Problem: toilet would not flush regardless of how much I attempted to plunge it.

Solution Experience: I called the business at 11am and received a tech by 12pm. Incredibly quick, easy, and affordable. The tech (Richard) was friendly, helpful, and asked all the right questions for a quick (and obvious) diagnosis. He also helped me out by pointing showing me where the emergency stop valve was in our garage, in case I ever have to shut it off. He also took a peek at our water softener to make sure everything was good.

Cost: $79 deposit required for the estimate and booking, which goes towards the repair cost. I spent $160 total.

BONUS POINTS ** Text communications and updates + a picture of the tech to expect to arrive at your home.

Overall: WOULD RECOMMEND & USE AGAIN.

Owner contacted me after appointment and was very hands on and East to work with. They stand behind their work and I appreciate that.

Overall the work they did was fine. They do charge a lot. The guy that showed up also upsold me. If I was actually being smart I wouldn't have fallen for it. Also they were two hours late but they did call and say they were running behind. Overall I would say if you are somewhat knowledgeable about what you are requesting and know market rates, they are fine. If you aren't I would stay away. I unfortunately called this company before any others. They charge a $79 Show up Fee and then hit you with a ridiculously expensive quote. I mistakenly agreed to the fee, not realizing this is not a normal practice. The very next company I called did not charge a show up fee, and their quote was half the amount from Hydro Plumbing. They top this off by insulting you with a note in the receipt to Ask how this fee can be waived on your next visit. When I contacted them to dispute the fee, they didn't care and kept the money. Do not waste your time/money with this company. There are much more affordable and competitively priced companies out there. Someone from Hydro Plumbing will probably respond to this by saying how they think their pricing is fair...like that somehow justifies ripping people off. And all for $79...what a shame.

Plumbing issues are never fun let's face it, but they can happen and having a solid, experienced and reliable company to take care of your needs are important. Saul and his team at Hydro Plumbing are really excellent in terms of their reliability, honest communication, recommendations and the work they do. Saul, the owner, has integrity and while of course needs to get paid for the work that gets done, he doesn't try to overcharge, just to overcharge. I know he has many great people on his team and if you need plumbing and decide to go with them, try to request Homero to come take care of your job! He is excellent! Accessible, great customer service, provides updates, suggestions and takes lots of photos so you can really understand and see what is happening. I have hired them twice and would recommend them. I am glad I originally found them here on Yelp.

Very good service but pricey. I looked on Yelp because I had a leaking valve issue that I was a little apprehensive to try and fix myself. I had already replaced the screws that were originally leaking that connect the tank and bowl and the flapper/riser. I attempted the whole replacement that I've never done before and thought I was good to go but then when trying to reconnect the water valve it wouldn't stop leaking even after I taped it.

So I called Hydro and they came within an hour or so . It was about 7pm so there was a $139 after hours charge. Yelp lol. Then the plumber didn't have the part so he was going to come back in the morning after blocking the valve for the.l night. He took off the $139 charge. He ended up replacing the valve and refixing the work that I did on the tank cuz I put one part in the wrong place.

I did about 2 hours worth of work to avoid calling a plumber and the plumber did about 15 minutes of work lol. Cost???... about $525 when all was said and done. For a toilet to be brought back to working order. Not a new toilet... same toilet but a couple new basic parts. Seemed like a lot to me but I didn't feel like I had much of a choice given the circumstances. Great service and nice guy that was competent but next time I'll be calling someone else just due to the cost. How much would it cost if I had a major plumbing problem?

If you don't care about the cost and want good service then I recommend them. But I thought it was pretty expensive a fix for something that I thought that I could fix myself and couldn't as a novice. But plumbing problems happen at the worst time so...

Hydro Plumbing is great. The crew is timely, reliable, and affordable. Notice I didn't say cheap, I said affordable.
If you want a plumbing job done right, call Hydro Plumbing first. This is the second job we called them on. Our experience with another local, plumbing company left a lot to be desired. Hydro fixed their mistake. My search for a good plumbing company is over. A special shout out to Richard who fixed our kitchen plumbing. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman that fixed our bathroom shower a few months ago. Both are competent professionals.

Saul was vert competent, friendly, and prompt when called out to my house to remove a leaking water softener. The price for the plumbing changes he had to make seemed a bit high (approximately $250 for about an hour's work not counting travel time), but his attention to detail and the skill he demonstrated was first rate. I had him flush my water heater while he was there. That cost about $100 which seemed way too much since it was only a matter of hooking up a hose from the water heater to the driveway and letting the water drain while the other work was being done. But Saul was kind enough to show me how to do it the next time by myself.

Outstanding service. I left a voicemail on Saturday and the owner, Saul, called back in minuets. He scheduled a no obligation estimate time for a plumber to meet with me, plus sent text and email confirmations. Prior to the plumbers arrival received notification he was on the way.
Dustin White was the plumber who provided the service. Very respectful, courteous, clean and conscious of surroundings, plus even wore foot covers. He explained what the issue was, provided and estimate on the spot, and gave a military discount when told him that I am a veteran; which he is also. For me, that counts. Based on prior research the cost was fair.
After going for the parts required, Dustin returns, removed defective and installed new, and provided a step-by-step explanation.
When paid a receipt was in my email nearly instantly, plus the work was warrantied.
The owner was responsive, pleasant, and Dustin was first-class. I had no prior knowledge of this company. I highly recommend Hydro Plumbing and personally will reach out anytime plumbing services are necessary.

I have tried a couple other plumbers around town before but this place has been the best experience overall. I requested a quote on yelp and within a few minutes I had a reply. We worked out an appointment there was plenty of clear communication. On the day of service the plumber, Aaron W. Showed up in the timeframe promised. He was polite, clean, and professional. With the Covid-19 happening he was even wearing his mask. He completed a replacement of my kitchen sink drains that had been broken and leaking. The entire job wax done in about 30 minutes and he left no mess behind. He was able to send in my payment from his phone so I had an emailed receipt before he left the house. I would recommend Hydro to anyone and will use them again should I need a plumber. Definitely a number I'm keeping in file.

I needed a plumber to help with an issue I was having with installing a electronic bidet that was leaking. I sent a request from Yelp and received a reply within 15 minutes and a quote within an hour. Although not an emergency, they were able to schedule me within hours. Aaron even called and asked if he could arrive earlier. He was professional, polite and quickly diagnosed and solved issue (my T-valve had a gasket from manufacture that was faulty). Couldn't be happier.

This is a great company with knowledgeable plumbers! My aunt's toilet clogged while we were visiting on new year's eve and we were in need of an emergency plumber. I contacted Hydro Plumbing and they responded within 10 minutes. We we able to get an appointment between 2:00pm to 4:00pm the same day. The owner let us know that the plumber had finished his previous job early and that we would be able to get our toilet fixed sooner. The plumber came around noon and was able to fix our toilet quickly and professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone that is in need of a great plumber in an emergency!

We were told by another plumber that the issue could not be fixed, and they would need to cut a hole in our shower wall. I was trying to get a GE water softener bought at HD installed at my house and I called four companies. Two of them came to take a look, would not install one that I got but offered their 2K-4K+ solutions. One said over the phone that it will be $1200 to install regardless of whether I have the loop or not (I do). Hydro plumbing came out, assessed that yes the store bought GE water softener is sufficient for a single family home and did not try to upsell me and just gave me facts about what other systems can possibly do. Did the installation with a fair and reasonable price. Explained things while he worked. I would go back to them for EVERYTHING plumbing related.

If you're thinking you can hire your friend or neighbor to fix your leak for cheap, I recommend you to go with hydro plumbing, they will get the job done professionally with a warranty for the same price, we got a free estimate, they show up on time, we got automated messages communicating throughout the entire process, you can pay cash or card. They looked after my 3 dogs when I left them to go to work, they made sure the dogs were safe. They care about what they do and are very experienced. They saved me a lot of money, my water bill was over $200 a month from an underground leak. The least I can say THANK YOU! These guys were amazing!! I had an emergency and was afraid no one would be able to come out and fix it due to Covid-19. However, they answered my call and came out right away, once the Aaron saw the problem he told me how he would fix it, and the cost. He didn't try to convince me to get any work done that wasn't necessary He actually told me that he could have done several things that would have cost tons more but the fix he did would be more than enough. Friendly service and very respectful of the new social distancing rules when In the house. I hope I won't need a plumber anytime soon, but at least now I know I have - company I can count on!!

We are more than happy and lucky to find and use Hydro Plumbing to fix the toilet leak, they are very responsive and professional.

The technician assigned to the wok is Frank who called us in advance to advise he is on his way and he brought all necessary tools and parts to perform the service as soon as he arrived, and he quickly identified the problem and replaced broken parts, fixed the leak.

We had just moved into our new house and were already beyond stressed with the move. We also had loads of bedsheets and towels to wash so that we could actually use them that night for the first night at the new house only to discover that our washer wasn't actually getting any water! We called our regular plumbers and they told us they couldn't have anyone coming until the next afternoon. That wasn't going to work so went on Yelp and found Hydro Plumbing. They sent us the nicest plumber within an hour of our calling! He had the washer working within minutes! Apparently something must have come loose or something like that in the move and it was such an easy fix that he didn't even charge us. He came all the way to us, had our washer working within minutes and didn't even charge us! Our plumber before would charge us just to look at something without even doing anything. Needless to say, we have found our new plumbers and will be calling Hydro Plumbing first for all our plumbing needs from now on. I take it as a blessing in disguise that the washer wouldn't work since it led us to finding an awesome plumbing company!

Called Hydro for a free estimate because my hot water heater wasn't working. The plumber arrived same day, 45 minutes after our scheduled time. He reset the water heater and said there was nothing wrong with it. Then he tries to tell me that we had a problem with our pump that comes in the the street and it was effecting out pressure. He said he could fix it today for $550. Nice try. My water heater is still broken and my pressure of fine. While there may be some honest plumbers within this company, the one that showed Ip to my house last week was not one of them.

Great company to work with. We had them out to install a sink and faucet in my wife's salon. Turns out the faucet we supplied was junk, but they tried everything they could to make it work. They gave us some suggestions on faucet brands to purchase. We have purchased one of their suggestions and will be having it installed by them next week. I had a huge leak in my front yard and Hydro Plumbing fixed it. We called in the morning and they were here quickly. Makay our plumber was efficient and fixed the problem in no time! Rafi is an amazing technician. He is very knowledgeable about how quality plumbing should be done. We bought this house as a resale so several items had been done by the prior owner and not all up to code. We now have a water heater that actually lights. Faucets that no longer leak and a refrigerator valve for water that doesn't drip! Woo Hoo. Hydro plumbing is professional and try to get you taken care of immediately. Chris from Hydro came out and fixed my sinks and a leaky commode. Fast, efficient, and reasonable. I don't know what else I could have asked for. Excellent all around.

He also wore a mask and did a great job of cleaning up. Offered me all of the old parts, which is a sign of an honest contractor as it shows they actually did everything they say they did.

I had a unbelievably rusted out garbage disposal which I noticed because water from my sink was spilling straight to the floor, flooding my kitchen.

I called around to a few plumbing places and most were already closed or closing. Luckily I came across this great company who dispatched Dustin and Skyler to tackle my emergency. These two master plumbers are lifesavers! They are both very knowledgeable, were very neat, observed strict covid protocol wearing masks, and had great attitudes. They quickly identified my problem, gave me a free estimate and since their prices were so great I approved the work. My goodness they were prepared. They had the exact model garbage disposal I needed for replacement out in their truck.

Within less than a half hour they expertly fixed the problem, did a fantastic cleanup and were out the door. These guys are true professionals and definite assets to this great company, which I now highly recommend.

Had a clogged kitchen drain that I couldn't get flowing again myself. Searched on Yelp and found Hydro Plumbing. I requested an estimate and within 10 had and they also let me know their availability. Aaron arrived in less than 2 hours and was in and out in no time. Very professional and very friendly. I had a good experience with this company. They were able to fix the leak in my shower the same day I called. The quote from other plumbers was the same, but they were going to hole a hole in the wall to fix leak. Hydro Plumbing was able to fix leak without cutting hole in wall, saving me $150 and repainting a whole wall. Nick was the plumber who did the work. He was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this company

As near as I can tell, the work was done satisfactory. I hired Hydro to replace the main water line from the street to my house. The crew showed up Friday morning, and that was the last communication I received from the work team. They left that afternoon without telling me they were done with the first part of the project. Luckily the water was back on when they left, but it would have been nice to have been informed of that before they left. When they returned on Monday after the inspection, they just magically appeared to complete the job. They didn't inform me that they were back. At one point on the 2nd day one of the workers decided to take a nap in my yard.

Very poor communication from the work team and professionalism was very lacking. I do not recommending using Hydro Plumbing.

Chris Prince showed up to redirect a gas line and install an outlet box for it so I could push my gas range against the wall. Even though I was the final customer on a busy Friday, Chris jumped in at 100% and knocked the job out. No gimmicks, no nonsense...just a dude who knows his trade and does good work.

I did all of my communication with them on Yelp and Saul was always quick to respond to my questions. Service was reasonably priced too. I'll call them again next time I need some work done.

If I was you... I wouldn't hire anyone else!!

Frank took great care of us. I had a plumber come out first and he didn't even have the right tools to fix our blockage. hydroplumbing has a 4000 psi dry jet that can obliterate like any sewer drain blockage. They carry it with them on the truck and banged out a super tough problem for us. Someone had flushed fake hair braids down my toilet , lol, wtf... I couldn't believe it. Problem is solved now. Thank you Frank and the rest of the team for making it happen fast and being also the reasonably priced option as well. You've earned my business for sure!!!!

Great company and very fast response. They reached out to me immediately following my quote request. What I liked is that they sent a plumber (Dustin) to review the work on-site, at no cost, in order to ensure an accurate quote. They subsequently provided a quote by email with electronic approval, making it very simple and easy. The appointment was scheduled by me a week later, and Dustin arrived promptly and jumped right in, literally. Took a long time to complete as it was a complex project but it came out great, and Dustin should be commended for all his efforts. Overall great customer service, timely work and competitive pricing. I strongly recommend them, and while I hope I never need more PVC work, I would definitely hire Dustin and Hydro Plumbing again.

We appreciated that Frank got here so quick to look at the leak on the main Waterline into the house.

He tried to get an Idea what the scope of the work. He said he could not estimate the Job without cutting away part of the Dry-wall (about 24 X 16). He would have to charge me $200.00 Just to be able to quote the Plumbing Repair.

I have a few rental properties and perform most of the Plumbing, Electrical, and other sundry repairs myself. Most of my tools I keep in my truck at our other home in Southern-Cal so I didn't have all of the Plaster Saws and Knives. I actually used MY OWN Stud-Finder and 48 Level to mark the cut-out while we talked. I argued that cutting the dry-wall would take less than 3 minutes. . . . He said $200.00 is the price. . . I said no thank you.

After he left, I went into the Kitchen and brought out one of my wife's Henkel Bread-Knives and cut the opening myself in less than 3 minutes.

I tell this story only to illustrate that if he was going to charge me $200.00 for a 3 minute Job. . . what would the plumbing repair actually cost?

Excellent Service, made an appointment at 10-12pm, Makay England arrived promptly at 10:20, with a call that he was on his way. He found the problem, had to go to Home Depot to purchase part. 60 minutes later the problem has been solved. I am very impressed with the service provided. Will definitely recommend Hydro Plumbing to anyone. The service call is 139.00, but with the part and labor, my total cost was 139.00.

Something is stuck in my toilet. It will clearly take about an hour to disassemble it, take the object out, replace the wax seal and then the toilet. All I was asking is their hourly rate or a cost estimate for this problem. The girl says on a Sat - to DIAGNOSE the problem its $139.00, then they'll fix it (who knows when) at she has no idea what rate. She says these plumbers do not have an hourly labor fee. They can ONLY charge by what they deem to be the necessary service & the service can ONLY be figured out once they're here. I guess no one ever had a kid put a toy or a cat put a hair clip in their toilet in LV in all the years this company has been in business or if so - each case was so drastically different that it is beyond the realm of possibility to give a ballpark figure estimate of how much it would cost to rectify this problem. Thanks for nothing. At the rate of 139 + God knows what...Its likely more cost effective to purchase an entirely new toilet from Home Depot or Lowes and pay for installation. Problem solved. Anyone wanna buy a perfectly functioning old toilet? Lol.

Hydro Plumbing was the only company to let me use Yelp to schedule an estimate appointment. They responded in under 30 minutes and offered to send someone out. Every other company I reached out to wanted me to call a business number, or fill out forms on other websites. What is the point of communicating on Yelp just to repeat it elsewhere?

Panic time - running out of hot water I went to garage and found hot water heater leaking. This was 10:15 am Called Hydro Plumbing had an appointment schedules between 11-1. Aaron showed up a little after 11 am and we had a hot water heater installed by Noon. Very professional work - with texts and emails documenting everything. Our water heater was on the fritz, and my husband and I didn't have a contact to a reliable plumber. We ended up finding Hydro Plumbing on Google, and were pretty taken back by the positive reviews on Google and Yelp. We set up a time to meet so that he could inspect our current water heater and give us a quote on what needed to be done. My wife and I moved into a new (to us) house and noticed the toilet on the main floor would move. We pulled the toilet off and noticed the flange was not attached to the concrete floor. I called Hydro Plumbing and they were able to come an inspect the toilet and flange and provide a free estimate to fix. I agreed to the work and it was scheduled for 2 days later. (we have 2 full baths upstairs and were not in an emergency). On the scheduled day, the installer, Fernando, kept in touch, was polite, respectful, prompt and very pleasant to work with. The work quality is excellent. All the trash/garbage was taken away.

We would absolutely recommend Hydro Plumbing, ask for Fernando! If we need to have plumbing assistance again, we will definitely be using Hydro Plumbing.

Needed a new faucet added/changed to my kitchen sink (my home is only a year old with no rust or issues). No side sprayer, none of the fancy or complicated tech going on these days, no drilling, just basic swap for better looking and more efficient faucet. While not a difficult job for a plumber or really, any handy man; it can be quite complicated for say... the type of person that can only check the oil on the car and hammer a nail in drywall, and apparently also the the type of person that doesn't think they will get taken advantage of from a company with such nice work and reviews (me).

Pros-

-Response time was faster than the speed of light. At my home next morning. From request to installation completion was under 15 hours.
-Polite
-Arrived at expected time frame
-No issues with installation and looks as it should

Cons-
This was the only one responding that did not give me at least a price range. I spoke to 8 other companies and the highest bid (all with photos of my project) was $160 and the lowest was $90. I should have asked for a price quote or range from this company also. They seemed honest with great reviews so I thought it would hover around those prices and was even willing to pay the highest bid I received or expected maybe a little higher.

He arrived and did the job as normal. There were no unexpected issues or problems. No unusually tight spaces compared to standard sinks. No clutter, no leaking, no rust often found on older faucets (my existing/old faucet was 13 months old). As far as faucets go, it was a dream job. New, clean, counter already cut to accommodate size, etc.
The price was $230 not including a tip.
Had I known it would go this much higher, I would not have hired them (my fault for not getting this price range up front).

For $230, I'd expect maybe some patented, glow in the dark silicone or perhaps a faucet that washed my dishes for me, Mary Poppins style. But I don't. The job was done well and without incident but this was a basic and standard plumbing job without problems on my end. When I mentioned this in email with the invoice, I was never responded to. I see the basic and standard cookie cutter responses to all reviews here. Happy to see a company takes the time to respond to people on Yelp, even if disingenuous.

If you have a standard plumbing need, I'd consider others just as qualified in the area for a much lower price. If Hydro Plumbing has some sort of specialty, such as tankless water heaters, ground work, remodeling or otherwise, I'm sure Hydro will do a fantastic and great job but expect the price to exceed others in the area by 25-100%.

Our kitchen needed a new faucet immediately, and I reached out to several different plumbers. Many responded with a form-letter that didn't answer any questions I had. Saul responded immediately and personally. He answered every question I had through messaging on Yelp. The main concern I had, even more than the faucet itself, was the Coronavirus and my elderly mother at my house. Saul listened to all of my concerns, told me my concerns were valid, and told me how he would address each and every concern. My new faucet was installed perfectly the next morning by an expert plumber who followed each and every one of my demands. This is the first time I ever called on these guys, and it was a good move.

After a horrible experience with another plumbing company that left me with a half done job and banging pipes, I contacted Hydro plumbing. I got a response the same day, and a next day appointment on a Sunday. Not only was it a Sunday but Fernando actually called to see if he could come to the appointment early. Once he arrived I went over what happened with the last plumbing company and advised what was going on, no water pressure, banging pipes etc. The best plumber EVER took his time, answered all my questions, and told me that the last plumbing company installed a part backwards. He advised me that I could call the other company to come out and redo the work, I then told the best plumber EVER, that I did not want the other company to come back because while they were in my home, the worker screamed at his boss and used vulgarity, then left before the job was complete, it was an unnerving experience. Fernando completely understood where I was coming from and then advised that he would help me to correct the issue. So he first walked me thru how to correct the issue and then ended up doing the job himself. Fernando is the best plumber I have ever worked with, he is an amazing, honest, understanding, and kind man. He did a great job and I will use this company for all my plumbing needs in the future. I would give them more stars if I could. I am very impressed with the quality of service I got today. :)

I tried replacing the cartridge in the guest bathtub faucet cause YouTube diy videos turn everyone into Bob Vila. Naturally I got stuck trying to remove the defective one, and I couldn't put it back in either. So the main water line had to remain off. Called hydro plumbing and said they'd have someone over between 5p to 7p. It was 11a when I called.
Miguel shows up at 2:45p. 45 min later, he saves the day. Price was more than fair considering the circumstances. 2 lessons learned: 1) no more DIY bathtub cartridge replacing. 2) hydro plumbing customer service and their work is second to none.

We received a letter from the water district stating that our bill indicated a continuous water flow aka a leak was occurring. Dustin from Hydro Plumbing was able to come out to diagnose the issue free of charge within a day of me calling them and was back within the week to fix the issue. Hydro was actually our second opinion and the other company charged us a $60 diagnostic fee and quoted us for a much larger issue. Dustin's work has appeared to fully resolve the problem, which was a leak in our water line somewhere within the front yard, for less than half the cost we were quoted by the other company. Dustin was also professional, enthusiastic, and seemed to know what he was talking about. Should we need plumbing services again, I would definitely go through Hydro and ask for Dustin.

Our hot water heater became an issue, so we called for assistance. We had decided to replace it with a tankless system and had 4 bids for the job. Homero arrived, looked over our current placement and recommended that we move the hot water heater closer to the gas line. This meant that instead of routing gas lines across the garage, water lines would be extended in the attic to the new location. Hydro plumbing's bid wasn't the lowest nor the highest that we received, but Homero came up with the best plan. He returned and professionally installed the new Rinnai tankless system. After the installation, the Hydro Plumbing drywall professional finished the job and it looks great! The Henderson City Inspector just put his stamp of approval on the project with no changes needed. Our kitchen sink was clogged and we have home warranty through American Home Shield. Their contracted Plumber couldn't make it till Wednesday. I had a different company out first to look at my broken water heater & they just weren't professional at all. The main guy was rude & treated me like an idiot. Richard was my technician and he was absolutely amazing. He sent me a heads up text prior to his arrival, identified the problem and gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done. My bathtub was clogged with a ton of hair. Using the solutions from Walmart did not work, I had to yelp for a plumbing service. Jose Guerrero was sent to me and he did GREAT! It only took him less than 10 minutes to get my bathtub unclogged and he was very prompt and kind. Highly recommend his fast work and this company. :)

Out of five other plumbing companies, Saul from Hydro plumbing gave me honest pricing and the only one that wiill give discounts to Veterans. Other companies said it's free estimate, but the catch is they wanted to come over for $65 service charge and deduct towards repair, they won't give price on the phone. I simply require replacement of my 1/3 HP garbage disposal unit in the kitchen sink. So, what the !!!thanks to Joaquin from hydro plumbing, he did an outstanding job.

We had a water leak in between the meter and home. Miguel arrived ahead of time. He reccomend repairs and gave us a quote. At first we thought the price high so we got a second opinion. It turns out the price was writin within range with other quotes so it came down to professionalism and immediate completion.
Trenching and piping was done in a day. The inspector showed up the next morning to sign off on the work and the trench was backfilled by noon. Overall we are happy with the completed work done by Miguel and his team. He is very professional, friendly and a fast worker. We definitely recommend Hydro plumbing and will be using their service for future needs.

I have been going back and forth with a smell coming from my bathroom since I moved into this house 7 years ago. Chris came over today from this company which I selected based upon it's reviews. I live in a 30 year old home and as such the underground plumbing has seen it's share of stuff passing through it. I did not realize what my actual problem was but Chris new right away and fixed it pretty swiftly. Friendly customer service and new exactly what my problem was. Now my bathroom just smells like a normal room which is good because the sewer smell was making me sick. Would recommend to anyone in my situation.

Ok, so Hydro came out today

Replace angle stop at kitchen sink (hot side) that connects to your fixture - Will install new supply line to connect to new angle stop (if applicable) - Turn water on and test for any visual leaks - Not responsible for existing parts and normal wear and tear on existing components. They charged for a line and angle stop. $221.09. This is with a veterans discount. The guys that came out were extremely nice. After I called a few other plumbers after they left, I was quoted 175 to 195. Why did I have to call another plumber. Because they didn't turn on my sink, so my sprayer on my faucet is leaking like crazy. I thought they would have checked that. I did text the company and texted the guy that came out. I do believe they are overpriced, but it was the quickness of the getting to me. However, know I have to buy a new faucet because they said everything was good. But when I turned my water on my sprayer is leaking. Which I think that was the culprit all the time, yes maybe including the angle stop that was leaking but not to cause the trouble for me calling a plumber. Ugh!

Had Miguel install two bathroom faucets that we supplied. He was very good, the work was done professionally, cleaned up after himself, and left after about an hour. My main issue was the cost of this. I concede that $530 was a relatively fair price to install the faucets, but replacing angle stops for $756 I felt was outrageous. The most expensive angle stops at Lowe's is $25.88 ($103.52 for 4). We are on a fixed income, and yes, I could have rejected the estimate before he started working, but my bad. It will not happen again. By the way, if you want to use a credit card for payment, please be aware that they charge a percentage for that. I will not ever use them again, and will definitely shop around before having any plumbing work done. My husband is still giving me grief about this.

There was no confusion, we spoke the same language and i allowed the plumber to explain the issues and solutions. Now glad to hear as a company you stand by your pricing so either the repair man is lying or as a company u r, price fumbling increase and decrease on the spot is not a good business practice so ill blame the repairman for to what i believe trying to upsale a service but no i stand by comment.
Sadly only pricing ive received was the one on the email would have loved to have recorded interaction to be able to show the price fumbling that happened but oh well.

Yelp, once again, came to the rescue and found me a locally owned and operated company that surely delivers!

I discovered my 6 year old 74-gallon water heater's cold water inlet fitting was corroding and with white sediment build up around the nipple on Monday (Aug 12th) as I was rearranging the garage's overhead shelves. Sent my quote request on Yelp and received several replies from 5 water heater/plumbing companies. As a big supporter of and advocate for local companies, I zoomed in on two companies but ultimately chose Hydro Plumbing after few message exchanges over 3 days with Saul J., whose help, professional knowledge and patience won me over.

I could've done the work myself as I've done my research and watched few You Tube videos on how to replace the nipple but me not having the right tools, I was afraid I'd risk and caused more damage if I broke the corroded nipple in the process.

Saul came and met with me on Friday (Aug 16) after work. He was nice enough to accomodate and work around my availability to do a visual inspection, and he extended that accomodation by scheduling the actual work to be done the following day (Aug 17). He also noticed some discrepancies and not up to code when the heater was replaced and installed by Sears in 2013. Discrepancies that I took mental notes of. (By the way, the water heater is still under Sears/Kenmore limited 12yr warranty but I chose to take Sears/Kenmore out of the equation). The quoted cost was pretty much standard and generally the same as the quotes from the other companies.

Fernando showed up and replaced the galvanized iron nipple with a brass nipple and also replaced the cold side flex line with a new one in less than an hour. He was friendly, quick and efficient.

Saul and Fernando are experienced professionals and topnotch experts and I highly recommend Hydro Plumbing and will definitely do business with them again!

Had an emergency backup in my toilet and called Hydro Plumbing based on their Yelp reviews. They were able to come out immediately. Richard was awesome and very detailed in regards to figuring out what caused the backup and what my options were to fix. Ended up having water damage and Richard was quick to assist getting a company to assess the water damage. If it were not for Richard I would have no idea what my next steps were to get my issue resolved.

Glad I now have a trusted plumbing company that I will not hesitate to use again and recommend to anyone who needs their plumbing issues fixed.

Stay away from this crooked company. The guy who came out to write the estimate claimed he needed to turn off the hot water to se what kind of cartridge my leaky sink needed, and when he did so my hot water heater very conveniently stopped working correctly. Oh, but they can fix that - for another $250 of course.

Hydro Plumbing has been great to work with! We are a property management company that manages several properties. We had an issue with a gas line leaking. Saul was very informative and knowledgeable when we had to find where there was a gas leak. Saul even called the homeowner to answer all questions and concerns the owner had for the repair since it wasn't a cheap repair. Hydro Plumbing's price was very competitive, something we found out when calling other plumbing companies to do the same scope of work. Hydro Plumbing went out right away to find the leak and repair it. They're amazing! They also went out to a property that had sewage backing up into the shower. Right away, they gave us a solution and told us exactly what the problem is. They have even sent out a technician on the same day of sending them a work order, which doesn't happen often with a lot of plumbing companies. They're a very honest company, which is hard to find in this industry. We will continue using their services for our plumbing needs.

Great and trustworthy. I had some water on my counter and kitchen floor. It turns out I didn't have a plumbing problem. I had some cracks in the seals of my granite that allowed water to go down back behind the sink and into the vanity below the sink. He didn't charge a dime but also provided great advice to get the seal redone to eliminate mold.

My hot water tank went out. My home warranty assigned Hydro Plumbing for the job.
They came out and removed the old tank right away, which was on a Friday. It is up to the home warranty to order the new tank, needless to say, I wanted it ASAP. When I asked Hydro questions about the whereabouts of the new tank, they knew nothing as to who the home warranty's supplier was, etc. So I called home warranty and found out. Not only did I get the info on my own, but I also found out that Hydro had requested that the supplier deliver it to them, rather then they picking it up. Had I not requested that home warranty let Hydro to drive their ass to the supplier to pick it up, I would have had to wait until the following Friday before the new tank would have been installed. After it was installed, I had ongoing problems by not having any hot water. The home warranty assigned an HVAC company, A&R Complete Services, a joke of a company might I add! Any ways, they couldn't figure out the problem either. Hydro said they knew what the problem was and would fix it for $550, what a joke. Why would I pay that kind of money for a job that was suppose to be handled under my home warranty company? After going back and forth with the plumber pointing the finger at the HVAC and vise versa, I went 14 days without hot water in December mind you. Finally my home warranty company assigned another plumbing company that pointed the finger at HVAC, so home warranty assigned Dr. Cool HVAC, whom discovered the problem and fixed, which was the exchange valve for the heating unit. Although the plumbing company needed also to install one with the tank, which they didn't. Needless to say, I will NEVER use Hydro Plumbing nor A&R Complete Service!

We woke up to water pooling on the floor in our kitchen and after clearing out the cabinet, it appeared the water was coming from the garbage disposal. We called Hydro Plumbing. The person answering the phone was friendly and set up a time a few hours later for the plumber to come out. He actually was able to come earlier and we received a phone call telling us his ETA. The plumber was Miguel, who is super friendly, knowledgeable and quick! He told us the problem, gave us a fair and quick quote and also discussed some tips on how to maintain the garbage disposal. After he replaced it, he thoroughly showed me what was done and that there were no more leaks, he also told me about the manufacturer's and his company's warranty. I would definitely call them again for future plumbing problems.

Hydro plumbing was FAST respond to my initial request and even fast to charge the up front fee that would be credited to any repair before the repairman came out. The repairman was a nightmare to deal with. Think of a swindling salesman...that's him. He quoted us about 5 different high prices promising a great discount on the back end. After signing to do the work he had more things that came up that he had to charge for ($109 for a gas line that wasn't long enough by a few inches). After squaring up and frankly feeling a big ripped off I looked at my bank statement to see that the $79 assessment charge that would be credited was still charged. When I called to have it reversed they said they gave a $175 to offset the assessment fee (an extra $100 when they only had to do 79). Sounds nice except they charged $2500 for the whole freaking water heater repair. Maybe I don't know the market but that seems high. So basically I pry paid $500 more to get an extra $100 off...lucky me.

I honestly wish I would have done more homework up front before hiring this company. But our water heater was out and I didn't really have the time to shop around. I was just hoping the company I contacted would be honest....hydro was not.

I needed a plumber that would install a corner shower kit. Their response was quick, quote given, and same day services was provided. First of all the time is very important for me,I'm about to leave early that day and they give me an arrival time of between 8 to 10 am the plummer message me 15 min before 8, for me that's a big plus. Come early finished early too, for a busy person like me. Second the plummer was knowledgeable very experienced person. Lastly the price which im not too sure if they charged me reasonable or not because my water heater is still under warranty, what they did is that they just swapped it, for the labor of 689$ not sure if this labor charge was reasonable what do you think.

I had a clogged toilet, so I called them on Thursday afternoon, and was called back promptly. Scheduled an appointment for Friday between 9-11 am, at which time I requested they call me before they get there, as I work nights. I asked what the basic charge for unclogging a toilet was, and was told $139, which seemed a bit high, but I just wanted it handled. At 9:39 am I get a call saying they are at the door but no-one is answering. I go downstairs, the 2 plumbers came upstairs, I showed them the issue, and they said it will be $189. I said I was quoted $139 base and they asked who told me that, but I didn't get the guy's name, so they then said they might have to take the toilet off the floor. I asked what if you don't, and they said well then, we can knock $20 off for me. I asked about the $139 base price again and they said they don't know who told me that, and I said Is that not your standard price? and they said it depends on the job (...) . I told them to go ahead and get started. They went back down to their truck, got some tools, and 4 minutes later the toilet was clear. They came downstairs, wrote up a bill for $169, I paid it, and by 9:56 they were already out the door. I immediately called the office and expressed my displeasure with the bait-and-switch on the pricing, and of course, the first thing I am asked is who quoted me that. I ask them if they have standard starting pricing, and if $139 is their normal for a clogged toilet and they didn't answer, but said they would talk to the owner or manager and get back to me. 3 days later, no response whatsoever. Very unprofessional bait-and-switch tactics on pricing that is expensive in the first place at $139.

Addendum: A few days after I posted this review, an owner or manager called me, but I told him I was busy at the time, and that he could try me the next day. He never called back. Par for the course with this company, it seems.

We hired Hydro Plumbing to test/inspect our existing gas lines that we plan to use to hook up our firepots. I highly recommend this company. We had an extremely positive experience from start to finish. I requested the work via yelp and Customer Service responded very quickly with a next day appointment. Homero was the plumber assigned to my project and he explained, in detail, the entire process of testing, inspecting, and connection with SW gas. The process required multiple visits to the house and Homero was on time for all of them. He is the utmost professional and knowledgeable. I also like that I was notified via text when he was en-route. I plan to use Hydro Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.

I'm highly recommending Aric and Bernardo from Hydro Plumbing! I recently discovered that my front yard water main was damaged and needed to be repaired or replaced. Aric was extremely knowledgeable.

I ultimately decided to replace the water main pipe to avoid future issues. Aric walked me through the entire process giving me peace of mind. He was friendly, professional, punctual and understanding. Both Aric and Bernardo were industrious and dependable.

