So to start off, I had to call on Tuesday, April, 4th, 2023, around 1:55pm due to my Kitchen blinds being old and outdated, so I went out to lowes and bought one set for the one window we have.

Well I am not coordinated and yet have a drill and all the tools to do the job, but messed up lol. I called Andre and explained what I did and that I'm not the most handy person when it comes to blinds....

Being made fun of by the wife was not fun lol. Needless to say I call Andre and he gave a fair estimate and arrived on time. Very polite, understanding of my situation, and helped me out greatly with putting up the blinds.

Personally I would 110% call him again down the road for other work I have to eventually get done. I would also 110% recommend Andre to anyone as I feel he helped me out greatly and did not take advantage.

Andre even repaired my faucet to my drinking water / reverse osmosis faucet that was loose. He honestly did an outstanding job!

He honestly earned my business for sure!

We live in an old home and had a major flood coming from our bathroom. I called several businesses and S & A was the only business to get back to me in a timely manner. They were fast to come out and give me an estimate. Sam and his team were amazing!  They worked hard, fast, and efficiently. The team is professional and friendly and did A++++ quality work.   I really appreciate that they were in contact the entire time, letting me know what was going on the with the work process. They also returned all my calls and answered any questions I had (which were a lot). S & A are also very reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges! You dont have to use a huge company to get great results.   I highly recommend this business and they have all my future business!  Thanks Sam and Team!

Did okay, but inconsistent work.   Owner rather belittling.   Did not fully fix problem so I called in a professional that re-did the work.   I'd avoid using them.

Service was requested via yelp, so my request was sent out to 5 other HVAC companies. Johnny On the Spot was the first to respond (on a Sunday night) and the first to show up on Monday morning! I just replaced my a/c unit in June 2020 but no cold air was blowing out of the vents. On Monday morning, I was sent a text stating that a tech, Brandon, would be heading over to my house to diagnose the problem. The problem was a bad starter motor. It was replaced, and I opted to join their comfy club which includes an a/c tune up and a heating system tune up in preparation for the winter... amongst other things like a 20% off discount on services and a waived service call fee for future concerns (a $49 value). While we were waiting for the a/c to cool down the house a bit, Brandon went ahead to do the tune up on our a/c unit. He was in uniform, very professional and communicated well. He also wore shoe booties while in my house, which is a plus bc I cannot stand shoes on my carpet. I'll definitely be calling them for all of my future HVAC needs.

Rocky Point is on POINT! They are very responsive, come by in a speedy time frame, do a great and awesome job and the staff is so friendly. We heart them so much!

On time plumbing did a great job today they came out and Nick check all the plumbing and explain all the details and plumbing options for us on very late notice. Nick went out of his way to get a washer for our sink in the bathroom and went over the paperwork in detail also we will always use on time plumbing and will also recommend it to our friends and family.

I called to have the flushing mechanisms for my 3 toilets replaced on the morning of Apr 27th, made appointment for morning of 28th.. morning of 28th called said they accidentally double booked, rescheduled for 29th.  Curtis came on the 29th but did not have the right sized parts.  Rescheduled for morning of May 3rd.  Called and basically said they had more important things to do and rescheduled for the 4th.  They called this morning to reschedule once again.  I made the decision to take my business elsewhere.  Curtis was cool when I met him and wish we could have continued working together but I can only be put on the backburner so many times before it becomes disrespectful.

I can't say enough great things about Larry and his company. He has done tons of work for us and is always on time and the quality of work is amazing. He won't over charge and he will look for the best deals to get you the best price. The most recent time we saw Larry was today, my husband took out a chunk in our septic pipe when excavating an area in our yard. I frantically called Larry and even though he was on the opposite side of the city for work (and we live in mount Charleston!) , he came as soon as he could to fix the problem. 100% recommend!

