I just want say THANK YOU TO DARYL with DMS Plumbing!! I am a commercial property manager and had a few companies tell me it was going to cost thousands of dollars to fix a leak on one of my properties without giving me actual proof of the problem. Daryl came in and was very nice having to wait on some of my tenants to show up and unlock their units, then was able to fix the problem for $150. I will continue to use the company for all future plumbing issues on all my properties. THANK YOU!!

Great service and great people.  Christine scheduled my appointment and even moved it up closer to accommodate.  She was very helpful over the phone.  The tech that showed up to fixed my clogged dishwasher was Jose Arias.  He was extremely professional and offered a lot of advice is preventative plumbing.  I don't know the other techs, but i would recommend DMS plumbing and Jose Arias.

My water heater broke just before I had to go to work on 12/17/16. Went to work and called a few plumbers. Some offered to come the next day. Not sure how important a water heater is to you in December but that wasn't going to fly with me.  

I called DMS Plumbing after reading some reviews on Yelp, of course. Spoke with Gabby and was initially told between 9am and 12 pm the same day. Then about a half an hour later I get a call back from DMS Plumbing and they could get out there around 8am.

Met up with employee TJ at my house around 8am. Gave an estimate for the work and materials needed. Price was comparable to others and he even mentioned now they have to get county water/gas permits. I had to get back to work and TJ installed it in my garage without me being there. When he finished he took a photo of the installation and left the bill. (I left a tip.) He even took a photo to show my garage door was closed when he left and texted it to me. I paid by phone later. Thank you, DMS Plumbing for being a good business!

After reading all the reviews here on yelp I decided to go with DMS Plumbing. I am extremely satisfied with the service that they provided me. From start to finish this was a very nice experience. The price was fair and the technician was very kind and explained everything to me in detail. I will definitely use this company again and refer them to all my friends and family.

The first time DMS came to my house, they literally rescued me from bad work of a handyman, who almost wrecked my water heater and left me without any water overnight.
Second time they did a great job, fast and efficiently, fixing a long term problem. TJ is very professional, yet easy to communicate with, he answers questions patiently and thoroughly.

We called for a quote for removal of a soft water system and got fully educated on the system. We moved and then wanted a quote on an install of a whole house water filtration system for our new place and the the same guy showed! He was quick and informative and the pricing was totally fair. We agreed to use them and the installer showed up on time and worked fast. Great service! I'd recommend them to anyone who has the plumbing needs. They are very efficient and the employees are super nice!

I'd been interested in Tankless Gas Water Heaters but I could't find the right person to answer all my questions.  I checked the Tankless water Heater web site and called, the on-site plumber answered questions but they don't have a Tankless water heater at their house.  Then I called DMS Plumbing from previous services. TJ came to my house and he answered all my questions very clearly because he has tankless water heater in his house! Bingo!!  His explanation was understandable and chose the right size and function of the tankless water heater and put it on the same day!
Now I'm enjoying endless hot water and no need to worry about rusty brown hot water anymore!  Even though some manufacturers do not require an additional gas  line, county code required one.  TJ did all the work and the Gas company just hooked it up for free.  If you're thinking about Tankless water heater, Call DMS !!

I will definitely be using and recommending them to my friends and family!! If you call ask for Anthony (Brice Olmstead) he was polite, thorough and did a great job. He stayed to make sure our faucet and garbage disposal he replaced we're working and that we had no need water leaking! They also called when they didn't think they could make the time window. Last plumber that replaced our faucet took 2 hours to complete the installation. Anthony had both done in 45 minutes. That's customer service and the best part it didn't cost us a small fortune!! The price we paid was a whole lot less than we were quoted from other plumbers we called. We expected to pay a lot more for a same day, Saturday call out. It's been a few hours since he left, no leaks and all is working properly. Thank you so much.

DMS Plumbing in Vegas is wonderful.  We own an investment property in Vegas and our tenant called us with complaints of an increased water bill.  We had 2 other quotes besides DMS and they not only came in at the most reasonable rate, the speed and professionalism of their crew (and owner, Douglas) was top notch. Their diagnosis was spot on and they didn't try and upset me like the other companies tried. Highly recommend DMS Plumbing!

my tub faucet would not turn off all the way so I called DMS to come out to look at it (this was on a wednesday).  The plumber they sent out (Jose) was really nice, but he said he couldn't fix it that day so he had to come out the following day, but that the front office would call me in the morning to schedule.  The front office never called that morning (thursday) so I had to follow up with them & schedule a time for Jose to come back.  He came later that day & said that my faucets were discontinued so they have to order a new part, but that in order to fix it, he would need to cut a big section of my wall out to get to the area he needs, but he couldnt do it that day, the front office would call me the following day to follow up (lol).  Friday morning now and the office never calls me.  I called them once again and the girl said she would email me info, price, etc.  I gave her my email 3 times & she never emails me.  I call her again & give her my husband's email address & ask her what the estimated cost of the repairs are so that we can make an informed decision & get the tub fixed.  She said it was $1000+ to get the tub fixed, they would need to cut into my wall & we would be responsible to fix the wall ourselves.  I told her to email us the quote with a breakdown of where the costs are coming from.  In the meantime, my husband calls another plumber who comes over & fixes the faucet in 30 minutes with NO need to cut into my wall & it cost me $240.  PS- I never got the email from DMS plumbing.  I would be VERY CAUTIOUS if you choose to use DMS.  In fact, I'd probably just not use them at all, just my experience.

I've used this company twice now.  

Once when my wedding ring was flushed down the toilet :(.  He did everything he could and even ran a camera down to see if he could find it for me with no luck.  I appreciated all of the effort and he explained to me before hand that it was unlikely which I appreciated, not I wanted to do everything in my power.

Second time we had a couple small issues that weren't even too bad and he came out to do a quote and explained to us what was going on.  He also took a look at our water softener and explained that it just needed to be replaced.  My husband actually ended up doing the work himself, but we'd definitely use them again in the future.

Great customer service and great work. Came out early on a Sunday morning and took care of my clogged pipe. Fast and friendly service. You don't find that in many companies anymore and that's why they will be the only plumbing company I'll use from here on out! Thank you so much for your help this early morning!!

I called DMS when I discovered that the valves under my sink were leaking. I also needed a water softener installed. Doug showed up in less than one hour and took care of both issues no problem. I am extremely happy with the service provided and am 100% satisfied with the quality of work. Doug was helpful and a true professional. I would absolutely recommend DMS to anyone looking for a plumbing pro.

