I absolutely without hesitation Give them the highest recommendation possible. I was looking to get an tankless water heater and when the technician came out, he outlined the reasons why it wouldn't work for my situation and then proceeded to show me that my water heater was in fact fatally flawed and needed to be replaced. The technicians are very personable and they will not sell your products and services you do not need. I also had an electrician come out to take a look at my breaker box as it's over 40 years old. I was worried I have to replace The whole thing but he said no it was perfectly fine but did point out a couple problems within the box and probably fix them and we had a whole hOuse surge protector. Quality and integrity!!!! I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE!!!

Jeff with Bulldog Plumbing was very professional and courteous. I was panicked and called him in the morning before work. He was able to juggle his schedule and fix my problem before 5 p.m. I would definitely recommend this company.

Michael and Josh arrived within a couple of hours after I requested the service. Michael requested pics of my garbage disposal to aid his diagnosis before arriving. They were very professional, explained their steps and even took on a last minute job. He made recommendations that saved us money. Joshua was very helpful in assisting Michael with practically every step in completing the jobs in a very timely manner. I highly recommend MH Plumbing!!
Psst - Just before leaving, they even checked my computer and made a recommendation/suggestion that just may solve my computer problem!

Last week, I hired them bc our toilet and tub were clogged in a guest bathroom. They quoted us $275 to fix this problem. After they said they cleared the drain, they then told us that we needed to replace the toilet in that bathroom and that they would do it as well for a total of $425. We told them we could replace the toilet ourselves so we didn't need them to do that. They then, after originally quoting us $275, told us it would be $425 for their work in cleaning the drain (after they finished). After complaining about this type of business practice, they then agreed to accept the $275 as full and final payment. We then, per their instructions, replaced the old toilet with a brand new Kohler toilet an hour after they left. Within 24 hours, our situation got worse as the toilet and the tub was still clogged in that bathroom and the adjacent bathroom became clogged as well. When I advised them of this, they said they would come back but only for an additional $500. They also tried to blame the issue on another toilet in a separate bathroom and on our septic system. We ended up hiring a different plumber who cleared the drain properly for $225. In summary, this company didn't do the job that we paid them for and they cashed the check anyway and tried to get even more $ from us to fix the very same problem. I will never hire them again. P.S. The plumber who actually fixed the issue said the toilets were fine, that it wasn't a septic tank issue and that they just didn't clear out the drain properly. Those bathrooms have been running fine ever since.

We wanted to give a great review to Vincent Banks, (telephone number 6785315819), a plumber that we got off of our Roswell GA Next Door referral list. He was very prompt, professional and got the job done right the first time. He was also very inexpensive for what he did. He was so friendly and it was easy to have him do work for you. We consider him a true gem and will certainly call him for any other plumbing needs in the future! I would highly recommend him!!!

Ok first let's all agree Plumbing issues suck and they're expensive to fix. But this company went above and beyond! They are up front about cost, options and what needs to be done. Everyone we spoke with or that came to the house was professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job! It's a small family owned business that does a ton of work in the metro area and I can see why! Were pretty thorough on research and not only we're their prices comparable or cheaper the licensing, training and continued training that's required of the employees is impressive! Our clogged sink wasn't an easy fix. We're just grateful we found The Plumb Doctor because we know anywhere else it wouldn't have been fixed and we'd have been charged a lot more.

This past weekend our hot water heater gave out and flooded the garage, we scrambled to get everything out; it was truly a nightmare! First thing Sunday morning (yes, Sunday!) Kevin showed up, I admit I was a little skeptical,( he looked so young...) but he got to work right away and got the heater out, that was a feat within itself, the heater had been installed (behind) a gas line , in a very small cabinet and up on a 4ft. riser!! Kevin figured out how to get around all the barriers. He quickly went and got a new one, but before installing it he had to remove MOLD, repair the board it was to sit on and stabilize the whole riser ( what Plumber does that!!!?) He was pleasant ,really knowledgeable and Ladies he cleans up! after his work. I will recommend him 100%

Gareth fixed a leaky shower faucet and replaced some bathtub stems for us. He was very nice, wore booties to not dirty our floors and an N95 mask. After he fixed the leaky faucet, the shower knob started squeaking whenever turned. Gareth gladly came back to fix the squeaky knob by replacing the new shower cartridge he had just installed the previous week with another one. That fixed the squeak.

