Reggie was responsive, practical and communicative on our repair. We had a broken pipe between our house and the road that was leaking water down the street. Reggie not only rearranged his schedule to come and help as quickly as he could, he also gave us options for the repair and his recommendation. He fixed the issue in just a few hours and was wonderful to work with. We will definitely be calling him for any future issues.

This company has exceptional customer service.  The response time is fast and the ability to troubleshoot your issue is great. I will keep them as my go to for future service needs.

I cannot say enough about how much I would recommend D&S. We got quotes from 2 other plumbers and they beat their estimates by about 2/3rds! Not only that, when Daniel came out to quote the job, he was professional but so down to earth, we knew they would be our plumbers for all our future projects! Stephen came out to do the work and just like Daniel was absolutely perfect with his professionalism, knowledge of the job and work ethic! To anyone and everyone there will be a day when an unexpected event can occur.  On Christmas Eve my pipes burst, never been in this situation before I immediately started reaching out to plumbers no one was interested due to the timing right around Christmas in fact Christmas Day the day after. The only company that showed any concern for my needs was Greys plumbing the owner Austin Grey is not only professional, they are kind and caring. A gentleman by the name of AJ immediately came and addressed the leak gave me my options and before you know it the leak was fixed.  Two days later my hot water tank went out on me once again , Grey's plumbing to the rescue in no time they installed a new water heater brought it up to code and was very supportive during this time as well. Before choosing your plumber call Grey's plumbing first you will not be disappointed.

I live with my elderly Mother to oversee things.  Her house is about 50 years old. I called Smart Plumbing the morning of 1/18/2021 left a message with the receptionist.  Peter called me back within an hour and asked what was I experiencing.  After listening, he responded I can help you with that.  Peter gave me a window of 12-2pm and arrived 12:04.  Peter want me to see him without a mask from the bottom of my front porch steps so I would know who was coming in my home.  Presented me with a card and pen of his business.  Peter then placed his mask and booties (shoe) on and entered my home.  We talked through the events of my issue (timing, what I've done to try and restore, questioned if any other problems, and what exactly was I experiencing).   He quickly started to share best practices with me on how to utilized my kitchen sink (disposal) to ensure it operates optimally.  He explained what was causing my slow drain, had a more thorough look, and begin to talk me through what needed to take place.  He gave the quote for repair and efficiently completed the work.  No mess, no fuss, just good wholesome work.  I would recommend Peter to help with your plumbing needs.

Tom Connolly is a very quailed and dependable plumber. He is reliable and shows up when he says he will, which is unique in the Atlanta area. Tom has been our plumber for many years.

I found these guys on Yelp for a plumbing job after getting a really bad quote from a FaceBook recommendation.  Gary with the group came out and did a great job on my needs.  

I just asked them to come back and fix my garbage disposal.  The price came in under expectations and was done well by Malcolm very quickly and quite cleanly.

I highly recommend this company as they are fast, responsive, polite, and will not price gouge (at least that is my experience to date).  We keep them on speed dial.

Donald and his crew saved the day. The morning after an unidentified work crew had been making a mess in my front yard, drains started to back up in the house. Donald was the first call I made, and he sent a couple of guys over a few hours later to diagnose. Our timing was probably lucky, but with same-day service, we were off to a good start.

Once the crew snaked the drain and identified what appeared to be an unmovable clog waaaaay down the line near the sidewalk, we were told that it'd be necessary to dig it up. Donald himself showed back up well after business hours the same day to nail down specifics for the digging that would start the next morning.

As promised, the digger was there first thing the next morning, and what had appeared to require a relatively minor excavation turned into a massive effort, requiring machinery and ALL DAY. Despite the unexpected development, work continued without interruption until the issue was uncovered and found to be telecommunication conduit that had been bored directly through our sewer connection.

Donald's team was incredibly helpful, explaining every step of the process and documenting the heck out of the offending underground work that caused the problem in the first place. This proved to be critical in identifying the responsible party.

Long story slightly shorter; without warning, Donald the Plumber prioritized our job and, with the exception of going home to sleep, worked nonstop to get it fixed. Their communication was impeccable and the work itself top-notch.

Having no idea how much the effort might cost, I was surprised by the reasonable invoice. Once we identified the folks responsible for the damage, I put them in touch with Donald's office, and the invoice was settled quickly.

I can't say enough about the service, attention, and overall experience as a customer of Donald the Plumber. They will be at the top of my list for any future plumbing needs. It's hard to find service this good.

After deciding that it was time to replace two 17 year old HVAC we called Casteel for a quote.  We called them first because we have been very satisfied with their service over the years.  The design consultant, Joe, spent time answering my questions and letting me tell them what I wanted in a new system.  He did thorough testing of both systems .  Since we plan to stay in this home we wanted an energy efficient, quiet system, that heated and cooled well.  Our original systems were builder grade and very noisy.  Joe recommended some additional duct work to improve air flow.
I will say that I was shocked at the $$ for one 3 ton system and one 4 ton system  (both 2 stage systems ).  (Casteel installs lennox systems which have good rating ).  I did get another quote for a similar system (Trane) and it was almost the exact same price!  We decided to use Casteel because of our long term relationship with them and because of the warranties offered.
Install crew was efficient and all of the work area was clean and neat.  Bottom line.... I love my new HVACs .  If I knew what a difference they would make I would have done this sooner!  City official that came for inspection reported that Casteel always does a good job.

Been a customer for over 10 years.  They've always been very good and responsive....until now.  Tried to schedule on line...no response for two days.  Finally called..got a 4 hour service window..FYI..I paid $250 a year for a service plan..wow.  They come out on the day after I called, but I didn't know that we needed to turn off the a/c unit so it was frozen and they couldn't work on it.  Ok..so that's my fault although they never mentioned to turn it off..but ok. So now they put me on the next day as a backup, but never call.  I'll be taking our business elsewhere.  Horrible customer service..can I give zero stars?????

I like many of us who have a leak didn't realize until my water bill came and eventually confirmed with the water company. I called Plumbers unlimited who at first seemed very professional. I called and spoke with a woman named Robin and told her my issue of having a leak in my yard with water running down my driveway. She said no problem and we set up an appointment after being quoted $350 for the job prior to seeing it. Either way, I just wanted my pipe fixed so I can have a normal water bill. She set the appointment and told me that they would come out the next day between  10 am and 2pm. Which means I had to stay home from work in order to be here when they arrived. After waiting around all day for a phone call to let me know that they are enroute, I get a call at 1:19 pm, telling me that they won't be able to send anyone out to my home because they have previous appointments and that they earliest she could send someone out is early the following week. After making an appointment the day before, calling off from work(money I missed out on), and receiving a call almost 45 mins of the deadline of them supposing to be at my home, she tells me she can't someone out until the next week. This is a perfect example of bad business. She's the one that set the appointment. I the consumer can only set an appointment based on their company's availability. So here I am, not only missing out on working, sat around all day waiting for them to come but I also have to call another company to come out and fix the problem. If this is how they treat their costumers, then I don't want their business anyway. I have to turn the water back off and set up another appointment with another company. Plumbers United will never receive my business again and if they are in good standing with the BBB, I don't see how with treating the customers like this.