This place sucks, each time it's a new guy who doesn't know what he's doing but pretends he does. They've been out 5 times this year to fix my water heater and each time claim it's a new issue. I'd spent a pretty penny and it stil wasn't fixed and called when it broke down again to explain how many times this had happened and all they could do was make a free visit and then try and charge me $425 for 1 hour of labor!!! Well thanks for that ridiculous attempt to gouge a repeat customer, I called another place and got it done for half the cost and they were on time and didn't miss an appointment like these guys sometimes do. Never ever again!

I had some water leaking from my ceiling and they just came out to look at it and give me a quote. It was actually a very simple fix that didn't require them to do any work at all. I wish I could remember the technicians name who came out because he was very nice! I appreciated their honesty and I will be calling them again the next time we need any plumbing work done.

The main line to our house busted because of an errant tree root. Talk about an emergency. DMS Plumbing looked like a good company based on reviews, but I didn't realize how good this company is. More importantly, I didn't realize how great Doug is.

Doug responded fast. Lightning fast. And he arrived shortly after we spoke. Doug gave us a detailed breakdown of costs. There are no guesses here. You know what's what. No worrying.

Doug is one-of-a-kind. He is a fast, thorough, and careful worker. And he keeps a tidy workspace. I cannot properly express through text just how amazing he is at what he does.

I will recommend DMS Plumbing and Doug to everyone I know. Family, friends, and coworkers. So long as I live in this city, DMS and Doug will be my family's plumber. Thank you so much.

We had a collection of low-priority issues that had stacked up (such as a high pitch whine when the shower was running). Then there was a much higher priority issue that came up (leaking toilet). We needed help. DMS was perfect. I cannot believe how quickly they were able to resolve all our issues. It was impressive. Definitely worth it. Definitely who we will use in the future if we need help again.

We used DMS at a temporary home that we were in while our home was being renovated. One of the two water heaters sprung a leak and was flooding the garage.  DMS arrived and offered a great solution, was affordable and did a great job.  We have already referred them to two other families that needed a good plumber.  We will use them again.

This was my first dealing with DMS Plumbing servicing my water heater.  Customer Service was fast and gave me a next day appointment.  Plumber T.J. explained the problem to me and was very helpful answering all my questions.  An overall excellent experience and would recommend this company.

We were struggling with changing the filter in our Nuvo water softener.  We called and they sent someone out in less than 2 hours.  Doug changed the filter and showed us how to do it, so we can now do it ourselves.  We will continue to use DMS for all of our plumbing issues.

Needed a plumber for my parents house a week ago.  Don came out and fixed each problem we had expertly.  He was fantastic - professional and friendly!!!  So, when I had a plumbing problem at my own house a week later, I called DMS again.  They sent Anthony to us the same day.  He was also friendly and professional.  He was able to diagnose and fix our problem quickly and effectively.  He too was fantastic.  Will absolutely call them for any of our plumbing needs!!

Water gushing from my garage from a water softner filter i had previously had installed. was fortunate enough dms could come out same day. they removed old filter and reccomended a better water purification system.

I have called DMS Plumbing for years for my plumbing problems, but I will never call them again. I felt absolutely duped! I called about a clogged shower drain. DMS sent, according to the invoice, Delfina Z. He quoted the job at $395.00. When I expressed surprise a clogged drain could be so expensive, he said It's a big job. I said, well if it's that involved, okay. 2 to 3 minutes later, he has removed the overflow arm and stopper and he's done! That's about $8000 an hour.

We changed our kitchen sink from a 2 basin sink to a single and the pipes needed to be redirected. We installed our new sink on a Friday and didn't realize we would need a plumber until everything was installed later that day. We were informed we would need to have a plumber to come in and go into the wall and change the height of the pipes. I called DMS Plumbing first thing Saturday morning and they were they were able to come out that same day. I called at 9:00am and Thomas was at my house around 10:20am. He was able to fix the piping without having to go through the wall saving us a lot of time and money. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs.

Used this company twice now! They are wonderful!! TJ was our service man both times. This time was TJ and an apprentice I believe. Both were wonderful. I highly recommend him and his team! They are very honest and very knowledgeable! They didn't lie or try to sale me on crap. I will for sure use them moving forward. These past 2 visits made a stressful situation very very pleasant once they arrived and prices are very reasonable!!!

Had a problem with the water not turning off in the tub so I called DMS because of the great reviews. I'm so glad i did because they found time to see us early in the day, and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes lol. TJ and Austin (his apprentice i'm thinking?) were polite and worked efficiently.

I have no opinion about the price as I have no prior experience with plumbing services, but it seemed fair to me. They had the part I needed on hand already so the convenience and timeliness of their work made it completely worth it.

Definitely recommend!

DMS Plumbing has saved our restroom! We had a loyal customer taking the most unholy sh*t imaginable and clogged out toilet until it was about to overflow. I highly recommend DMS plumbing because I called another company and they failed to even pick up the phone. However, I called DMS and they came in 15 minutes to save our restroom!  Best part, it was one of our customers who comes in to game! :D

700 bucks to replace a shower valve and left with a big mess to clean up and big hole in my wall. Do not call! Update: Job not done correctly. Jake very rude and unprofessional manager . Very bad experience.

Waited all day for them to give me an estimate he finally showed up around 530 pm said they would get back to me the next day and never did , so I called and she said she didn't have the estimate ready and then I called the next day and it still wasn't ready and they never called me back . Very unreliable.

The absolute WORST customer service !  I called for an estimate and they came out and spent 45 minutes looking at everything.  They broke valves and refused to fix what they broke.  When I called them to fix it, they said that they hadn't come out.  At least I have 4 cameras that prove what they did.  I will now be going to a lawyer and making a complaint at the BBB.

After reading the great reviews from the Neighborhood, Yelp, BBB, and Facebook we decided to call DMS - Aug 10, 2015.
Doug arrived at the appointed time, offered an incredible estimate we could not refuse and performed the service in a timely and professional manner.
DMS Plumbing provided affordable pricing coupled with timely, friendly, courteous and professional service.

Competent work was provided two times by DMS.

The first time, Blaine was excellent and was fair.

The second time was ridiculously overpriced.  2 valves located 2 feet from each other along with 3 feet of new copper.  1.5 hours of work cost $550.  

Won't be using them again.

Called with a last minute emergency.  My whole house's water was completely backed up.  Water was filling up both my bathtubs and my shower.  Water was all over my new floors and getting into the carpet.

Called DMS plumbing.  Christina took my call and was very helpful.  She asked where the backups were and immediately dispatched a plumber to come out.  Doug the technician was here within 30 minutes of a friggin Saturday.  Awesome.  I was freaking out because I needed to leave tonight and couldn't have my house full of dirty water. He quickly diagnosed that there was a clog in the main sewer line which is why the whole house was backed up.  He gave me a reasonable estimate and got to work.  Took his time and made sure the clog was removed.  Went back in again and made sure.

I give this company my highest recommendation.  Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I called a few other places before deciding on using DMS to compare prices for installing a water softener unit. I found this company not only to be fair, but very FAST as far as availability and installation time, and GREAT with flexibility! (Same day service!) As soon as they approached me, I knew I made a great decision! I'm excited to pass on the good word and let their business grow because they truly deserve it. And for those that are skeptical of these reviews and who post on here,  I'VE NEVER MET THIS GUY AND AM NOT AFFILIATED WHATSOEVER!!! Just a girl looking to find an honest plumber who does a good job. Oh and best part, they cleaned my garage floor of any water and garbage they left behind so I wouldn't slip haha you don't see this very often with Vegas companies, very professional and happy!

They came to my house to fix a drain that was backing up 3rd plumber we had there. First one to say we should get a camera and see what's going on. They used the camera told me there was a break in the line. We need to replace the pipe. Said they would get back to me in a few days with price. I called 4 days later said they would have someone call me. They never did. So I called another plumber. Thank goodness I did! because there was no break in the line!!! just a bad clog that was very difficult to. My pipes are working fine now. Thanks to Precision Plumbing. There's lots of good reviews on here about Dms. be careful  as they may have posted those good reviews them self. Dms did get $550 out of me for a false diagnosis.

Jesse came and assesses our water leak
Which ended up being the main water line need to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable, provided us with a competitive quote and DMS also worked with our insurance company. We would highly recommend and will use this company again. Jesse went above and beyond even making sure our landscape was in perfect condition again upon completing the job

I called DMS Plumber to repair or replace my water heater. I was super impressed when I first came in contact with the lady that answered the phone, Christina. She answered all of my questions on the phone and dispatched the plumber right away. When Doug arrived within 45 minutes, I found him to be ncredibly friendly, personable, and professional. He thoroughly inspected my water heater, explained what the problem was and offered the solution. He was very fast, very thorough, and very considerate. DMS is now my go to for all of my plumbing needs. Call them--you won't be disappointed.

DMS will be my to go plumbing! My place had a clogged toilet. I gave them a call after another company denied me and DMS came within 20 minutes of calling. They made it an easy process, in-out, boom, done! You can't have an easier experience for a cheap cost. You won't regret it :(

I just had an experience with DMS Plumbing that couldn't have gone better. I was trying to replace the water shut-off valves under the kitchen sink. It was a dual outlet kind with a silly design that prevents you from getting a wrench around the valve body. So instead it seems you have to put a wrench (or socket wrench or whatever) on one of the water outlet ports to hold the valve body in place while you try to loosen the compression nut. But the compression nut was seized and I had to apply so much force that I ended up ripping the outlet port off entirely. This destroyed the valve, but with one of the outlet ports out of the way, I could then get a (poor) grip on the valve body with a wrench. So holding the valve body in place with a wrench, I then applied even more force to try to loosen the compression nut, but it still didn't budge and I was worried that I was doing even more damage to the valve body.

So now I had a problem because I live in a condo where the main line water shut-off valve is shared with my neighbors. In order to do this operation I had shutoff the water to the neighboring units as well as my own, thinking it would be very temporary of course. But now with a broken kitchen sink shut-off valve, I couldn't turn the water mains back on until it was replaced.

Time to call in the professionals.

Much to my relief, Blaine from DMS Plumbing showed up within a half an hour or so. (This was a Monday afternoon.) He quoted me a price that I was perfectly happy with, given my situation. But it was also roughly 30% less than the other plumbing company I called. I say roughly because the other plumbing company gave me a range based on the description I gave them. To be clear, I wasn't price shopping at this point. The other company didn't have a plumber available at the time.

So the price was a relief (not dirt cheap of course, but not at all outrageous), but Blaine was just great. He was very pleasant, and handled the seized nut effectively. I had him replace both (hot and cold) shut-off valves. It turns out that one of the valves I bought had the wrong size water outlet port (bad advice from Home Depot), but he had the right one in his truck and offered to trade it for the one I had. (He actually ended up forgetting to take it with him when he left. Blaine, I owe you a water shut-off valve :) While he was here, I asked him how much it would cost to have him remove the (very rusted and awkward to reach) faucet nuts. He said, no charge, just mention it in the review. Gladly.

As far as plumbing jobs go it may have been a small one, but it was a bit of a life saver for me and like I said, the experience couldn't have gone any better.

If I could give negative 5 starts I would. Geez where do I start! first of all customer BEWARE of the shady half service you get at high cost.
in December my ex tried fixing my dripping pool filler pipe. Unfortunately he broke it and couldn't re-pipe himself being late for work, and I had to shut the water main off. It was Saturday late afternoon so sadly the only ones open to come out was DMS.

Tony came out Sat December 19th and said he needed to Break up the concrete with an industrial tool he didn't have on him, and said he'd have to come back Monday then drove off.
3 minutes later he pulled back up and said he could knock it out real quick for a couple hundred bucks since I had a little daughter at home and we needed water. I'm thinking cool, nice fella! After a few hits with a regular hammer into the concrete which didn't even go a more than centimeter deep (chicken scratch in my opinion), some pipe I already had, and some blue  Christy's blue glue it took about 30 minutes. Tony then says that'll take care of it with no problems and said it was $475.00. I almost fell over since it was 300 more than originally told. I chalked it up to a weekend charge and handed $500.00 to include a tip since he did come back.

The following week I left for California for a few  weeks, then returned only to leave again due to my grandmothers passing. Since burial services were delayed and up in the the air I was gone another couple of months. when I came back it took me another two weeks to notice my baseboards inside were bowing. It was clear this pipe had been leaking for some time and went undetected since I was away so much. Honestly who also would hawk eye it after spending $500.00 and being assured it would not leak anymore?

I had difficulty locating the company I used since I had called so many that day thinking it was dignity. after they told me it wasn't them I looked harder and found a txt message way down at the bottom of my history and reached out to their txt number on April 15th explaining the situation but didn't get a reply, until I emailed on April 23rd to which I received a message on April 30th that they were sending Tony back on May 2nd. He said he wasn't trying to be a dick or anything but because it was past 30 days he would have to charge me $180.00 additional. Ok so I'll be almost $700.00 for am outer pipe that's a $60.00 fix?

I reached out and spoke with Shawna on Monday May 3rd and explained everything again and sent an email showing the photos of Tony's $500.00 work. By Friday May 7th no reply so I called Shawna for her to tell me that the pipe wasn't leaking from the spot on the last repair and also since Tony used my parts so they wouldn't cover it. First off he had listed on the original invoice that he used their parts off the truck, nothing about mine. Secondly wouldn't have had a problem paying an additional $5.00 for their PVC part, but I wasn't advised this would be an issue. My parts just happened to still be laying there and he decided to use them on his own. And the leak is absolutely in a spot tony had worked on. Just because my part was used, it doesn't count as an area he worked on? What???

Does this look like a  $500.00-$700.00 job to you, especially not even lasting 4 month?

I know it started leaking within 30 days, unfortunately I wasn't home to be aware of it....

Bottom line stay away from such a shady dishonest company.

Recently got an estimate to repair from a reputable plumbing company for less than half of they're fix our failed repair re-quote.

5 star spectacular service from the beginning till the end is the way I want to start of my review!

I was in a bind with a plumbing issue. This past Saturday night around 10PM, the toilet water wouldn't stop running and even with turning off the water valve in the bathroom it still wouldn't stop. My major dilemma was that I primarily live in Los Angeles, California but my secondary home is in Las Vegas. I was in Los Angeles at the time when my son informed me of the situation. I called and messaged a few places through yelp that listed 24/7 services available. Doug, the owner, was the first one who replied. Of course I wanted to get a few more estimates from other companies being that I know hardly anything about any plumbing issues. About 2 more companies replied but my intuition told me to go ahead and move forward with DMS. That was the best decision! I messaged him Sunday morning and he came and fixed it. I spoke with him on the phone but he gave the name Jake so I didn't know it was him(found out today that his name is Douglas Jake). He explained what was wrong and what my options were. I was going to go ahead and pay whatever I had to pay since I was on a time restraint since my son was coming back to Los Angeles that same day but he said that I would be ok with just fixing one part of the issue which saved me $150.
Not only was he prompt,  friendly and provided quality work but he is also genuine and I appreciate that! If I ever have any plumbing needs(which I hope I don't :)) I will definitely use DMS again.

From our initial contact with Doug to the multiple phone conversations with Gabby, we are 100% satisfied with DMS Plumbing.  They have proven to us they are a reputable company and stand behind their word, their work and the men they employ in the field.  Within 2 hours after our late-in-the-day call, Doug had determined we had a line leak from the street's water connection to the house's water control valve.  His crew was at our house early the following morning with the trench nearly completely dug out by noon.  A new line was laid out & connected and the crew replaced the landscaping exactly the way they had found it.  Two days later we discovered that while digging the trench, the irrigation system's electrical wiring from the controller to the panel had inadvertently been severed and DMS came out and repaired it with many apologies and Gabby (office manager) said if any other issues arose, we should notify them immediately and they would take care of it.  You don't get that kind of commitment any longer from just anyone!  DMS is high on our list of vendors we can trust to do the job they promise to do for a fair and reasonable price.  We did have to spend $70 for a private plumber to inspect the control valve when we found it wasn't working and he determined the wiring must've been broken during the digging of the trench.  I'm sure if I presented that expense to DMS they would reimburse us.

I picked DMS Plumbing when my water heater pilot light went out and I would definitely choose them again for all my plumbing needs.  Darryl came out on time, calling when he arrived.  He was very professional and had the pilot light lit in no time.  It's hard to find a company that is  professional and honest, but DMS Plumbing and Darrly are definitely both!!

I would recommend this plumbing company highly.. was able to get scheduled promptly for a water heater problem, and T.J. the technician who serviced me was very knowledgeable about my water heater issue and was more importantly directly honest about my options.  I was extremely happy about the work he performed as he went the extra mile to fix some semi-shoddy work done by the previous installer without charging extra.

We called DMS Plumbing to fix a leak on our shower. A technician named Jose Avias came and fixed it within 5 minutes!! He was quick, quite, very polite,extremely nice and very knowledgeable. he explained nicely and answered to all of our questions.
This Plumbing company is great! The price was fair. In general the experience was great. We are definitely recording them to anyone that needs plumbing services! They are Very professional and think outside the box! Use them!!

We had a plumbing emergency! The master shower backed up, and it was incredibly disgusting. It flooded the bathroom and caused a huge mess. I called DMS right then, and they had someone come out soon after. He snaked the clog and got everything fixed up very quickly. Quick service and decent prices--it cost a lot less than I anticipated. We have had no issues since. The plumber they sent over was also very friendly. I got very good vibes from him. We will use DMS plumbing if any other emergencies come up in the future. (Oh! Also, the plumber fixed our leaky sink for free and taught my fiancé the trick to keep it from happening again. Very nice.)

DMS plumbing is my first choice in plumbing I found them on Yelp and I have been happy ever since. I have had issues with my sink in the past and every time it leaked someone would just put a temporary fix on it but never fixed or diagnosed the problem that needed to be addressed. DMS came out fixed the issue right away and did not give me the run around. Highly suggest to use them for your plumbing needs.

The pilot light on our water heater would not stay on. We called DMS and they came out the next day. Figured out the issue, called all over town looking for the part. Ultimately we had to order the part but since it was under warranty they took care of it for us. As soon as the part arrived they came out the following day and had us back up and running with hot water in no time. Anthony was super quick and made sure everything was in order before having us sign off. We would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

We had water coming from upstairs down into our chandelier. We called DMS and they came right out
Blain was our tech and he did a SIMPLE inspection where he determined it was just a crack in the grout upstairs and it just drained into the wiring in the chandelier. It stopped leaking while he was here and he stayed long enough to make sure it was just what he thought. Any other technician would've just started putting holes in the ceilings and such.

I am extremely impressed with their service and he was very personable. We definitely will use them if we need them again. They're ethical who knew?!

It's Sunday. I expected an answering service / dispatcher. But I also expected them to be polite and informative. NOPE! They wanted to dispatch a plumber to my residence WITHOUT providing rates or having the tech contact me with rates. When I asked, So you're going to dispatch a plumber to look at the pipe, without having them call me first to discuss rates? I don't understand. His reply: You don't have to understand. It's how they operate. And hung up.

Needless to say, I called someone else. Wow. Way to do business, jerkoffs.

I am super impressed & shocked to be honest with you! We called at 8pm on a Sunday night. Doug rushed right over and quickly calmed our nerves. We were so stressed with a pipe that busted & we had no idea what we're gonna do. I was expecting an outrageous fee & a job that would take forever. He was so professional and so nice & took less than a half hour to fix the hole in our water pipe. I thanked him for saving us but he actually thanked me for calling him to help. There is no charge for after hours which we again were relieved to hear. We could not have asked for a better company or a better person. I absolutely recommend DMS! Thank you so much!

Called for a slab leak. They determined the issue, made some holes, found the line and rerouted the line in 1 day. I received a few quotes for a reroute and their pricing is very competitive. They used a high durable PEX and I requested it be insulated. Doug and his partner (sorry forgot your name) was very nice, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. While they were working, they told me exactly what they're going to do and gave tips plumbing along the way. They scheduled for the permit (included in fee) and scheduled for the inspector to come out.