I had five different plumbers, including one which specialised in directional boring, take a look at the burst polybutylene pipe which connected my house to the city water. I got all kinds of outrageous price quotes and none of them were willing to bore under my yard, however, every last one of them wanted to dig a trench through my yard, drill a hole into my slab, cut holes in my drywall, and leave a path of destruction from the outside wall of my house to my boiler. Stacey came to take a look, listened to what I was hoping for, and one simple directional bore later, the pipe was replaced and my house was not destroyed. I can not recommend Estes Pro Plumbing enough! Stacey did a phenomenal job in just a couple hours and was by far the most reasonably priced for how much equipment was needed and how much Stacey had on stand-by if the directional boring couldn't work. Thank you, Stacey!

The quality of the work is okay, but Plumbworks egregiously overcharges. After my last experience, I am done with them: They charged $866 for two hours of work: installing a toilet and replacing a hose bib. We had purchased their Ultimate Savings Agreement for $89. Some savings! When we asked for a price adjustment they said it would have cost over $1000 otherwise. They had a list of well-rehearsed explanations for why it was reasonable to charge $866 for two hours of labor. It was obvious that they dealt with complaints about their obscene rates on a regular basis. Steer clear unless you are prepared to pay $400+ per hour (or $500/hr without the Ultimate Savings Agreement) for routine plumbing services. This is greed and arrogance, pure and simple.

This guy is a fraud. Doesn't have insurance and is not to be trusted. He got my money and then refused do to the job.

This company came to do a kitchen renovation with labor only. I asked for a bathroom quote as well for a future project. It was made clear on more than one occasion that I was doing one project at a time and the only thing I was doing was the kitchen. I repeated this numerous times. We met at Floor & Decor to pickup tile and they showed up a small SUV, okay first sign. NO pickup truck? Well Okay, that's possible. Then they ask about the bathroom tile, I again repeated we are not doing the bathroom just the kitchen. We get to HD to pick up mortar and grout, I ask, do you have a hammer drill since the kitchen is in a concreted basement, John and Richard confirm yes they do. We get back to home, Monday is done. Tuesday they come late around 3pm. I have cameras everywhere, I watch for hours as they stare at the concrete wall. Then John says to me he has to build a wall to put the cabinets on, a wall with studs, plywood, and sheet rock, mudded and painted. Let me remind you I have already purchased all cabinets according to the dimensions of the kitchen. On Wednesday, I watch as John manually hammers concrete nails that are 2 inches into the newly created wall. I also see he is failing at hammering them. New request for more supplies of wood decking nails that are 3 inches and other things. I show up on Thursday morning, the 113 ( 9'5) wall John started on Tuesday is still not even mudded, AND my bathroom tube/shower is outside cut up in pieces.... where in the world did we get this wrong. Further, more the cabinets I bought from Lowe's now are about 4 to long because he took 4 off the measurements, building a wall. BTW.... come to find out he did not have an operating hammer drill... THIS IS WHY he asked to spend an additional $200 out of my budget to build this 2 day wall. Further, he pour self leveling concrete over my existing old concrete, with no primer and no border to protect the adjacent rooms. So I now have wet concrete under my newly placed laminate flooring....
These people had no clue what they were doing, I wished I had noticed in their pictures, I don't them actually in the pictures with workers or doing actual work. I didn't see their before and after work again with them in the pictures.
It actually took them 1 whole day to remove a range hood.
As I stated there were cameras everywhere, I was not there due to work constraints so I wanted to make sure I was apprised of all their work. So I do have receipts....
