If you need an honest reliable guy who knows what he's doing then you found the right guy!! I called Ben after getting a ton of false information from another septic company. He pulled the plans for our drain field from the city and came out the next day and fixed the problem for a fraction of the price! He was so down to earth and nice!! I can't thank him enough for coming all the way to Woodstock and literally saving us so much grief! He is a lifesaver!!

Wow, Ben! We wanted to take a minute to thank you for your fast respone to our plumbing problem. Where we come from, we would be lucky to have a plumber show up days later.
We have been very worried about our basement plumbing leaking, and your calm, thorough and profesional response was very reassuring. You didn't just tell us, you took action that temporarily fixed our problem to put our minds at ease.
We will follow through on your instructions, and will get back to you in the near future.

I had an outstanding experience with Matt. He's great to talk to, always helpful and is obviously a complete pro at what he does. As long I stay in Atlanta, he's going to be my go-to person for plumbing issues. Highly recommend him.

I had an issue with our septic tank on a Friday night. I called them at 10AM the next day and they were at my house at noon. They are reasonable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

Rob came out and replaced out water heater. He even called us to let us know he had earlier availability. He was reliable, trustworthy, and very helpful. He is now going to be our go to!! Great customer service. Thank you Rob!!

Very few companies operate in integrity these days. So the few that do really stand out. Chris came to my home to assess a leak we were having. He was able to figure out the leak and gave me several options on how to resolve it. When I decide to repair it, I will only use Crossroads Plumbing. I like his work ethic. He was completely honest with me and did not hound me about getting it done. He gave me the space I need to make a decision.

We called in with and emergency leak situation and two techs showed up within an hour and addressed the situation quickly. We also learned the regulator (not sure if that's the proper term) was bad, and had that replaced at the same time. Was very relieved that they showed up so quickly and knew what they were doing. Very professional technicians - great customer service - highly recommend!!!

I really can't say enough good things about A-Total. Brad was our technician and he and a couple of other guys came out to replace the copper pipes in our home. We had dealt with 8+ pinhole leaks and finally realized it wasn't a problem that would be solved by just patching. Brad was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was also so thoughtful in that we always had a working shower and toilet - which is really nice when the four of us are getting ready for school and work. We were just really impressed with how professional and especially kind Brad was. We just had a great experience with A-Total. We can't recommend them enough.

Mr Johnson is very knowledgeable in water heaters for houses. He has years of experience. I live in a condo my water heater is in my attic. I felt like he wasn't accustom to my unique situation, which is understandable. I would recommend him for houses only.

We had an immediate need for an established and experienced plumber.
Express Plumbing had several good reviews and we really did not have time to entertain multiple appraisals.
I will say they were good plumbers and were able to get us back to normal in less time than initially told.
After the fact, we found we could have gotten this job done for about 70% cheaper had we entertained appraisals from other plumbers.
Sometimes you don't have those options, but I recommend getting these 2nd & 3rd appraisals.
Express was fairly honest on the FREE appraisal that included 2 Plumbers & a Plumber's assistant for installing a new water line from the meter to the house.
Although they did a good job and completed in roughly 75% of the time estimated, they still charged the customer for more time than it took to complete the job. This was not acceptable.
Express adjusted the original invoice down a couple of thousand dollars, but they really had no choice because they only used 1 Plumber and 1 Plumber assistant.
Furthermore, Express offered a 5% senior discount that would have applied to us but they never mentioned it again and it was not on the final invoice.
In the end, we were very happy with the work performed, we just had issues with being charged for time that was not billed properly.
When you quote a customer a specific amount of time to perform a job, if you finish early the customer should benefit with a lower total invoice than initially quoted.

Christmas Eve - pipe burst. Lonnie was our Christmas angel - was here in about 1 hour on Christmas Eve! So thankful and great service. Totally exceeded any expectation and very reasonable for emergency service.