Recap: Professional, on time, kind and price competitive. Rare gem of a business. Even the office clerk was nice and professional over the phone.

I wasn't very please with the technician that came out to give us a quote - HE DIDNT EVEN INSPECT THE ISSUE! We have a water heater leak in our ceiling and as soon as i mentioned to him i had a few other plumbers come out to give us a quote, he asked me what they said and then went to his car and brought back a quote - didn't even get on a latter and look at the problem. He was asking questions he could have clearly answered himself had he inspect the issue, that's the entire purpose of me calling a professional so i can get their professional opinion and a quote. I don't know anything about plumbing and yet he is asking me the size gallon i have (which i didn't know) so instead of inspecting my water heater, he just estimated 20-30 gallons and then quoted me for that. What if he were to come back and find out that my gallon was a 50 gallon, then what? Crazy.

One day, the floor in our kitchen become very hot.  After some internet research, my husband diagnosed it as a hot slab leak.  We called DMS Plumbing late that night and they sent Doug out first thing the next morning. After a quick look around our house, he diagnosed the issue as a slab leak and gave us a quote.  We were already impressed by his knowledge.  However, we figured it wouldn't hurt to get a second opinion, so we went through our home warranty company, who dispatched a random local company to take a look at the leak.  They were awful, very unprofessional, and quoted the problem to be over double that of what DMS told us.  We were not impressed, so we rightfully decided to book DMS Plumbing.  Doug was able to come out on a Sunday to fix the hot water issue, but in the process found other problems.  He easily could've just finished that job, taken a check, and left it at that, but he has the integrity to properly finish any job he starts.  He and a crew came back on Tuesday.  They worked quickly and efficiently.  We can finally take hot showers again and our water bill won't be crazy high anymore!  The professionalism and hard work at DMS Plumbing is why I would recommend this company.  All of the staff is very knowledgable about what they're doing and the customer service is fantastic.  Whenever I spoke to Christina in the office, she was so gracious and helpful.  Hopefully our plumbing issues have ended, but if another problem arises, we will definitely be calling DMS Plumbing!

DMS was great from the start. The operator that took my call and made the appointment to Anthony the service man who came out. Anthony arrived on time and was very personable. He went through the house and told me where all the problem items were. Quoted me a price and said call when you're ready. He found the leaks in less that 20min. He was not alarming because I had already had 2 bad experiences. He said it was the irrigation. He was the best. I definitely will call DMS.

Don't use them, they will ripped you off.
They took advantage of the situation, knowing that we were in an emergency having no water since 2 days.
DMS plumbing isn't honest!!!
Don't trust them.
They want to charge $700 for an estimation.Total cost $750 for labor and parts to repair a broken pipe, not to change the all system, just to put 2 pieces of plastic pipe which would cost no more than $15. Labor, definitely not that much or they would charge $700 for an hour...
When we asked if they'll replace the all system or just the broken pipe, she didn't even know and said she have to ask. They knew we couldn't wait longer. It was obvious they just wanted to take advantage of an emergency situation.

I don't recommend a contractor that is totally dishonest and takes advantage of you!!!
Another contractor quote the job for less than $250! Did the job and he didn't BS us.
So disappointing of people like DMS Plumbing. STAY AWAY!!!

Be careful of those contractors! It's really bad that so many contractors are trying to ripped people off especially in an emergency situation.

Thank God for DMS and Tony! We had a water main break during a pandemic, of course, and DMS was able to get it taken care of ASAP for a really reasonable price. We're so grateful to have our water back on. We appreciate that DMS worked to make sure to preserve as much of our concrete patio that the pipe runs under as possible, and they did a great job with clean up and putting everything including the lawn back together as best as possible. It's Sunday and time to call a plumber for our backed up kitchen sink. I was dreading the search for an honest, affordable service whose technician(s) will show up when they say they will, and if they are delayed, will call. I see the DMS Plumbing professional trucks around town, I pass their office often, and I see trucks parked at my neighbors (relatively new to the neighborhood) around the corner. My husband and I like to do business with our neighbors' businesses when we can, so I decided to call.

First call I get a voice message greeting and I'm thinking, Here we go, how long before I receive a callback. As I'm thinking this, no kidding, I receive a return call from a lovely gal who makes inquiry about my plumbing problem. Typical, clogged kitchen sink except not so typical because our waterline  runs 40' before it takes a turn to head out; great place for a clog and an electric snake was needed.

I make an appointment for the next day. Just as she said, I received a call when the technician was 30-45 minutes away from my door. Then I received a call from the technician, Anthony Olmstead, saying he was on his way, told me how much time before he'd get here and, yes, he was actually here when he said he would be. Thank you!

Professional, knowledgeable, kind and all with a genuine smile. Affordable!!! Yes, really. Call DMS Plumbing before you call anyone else. They're the real deal and made me feel comfortable. What!?! Yes, I actually said comfortable. Oh, and about the affordable part, the last time we had the same job done a few years back, we paid twice as much and I got quotes that were three times as much as what I paid today.

P.S. We have another plumbing issue to resolve in our home and Anthony was kind enough to explain to me what it may be along with a quote. Yes, they really mean it when they say Free Estimate.

P.S.S. We needed them a second time just five days later. Again, courteous, professional, kind, affordable, and got the job done thoroughly and quickly. I appreciated the conversation about our options if we have the same problem again. It's valuable to be able to speak with experienced professionals who really do care.

