Very professional but VERY expensive! Charged me $350.00 for a 20 minute food disposal replacement and didn't even discuss different upgrades models...just replaced with standard 1/2 HP insinkerator and then another $350.00 for swapping out a dishwasher. Plumber was very skilled and again professional, but when I shared with neighbors and friends, I found out I paid WAY too much.

Amazing customer service and professional technicians. I am so thankful that I finally found a plumber I can trust. I found their pricing to be fair, attention to detail excellent, and customer service genuine. Thank you, Ryan and Jeff for a pleasant resolution to a messy situation.

I recently moved into a new house and needed some repairs done to my house. I found SNNB on yelp and decided to give them a call. SNNB went beyond and above their job. They thoroughly did their work, they were responsive, knowledgeable and on time. I would recommend them for your home projects and repairs.

Georgia Plumb Solutions provided excellent service. They provided a rough estimate before coming in person to view my water heater and space that needed repair. They were prompt in their service scheduling and turnaround, and the work went quickly. They were professional and thorough with responses to my questions and needs.

Awesome to work with! We had stairs built for our deck and built-ins with bench seating and have been so happy with the work and how quickly it's all been completed. Miguel was so nice and such a hard worker and we'll always look to Jay and Miguel for any future work at our house.

Called for my A/C not running on Sunday. They arrived Monday morning on time at 8 a.m. Eric was a pleasure to work with. Informed me throughout the process. He took 2:30 hours to isolate the wiring (main) problem for the estimate. Eric also noticed a possible leak in my roof and brought that to my attention. You could not ask for a more honest company. Have used them in the past with the same type of attention to detail and honesty.

Central Septic did a great job. Michael and his team were very quick to response. They weee on time for a consultation and for the install. We replaced a whole drain field. I got other quotes. They were 1/2 the price. They did a great job. They graded after then installed the field much better than I thought they would.

I recently read the response from John from the BBB complaint I filed in regards to this issue, John Stated the Following...
The customer was billed on 12/4/14. On 1/31/15 after the invoice was almost 60 days old we sent out a past due notice. I was then sent an email telling me that I needed to seek payment from the homeowners association.
I believe that we initially diagnosed the water heater problem correctly.
I feel that we followed through as we said we would. The customer did not send us additional pictures as he stated he would. I just cannot write a letter stating that the drains were common when I didn't think that they were. As much as he wants to believe that the drain was backing up at the time of the water heater installation and then just quit for 76 days is highly improbable. He is just one of those people who wants something for free and is willing to go to almost any cost to get it.
I feel like J.W.Ayers Plumbing has given the customer honest, excellent, and timely professional service at a fair and competitive price. And when I am asked to supply a letter to an association in order to receive payment for something that I don't believe to be it's responsibility, I do not appreciate it and will not do it. It is just not ethical and honest.
There will be no refund.
For starters, there was no confirmation from John, other than verbal, that the issue was the water heater. No video or photo evidence was submitted.
I did sent John the additional pictures he requested, he was not satisfied with the picture and agreed to investigate further, which he did not.
Without evidence that the water heater was in fact leaking, the only logical conclusion is the the hub drain was and has been leaking which gave the appearance that the water heater was at fault. Keep in mind that enough water leaked into the unit to damage all of the flooring in the unit over the course of several months. The issue continued after the water heater was replaced.
I have always met my finical obligations in a timely fashion, but I also question shoddy workmanship.
We called John to diagnose a problem, which was misdiagnosed, either by John himself or his representatives. Instead of owning up to his mistake he fabricated misinformation, and cast blame back on me.
John agreed to investigate the Hub drain in the condo further, he did not. This inaction, to me, is as admission of if misconduct and or guilt. Johns company got $1000 out of us for a $250 hot water heater (that we paid in full in a timely fashion just like all the other times we worked with John), then another $450 to snake a drain. We paid the bill for the water heater in full in a timely fashion, but I am the one who is unethical and dishonest.
If you want to get ripped off then have your personal integrity questioned questioned when you ask questions about the work provided, then call John. Otherwise don't call J. W. Ayres. John is more concerned for his bottom line than he is with delivering quality and honesty.

James is great to work with. My tankless hot water heater stopped producing hot water, and James came out the next day to take a look at it. He was able to diagnose the issue by pulling the unit apart and cleaning the heat exchanger. James took the time to explain the situation, the problem, and the fix. As an engineer, I really appreciate this. If you prefer someone who explains things in detail, is passionate about and loves to share their craft, and is a small business owner, James is your guy.

RS was supposed to be here to replace a few parts on a faucet between 12 and 3 today. Never showed up so I called. Was told they had not expect to run over but did. I explained that it would have been nice for a courtesy call to let me know this. Now I have to wait another 45 min for the tech to get here. That I was his next call. A little unprofessional in m opinion not to at least call and notify client that they were running behind.

HI. I have used Fulton Services a few times in the past. However, the last time I used them it was close to $600 to replace a kitchen faucet. I thought I would try them again, and called them for a leaky tub faucet. He looked at it for 2 seconds and quoted me either $476 or $576....I was so mad I can not remember. The most disappointing part is when the manager, Scotty, just called me. I explained that I thought their prices were really high, a lot higher than other competitors. I told him I found a plumber who quoted me $200. All he said was good Luck in a smart Alec tone and did not even attempt to justify why they charge so much.
I will say, Cookie who answers the phone did try and explain why they were priced higher. I will not use them anymore in the future.

Pink Plumber charged me for $1800 plus for a water heater I didnt need. The plumber spent a couple of minutes assessing a leak that was slowly dripping from the r lower corner of my water heater. The drip was noticed Friday, the plumber came Monday. The small amount of leaking was contained. After he installed a new water heater and apparatus he said needed due to code regulations he was preparing to leave. The installation took less than an hour for a one man job. Some of the piping had been replaced recently prior to aping Plumber coming. Within a few hours my floor was still wet so I put towel down. The next morning the towels were soaked. I called Pink Plumber back and was told the plumber would call me that day and come back out. He did not. The manager had left at 3:30 and wouldn't be back until the next day. By the morning of the next day the leak pipe had wet my wall, there was drops of water all over the water heater and a stream of water trickling down the right side, initially it was not a stream. The manager was rude and they sent another tech out but didn't tell him why he was coming. As soon as he saw the leaking pipe he said, let me get you an estimate. Pink Plumber owes me for a water heater. Water remained on my floor and wall after Pink Plumber made a mess and caused more problems for me. I have not heard back from Jeff the manager who promised to call me after the tech came. The tech apologized profusely for the mess. VWeave.