Is it reasonable to be expected to pay $175-$200/hour for a plumber?
Let's face it. We oftentimes call a plumber when there is an urgent need to repair a leak and you need access to water (or so your wife says). I called Royal Flush (RF) mid-day on Saturday and the plumbing company identified me as a previous customer--and I was entitled to a discount. No--there would be no extra charges for coming out on Saturday. I had already identified where the leak was in the crawl space. The plumber called his boss and was informed that it will cost $425 (after a 20% discount) to cut out a coupler (from a previous repair) on a polybutylene pipe leak and replace with P-Tec. The plumber explained it would cost $50 in parts and take two hours. Simple math reveals $375 for two hours work. If no discount--the repair would have been over $500!! Is this fair? My fault, I guess--I needed it repaired (yes, the wife said so). But after the plumber headed to Lowe's to get the parts (part of the two hours), I felt compelled to call Royal Flush and voice my displeasure with the quote. Brad offered to cut the price to $345. Am I pleased? NO. To quote a discounted price of $425 for a two hour repair is, to me, gouging and taking advantage of someone who had a leak and had no other choice except to turn down Royal Flush and just turn off the water to the house and get competitive quotes the next day (and to hell with the discount). When I checked the following week and got quotes MUCH more reasonable (lowest one was $225), I called the customer service for Royal Flush to ask for Brad (supervisor) to call. No call for two days. Called again and asked for one of the owners to call, whereupon it became clear that Vicki, the customer service manager, would not help me get a call from the owner and that I should be glad I received the discount AND another price reduction after I called the supervisor. In fact, my call to customer service deteriorated quickly into a voice-activated conversation--meaning that when I spoke, she spoke over me. When I stopped talking, she stopped talking.
BTW--the plumbing work was done quickly after the plumber returned from Lowe's. He was friendly and courteous and obviously uncomfortable with the initial quote. I understand the need for all businesses to maximize their revenue, but I got a very clear feeling that RF has no set formula for pricing and is very arbitrary on their pricing. It seemed that pricing what they determined was what the market would bear. Not what was reasonable. If auto repair shops quote $90/hour rates--why does a plumbing firm demand twice that amount?
The plumber was accurate in his assessment of how long the job would take--and the supervisor gave HIM the quote to give to me. I may be wrong for complaining, but I have a bad taste in my mouth starting from the final cost to the unhelpful customer service. My advice to others needing a plumber is to be willing to say thanks, but no thanks if the quote is too high, turn the water off at the street meter (easily done) and wait until the next day when you can get a more reasonable quote. I ranked Royal Flush at 3 stars (neutral) because I understand that someone else reading this may think I have been unreasonable. And I do not want to negatively affect someone's business--- but I would like the owner to know he has a problem with overcharging in his business. Brad and his other supervisors may be getting paid bonuses based on revenue, but this compensation plan may incentivize this type of predatory pricing.
There really is no excuse for charging attorney fees for a plumbing job.
And, NO, I would never call Royal Flush again. There are too many honest, reasonable plumbing companies out there.

Delta came out to jet our commercial sewer line for $850. 2 weeks later we get same backup. I called and was informed that they would service line for free unless they had to jet again. Well they did not need to jet but wanted to charge additionally for any service. Con artists.

Do not use this company.
We had what appeared to be a plug in our sewer line and our normal guy was unavailable so we called Morningside Plumbing. They charged $190 for supposedly clearing the line with their rooter but were fairly adamant that we pay another $100 for them to send a camera down there to confirm the issue. We already know that the sewer line from our house had roots growing into it (more on that later). So we declined and the guy became pretty snippy and condescending afterward.
They supposedly clear the line but tell us they cannot guarantee it will stay clear for more than 24 hrs. Turns out that's because they never did much to clear it. The following morning, we again have a back-up. We had a different company come out and after explaining the situation to them they were surprised the other company was not able to clear it completely. They do their thing and clear one very large root ball and a huge amount of feminine products and wet wipes (from the previous owner).
So... a huge thumbs down for Morningside Plumbing. Stay away.
