Had some issues with the water pressure in my house. It was too low. Tried everything I could think of to try to fix it myself. Finally, gave up and scheduled an appointment with Water Wise through my home warranty. Water Wise called within 24 hours to get an appointment set up the next morning!
The technician called when he was on his way and showed up in the time frame I was scheduled for.
My technician, Eric, was friendly (wore a mask) and listened to what I said the issue was.
He knew what it was right away! He thought he had the part on his truck. Unfortunately, it was not a new part. However, he swiftly ran to the store and came back with the part needed. Throughout the process he explained what happened and what he was doing. I was kept informed, which I appreciate.
Now, I have great water pressure again all thanks to the quick, friendly service of Eric and Water Wise!!

I cannot praise this company and staff enough, they are very professional, accommodating, helpful and caring. They were very diligent in looking for a resolution to my problem and came up with a fix to correct the issue. They repaired 3 items for us, we would definitely call on them again. My electric Water Heater was not providing HOT water - but it was NOT leaking. I contacted Water Wise Plumbing via Yelp at 10 p.m. at night - and they were at my house the following morning. Ryan did the repairs. He flushed and descaled my Water Heater - and replaced the Heating Elements and Thermostats. He did not try and encourage me to REPLACE the Water Heater - like some of the other plumbers I had contacted. He was neat and clean - and finished the job in less than an hour. I was very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again.

I had a warranty with American Home Warranty for my house and they sent Water Wise Plumbing when my water heater went out. Communication with Jeff was great and had a plumber come right away to check the problem. Ryan, the technician, was prompt and very professional. My problem was resolved in 2 days. I usually do not have a good experience when it is a warranty chosen technician. Water Wise Plumbing was very efficient. They will now be my To Go outfit for any Plumbing needs!

Zeros why? Company came out to repair my water heater and for some reason my kitchen sink water pressure was low after they left I asked him why and they said oh you need to call the water company or the county or the city so not true. The technician that came out did not want to fix it for some reason I don't know why oh it's just supposed to be that way technician said However before the repair my kitchen faucet water pressure was perfect so anyway very upset I would not use them. So again if you want to waste your time and your money use this company. All I asked is if the technician was nearby he can just stop by and fix the water pressure simple from what I hear I can't do it but the technicians sure could've but they didn't care. All the money they got for my repair they didn't have the courtesy just to stop by and help me with that.

Ryan, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable. He explains exactly what needs to be done, and provides great recommendations for other items to make them better. I cannot speak for some customers who had a terrible experience with this company through AHS but as with everything in life, nothing is perfect and stuff sometimes happen. I was hesitant at first because of some reviews here but I'm glad I went through with the transaction. I had them serviced through my AHS insurance and in my case, they were all an easy fix. Donnie was polite and courteous, fixed all 5 issues in my house with no hesitation or BS that comes with dealing with what is covered or not. The job was done in 1 hour. Phone conversation with the office was also professional. I would use this company again. Thank you for a smooth transaction and for getting the job done. I understand some of us don't like to get ripped off but you guys made it simple. And, this is a legit review from someone who knows nothing about plumbing.

This company is not good at all! Zero stars from me.. Just put in another AHS service with them to have them come back out to fix the same issue that none of their plumbers seem to know how to fix. This is the 3rd time for same issue.. Let's see if the 3rd plumber they send out will be able to fix the toilet! I made sure to put a note on my AHS account to never ever send this company back for future issues. I had to try and explain to the receptionist guy on the phone today that his plumber he sent out did not fix the issue and he kept rereading his notes in his system saying it was fixed according to his technician, HA! what a joke! If it was fixed, I wouldn't be calling you.....Also, This company lacks calling you back, you have to chase them down to schedule your ahs appointment. I won't be calling them this time, I'll just patiently wait till they call to schedule their plumber right back out here again for the 3rd time! Definitely will leave a bad review once I receive that survey from AHS.

If I could give them zero I would this company is so bad from customer service to their plumbers I can't even express it without getting angry and sick to my stomach DO NOT HAVE DEALINGS WITH THEM unless you want to wait over a week for nothing! The technician plumber whatever you want to call him was horrific and seriously didn't know what he was doing then when I called to ask them to send someone else I was told he was the most experienced, that floored me! Seriously people unless you are a big job then don't bother

I never do reviews but Water Wise (particularly Sierra) went above and beyond. They were called out from my home warranty company for a slab leak and Sierra was so kind and patient with the process (it took a week or so for insurance to approve demolition of the shower where the leak was coming from) We decided to do a reroute of most of our house because our home is 30 years old and I didn't want to have to deal with this problem again. Sierra was knowledgeable, and efficient and made it easy to access the plumbing for potential future issues that might occur instead of having to tear out everything again. Pricing was extremely fair also. Thank you Sierra!

