Make sure to get your pricing up front!!!  All these guys did was complain when they showed up on how much work it was and that they are so busy.  I had the feeling that they did not even want to be there.  When is was all said in done, they had a handful of parts and 1.5 hours labor and the bill was $625!  EEEEEKK!   I asked for an explanation and it was like they children throwing a fit.  They tried to show me some spreadsheet with their competitors on there to justify the cost.  I'm sorry but $625 for 5 sprinkler heads, 1.5 hours of labor and a handful of fittings does NOT add up.  

Again, I was happy paying their hourly rate and $45 per $10 sprinkler head but then they tried to charge me $220 for a handful of fittings.  I was told that they will void my warranty if I did not pay in full.  They also said repeatedly said, you are welcome to call our competitors next time.  You know what, I WILL!!!!

These guys are overpriced.  BEWARE!

I called Dan to fix our entry door and replace a sink. He did an excellent job and I would hire him again for other jobs.

We had an absolute emergency with pipes freezing and bursting in our house... at the same time all of Georgia was. Joe  personally answered my call and provided us with same day service, which is miraculous considering the high volume of endless pipe burst emergencies happening on this day.

Reasonably priced, excellent service, and above and beyond the call of duty squeezing in all of us who had this emergency all at once.

John and Davis came out to change a couple tub valves in my new house. It was by no means an easy task. They worked through several issues and proved a quality result at a great fair price. The techs were very professional and knowledgable and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Performance Plumbing to all my neighbors. A great local business!!

Plumbers

We used our home warranty to try and fix a drainage problem. One toilet would back up every 3-4 flushes. Home warranty would not do anything since there was not a leak. They sent 2 plumbers and no fix.

Arrowhead Plumbing came in. Checked all drainage lines just to find out that the problem was A. Old iron pipes, B.  Re plumbing from a previous remodel was not plum and where a toilet was years ago had not been capped off properly. In 5 hours, they came in and cut out the remaining iron pipes and re piped all the drain lines from both bathrooms. They were careful and left the area cleaner than it was. Arrowhead Plumbers will be the only plumber we will use going forward.

After calling 4 plumbers and leaving messages, Water Source called me back within the hour, altho one other plumbing company responded within a couple of hours.  Bob Drescher, plumber and owner, not receptionist, listened to my description of problem and solutions I had tried (backed up kitchen sink), gave me possible causes and set appt for next day.  Son Bobby Drescher quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (Fatberg - huge grease buildup over 21 yrs).  Gave me pointers so that I would not have problem again and also made sure that the problem was truly fixed.  Yay!  Price seemed comparable to other plumbers, and Bobby was efficient, professional and cleaned up after.

Knowledgeable, Expert  Plumbers! I  saw d great Reviews about ALLIANCE Plumbing & thought about giving a call for my plumbing problem that other plumbingServices cannot.  Every time we use, especially at night,  the Washing machine, Shower & main Faucets in Bathrooms--they all produce this vibrating , regurgitating plumbing noise that, even my neighbors could hear. I consulted w/ d Plumbing Company we usually go to, but they were not able to solve d problem, until, I called ALLIANCE. Indeed they did!
I am not telling how  they solved it, because I don't want other plumbing Companies to imitate them. I feel so relieved Now, I'm switching to ALLIANCE for my plumbing needs!

Britt came today to look at, and then replace, the garbage disposal in our condo. He was able to identify the issue quickly, and returned within a reasonable time to replace it after getting a replacement.

During the time he was replacing the disposal, he was pleasant to talk to, without any of the awkwardness I've come to associate with having things fixed in my home. In addition to that, he was very clean both generally and while making the repairs. I've come to expect having to vacuum and mop after having a repair or delivery, but there was no dirt tracked in or mess made!

I can't comment on price, as my landlord is paying for the repair, but in terms of service alone, I will definitely be contacting Atlanta Star Plumbing for any future needs.

I have used this company before and have been happy with them hence my 2 stars instead of 1. Every time I have had a woman plumber give a quote and do work with  m Cary I have been satisfied. Yesterday I had a plumber come out from m Cary plumbing and give me a quote. This was a man.. This was to replace a water main line coming from the meter to the house. The plumber told me I had galvanized steel coming from the street and I needed to have it replaced all the way to the house and my quote $3100. Well, I didn't just fall off the turnip truck. It was not galvanized from the meter it was copper and I had it fixed with J Squared plumbing for $469 as a tree root had grew against the pipe and caused it to be crushed over time.  Incorrect information was given to me about the main line from m carry's plumber and a gouging quote of over $3000!!!!!!  I don't know what to say other than what the fact are here.... I'm sorry I won't be using M Carrey any longer and I have a lot of rental property that they have done repairs for me in the past.

Absolutely terrible work and incompetent owner, can't control or tell employees how to act. I can't recommend enough that you stay far far away from this fraud of a business. Terrible work, terrible professionalism,  awful pricing, and even worse time frame estimates.  DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY
