Unreliable and does not stand behind their work. Buyer beware. Incorrectly installed a Zoeller grinder causing the motor to burn up after only 3 months use. After repeated calls and promises to come out I came to realize that it was never gonna happen and had to use another plumber. So think twice before calling Koehne. Plenty of other plumbers out there who will do the work properly and stand behind it.

Talk about customer service! We were in the midst of selling our home when the buyers inspector said he found thousands of dollars worth of plumbing damage in our sewer line. We called up Koehne plumbing, they sent out Mark who was beyond professional! He took our concerns seriously and reviewed the inspection report, long story short he saved us thousands of dollars by cleaning and doing basic maintenance on our sewer line! Even ran his own inspection for us to show our buyers; keeping our house (and budget) on the mark (pun intended). Highly recommend to anyone who needs high quality service.
