rick and his team at performance plumbing did a great job with our restaurant bathrooms. these guys are clean, efficient, thorough and very reasonably priced. would not do business with anyone else. try them the next time you need a plumber. you won't be disappointed.

Performance has updated my kitchen and 2 showers. They did a wonderful job last year.  This time my hot water tank quit on me. Cold showers aren't fun. I called Cheryl and she had the guys here within 4 hours. It took them less then 90 to install a new tank. This company is something to brag about if you need help.  I will always depend on them. Great group of professionals.

They were able to get here more quickly than any other plumbers I called. They were also willing to defrost my pipe, whereas another company would not (I had it well started already). They were on time, friendly and professional. I definitely recommend them.

The proverbial if I could I would give 0 stars.  Your office personnel/dispatcher lost you a large job. She was so rude and then called me back during my work and harangued me about needing a permit.  I was a return customer. I asked your plumber on a recent job he was at my house for, about a subsequent job. It was all set, then your office person ruined some follow up  business for you.  There are lots of good plumbers out there- I would get employees  who show some respect for  your business - unless you don't care.  I asked to speak with the office manager and was told that they won't  speak to you she said my only option was to speak with her.  Or- post a bad review - she was good with that

The rate for service call was not bad and the guys that came were nice, but ultimately did not fix my issue. I had to call different plumber out for an emergency. Don't recommend unless you need something simple done.

10/23/15 Well, the plumber left here a couple of hours ago and I am actually quite pleased. The sewer pipe of my main floor toilet was leaking into the bathroom below it in the basement. Had this issue last December and the plumber that came out from Performance Plumbing back then replaced a section of the old, corroded copper drain pipe with PVC pipe. He did a good job and solved the problem but I wasn't exactly happy to have an issue again, only about 10 months later. But I also knew the remainder of the sewer pipe was not in best shape and the leak was beyond the previously repaired section. I figured a big expense was coming to replace the entire pipe all the way to the main stack on one end and to the toilet at the other, but I wanted it done to avoid future problems.
I thought the earlier replacement of the section of sewer pipe only had their basic 90 day warranty from the papers I had. Well, the guy today from Performance was very honest and told me it should have been written up as a 1 year guarantee. He did ALL the repair work to replace the drain pipe for free! My only charge was for something else I wanted done while he was here, so both me and my bank account are VERY happy. He also had everything needed for both the repair and my other job on the truck, so I didn't have to schedule another appointment to have the work done another day.
The guy today, Mark, was friendly, professional and did a great job. He even did a couple of minor extras he could have charged for on the other work I had him do, I'm guessing because of the 1st repair not lasting as long as he felt it should have. If anyone in the St. Charles county area needs a plumber, I would highly recommend Performance Plumbing in Wentzville, their great service and honesty made a huge difference to me today...

Please don't waste your time. The owners of this company are nothing but disrespectful. I was hung up on twice by Miss Cheryl who told me she was the owner and that she didn't need my business.

Office staff was great getting things set up since I couldn't take time off work to get the repairs done. I had to have part of a wall and ceiling taken down for repairs and I dreaded the mess I would find when they were done. Turns out I didn't need to be worried! No mess for me to deal with and I had them come back to replace my hot water heater. Great local family-owned company for plumbing work in STL!

They are honestly the best in the area, they are proud of their work and are a professional, organized company. Fixed right the first time

We've used Performance Plumbing to replace fixtures in our Master Bath and install a water conditioner system in our water main pipe to help control the hard water spots that are so prevalent in St. Charles. We have been very happy with the results. We also had them repair our running commodes. So nice to enjoy the peace and quiet and save water too!
Most recently, our kitchen disposal needed replacement. The new one is so much smoother and easy to clean. We are very happy with Performance Plumbing and their friendly proficient crew. It's a pleasure dealing with everyone from the office staff to the technicians. Highly recommend this company!

Horrible. Could not finish the job the first day because he did not have what was needed for the job, so had to come back the next day. Then got double billed, because they said he had to come back the next day. He did not do the job required, and fixed nothing the first day but we still got billed for the job. Pathetic! If you are called to fix something and cannot do the job we should not have been charged. Then after i called about the issue i was told that even though he could not do the job he still came out there and if i did not pay the total in full i would be charge the total plus a interest rate of 18%. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

Was very pleased with every aspect of the service.  They arrived on time, were very friendly, and quick.  As long as the job holds up, I couldn't be more pleased.