The quote I recieved was more than fair and the work was completed expeditiously. You would never know that I had work done on my front yard. This company is a rare gem. I was price shopping, called about 4 places, before selecting them. They came out in a timely manner and gave me an estimate. They didn't try to up-sell me or gouge me with unnecessary services. They were efficient and their tech was super friendly and helpful. This is absolutely an amazing company. I experienced a leak in the plumbing of my pool-fill system. My home warranty company couldn't get anybody out for 2 days, and I was told it may or may not be covered. I requested a quote on Yelp, and Saul with Hydro Plumbing contacted me in less than 5 minutes. He offered to come out for a free estimate the same day. Although there was a delay in arriving on time, he maintained communication with me on his arrival. He is extremely friendly and professional, very honest, and he answered all our questions. I would hire HP again. Quick, responsive, and no BS fee for estimate like the other plumber outfits utilize. I get that coming to the customer's home = $$$ however, be careful out there. Other outfits will say in their advertisement free estimate, but expect $19.99 up front and then will waive the fee if you decide to go with their service. This does not give you the option to price shop and before then you spending few more dollars. HP didn't do this at all so they have my respect.

They arrived, gave me two options to choose from. Aug the toilet or remove the toilet completely and different pricing. Thank God all we had to do is AUG the toilet and free the stuck toilet paper spindle that fell in.

Tech was here probably 45 mins and resolved the issue.

I have to revise my earlier review. In a pinch Hydro will help you but, they will charge you! I had an emergency they came out and everything was great. Now my hot water heater is going out and they are still looking to get last minute prices sorry but just and install with all parts being supplied by me shouldn't cost $1500 it shouldn't cost $900 your competitors are charging $425. It's a shame I wanted to feel I found a good honest plumber. I understand everyone needs to make money but no longer at my expense.

The problem was my garbage disposal and they fixed it in 45 minutes. Also if you mention yelp you get 10% off. They were very nice and efficient. I will return if I have any issues with my plumbing.

We finally had all we could take with plumbing issues in this COVID world, and our home warranty company to put in a claim. So many outside contractors can't or won't come into homes during this. We selected Hydro Plumbing from the long list that we were offered and we are so happy we did! Aric came out, looked at the list of plumbing issues we had, got it approved and showed up the next morning at the time he said he would and got to work. He and his partner (Sorry I can't remember his name) were professional, knowledgeable and fast. Eric also found an issue in our downstairs bathroom that we had no idea was happening and could potentially be bad. He referred us to a company that he said we can trust asses the issue correctly.

This company was amazing, very professional, and fast. As soon as I asked for a quote for a new water heater, Hydro plumbing responded within 5 minutes and promised to be at my house in an hour for an estimate. They arrived a few minutes early. Fernando was professional. He drained the tank and proceeded to go buy a new tank the same day. However, due to the Memorial Day holiday, we had to schedule service for the following day from 12-2. Again, Fernando arrived a few minutes early around 11:45, and had the job done in about an hour. All communication was clear through text messaging and email. Wonderful service. Highly recommend.

Discovered a leak under our kitchen sink and Rafi from Hydro Plumbing was able to come on the same day to fix it. He also found that our remodeling contractor had connected the dishwasher air gap directly into the garbage disposal because he used the air gap hole for my under sink RO water dispenser. Because it was not to code and very unsanitary, we wanted it rectified asap. Instead of hiring a granite specialist to cut another hole, Rafi saved us thousands by suggesting that we upgrade the kitchen faucet to one that does not require a metal plate because there are 3 holes under the faucet metal plate. Now we have a lovely gooseneck faucet, dishwasher air gap and a soup dispenser where the old faucet use to be. Rafi is a bit of a perfectionist. He spent extra time making sure everything was functioning smoothly and cleaned up my kitchen including the hard water marks around the old metal plate before he left! We specifically appreciate that he is willing to explain everything to us so we can understand the problems and have the peace of mind that we have a clean kitchen. Professional and meticulous, Rafi will be our go to plumber in the future. Thanks Rafi!

My tankless water heater started leaking so I called Hydro as they serviced my other plumbing needs prior. The same tech Aric showed up and diagnosed the issue quickly. The heat exchanger was faulty and was covered under the manufacturers warranty. They ordered the part, replaced the heat exchanger and I was back up and running within a day and half. While he was here I had him take a look at some other items and he went above and beyond in resolving. I really appreciate the continued professionalism, honesty and expertise from this company.

House was receiving no water - faucets, showers, toilets, etc. Left a callback message at almost 6pm Thursday night and got a call back within 15 minutes. The customer service agent was able to schedule an appointment for the following day, other companies I had contacted were not able to come until Monday or later. The technician, Aric, actually called to see if they could come 30 minutes earlier, thank goodness! He assessed the issue (pressure regulator) and gave 2 options/quotes before starting work. So there was a huge water leak in our front yard which is land desert landscaping... So unbeknownst to us it had been leaking for a few weeks, and until we saw the water bill... We had no idea.
I called the water company who explained that there was a huge leak that we were not able to track and I called Hydro Plumbing because they had worked with us before and they were at my house within two hours.

Richard was incredible as he worked with my mom and myself to determine what happened and got to work on it immediately. We are so blessed that he spoke Spanish and was able to communicate clearly to my mom who really trusted him and enjoyed his professionalism.

I did comparison shopping with other plumbing companies. I feel as though Hydro Plumbing is the best all around. There was a couple of hiccups but very minor. One was that my water was shut off and I was unable to take a shower or do anything involving water but as soon as I called they promptly came back and fixed the issue. Another was there was a little bit of a leak due to Not knowing about the drip drain. Fortunately, I went into my laundry room where the plumbing had been done and caught it just in time. Once I reported it, they came back and took care of that as well. So far so good! It's been a couple of months afterwards although my laundry room is still being worked on for other reasons and I haven't been able to use it in its full capacity.
I think Hydro Plumbing is a great company with caring employees. I think the price is fair and I do think they will take care of you if anything goes wrong. Give them a chance and see it for yourself!