We called our home warrenty and they sent out Water Wise Plumbing. They sent Jodi out and he did good job trying to diagnose the problem. We had to have them come out again because a leak could not be detected we continued to get water spots on ceiling. They sent Walter their senior/master tech to come out and take a look. After many observations and different tech to diagnose the problem he give us a detailed explanation as to what may be causing the water spots we were seeing on our ceiling again. My husband was a master plumber back in the day but was away on business when this happened to our ceiling. He explained ever single detail n how n why this continued to happen. Needless to say we are still monitoring the issue but feel confident what Walter explained may be the problem. We would most deff use this company again even if we did not go through home warrenty.

RIP OFF ARTISTS! I usually don't write bad reviews but this one is fair warning to anyone in Las Vegas area, this company promotes scamming the homeowner if you have a home protection policy. The guy showed up and was on his cell phone from the minute he walked in to when he left. He looked at the pipe that was broken which happened to be 10ft in the air and never got on the ladder I offered him nor did you use a flashlight to see what was going on, the access panel is in the ceiling in a pantry on the floor below. He just said it will be $275 + $75 your policy does not cover this work. When I told him I was pretty sure it did, he just said no if I wanted it fixed I was going to have to pay him the $$$. I told him no way and he left without doing anything, I call my home warranty company and they confirmed that all the work was covered and he should never had asked for more $. They were contacted by the home warranty company to come back out and do the authorized repairs but they never called to come back out, when I finally called them the said it was authorized by the home warranty but now they wanted $312 + &75 to come back out, I will reporting them to the BBB also. Could never speak to a supervisor or owner there either they must all be robbing old ladies in the parking lot. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY: Took 3 to 4 days to complete a simple 3 hour job. They NEVER had the parts (valves, pipes, etc) to even complete the job and they always had to leave and come back another day. What plumber doesn't carry basic pipes and hose valves?? Apparently Water Wise. Check your plumber ratings before you hire a plumber. Lesson learned here!

We had a nice gentleman come out on Sunday morning to fix a leaky bathtub faucet. The man said he could probably repair it after a quick run to Home Depot. Came back and thought he fixed it but told us we should probably keep the water off otherwise it would leak. He said he'd get the diagnostic off to the home warranty company right away. Now it's Wednesday, and I spoke to someone and he said that it hadn't been taken care of yet. And he could not tell me why. Anyway, this story is too intricate but I need the leak fixed in my tub right away! Please come take care of this on Thursday April 2nd!

They diagnosed the problem via an app similar to FaceTime. Their technician (Curtis) arrived 90 minutes after the initial contact after he called ahead. He was properly masked due to the pandemic and was wearing booties too. He was professional, polite, and also worked quickly and efficiently. He fixed the plumbing issue properly. This seems like a really good company and I'll use them again without hesitation.

This was my first time hearing about Water Wise, and was a little worried at first due to the low amount of reviews but was put at ease with the initial, interaction via my yelp inquiry.

All my concerns were addressed by Ryan via yelp's inquiry system which help me move forward with scheduling the work needing to be done. On the day of, James gave me a call to confirm everything and answer my additional concerns and to very the time frame.

At the designated appointment time, Ryan gave me a courtesy call informing me of their ETA. Ryan and Joe were punctual, polite, as well as professional when I opened the door to them. They immediately got down to business. The job was done in a very timely manner and as a plus, the cost was true to the estimate.

I will definitely be recommending Water Wise Plumbing to friends and family.

They showed up in 1.5 hours when everyone else said next day. My main sewer line was clogged solid and next day won't due. It was opened up quickly, much to my relief, and very reasonably priced. great service and great price. I will recommend to all my neighbors. We all have the same mediocre drain design with the flap [check valve ] on the end of the pipe. guaranteed to clog sooner or later. My wife already posted great things about Water Wise on her facebook page.

