Jayjay came early and knocked it out quickly! Plus he had the replacement parts on hand. Definitely would hire again!. Thanks!

I just joined Yelp so I could review this company. I have used JACO twice-once to do the plumbing work when I was remodeling a bathroom and once when I had a clog.
They do excellent work, but what really makes them stand out is their honesty and integrity. With my recent clog issue, the plumber could have easily charged me hundreds or thousands of dollars for the job and I would not have known any better. Instead the plumber came up with a much more reasonable solution to the problem.
I was so shocked at how fairly they treated me as a customer that I felt compelled to give them a shout out for the good work they do!

Rohan is amazing. He pays so much attention to detail and does thorough job. I've had another HVAC guy in the past who would fix something, and then I would have to call him again after a few months. Rohan does such a detailed job that I might not have to see him for a whole year because everything just works well. He is also super-friendly.

Great experience with Johns creek plumbing. Service was excellent from beginning to end. I would highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again in the future! Great plumbing business!

Disappointed. $580 to replace a pressure valve under 20 minutes. NOT affordable. Thanks for your service, but it should have been around $350. $30 worth of parts and $550 worth of labor for under an hour. I won't be using them again. Sometimes it's best to stand true to your name...otherwise I'd use the mainstream plumbers.

Don't know if this is common with all plumbers, but I called at 8 am on a Saturday, and had my call returned on a Monday. Just wish the answering machine would let you know that they don't work weekends.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, especially George Allen. I had a clogged sewer line, George kept saying how bad the clog was. He had me sign blank quotes on his phone for $1200 for a hydroclean out and $2500 to remove the clog, the final invoice was not what we discussed. The clog turned out to be very simple which took less than an hour to fix. George dug down a few inches, opened a box and just reached down to remove the backflow flap, he didn't even replace the flap, leaving my house susceptible to flooding from back flow. I will have to get another plumber to replace the backflow. Dont use this company!

After several years of being a homeowner, I have come to expect disappointment whenever anyone comes to service my house in any way. Yesterday (a Friday), my nanny called me at 5 PM, as I was getting ready to leave work to tell me that my hot water heater was leaking badly. I went on Facebook and asked a bunch of people if they had any plumber recommendations. I even asked strangers. As I drove home, I desperately tried to find any plumber who was willing to come to to my house on a Friday night, but most of them told me that they would not be able to come until Monday. Someone I don't know on Facebook recommended Petar with emergency plumbers to me. I called around 5:15 PM. The extremely nice lady who answered my call told me that she would call to find out when she could get someone over to me and that I would get a call back. Less than one hour later, Tony from emergency plumbers was at my door. At 6:15 on a Friday evening! I was worried because I never received a call back and never found out what the charge would be for someone to come to my house. Tony assured me that there was no charge for him to just come and look. He discovered that the source of my leak was not only my water heater but a broken sprinkler pipe in my front yard. Honestly, he had to be looking pretty hard to find what he found and I am so grateful. He was ready to get to work right away but my husband wanted him to start the next day. He said he would come at 10 AM and I requested as early as possible. He said he would do his best to get to us by 9 AM. Sure enough, at 8:45 AM on Saturday morning, Petar, Tony and a few other men showed up at my house, with my new (I think, better) water heater in hand. They hooked it up, fix my sprinkler pipe, and were gone in a matter of hours. They charged me what they said they were going to charge me without any surprises. They only left a few hours ago, but so far, so good. I hesitate to post this review because I feel like they are the best kept secret of the Atlanta plumbing world and I want to be able to reach them if and when I need them again. That said, they deserve a glowing review. Do not hesitate to use this company.

Richard, the owner, called to offer his apologies and to rectify the issue, sending a manager to review the previous technician's work. Richard was courteous and sincere. As I stated in my previous post, their customer service is unmatched. I appreciate the follow up and his dedication to continuous improvement.

AVOID this headache !... Here is my recent experience-- Had a straightforward need for replacing some basement supply pipe plus fittings and connections. Very nice guy showed up on time for appointment for estimate. We both had very clear understanding of (simple) scope of job, with 2 quotes due (2nd quote included a little bit extra pipe plus connection). I asked for ballpark quote, which he provided (about $500), but we both understood I would not hold him to it, & I do not hold him to it now... Later I received written quote(s), about $800, or about $895 including the extra bit.... That's a lot more than $500 verbal, but as I said I understood that was only ballpark and likely to change. I thought it was reasonable, BUT the written quote(s) were VERY short and vague and actually confusing. That is a recipe for misunderstandings and trouble when dealing with contractors, so I emailed back with a more specific clarification of OUR understanding... Still short, but just more specific regarding approx. feet of pipe & what was being connected to etc... Very basic stuff. As a result, I later I received a revised quote, NOW it would be $1,472 for the same job !!! Their revised quote did not even correct the vague (confusing) wording of the quote, just a HUGE increase due to my asking for clearer language and to avoid any conflicts when the actual job was done... Those of you who have dealt with many contractors over the years, will recognize this game being played... It's a game NOT worth playing... I said No Thanks, and went elsewhere for this job. BE FOREWARNED !

This business is no longer. I called and a very rude lady was on the other line, it was almost like she was trying to catfish me. She didn't tell me Garner Plumbing was no longer in service until I asked for a specific employee. Very sketchy and very rude.