A to Z were true professionals.  They were on time, helpful and most of all honest.  There was no pressure to go with their services and insisted to get another estimate, so that we feel 100% comfortable.  They were easy to contact and always on time.  They let us know our options and exact amount.  No surprises.  Thank you for you help and I definitely recommend A to Z.  They do an awesome job!

I had an emergency plumbing need and I called Redline. The following afternoon Josh assessed my kitchen plumbing and clearly identified the problems. He had us back up and running in a hour! True professionals! Call them because they will get job done right the first time.

David and his brother Dan come from a family of plumbers so they go beyond just fixing a leak.  They really provide excellent advice on how to fix the plumbing to your own personal specifications and needs. They installed a larger trap under my kitchen sink as I cook very regularly and need the larger trap. They are extremely knowledgeable, reasonably priced and are CLEAN and courteous. They installed my two 75-gallon hot water tanks at a very reasonable price. They are honest and have great integrity. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs an honest and capable plumber.

I used Aire Serv for years and these guys have taken their place, so I gave them a try.  They came out promptly to do a spring service and their tech found a few issues with our heating/AC system.  Patrick provided several options and price points to help alleviate the issues.

The techs were able to come out the next day to replace an AC system and 2 blower motors.  8 hours later we were set.  Very professional and expeditious, Patrick was great.  Now we are waiting for a call from them to get a drywall guy out to finish the job.  Great so far!

Called these guys on a Saturday for a non-emergency leak repair.  My call was returned promptly Monday morning, and the repair was made Tuesday morning.  The plumber was efficient, friendly, and professional.   He even caught a leak I didn't know about and repaired that too.  The cost was reasonable for the service call and repair.  They don't take credit, only cash or checks!   I'd use them again.

One of the most unprofessional commercial companies I have ever dealt with.  I you want a lot of excuses why they cannot facilitate your needs and be charged $95.00 an hour for it...these are your guys!!

I will again revise my review.  I was told I was going to review a well deserved refund.  I didn't. So just to be clear, here is what happened.

I asked if they had experience and carried parts for my brand shower. I was assured they were familiar with and carried the parts.  They weren't and didn't. It took 3 visits, I had to order the parts and in the end I was charged a grand total of a little over 300.00 TO REPLACE THE SHOWER HANDLES!  When I paid for the parts!   Yup.. Shower handles.  And I had to find the
directions for the plumber!  Plus I was told, when speaking to a manager, they did make 3 trips to Boulder City.  We'll because they didn't have the parts! And if you don't want to make the trip to BC then EXCLUDE IT FROM YOUR SERVICE AREA!!  don't punish the customer for where they live.  Too far?  Then state that in the ad.

Shop around.

I am amazed at this story about Rakeman's Plumbing in North Las Vegas and I want to thank them for being an honest business that goes the extra mile for loyal customers - a rarity in Las Vegas, in my experience.

My elderly mom and dad have encountered several scams and elder abuse monetary issues in managing their home in Las Vegas since 1995. I have taken a few of these on for them from Los Angeles (the least of which was Home Depot, who eventually made good on the $500 issue) because they are simply not tech savvy enough - although they are intelligent - to maneuver today's complex digital business world when things go wrong - they've been retired for 20+ years.So I was grateful when they used Rakeman's for a couple of bigger plumbing jobs on their house and they seemed satisfied and felt the pricing was fair.

Then recently, they had a toilet issue, so they dropped into Rakeman's to ask if it was something they could help them to fix. To my amazement, one of the Rakeman workers went to my parent's house and fixed the toilet for FREE. This just does not happen in most places.

Please support this extremely decent business - who does good work at a fair price - and values human beings over hourly billings. It meant the world to my folks and to me for them to be treated so well.

I had an appointment that they re-scheduled for the following week due to lack of staff and then the tech calls two minutes before the end of the two hour time frame to tell me he's on his way but is 20-30 minutes away. Told him not to bother as I had to leave. Total waste of my time. Unreliable!
