Chris is very honest, responsive and reliable. His pricing is very fair and he doesn't drag the work out to add up labor hours. He came out quickly and on time for when he said he would be here. He uninstalled the broken water heater and installed the new water heater. He was very considerate of our home. Very personable too. Chris at Combat Water Solutions helped me out with some botched DIY. I had a fight with a seized up shower cartridge, while I did win the fight... I took the shower valve with it.

He responded quickly, gave me a quote over the phone and came by for the repair the next day. He was very professional. It's awesome to support local veteran owned business.

I just moved into my new house and during the inspection it was noted that the master toilet was slow to refill the tank after flushing.  It was recommended that the fill valve be replaced so I decided to tackle this job myself.  I successfully swapped out the valve but unfortunately that wasn't the issue.  I called another plumbing company that came out only to give me the wrong diagnosis and wanted to charge me $700 to swap out a thermostatic mixing valve to my bathtub. They also wanted to change out the angle stop and the new fill valve that was just replaced.  Luckily I decided to do more research before agreeing to the repairs.  As it turns out, my house has a fire sprinkler system and apparently it's plumbed into the master toilet. I submitted my request for service and he was the first To respond. I was able to get a same day appointment and Chris showed up earlier than expected. He is professional and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure the rest of my system was up to par.  He even took the tile to look at the parts that I installed myself. I was relieved that the cost to do the job was far less than what I expected and was very reasonable.  I would definitely be doing business with Chris again in the future.  Thanks for the quick response, quality work and fair treatment!

I don't leave a review unless I am wowed. Chris came over for a small job, but handled it wonderfully and quickly. Amazing job. Got some ideas on other things I've been wanting fixed, will be definitely calling them again.

My husband and I recently purchased an older home and when the new dishwasher we purchased was being installed, found there was no hole in the stainless steel sink for the air gap. Unfortunately, the plumber did not have the tool to cut a hole in the sink. We contacted another plumber and he suggested we replace the sink. This meant spending approx $400 for a sink and approx $500 for labor. I put a shout out on YELP and Christopher Licea with Combat Water Solutions answered and informed me that he had the tool to cut the hole in the sink.  He came, cut the hole, and installed the air gap. He saved us several hundred dollars. We are so thankful and pleased with Christopher's service and have already recommended him to friends.

Chris is the best! I had quite the assortment of projects on a recently purchased home and Chris came by and inspected everything thoroughly. He did not just throw out a number but put together a thoughtful estimate that included all necessary repairs.
When he came by to do the work he was on time and finished everything despite a couple of missing parts on my end. I had thought I got everything but I was wrong but he got the parts for me.

Chris was courteous & received same day service even though it was a late afternoon call. I asked him to look at another plumbing issue which he graciously did. For shower repair we scheduled another date & time & he was exactly on time for that date. What I like best is he didn't try to up-sell. I had another plumber look at both toilet & shower & up-sell on their part was heavy, hence I didn't hire them. Both toilet & shower work better then they have in years.

Thank goodness for Combat water solutions! I had a bad leak in my water heater that ruined my whole wall and would not stop flooding my garage. Chris was so nice to promptly answer my message, even though it was late at night. And even came super super early first thing in the morning so that I didn't have to endure any further water damage. He worked tirelessly for the whole day to put in a tankless water heater at a great price. Other estimates I had gotten in the past (unfortunately I should've replaced this tank long before I got the leak) were  suggesting other complicated systems that was unnecessary. Chris, you are one of a kind.  Your quoted estimates are surprisingly way lower than ALL other plumbing companies.  Someone quoted me $150 but you only quoted $60.  I really wonder why other plumbing companies give a very high estimate on any plumbing jobs.  Is it because other plumbing companies advertised their company and that is why all of them are very expensive?  Chris does advertise too but he is surely not expensive.  Not only do you go beyond your work hours just to help me out but you always find a way to make all customers happy.  I hope everyone can read this review and will call you for any plumbing repair needs.  I only wish that all others out there are the same as you.  I would highly recommend Chris of Combat Water Solutions.  I guarantee that Chris will not let you down and all of you will be surprised by his quoted estimates compared to other plumbing companies.  My name is Vince.

I had issues with two toilets and requested service quotes via Yelp.  Chris was the first to respond and continued to show that responsiveness throughout the process.  One toilet required replacement of significant parts.  He sourced the parts that afternoon and made time in his schedule to return the same day to complete repairs.  He was very professional and efficient and is now my go-to guy for any plumbing issues (hopefully not too soon! ).

Combat Water Solutions was extremely helpful with the installation of my tankless electric water heater.  They did a ton of research to find the right water heater that fit my needs.  Above and beyond.  Would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future!

We bought a house that ended up needing a new water heater a little while after we moved in. We called Combat Water Solutions and they gave us a fair price over the phone. Chris showed up on time and did a clean install for the agreed price, in and out. I would definitely call them again.

I recently moved to a brand new home. Needless to say they were still quite a bit of things to do to bring it to life. Combat Water Solutions gave me a comprehensive consultation of the varied items I needed completed. He installed a brand new toilet even using his discount to help with costs. I will be using him for all my plumbing and remodeling needs in the near future.

After living in our house for a year or so the shower valves in both showers decided to go around the same time. Chris from Combat Water Solutions came over and gave us a few options to  go with. We picked one in our price range and he had the new ones installed and the showers working shortly after. Great work!

They saved me in a pinch. My home warranty company was going to make me wait a week and a half for someone to come out and snake the kitchen sink drain. Combat Water solutions showed up bright and early the day after I called and were in and out super quick. Communication was great and the tech was super nice.

Wow Chris is amazing! My bf and I tried setting up our soft water system and needed help because it kept leaking when the system would reset. I put in a request on yelp and not even 5 min he replied to it. Gave him a call and he tried to help through a phone call. Then he decided to drive and stop by. I received a call from my tenant in Henderson that they weren't getting hot water after just a few minutes of running the water. The water heater is just a couple years old and has at least a ten year warranty so I went on Yelp and Chris sent me an email, seemed to say all the right things, was familiar with my situation, we texted, then talked and the rest is history. He made an appointment in less than 24 hours, arrived right on time and made all the repairs needed to the valve as well as additional corrections necessary to get the system working properly. Chris quoted a great and reasonable price that was important to me and didn't increase it once he saw there were a few extra things needing to be done. My kitchen sink was draining slowly so I contacted the first company on Yelp that gave my straight quote. My snake was not long enough so Chris came in with their girthier and longer snake, unclogging my pipe. Friendly, punctual and honest, highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

Our water heater leaked from the bottom in the garage in the middle of winter and I looked for a plumber on yelp & sent a message to a bunch of businesses that could help us. He came to our house to check the water heater that leaked and unfortunately it was totally busted and needed to be replaced. Chris helped us setup financing and we ended up having our garbage disposal replaced and our dishwasher installed as well. He did all 3 within 5 hours!