I owe this company a improve excellent review as I once said that a company that is trustworthy and good is when you have a problem with them backing their workmanship and in this case last month with Water Wise Plumbing rose to excellence. Ryan Carl, the owner, rose to the level to ensure that the a repair that required to be redone were made and he went up above and beyond the call of duty to stand by the warranty and workmanship of his plumbers. The repair was done in the most professional and efficient manner requiring opening up the wall, repairing the part, and building back the wall at no cost. This superbly demonstrates an excellence in customer service and commitment. Along with this repair, I learned that Water Wise Plumbing has more experience and does more extensive plumbing repairs then any other plumbing company in Vegas. As a matter of fact, we had two previous plumbing companies that was very limited in plumbing repairs where Water Wise does it all. Water Wise Plumbing is also much more reasonably affordable then any other companies around. I give this plumbing company exceptionally high marks and their willingness to keep improving customer satisfaction is their quest. I highly recommend this company in every exp of your plumbing needs from basics to extensive.

Water Wise was responsive to the issue of a Gas Valve Controller on our Rheem waterheater that was still under warranty. While it took a very long time for Rheem to provide the parts necessary, they authorized Water Wise to do all the work and it cost me nothing, other than nearly 10 days without hot water, which should have been 2 if Rheem were more responsive. Jody (male), Coral and Ryan and perhaps there was a Brian in there, were great to work with.

Do not use this plumbing service. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and bad at their jobs. The owner, James, has the nerve to leave us a voicemail, I guess we'll send someone out for the THIRD TIME. Well guess what, James? If your employee, Ryan, had done his job right the first two times, we wouldn't have needed to call you a third time!!! Then rude Ryan gets to our house and blames the leaky faucet on us, saying, You might want to think about getting a new sink. It's pretty old. Well it worked just fine before you touched it, so whose fault is it really? And clean up after yourselves, you slobs. We shouldn't have to remove the excess silicone around the edge of our sink. That's what we pay YOU for.

Be very careful using the services of water wise plumbing. Their Plumbers are involved in a scam rink. They work with emergency restoration services to create false claim to scam the insurance companies. one of them came in my home he was very dishonest. First he lied about the cost of the faucet then he lied that my warranty company will not pay for the labor. He wanted to charge me 450 dollars to install a faucet, that is covered under warranty. He then overstate a drip under my sink. He state that the drip was a leak quickly destroy the evidence and contact emergency restoration services. He must have a side deal with them to get some of the insurance money. Emergency Restoration came to my house and tried to tear up everything as if I had a flood. Thank God I caught on to these guys.
Also the guy they appears as if he had a issue with me being colored.
Maybe not all the employee is as dishonest as this one but I would caution you to watch everything they do and ask questions

Unfortunately, didn't get. A chance to try them out. Waited hours , which is fine because they give you a range but the lady calls me at 145 to tell me technician will arrive around 230..waited until 430 so decided to give them a call, lady apologizes and tells me she forgot to call me to let me know technician won't make it at this time and now places me on hold for a while so she can contact the guy. she then tells me tech can't make it before 500. (Time promised) very disappointed. I'm usually very understanding but this just created more stress to me

I had a claim through American Home Shield to replace my hot water heater. Water Wise plumbing was amazing from start to finish. The communication with the office staff, Coral, to the plumber Bailey coming out to the house was great. He explained everything to me throughout the whole process and gave me very accurate pricing and timelines and communicated right away to the home warranty company. The repair work was fast and clean and no extra add ons or up sells. I will use them in the future for sure!

Terrible customer service. Our warranty company dispatched this company to take a look at our water heater that went out. Water wise called me to give me a time between 10am -2pm. Christian did not make it to our house until after 6pm. No courtesy call to tell us anything. Finally gets to the house, and stays about an hour, tells us he is going to put in the diagnosis ASAP and I should see it first thing in the morning. Chk the warranty website at 0830 and nothing. Called the office and was told that Christian had already submitted the diagnosis and waiting in the warranty. I wait an hour and decide to call my warranty company, they advised that no, the technician hasn't submitted anything yet and that they would call him to submit. I wait another hour, and chk the warranty website nothing. I then called water wise back to advise them (Coral) what the warranty company said and she then contacted Christian to inform him to get the diagnosis in ASAP, still nothing. Customer service is beyond terrible. We are going on three days with no hot water, or water to shower at all. Beyond frustrated with their lack of customer care, truthfulness, and incompetent technician. Call another company if you can!

Water Wise Plumbing was the assigned vendor for my home warranty plan. I reported a water softener leak to my home warranty plan, when finding it in my vacated rental property. Water wise tech arrived to a dry garage floor and no evidence of the water leak source--even after running a cycle. grrr! I had to pay my $75 trade call fee required by my home protection plan. BUT, knowing there is a 30-day recall feature in the plan, the tech suggested I keep an eye on it and if water leak reappears, to photo the originating area.
The next time I was at the property, after dark, there was even more water on the garage floor. I took photos and videos of the water as it dripped/fell. My plan sent WaterWise back out, they saw video-pics and it's current wet condition. They said they would recommend replacement to my home protection plan....and it was authorized!. They brought a new softener, installed it, programmed it, and took away the old one--and wiped up the garage floor . They drained at least some of the (salted) water at the curb before loading the old unit into their vehicle. They were courteous, polite & a pleasure to deal with. Hours later I heard from neighbors, with a photo of the white salted water that had run down the sloping street (blacktop street). Being 70+ and recovering from hand surgery, I knew it was not something I should attempt to resolve. I called Water Wise and explained the situation. Early the next day WaterWise came back and cleaned up the salted street-Awesome! WaterWise is in my GOOD BOOK of vendors!

If I could give a zero review I would. They were sent out by the warranty company to unclog the sewer. Tried to charge me $800 to remove a toilet to snake the toilet I called another plumber. They came out, snaked it from the clean out in the front yard had it cleared in 15 minutes. These guys are rip offs.

Just terrible, plumber came to my house stated parts needed to be ordered went 3-4 weeks no communication at all I had to call daily! then a couple weeks later I use my guest bathroom shower and the whole faucet comes off and water is every where. The spout was just pushed in and not installed correctly, no one answers the phone just long wait times ! This is a nightmare!

They came to my rental in a Thursday at 2pm. It is now Wednesday at 1:12 and I still have not been notified. I had to call Monday. My tenants told me he was going to call me to let me know I needed a new sink. No call. When I called on Monday they said the plumber was off and there was nothing they can do because they couldn't get a hold of them. Please note before I called in the afternoon on Monday I had left a message for them to call ME .. nothing. They said they would call Tuesday .. but by late morning I called again. They had to get a hold of the plumber and told me the plumber has to call it in and couldn't get through to American Home Shield, but would call for sure . He would get back to me that that night . No call . It is now Wednesday and I called American Home Sheila and after I called them on Sunday and they sent an email to them, which meant they got by Monday .. they still had not even bothered to call me to at least let me know the plumber was off. Now American Home Shield still tells me as of Wednesday no diagnosis from the plumber , which means he still didn't call it in!! They talked to the company and they still are waiting on the plumbers! Wow! Really ?NOW I STILL AM WAITING .AHS says if they don't call it in today I am getting another company !!! Dont get this company they never follow up !! The sink is leaking and he still hadn't called it in for approval for 6 days . He did the service on Thursday at 2 .. So he can't say it's because of the weekend. !!! I'm so upset that they just are so unresponsive it's unreal!! I called the company again and they gave me the same story they will call the plumber and let him know to call American Home Shield ! The funny part is AHS just called them and told them they needed the diagnosis and they still did nothing! I told them if he didn't call AHS by today I would be requesting another company ! I just can't believe the lousy customer service ! Just terrible ! Forget these people !!

STAY AWAY !!!!! THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD

i have had the worst experience ever with this company i was referred to them from my home warranty company. fist off they showed up late in the evening after the appointment was between 2-3 pm only to tell me that there is nothing we can do too bad we will have to handle it tomorrow. ok i will live with that but the next day they came and disconnected my old water heater and then said we don't have the parts to install the new one. You will have no water until tomorrow and we will come in the morning. they showed up 3 pm. i had to take my expecting wife to a hotel which made it very inconvenient. after coming the following day they installed a pipe then said wait a few hours it will fill up and will work . well to my surprise i have hot water but i have zero water pressure so we are still unable to stay at home yet again. This has been the worst experience i wouldn't recommend them to anyone. they clearly don't t care for your time nor do they stand behind there work. i wanna point out the disaster they made in the process they didn't clean anything up behind themselves leaving metal shavings broken pipes screws ect all around pretty disgusting that the quality of work is so bad.

THE WORK IS STILL NOT DONE !!!!

I am so please with the quality of service and care I received from the moment I made my initial call until the end of my repair.
Our technician Jodi was on point.
He walked in, took care of the problem, was so professional while being genuinely concerned with our issues.
Never felt rushed, and it was truly an amazing experience. He asked me for a cloth to clean up after himself, I though that was an added quality.
Yes I would definitely recommend this company.

We originally called a different plumbing company, but after a no call no show twice, we got a recommendation for Water Wise from a neighbor of the owner and I couldn't be happier that we went with them!