Our house, built in '92, shares a well with the four houses on our court. At 2a.m. Sunday morning the pipe from the well to our house broke, flooding the yard, the court and the cross street. The only way to stop the geyser was to turn off the well pump, shutting off water to all houses. Starting at 7a.m Sunday I began calling a list of The Best Plumbers Near Me. The first 4 could not come until Monday. Then, Jackpot! The Hydro receptionist was fantastic and so sympathetic too. Richard from Hydro was here by 9:30. He and a crew had to dig through huge tree roots with a pickaxe to locate the broken pipe. It was 107+ degrees. We had Hydro completely re-plumb the pipes not just repair the break, adding a main shut off valve near the driveway, plus shut off valves for water to the house and to the yard so this will never happen again. They worked all day Sunday and the huge job was completed Monday afternoon. They figured out how to rig a work-around so our neighbors had running water from Sunday night on. Hydro is very professionally run. They sent detailed cost estimates by email and explained in detail for non-plumbers what could be done. I was notified by the office when Richard was on his way and he also texted me directly. He was able to explain how the break occurred (PVC glue failed and tree roots pulled the pipe apart) and gave us options in understandable detail so we could make knowledgeable decisions. I was able to keep my neighbors advised as the repair progressed. I will recommend Hydro to all my friends (and to you). Everyone I spoke to spoke excellent English. This can be an issue as I am 77 and a bit deaf. We had a Five gold star experience!

I had a water main leak this past week and after calling around and not being able to find someone that could come out immediately I ran across Hydro Plumbing on Yelp. Initially they couldn't send someone till the next day but after explaining it was an emergency situation, they literally had someone out in 30 minutes... and this was later afternoon.
Miguel showed up, looked at the situation, explained where the leak was and what needed to happen to repair leak and the cost. Said he would try doing the repair that afternoon but most likely would have to come back the following day... which was fine.
Within an hour Miguel had it completely repaired and the water back on... I was amazed!
I'm always skeptical about finding services like this simply off of Yelp, but I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Hydro Services and specifically Miguel.

Setup an appt for a shower cartridge change out for my moen shower (glad, I didn't try it by myself, I would have ripped that out of the wall) They swapped that out and got the shower working correctly. That was great, no more slightly hitting the knob 1mm to get the correct water temp.

I then had a conversation about my toilets not flushing correctly and constantly slow flow flushing. I also had one toilet that the valve was completely broken (the main part was leaking from the top pretty bad) So, I setup an appt to changeout 2 toilets. They came out swapped them out and now I have duel flush toilets and they look nicer. So, this company is great, price was pretty good(they even take the old toilets and dispose of them for you, which is nice) So, if need anything done, just do yourself a favor and just call them. They are a great company.

The service was good, however I had to call Hydro Plumbing to ask how the new exterior faucet system worked. After a couple of days, I called again and asked for a plumber to come over to show me how the new system worked, since I could not figure it out. The plumber called and wanted to explain the system over the phone. It appeared he did not want to come over but wanted to walk me through it. This annoyed me but I let him explain how the faucet worked. It would be helpful if he had explained this to me before he left the first time. I think if a customer asks for assistance, there should be no hesitation to come over and explain how things work.

Hydro Plumbing was excellent ! We needed some outdoor plumbing corrections on our house purchase (resale) that were recommended by our home inspector. Hydro Plumbing's estimate was actually a bit lower than estimates of two other plumbing services. I called Hydro after discovering pipes were leaking in my walls. There was a lot of work to do so I had 3 companies bid on it. Hydro had the best price and the most thorough person in looking at what had to be done.

They got the work done promptly, and the guys who did it were friendly, followed COVID protocol, and were efficient. They even found the hole they had to dig to fix one of the large pipes was a foot deeper than they estimated it would be. They didn't even ask to charge more because of this -- they just got it done.

I'll be calling Hydro for my plumbing needs from now on.

The service was very timely. The house I rented was blocked by a drainage pipe. The price quoted by the home warranty was $375. It was just a replacement for a P-trap. Hydro plumbing wasted my and their time. When I spoke with their sales rep I explained that I already augured my toilet and the clog was further down the line and would need to be snaked to clear it. I also explained I had multiple quotes between $125 and $150 to snake the line. I explicitly asked them if this was in their ball park for repair because I DID NOT want to waste either of our time. When the repair guy showed up, he was very friendly and professional, however, he quoted me $140 to auger the toilet, which I DID NOT need and $412.20 to snake and clear the line. Technician said he recommended doing both items for $552.20. This price is so far over the market value for this server that it is offensive.

Hopefully this review will save someone some time, money and frustration.

I rarely need plumbing services as I can do most things on my own but this time around I became very dumb founded as to why my kitchen sink were backed up and caused a problem.

I contacted Hydro Plumbing and all I can say is from the receptionist to the Plumber Aric who arrived on time and contacted me before to let me know how long it would take him to get to my house were all very professional.

When Aric arrived he was goingnto put booties on his boots which I am laid back and told him no cause I have tile floor and asked to make sure it was OK. I showed Aric the issues and explained what I did as far checking the p trap and pipes and disposal. He knew right off the bat the outlet or drainage pipe was the issue.

He gave me the price which I knew was alright and fair. I had him snake out the pipe and found out the grease was building up overtime and clogging pipes. When done he suggested later on to do a jet service and mandatory camera check to ensure the pipes were free and clear.

All in all I felt this business was fair as I use to work for a plumbing company many years ago and know prices and what most entail. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hydro is very responsive and Veronica from the office was helpful and flexible. She was supportive during my bidding process while trying to shop around for best price and quality. Most importantly, the tech they sent out Rafi was the most knowledgeable plumber Ive met. This was very helpful because I'm not handy. It turns out, they saved me a lot money because I did not have to replace my main shut off valve ; which the other companies were trying to charge me close to 1,000. I was happy with their service. It turns out that I needed to fix other plumbing issues that Rafi taught me about my irrigation and I'm looking forward to working with them soon. While their price I'd say is in the mid range and competitive , what's important to me is the quality, responsiveness, and understanding of their customer needs. I needed to have the shut off valves for a washer replaced. I used the Yelp app to get bids and Hydro Plumbing was the first to respond. I received a text with the plumber's name before the appointment - nice touch!

We scheduled an appointment for them to come out and look at the issue. They showed up early, gave me a quote, and got the work completed in a short period of time!

I will say they weren't the cheapest, but they were very responsive! I was happy with the work and the plumber did a good job cleaning up when he was done.

I started to replace a shower faucet cartridge and ran into a snag. I called Hydro late morning and explained the situation, to include not able to have any water in the entire house.
