing up for their 99 dollar program that includes free diagnostic service calls and yearly maintenance. Great value!

Tyler came to assist me in getting my 20 year old home up to par for now. He did a great job explaining the haves and have nots of the plumbing industry today. I'm a teacher so it was great to have visuals. I would recommend them again.

I contacted Loyalty Plumbing to access my kitchen sink leaking issue. Brian Garcia came out and diagnosed the issue. Brian is professional and reliable.

Getting a letter from the Water District is always fun! Jared came out and diagnosed a few things. Developed a plan of action. Just call Loyalty if you're having any plumbing issues. It will solve whatever headache you may have.

Had an active outside leak called Monday morning to make appointment to my surprise I was given the last appointment of the day. Brian was the technician assigned to fix the leak.  I had him fix both outside faucets plus look at a newly installed toilet.  He was professional and knowledgeable.  
Invoice was explained to me with option of a one year maintenance plan. I was grateful for choosing the maintenance plan, knowing my water heater will be properly serviced.

I wanted to recess the gas shut off valve (stove) a few inches back so the stove would sit closer the wall. Without having to have a 3 inch gap between the wall and the stove.

Their response was quick. Robert, one of their technicians came to give me an estimate. After he looked at the shut off valve he went back to his van to prepare and estimate.

It took Robert about 15 minutes to prepare an estimate,  really????
Anyways, Robert came back with a.quote of $1300.

Nothing But Water Heater, came to replace my water heater a week later and I asked him about the gas shut off valve. He recessed it for a small fee. Great owner and company.

Loyalty Plumbing should change their name to Dishonest Plumbing. They will over charge you if you have no knowledge of what a may cost. Always get a second opinion before hiring them.

Brian came out to my house this morning because both of my exterior faucets have been leaking for awhile because of calcium buildup and Brian was absolutely wonderful!! He checked all of the plumbing and my hot water tank which was installed 13 years ago. Most of the plumbing is the original plumbing and he recommended that they be replaced, as well as the hot water tank. What I was very appreciative was the payment plan. Being the lone person paying all the bills, every little bit helps and this is very much appreciated. Can't wait to finally get the plumbing upgraded. Thank you to Brian for explaining everything!!!!! He deserves a 10 star rating!!!!!

Loyalty Plumbing did an excellent and fast job hooking up our tinyhouse trailer to our boiler system! They were very reasonable and were happy to negotiate! Will definitely be reaching out again soon!

Brother Daniel was honest with me with the situation was going on outside my unit, the communication was on and he were there ready to do the job, they are always busy so sometimes they will be late when time was expected to be there but we good, the HOA need to fix the issue and it will cause problems in the future if not solve

As much as I wanted to give Loyalty Plumbing a FIVE STAR rating, I resisted simply because I wanted to be sincerely honest.  I wasn't 100% happy, and wanted to share my experience in dealing with what started as a clogged drain.  

Following a year of constant shower line clogs and using Avalanche Plumbing in Las Vegas to repeatedly rooter out the 2 line up on the roof - and them failing to respond to my calls for service under their 30 Day Guarantee, I gave up and started looking for a different plumber with decent Yelp client reviews.  I saw an ad for Loyalty Plumbing on TV, and researched their client's reviews.  They had decent reviews, so I gave them a call.  They were very nice on the phone, and made a quick appointment for me to have my problem researched, and to be given a free estimate the following afternoon.    They have a slick appointment system, sending you an immediate email and text confirming your appointment..  

Prior to arriving, they send you another notification of who your technician would be with his photo so you already know who would be coming.   Brian arrived timely, and went straight to work.  He pulled the toilet in the bathroom with the clogging issues, and noticed the toilet flange was broken, and noted that would also have to be repaired prior to resetting the toilet.  As well, as running a cable out through the main sewer line.  They gave me a price I couldn't possibly afford, but were willing to negotiate the total, and we agreed on a price. Brian went straight to work, grinding away at the plugged line, but to no avail, was unable to break through the blockage.  Following his repeated attempts, he recommended a main line hydro-scrubbing which he was confident would completely resolve my issues.  They did not charge me for any of this work, but it left me with the broken flange on my toilet, so toilet could not be reset properly, and I still had. The plugged sewer line, affecting my kitchen, laundry and one bathroom.  

The new proposal was 4 times more expensive than the original proposal, and I declined as I couldn't possibly afford this expense.  Now left with two choices: One, use paper and plastic dinnerware and a laundromat, or Two, get the sewer line repaired once and for all. I was uneasy about the pricing, but knowing plumbers are really expensive, I finally found a way to finance it which meant using a friend's credit card.  

Repairing the toilet flange so the toilet could be easily removed and replaced was an absolute necessity to get the toilet back remounted, in any event.  The discounted price was $458.  It felt like it was really expensive, but I had to get it done.  Following the work I researched it.  The replacement part was $26.36 at Lowe's, and took less than 5 minutes to install.  I pretended it was a 500% Markup on the part, that would be $131.80 plus labor for five minutes at $326.20 - my calculations, that comes to $3,914 per hour.  My presumption was correct - Massively over priced, especially since they had to be there to Hydro Wash the sewer line in any event.

The discounted price for the hydro pressure jetting to wash out the entire line plus camera through line to see that it's completely clean was $1,459.  They came back with a big machine to flush everything out with high pressure, assure the pipes were completely clean, and repair the toilet flange.  All done, and we have everything working again and the stink is gone.

The biggest item on my very short list, is the way they reinstalled the toilet (which is less than a year old).  I watched every step of the way.  The technition used over sized bolts from the flange to attached the toilet.  Rather than cutting them off properly, he bent them back and forth with his  channel locks until they broke off, likely destroying the integrity of the threads - making it more difficult for the next technician, and preventing a clean fit for the cap.  Looks crappy.  When I questioned him why it looked so bad, he said parts were missing from the toilet that caused it.  Highly unlikely, since it was a new toilet, and his own companies's prior technician was the person both removing, and replacing the toilet.  I'll live with it unhappily, but that was the biggest negative I have.  

UPDATED:  To my surprise, within 1 hour after I posted my review, I was called directly by their customer service manager.  She understood every concern and committed to having the original technician, Brian, return and address every issue.  They did exactly as promised, fix every concerned and left me completely satisfied.  They also ran the video of the pipe, and showed me a dip in my server line about 27 feet out from the line, and that I could possibly have issues in the future.  I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