Every phone call was answered by a live friendly person and all interactions both on the phone and with the tech in person were professional and the customer service was top notch!

The install of our reverse osmosis water system and a couple other repairs was completed quickly and efficiently! As for COVID guidelines, the tech was masked appropriately and they ask questions when scheduling to minimize any risks.

I have already recommended them to others looking for a good plumber!

Great experience. Came when they said they would. Got to the bottom things in a professional yet personal way. Were happy to show me what they were doing and why, leaving me confident the job was done right. Great company! My garbage disposal broke, seems like many people i called didnt want to waste their time coming over just for a disposal n plus i live up north far !!!! Rude men not wanting to help a nice girl. So four days w my disposal broken n Finally after calling 3 different people. I called Water Wise n they immediately set me up for next day visit. Pierre came over and he was super professional and kind. Not shady not trying to upsell me, he was honest n just seemed happy to help me out and said my garbage disposal was good. Just a clog .... Worked fast n cleaned up too. What a gentleman !!!

I was very pleased with the service provided by Water Wise, especially Ryan and Eric. This was the 2nd time Water Wise came out.. the first initial technician came out an hour late and nothing was done due to the warranty verification.. He did say he was gonna follow up with the warranty... First thing in the morning they followed up. Although we had to take a cold shower for one night, the installation of our new unit was a breeze. Ryan and Eric worked as a great team. They did the job quick, efficiently and it looked so easy. They recommended maintenance to keep the life of the heater and suggestions for proper use. They were excellent, in and out within the hour.

Water Wise Plumbing did an excellent job at my home when they came out under my warranty company to do repair work. I have read through these reviews and respect each individuals experiences, but as a retired contractor I think the public should here it from someone that knows it from both sides. Contractors have heavy workloads and time schedules that change daily. Predicted completion dates are never set in stone and repairs can either be done quickly or prolong depending on the situation. I know plumbers work into the late evenings and start early and do this schedule up to 6 days a week. When your getting work done and its extensive its a pain and uncomfortable at the time being but once its done and over your life returns to normal and your better for getting your repairs done. Also home repair work costs done by licensed contractors is a out of pocket expense that ranges from fair to costly, thats why getting several estimates is to your discretion. Contractors do not have it easy or deliberately make your life uncomfortable. Trust me, we just want to do our work and get it done and move on to the next task at hand.

I found out about this company through AHS. They don't always send the best options- but I fought for these guys based on the yelp reviews and I am glad I did. Toilets can be fickle bitches when it comes to having the Home Warrenty cover the cost. I had a running toliet that was hitting my water bill... HARD
Keith came out, checked everything out, fixed everything the same day. He was quiet, polite and professional. He even showed me how to check the water meter for leaks. Thanks Dude!!

My condo's water heater was down and out and it was still covered by the manufacturer warranty. So the manufacturer contracted with Water Wise to repair and Donnie from Water Wise came out. He was friendly, explained the problem in layperson's terms, and quickly repaired the heater. So far, it's been working great (finally! after a week of no hot water and heat!). Thanks, Donnie!

Hudson Enterprises came out
Saw wax ring was seated below tile creating a gap and our issue.

He replaced with a thicker wax ring and problem
Solved! And only 15$ more than the AHS deductible

First, and most importantly to us, Curtis was extremely courteous and respectful. He took the time to listen to our attempt to explain the problem with our problem. It involved a hot water/forced air home heating system that he wasn't particularly familiar with. He researched the possible problem and rectified the situation with a sense of urgency that was admirable.
We now have both hot water and a toasty warm home.

My home warranty company, American Home Shield, assigned WWP for a garbage disposal issue. Their tech analyzed the problem and determined a new unit was needed. WWP ordered and installed a model that was NOT similar to my old unit. After numerous contacts WWP still did not correct the problem, however AMS did reimburse me $500 + for the cost of exact replacement after I filed a complaint with the State of NV Business Industry- Insurance Division. I would not recommend this company as I feel they were very ethical and tried to scam a senior citizen.

My water heater went out 5 weeks ago. The company that installed it refused to aid any assistance. Water Wise Plumbing was not only courteous and kind they fixed it better than the previous water heater. The hot water was lukewarm and now I have HOT water. I have to say that Roshon at Water Wise is the best. He kept in contact with me the entire time. He spoke with the company and explained to them what the problems were. He is simply the best and I would recommend this company and use them in the future.