I had 3 plumbing issues in my house, stains on the ceiling with probably an issue in our master bath(it was a leaking shower outlet), leaking faucet and broken food dispenser. DMS responded quickly, TJ came by as promised, gave me a fair estimate and got the jobs done within a day. Super friendly, competent, didn't try to sell me unwanted additional services, just did his job, left everything cleaned up and working, the new installations impeccable....I am so glad I found a trustworthy plumber here in Vegas after eight years! DMS was referred to me by my mother who is a property manager. I had a shower leak that turned into about 50sq ft of water damage behind my shower and beneath it which was the ceiling of my kitchen below. I described the damage to Doug (the alleged owner of DMS) over the phone and he immediately asked me if I had homeowner's insurance. Without hesitation, I replied that I did. First mistake. So Doug shows up, checks out the leak, immediately cuts a hole in my wall, shows me what happened and insists I file a claim. So I did, not knowing any better. My deductible turned out to be extremely high at $3200. Doug obviously saw the dollar signs. I asked him to give me an estimate. I even put him on the phone with a contractor friend of mine who also asked for an estimate. He deflected with the complexity of the water damage and said he could fix it, I just needed to go through my insurance. Mind you, DMS plumbing does not advertise water damage repair. Apparently this is a service Doug provides as Water Damage and Restoration Services, LLC. In a panic because I already had a hectic day and it was a Saturday afternoon, I let him proceed and in the meantime made sure my policy would cover everything. Doug spent a few hours cutting 3 holes in my bathroom and kitchen ceiling and built a containment for the air movers. When it came down to it, after speaking with a few people, there was just no way the job was going to meet my deductible so I tearfully told Doug I could not afford it or to make a claim. I asked him how much it would really cost and offered to pay cash. He told me he would normally BILL my insurance $3800 without explaining how or why but would do the job for $1800 for me. I was overwhelmed, never did get an estimate the whole day and he was nearly done so I gave him $1900 cash ($100 to rethread and glue my shower arm back) and he left. All evening and over the next couple of days, I called around, talked to other contractors and homeowners, my insurance company and researched this type of work online. It turns out drying out water damage costs a lot less then what he charged me. I received the yellow copy of a receipt for DMS plumbing for the shower arm repair and an invoice via email with just a job description and rate of $1800 paid cash from Water Damage and Restoration Services, LLC. Doug came and went over the next few days checking the progress. On the last day, he repaired my shower arm. He must have been able to tell I was uneasy because one of the last things he said to me was sorry it couldn't be a better price. That seemed unusual so I reached out to Doug via text and inquired about the job in detail. I got a very dismissive reply. I assume Doug needed the $1800 cash a lot more than I did considering how much he bragged about his lifestyle, himself, various trades and handyman expertise during small talk while he was in my home. I concur with the other reviews regarding price gouging and wonder how could a nearly $4k job billed to insurance be cut in over half so easily and without itemization. I do not recommend Doug, DMS Plumbing or Water Damage and Restoration Services and have passed all this information along to my mother, my friends, other homeowners and various insurance companies.
Buyer beware, water damage almost always goes hand in hand with plumbing repair which makes it the perfect opportunity to be taken advantage of by Doug in an emergency situation.

Great service. We called for someone to come give us a quote on our leaky tub. They told us someone could be there between 3 and 6. Called us the day of and let us know they were available even earlier if we wanted.

Blaine came out and was very friendly. Within ten minutes he had a minimum price it might be and a maximum. Both very reasonable. The problem ended up MUCH bigger then he had anticipated and he still stayed within the price we had originally discussed. During he explained everything he was doing and why he thought it was a good idea. I felt very well informed! At the end he cleaned everything up.

He even gave us some pointers about our water heater to extend its life and keep a common plumbing problem at bay and he wasn't even here for the water heater.

The water pressure was low in our home due to the fact that our water pressure regulator corroded. I called several place to get an estimate and decided to go with DMS Plumbing. They have the best and most fair prices than any other company I contacted. One company on yelp with many reviews, gave me an estimate of 2x more than what DMS Plumbing was charging. I spoke with Jake on the phone who was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to come to my home the same day on a Saturday. He was also understanding when it comes to integrity and giving hard working people a fair price. Also DMS Plumbing was able to offer a military discount to the invoice. His work was immaculate and now our water pressure in our home is back to normal. I definitely recommend DMS Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Our dental office has had a few plumbing emergencies and every time we have had to call someone it has been a huge hassle! However this wasn't the case with DMS plumbing! This is the 2nd time we ha e used DMS Plumbing. They have got to be one of the few honest and reliable Plumbing Companies in Las Vegas. Jose was great, my husband had tried to replace a valve under the bathroom sink and just didn't have the right tools. Called DMS, Jose was here in about 15 minutes, replaced the valve and was done in 10 minutes. NO CHARGE!! When does that ever happen. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

If you've lived in Vegas for any length of time, you know how impossible it is to find someone that knows what they're talking about.
  I had several estimates for different plumbing jobs I needed done (just bought this place). I wasn't planning on shopping at first. That is until another company sent this plumber out that couldn't answer any of my basic questions. He just kept trying to sell me a new water softener because mine could be contaminating my house. REALLY?
 The second guy wasn't much different.
  DMS sent Doug to my home... on time! Wow. Right? What a concept. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Very nice guy. He wasn't the cheapest but i wanted it done right (I would've let my friend do it if I wanted it cheap). He was much cheaper than one company I called.
  He did show me some other problems I need to have fixed. I was surprised that he didn't try to pressure me to do them.  He told me to save up my money, but to keep an eye on it until I can have it fixed.  
  Nothing but praise for this company. Other companies, take notice...... this is how you should treat people.

Doug rebuilt all of the toilets in my home and fixed my shower for an incredible price. No hidden fees. He gets the job done regardless of the problems he may encounter for the price he quotes.

This is the second time I've use DMS Plumbing and Anthony for an emergency situation.  Once at my daughters earlier this year and now at my own residence.  After calling, I received a call from the DMS dispatcher to let me know Anthony was on his way with a projected arrival time.  Anthony showed up within a half hour of the notification and went right to work.  The shower valve in my master bath was leaking down the wall.  Anthony was able to access the back side of the shower valve without doing any damage to my shower tile.  He was professional, knew exactly what to do and completed the job within 90 minutes.  He had me observe the valve and the new connecting joints to ensure there was no leakage.  He ensured the work area was cleaned up and just like the first time was very friendly and respectful of the residence.  I really appreciate Anthony's quick response and professionalism...great job!

I came home from work to find all three toilets in my house backed up and water  starting to come up through a bathtub drain.  My husband was out of town, so I had to find a plumber.  I called DMS because of all the good reviews, and they did not disappoint.  Blaine arrived within 20 minutes of my call.  He was quick and professional, and explained to me how to fix the problem on my own in the future.  The price was very reasonable, especially since they came after regular business hours.  Highly recommend!!

This was the second time I have used this company and while the first time was great the second time was even better to the point that i felt the need to give them some positive feedback. (Which I never do) I Called this morning and asked if i could have someone check my garbage disposal, Anthony was our plumber who came 2 hours later and it also turned into him installing a water softener. Anthony was very professional and answered all my questions until I understood everything that was installed etc. they have a repeat customer in us!

Water heater went out and NO other vendor in the area was able to provide service within 24 hrs except DMS Plumbing.

Extremely professional and received a call letting me know the technician was heading out well ahead of the service timeframe. Will definitely recommend contacting DMS Plumbing for any of your service and repair needs.

We had a bad sewer smell in our store and the guys at DMS Plumbing were quick to find a solution! They were in and out in a timely manner and told us exactly what was wrong. Will be contacting them again if we ever have anymore plumping issues.

I gave them 2 stars because the plumber was friendly and the work done was good. Their prices were outrageous though. I'm sorry I didn't get a second estimate. Lesson learned. The gentleman did 1.25 hours of work, used a $10 part and labor cost me $410 (so a total of $420); I may not be an expert but $336 an hour for labor seems a little excessive. My bad for not checking into it better.

STAY AWAY! Plumber shows up 30 mins after the time window w/out a hello or an apology. Walks up to me and says Is this 2**5, where is the problem?! Gives me a ridiculous quote, says it's the final price and leaves. I call to speak to a supervisor, and the response was that he's in a Safety meeting all day and can't come to the phone. They were supposed to call me back and didn't. I called back again they said they were busy  and that they won't do anything about it. Truly unprofessional and disrespectful. Don't waste your time.

In late February DMS plumbing replaced a water heater at my house and everything seemed fine although they quoted me one price and then after the work was done said there was 3% credit card fee that was not disclosed to me before hand., well I don't have $1,400 cash sitting around so I had to pay with a card and had to pay this extra fee.  About a month later I was contacted by the water district saying I had a water leak and I needed to fix it so I called DMS again to assist with that.

Upon arrival the technician turned off the water to my house and the water meter was still spinning indicating a leak outside the house.  He said it was a leak in my water main line and I needed a replacement.  I asked him if it was possible if it could be anything else including the new water heater.   He took a look at the water heater and said it wasn't leaking but whoever installed it should have replaced the ball valve as it was corroding and would start leaking at some point.  DMS were the ones who replaced it!  He said well it wasn't him personally, which was true.  He then reiterated that my main line was leaking and gave me a $2,700 estimate to replace the main line and he would throw in the ball valve for free, how generous.

I decided to get other estimates and had another plumber come out the next day.  He was there about 30 seconds and turned off the the irrigation with a switch outside the house which immediately stopped the water meter spinning.  I felt stupid as I didn't even know this switch existed and didn't try it myself but DMS should have known and tried that especially after me asking 100 times what else it could be.  These guys were going to dig up my front yard and replace a main line for $2,700 that didn't even need to be replaced!  I wonder what would have happened after all the digging and they discover the line is totally fine.  I wont be using this company again.

We looked on Yelp for the best Plumber and found this company. Well, they do live up to their ratings. They came out quickly, the technician was very pleasant and professional. He explained everything to me and gave me a quote before doing the job. I was somewhat shocked at the $$ but he did a great job and we are happy with the work.

Our toilet was leaking and one of our other toilets was making a squealing noise.  We've used this company before in the past and called to make an appt. They were able to come out very quickly and assess the  problem and fix it for a very affordable price!  They even gave us a discount! Highly recommend this company!

Please think twice before using this company.  I have been a very loyal customer for the past 8 to 9 years.  Recently ownership has changed and so has their commitment to customer service.  One and a half years ago I had them install a $10,000.00 AC unit.  The condensation line was not installed correctly and moisture and was pooling on my patio roof.  When the inspector came out I explained the problem and he had them reposition it.  No tack down, when I called the office they stated that wasn't under warranty.  My son had to tack it down.  He did not go on the roof or touch the unit.   Then winter came and, guess what, the heater wouldn't turn on.  When a tech could finally come out, a switch inside the unit hadn't been turned on and therefore the heater would not work.  Last week I noticed the condensation line was disconnected from the unit.  Luis came out and found that the correction was broken and had to be replaced.  He thought it might have been pulled and the connection strained causing the failure.  The only one to touch the unit was their prior tech.  The bottom line, he charged me almost $300.00 to fix it.  Then I found out he was the owner and could have and should have done it for free as it obviously was an installment problem.  It shouldn't matter that it was before he bought the company, customer loyalty is worth more than $300.00.  The bottom line, new ownership is not customer friendly or value loyalty.  I will not use them again!!

I called DMS for a plumbing emergency and they were there within the hour!  Doug was great and very professional and friendly.  We had multiple issues with our plumbing and he fixed everything in a timely manner and for an affordable price.  They definitely have my business for any plumbing issues I have in the future!

Called this company to get an estimate and specifically asked if a camera was part of the free estimate.  Douglas came to do the estimate.  I talked to him about an issue with with my sewer and asked about the camera.  He pops off with it will be $699. I told him his call center told me it was included, he was clearly taken by surprise and just obnoxious after that.  He stormed off like some angry child.  Other plumbing companies will do the camera for less than half what this less than professional told me it costs.

Our business had a leaky sink and corporate called to get someone to come take a look. A man, I believe named Diego although he was in and out too fast for me to get a name, came in and went to take a look at the sink. We turned it off to prevent more water damage and he immediately started to get an attitude when it wasn't turned on by the time he got here(and considering he was 30 minutes behind I don't know how we were expected to know when to turn it on). Then he stormed out to the van and when we told him it was turned back on, he came back in. But he became even more agitated, saying he wouldn't even look without payment, even though we tried to explain that it was corporate who called. An overall bad experience and would not recommend. 0 out of 10.

My water heater went out at 7pm on a Sunday so I thought I was screwed but they answered their phone immediately and gave me instructions over the phone on how to stop it from leaking. They arrived the next morning by 8 am as promised and had the unit replaced within 30 minutes. Such an amazing experience and I now have a plumber I can trust for life! Thanks Doug and Gabby!

I received two sides of story from owner and staff of the company. Staff informed me the technician found no issue after an inspection. I disagreed so I left negative comment here but received a call from the owner wanting that review be removed. Owner claimed technician did not enter the house. I don't know who is telling the truth here.......

I could not be happier with DMS.  I have no clue about plumbing and called.  They had someone out in about 3 hours keeping me informed on the status along the way.  TJ arrived and reviewed my situation.  Turns out my pipes were just fine and no issues.  He provided a thorough explanation of what was happening and gave suggestions.  I didn't actually need to do anything.  When I asked how much, he said nothing.  He could have easily charged me for a valve that I didn't need or a visit fee.  Made my stressful day less stressful.

This was my first experience with DMS Plumbing, and it was fantastic!  My upstairs guest bathtub drain was backing up and draining soooooo  slowly.  TJ was prepared to snake it out but discovered it was a simple fix instead.  He was able to retrieve a lump of hair and building materials (i.e., goo) that was the culprit.  All in all, a 5-minute fix.  He even removed my drain plug, inspected and adjusted it a bit; then reinstalled it.  He was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and explained a bit on how drains work for me.

I will definitely use DMS Plumbing again should the need arise!

Called DMS with a bathroom shower issue.  Daryl S came out and gave me a quote and many options on how we could fix the situation.  We didn't have the necessary parts so he followed me to Home Depot to find what we needed.  Truly went the extra mile to make sure he did his job to the best of his ability.  Great guy, great father and a great company!

Fantastic service!

If you're looking for a fast, friendly and efficient company, look no further! I stumbled upon DMS Plumbing on Yelp during a midnight crisis with the bathroom and water. I spent a good hour or so trying to figure out what was going on but had no real luck. Thanks to DMS Plumbing, everything is working smoothly and there isn't anymore water wastage.

The company is typically appointments only but they do provide an emergency service. The appointment was made for the morning and man were they punctual(this is something I really appreciate). The guy (Doug) who was coming to check everything out made sure to call when he was on his way and when he was nearby.

Now let me tell you about Doug...
He's a phenomenal employee and just genuinely enjoys his trade. Upon arrival, he was pleasant and very respectful. He made sure I was well informed on the issue at hand and gave me a thorough breakdown to what my options and prices were going to be. Throughout the entire process, Doug taught me a few basic things, which I thought was really cool of him. While keeping a professional attitude while he was there, we were still able to just talk like he was one of the guys.

They aren't one of those companies that keep you in the dark and throw random numbers at you. I would absolutely recommend!

I called DMS about 6 months ago due to a water pipe burst on the side of my house and Doug came over right away to fix it. He was very professional and did a great job getting everything fixed and a new pipe on right away!!
About a week ago, I noticed a slow drip coming from that same pipe and called DMS and they sent over Doug again and he informed me that they only warranty their service for 3 months but he ended up fixing the leak for me for free this visit!!!! I am so grateful for him doing that and I will definitely be using DMS for any future things I need done! Thank you DMS and Doug for being amazing!!

These guys were great.  Technician was Blaine and he was on time, professional, honest.  Walked me through the possible reasons for the issue.  Fixed is quickly and and no mess.  No BS and did not make me feel like the entire house was falling apart.  Very nice and honest.

Would recommend anytime and you have to love a last minute service call and the technician is on time and quick.

Honest and professional. DMS came out to fix a broken compression fitting that was leaking on the side of my house. Other companies told me they would need to cut the wall in order to access the pipe and replace the fitting... not DMS.  They were able to fix the leak without cutting into. The price was very fair and I authorized the work immediately. No more leak, no wall to fix. Great experience.

Yesterday, I called Doug of DMS Plumbing, LLC. (based on a friend's recommendation) when I awakened to a water heater leaking in my garage.

Doug was able to diagnose the problem from texted photos and was at my home with a replacement in just a couple hours! Doug provided a level of service which I had thought was a thing of the past.

He was efficient, very reasonably priced and he had one other important trait (which we all hope for when we have to call someone for service) - he clearly knew what he was doing! No added-on unexpected charges, no selling new parts when the existing ones were safe to reuse, none of the typical infuriating stuff that we've grown accustomed to facing.

Doug shared his considerable knowledge freely and answered my questions without deceit and without hesitation.

Doug is a gentleman and it was a pleasure to talk with him while he worked his magic.

I'm his customer from now on.  I couldn't be happier.

I had to give DMS Plumbing 1 star in order to give a review. Actually, they do not deserve any stars for the following reasons. Horrible unprofessional contractor.

1. They charged us $618.50 to repair a leaking shut off valve that should have cost less than $300.00.

2. They failed to obtain a building permit as required by Clark County.

3. They failed to install a hammer arrest on the water pipes as required by local building codes.

4. Due the unprofessional work, they were cited and fined by the local Contractors Board.

5. We never got the shut off valve and had to hire another plumbing company to complete the work properly as per local building codes.

Beware: Do not use DMS Plumbing!!!

We had a clog in our kitchen sink that we just weren't able to clear on our own so after some googling, I came across DMS. Anthony was out to our house within an hour and had our problem fixed in less than an hour! He was super friendly and walked my husband through the plumbing of our new home, as well as asked if there was anything else around the house we had questions about. DMS had great service and great pricing. We would absolutely recommend them!

My overflowing sprinkler system was fixed in no time.  Fantastic customer service and they didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need.  I've hired other plumbers in town, but would not trust anyone else with my future plumbing needs.  Thank you DMS!

Absolutely outstanding service. We had a few different plumbing issues over a few weeks and all we had to do was call DMS. They are honest and affordable. Anthony, Donald, Lance and Rocky are the best group of guys. It truly is a blessing to have a company that I can completely trust. Very knowledgeable and that comes with experience. Their number is definitely in my favorites list just in case. My endorsement for companies doesn't come easy. I've gone through possibly 50 various companies here in Vegas over the years and I'm saying, you can feel safe and comfortable calling DMS. They will take great care of you.

I had a copper tubing leak in the red rock around my pool. I called DMS, they came out, drilled a small clearing around the leaky copper tube, attached an L joint and fixed it. Excellent work at a reasonable price. Applause applause for DMS PLUMBING.

Just tried DMS for the first time based on the great reviews they receive. From the first phone call they were fantastic. They set an appointment within a few hours, called to let me know they would be arriving and arrived on time. Anthony was great to work with. He is very friendly, quick and seems very knowledgeable and honest. Their price was also very reasonable. I'm very happy to have found my new go-to plumber!! The reviews are spot on.... these guys  are great!

So, this doug guy is amazing. He figured out the problem of mine so fast and he finished his job fast and clean. If you have a real trouble on ur house on any kind of the plumbing system, give it a shot, you wont regret. I definately will call again.

Very unprofessional, technician came out after I in detail explained what I needed to be done, a simple installation of a pedal-stool sink and a toilet. The technician or lack there of made every excuse not to do installation, so I asked him did he want to do the job or not. The tech basically said no and walked out. Total douche bag. I strongly don't recommend this company.

I was going to give the dog a bath in the downstairs shower. When I looked at it, it was full of dirty water. I also had a load of laundry going and that's when things got worse. The water started coming out of the toilet and onto the tile floor. I quickly Yelped as I watched that muck spread to the hallway. Doug answered quickly and calmed me down as I was freaking out. He instructed me to turn off the water supply in the garage.

He arrived within 45 minutes and assessed the situation. This was a Saturday, mind you. He was very professional and educated me as well. I learned more about plumbing in the short time he was here than I've learned in the 10 years that I've been a homeowner. He cleared the line and all is well again. The price was reasonable and I didn't feel like I was up-charged because it was a weekend. I have a few projects lined up and I will gladly call DMS Plumbing again to help maintain our home.

Totally unreliable and shady. They came out to my house 3 times charged me 700 dollars and actually made the clog worse.they told me they were going to come out and hydrojet and instead showed up with the machine with the balloon on the end . it didnt work i was then rold they woukd come back to do the hydrojet.  service instead they sent me an estimate for 4000 dollars to rip uo my front yard and replace everything . i called another guy he came out for 550 bucks and 45 minutes and fixed it .I almost forgot to mention they didnt show up at all for thw first appt. Then they showed up 2 hours late the next time as well as rescueled appointments more then once DONT EVER SUPPORT THESE SCUMBAGS.I REPEAT DO NOT CALL THESE SCAMMERS
