This business is advertised as a licensed and bonded plumbing company for 14 years they have almost a handful of reviews half of them negative. I'm not positive you can actually find evidence that the advertised st charles mo plumbing company is what they claim. Before I continue I need to point out One should not confuse Able Rooter with the aforementioned Able Plumbing St. Charles to whom this review is referring.
Over the past year the alleged owner Christopher Robert's has used his registered phone number (we have screen shots) to price shop our business at very late hours in a seemingly non-sober state of mind (this is just a personal opinion).
Last night at approximately 11:00pm Christopher Robert's used the same data points phones, computer with associated I.p. Address to attack our business Able Rooter most likely again in a state of non-sobriety by abusing the google review system to leave a one star review with no comment, not something most sober business owners would do, one would ask is he drunk, high or confused to do such a malicious act.
One has to ask what will he do when he is in my home?
You be the judge!
In my humble opinion he has poor judgement and until he chooses to do the right think I'll do my best to share my limited experience with this man. Remember this is supposed to be the leader of a company, the judge, the defender. I'm not feeling that in the way he comes across again in my limited knowledges in his communication with our indemnified corporation.
We have screen shots on top of screen shots and with hundreds of 5 star reviews , sticks and stones.