Quick, affordable, and responsive same day service. I had a hot water emergency that needed to be quickly fixed. These guys amazed me with how fast they were with getting me an affordable quote, and were even able to order replacement parts free of charge through Rheem, my water heater's manufacturer. Made an appointment because we had a part that needed replacement, on 12/30/21 technician came but had the wrong part. He repaired that part after going to Lowe's but before we could use the toilet I heard water running, never had I heard water running. Called them back they came out and said another part needed replacement.
Again, never any problems with this called a local plumbing house they were stumped. Gave them a picture of the first part. No picture of the second part. So I get charged 120.00 for the first visit, but if something was not wrong and suddenly is you charge me another 100.00.

I filed a warranty request with Rheem on my 16 month old water heater. They dispatched Water Wise Plumbing. I met with Christian who spent several hours troubleshooting and diagnosing the problem with Rheem tech support. He was punctual, professional, and competent. He also advocated for Rheem to overnight parts so we could get the repair completed sooner. Thanks Christian!

HORRIBLE company! It says they're 24hr emergency service but it's a lie. My moms home shower wouldn't stop so through her homeowners insurance they came, looked at it and said we had to call the city to shut the water off then they would come back the same day. I called the office back within 40 minutes and the lady who answered the phone was completely rude, said it was not an emergency and if we didn't like it to take it up with our insurance. Rude employees and false information on their website!

A home inspection revealed a water leak at the meter. Las Vegas Valley Water District said it was the homeowners responsibility after they came out and inspected it. Recommended getting it fixed immediately. But, LVVWD also noted that the meter was not spinning. What does that tell me? No active leak. So, I called WW and Roshon came out. He and I were there almost 2 hours trying to figure out where this leak was coming from. So, between the two of us, we came up with a plan for me to go back and check everyday for a few days. I shut off all of the water to the house, and the next day, the meter box was full of water again but the meter never changed. It was finally determined that the leak was really the next door neighbors over-watering their lawn, and water was running into the meter box. Thanks to Roshon, we had an answer!!! He was super friendly, super knowledgable, and very helpful! He's definitely an asset to Water Wise Plumbing. I would definitely call them, and ask for him, should I need any other plumbing needs.

Horrible customer service. Had an appointment between 9am-1pm. 1:30pm no one has called or showed up, I call and they said they don't know what happened. They called me back said they would to my house at 2:30pm. 3:30pm still no one had shown up or called, AHorrible communication and service. Do not call you will simply waste your time.

The tech said he would be to my house by 2:30. No time frame between 2:30-3:30 was ever given. But I had another company come out, they called when they were on the way and they were were on time!!

I recently bought this gorgeous home only to have the water tank to give out and leak everywhere. Water wise was very easy to work with and Mike was able to explain everything they were doing. They removed and replaced the water; got everything up to code; and took care of the permitting for us. Mike also took care of a pounding in the wall when you flush. The water pressure in the house was too high and had to replace a valve and there's been no issues since. Again, he was able to break down and explain everything to me. Mike was also very quick about typing everything and handing the process with my home warranty company. Shout out to Mike and Water Wise Plumbing for being transparent, efficient, and professional about this whole process.

I called to have Waterwise to come and take a look at a arrogation back flow valve because the handle broke off. Ryan and Jody came out took a look at it and could have fixed it at a $$$ rate, do to the need to not just fix the handle but replace the entire fixture. However, they both took a good look at it and the yard to make sure everything is working properly, and said it was up to me if I wanted to dish out the money to change it out now or wait until I need to. These guys are awesome!

They also asked me if there was anything that I needed them to look at and I showed them an exterior faucet that isn't the prettiest to see if I needed to change it out, and the honesty within these guys made me a happy camperThey basically said it's not leaking so it looks good, and no need

Responsive by phone and by text and shows up when he is supposed to. These are the little things that go along way. Excellent work on the sink as well which is expected. Wasn't expecting such a knowledge and friendly plumber who was reasonably price while delivering high quality. I told Ryan I would tell everyone in my community about him. Thanks Ryan!!!

This company is trash, their technicians are trash. They will come out to fix a leak, they blame it on something else, leave, leak gets worse, they come back AND FINALLY fix it.

Their business tactic is very simple: Let's do the least amount of work possible so that the customer calls us back again to do more business with us.

They never tell you the full story, they never check out the concerning issues at hand and fallback to whatever they diagnose.

Don't trust this company, obviously most of their reviews are fake. Also, their techs are rude if they can't find the leak then they just walk out without any sort of professionalism.

Shady company, shady tactics, run as far away from this company.
