Best Businesses in Georgia
We start off with a miss communication. Robert Camp service was 5 star. His service cover up the miss communication. Atlantis plumbing cost and service is the reason I will use them in the future. And I will recommend them to others.

Wonderful!! They are absolutely wonderful, upfront pricing, honest workers, punctual, I will continue to recommend them to everyone in Bridgemill! We are relatively new to the neighborhood (Dec 2017) and had some weird pools of water in our garage. I looked around for a good plumber and found these guys on Facebook. I know all too well when businesses offer Free service calls, they end up trying to sell you on something crazy expensive or they nickel and dime you. These guys advertised an $80 service Call and that's what we were charged. No hidden fees, no nickel and dime charges, no up-selling, they showed up, tightened a couple of fixtures to the pipes inside the master bathroom wall and Voila! Problem solved! No more pools of water in the garage! I also walked them through the basement and had them look at a few areas of concern. They told me everything was great and that I could rest easy. Seriously, such a relief when a business doesn't take advantage of clients. Especially being that I'm a stay at home mom, I really appreciate the honesty. I can't tell you how sick it makes me when male owners or workers show up at your house, and act like because you're a female, you must have a lower IQ than them. Thank you, Absolute Plumbing for employing hard working, honest people!

We just moved into a brand-new house and there was a leak underneath the slab. We were very concerned that it was going to be a very large expense.
Winston Wells came out the same day I called FREE OF CHARGE to assess where the water was coming from and develop a plan.
They came back the next day and the plumber worked tirelessly to find and repair the leak. He had to cut down bushes and dig into the yard to get to it, but he found it and fixed it. He was so nice and ensured I knew exactly what he was doing.
A less professional person honestly would've given up and charged to put a whole new line in from the meter into the house.
But when he was done, he put everything back in place, vacuumed the water, took the debris (including the bush), and tested the water pressure and internal plumbing (toilets, etc).
When I got the bill, I was SHOCKED... It was super reasonable!!
I really am so impressed. This was a bad circumstance that, because of Tony (the plumber that did the work), ended up being much less stressful.
THANK YOU!!

When I discovered a wet spot on the ceiling in the garage I figured this was going to be a very bad day. I called my handyman to come check it out and he quickly discovered the source. A solder joint that was leaking about a drop every 20 minutes. He recommended calling Brandon at Thompson Plumbing. The appointment was made for two days hence. Brandon called the following day and asked if they could come early. Sure can. Promptly at 0900 the next day Juan and Billy showed up and had the old joint cut out and fixed in about 45 minutes. What a great job. I had some followup work scheduled and that was completed promptly by Fred. This is my experience with Thompson Plumbing. Mine was great at a reasonable cost. I hope yours is also.

Phil was amazing! We had a water heater scare and he was able to come out next day and install. He was professional, nice, thorough and pricing was very fair. Jess was also a pleasure to speak to. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

After sending an email to the owner of Galgon on a Sunday, the owner replied to me via email on that same Sunday and I got a phone call from him Monday eagerly wanting to figure things out. I mention Sunday bc it shows that he genuinely cares about his clients enough to even check and respond to emails Even on a day where most of us kick back and relax. He even gave me his personal mobile number and we began communicating directly via text message. In the email he had said this is the first that he's heard about this whole situation and then came out to my store the NEXT DAY morning along with Keith the new account manager.
I apologized for having previously painted such a bad ideology of the company when in fact the owner and myself are the same... we both GENUINELY care greatly about every one of our customers! After he and Keith spent over an hour at my store investing and getting to the core of the problem, I am now very optimistic that we will come to a comprised solution!

$219 for a fuse fix which took only a few minutes seems extremely expensive to me. But the job was done and I was not on site so I couldn't do anything about it.
I had an hvac cooling system fix several years ago and it was not this expensive.
Very responsive and very fast but I'd prefer to shop around for a cheaper option.

I had conversations with 3 plumbing services and chose Plumber Pro Service because they had the best value and explained the process of how they would identify the issue and fix it. DJ was the technician that worked on my broken pipe and he was very professional. I would highly recommend this company and will be calling them for any other plumbing needs.

He could have charged me 350.00 for the inspection, but he told me I didn't have a leak that it was just my sprinkler system. I appreciated that. He checks all around, then adjusted the controls. He was here before I arrived home. He was early. He took his time to diagnose.

Jason was great, very accommodating and straight forward as to job to be done and pricing. He always proposed options with pros and cons. His pricing was a little higher than others but I was glad I went with him and will certainly use him again.

I used these guys for a plumbing issue in my home. They were very professional and made sure I understood the repair that took place before leaving! Thank you so much!

Our water pressure was very low throughout the whole house and Drew from Plumb-All did a great job getting it fixed. Not only did he restored our water pressure, he was very knowledgeable and explained to us what caused the problem and what he did to fix it. We also received a one year warranty on the prv that was replace. Drew was on time, friendly and professional. The price was reasonable, invoicing and payment processes were a breeze. My husband and I will be calling Plumb-All for our future plumbing needs.

Brandon has replaced my main water line and sewer line as well as running a new gas line and interior plumbing work. He's the best plumber that I've ever used. His work is top notch and rates are very reasonable. He's very honest and competent. I'd highly recommend Nonstop Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

He seems to be a competent plumber but he could use more training when it comes to wells and well pumps.
We brought in a second company to finish the job.
Very responsive to the first call; communication was poor/spotty on subsequent days.
He doesn't take credit cards.

Crooked, criminal, dishonest, and untrustworthy is how I would describe this business. Called to check my upstairs unit out and the technician(more like salesman) diagnosed a bad compressor on my unit. He tells me it's a better option to just buy a new unit. I go with the repair and spent $3000. Same exact issue the very next year so I decided to call a different company to repair. He spends all of 5 minutes and finds a rusted coil and fixes the issue for $350. Update: 2 years later and I've had no issues after dealing with a new company.

A possible negative star rating should be forthcoming, however this too would be too generous. Mind you, I am of full understanding the past several days in Atlanta has been extremely trying to the plumbing trades, but I gotta say there will never be a disaster disastrous enough for Allgood Plumbing, blah, blah, blah to be called!! Seriously! So, like many of us in the Atlanta metro area, the extreme cold proved to be too much for our plumbing and we experienced broken pipes. We did our part and secured the leaky pipe and contacted Allgood on 12/23 in the evening with an appointment scheduled the next day. The process of the premium service fee was explained and the appointment was confirmed. 12/24 came and went with several confirmations made however, no service person ever arrived... hmmm? At approximately 6pm we were advised the dispatch who made the appointment made a mistake and we were promised the repairs would be made on Christmas Day. We accepted this decision and once again waited all day to no avail. Follow up calls for 12/26 and 12/27 were also accordingly promised and failed to arrived. Finally late on 12/27 another appointment was promised for 12/28. Now on a positive note, our serviceman Thad was fantastic and provided superb service and did repair the break in an efficient manner. Overall, I feel that we were deceived at best, but probably more likely we were just outright lied to repeatedly. Despite our efforts to contact Melissa and Melvin Music, the owners, to resolve our situation, or even someone in management, we were just lied to over and over again. It's not like we were unsympathetic to the overwhelming situation Allgood was put in with the huge numbers of service requests, but with the lies and misinformation being given to us us, we were forced to reschedule our holiday activities so many times, dare I say, Christmas has been a huge disappointment. All of this could have easily been avoided by simply providing an accurate schedule for appointments. With that being said, Allgood Plumbing Heating etc will not be the last call I ever make, because I can absolutely guarantee Allgood Plumbing will Never be a service contractor I would utilize nor will I ever recommend to anyone
